Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Application of Islamic Business Ethics Principles on Customer Satisfaction at Al-Baik Supermarket in Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands Province. The population of this study were consumers who shopped at Al-Baik Supermarket for the last 2 months as many as 66,000 with the number of samples studied 100 respondents. Collecting data for this study using a questionnaire method. The analysis technique using SPSS Version 25 includes instrument analysis in the form of validity and reliability analysis. The results of the validity analysis showed that all 26 statement items were proven valid, while the results of the reliability analysis showed that the Cronbach's Alpha value 0.6 was declared reliable. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests and simple regression tests. The results of the classical assumption test showed that the normality test was normally distributed and the heteroscedasticity test did not detect heteroscedasticity. The simple regression test research results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.415 or 41.5%. The t test shows that the tcount is 8.342 and ttable is 1.984 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. The F test shows that the value of Fcount = 69.583 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the variable application of Islamic business ethics principles on the variable customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This article describes the teacher's strategy in choosing variations of methods on SKI learning as well as describing the responses of students on the methods used on SKI learning. Education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the learning atmosphere and learning process so that didiksecara participants are active in developing their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state (Indonesian Law No. 20 of 2003 Article 1 National Education System, 2016). The purpose of the researcher so that mengetahaui can get the concept and method used by MI teachers when teaching SKI. Modern learning conception demands creative, responsive and active students in seeking, choosing and finding, analyzing, concluding, and reporting learning outcomes. Learning models like this can only be done well if the teacher is able to develop an effective learning strategy. For this reason, creativity of the teacher is needed in choosing effective learning methods. Therefore, it is necessary to study the importance of using methods in learning, because the method is very helpful in achieving learning goals. Based on the goals and background above, the method used in this study is a qualitative research method which has data collection technique using interview techniques, observations, and documentation.

Abstract

Indonesia has enormous potential for zakat and waqf, but Bank XYZ has not maximized the collection through the sharia business unit (UUS). Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate the strategy and business model of developing ZISWAF Bank XYZ in order to obtain optimal results. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study at Bank XYZ. The research was conducted from February 2021 to October 2021. The response survey was determined based on purposive sampling consisting of internal practitioners, academics, BWI, BAZNAS, and ziswaf institutions affiliated with Islamic banks. The data collection technique was based on observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis used IPA, BMC, SWOT, and QSPM approaches. Based on IPA analysis, this study recommends that three selected elements be developed: value proposition, channel, and critical resource. Technology adjustment and strengthening of bank image as ZISWAF recipients, improving bank channels through optimizing office networks and utilizing social media marketing and customer databases, as well as improving SOPs to improve the business model of Bank XYZ in the future.

Abstract

Shell and tube heat exchanger (STHeX) design development continues to be carried out to increase the effectiveness of a system. One way is to investigate the optimal baffle design. The new structure of STHeX with Inclined-Segmental Baffles is further investigated. The experiment was carried out using the numerical method Computing Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software with three-dimensional modeling. The results show that the heat change coefficient value is lower than conventional STHeX, However, the pressure drop value is reduced quite significantly. Therefore, it is necessary to know the overall heat transfer coefficient value per pressure loss (U/DeltaP). Hence, we get U/DeltaP values of 0.9 and 0.68 for STHeX with Inclined-Segmental Baffle and conventional STHeX, respectively. Thus, there is a significant increase ranging from 37-34%. It is concluded that STHeX with Inclined-Segmental baffles increases the U/DeltaP value significantly compared to conventional STHeX.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai pereduksi atau bahkan pengganti semen terus dikerjakan demi memperoleh material binder beton yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Silica fume adalah salah satunya karena kaya akan kandungan silika yang menyusun ikatan beton pada tingkatan molekuler. Sebagai tahap awal penelitian digunakan substansi yang lebih simpel daripada beton namun masih tersusun dari komposisi yang identik, yaitu grout mortar. Pendekatan practical mix design juga ditambahkan untuk menaksir kekuatan mortar di umur 7 dan 28 hari. Sedangkan prosentase silica fume digunakan pada rentang yang umum, yaitu 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 0% sebagai kontrol. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, hasil kuat tekan teoritis menunjukkan angka 33,43 MPa untuk umur 7 hari, dan 42,79 MPa pada umur 28 hari, yang mana mendekati hasil uji aktual, yaitu 30,2 MPa untuk 7 hari, dan 47,7 MPa untuk 28 hari. Sedangkan semua variasi silica fume menunjukkan penurunan kuat tekan yang konsisten baik di umur 7 maupun 28 hari. Adapun yang paling mendekati spesimen kontrol hanyalah variasi 5% pada umur 7 hari, dengan nilai sebesar 29,7 MPa. Kuat tekan terendah pada umur akhir pengujian didapat oleh proporsi 15%, dengan hanya mencapai 39,2 MPa. Kata kunci: grout mortar, silica fume, mix disain praktis, kuat tekan

Abstract

Pentingnya pendidikan karakter diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Di terapkannya pendidikan karakter pada proses pembelajaran untuk penanaman nilai-nilai karakter siswa bisa ditanamkan maupun dikembangkan melalui mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Proses pembelajaran IPS berlangsung dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pendidikan karakter melalui pendekatan IPS SD. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yaiitu penanaman pendidikan karakter siswa bisa ditanamkan maupun dikembangkan melalui mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Penerapan pendidikan karakter tentunya melalui berbagai tahapan dalam pembelajaran IPS yang berlangsung.

Abstract

One of the signalized intersections with four approaches is the BPKP’s intersection at Banda Aceh.  The intersection will be analyzed in the current condition and remodeled using the software SIDRA intersection 8.0. This Software can choose a predetermined minimum capacity for each little movement. Utilizing a video from a collected in the study area, the institute provided the information. Data from a video included vehicle volume, downstream distances, upstream distances, and negotiation distances, as well as transit time. in its current condition. The total flow of demand is 1060 pcu/h. degree of saturation is 1,406, and level of service is F. The remodel of this intersection is analyze the signalized intersection's traffic light cycle time. It is necessary to be able to handle the current that enters the intersection. Total flow of demand in remodel condition of BPKP's intersection at Banda Aceh is 1060 pcu/h, degree of saturation is 0,765, and level of service is C.

Abstract

The legal practice of adopting children carried out by some people in Langsa City also causes ambiguity in the process of making birth certificates, which is stated in Presidential Decree Number 25 of 2008 Article 87 Paragraph 2 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Population Registration and Civil Registration. After researchers conducted initial research on employees at the Population and Civil Registration office, they said that civil registration can only process birth certificates for adopted children if there is a court order, and so far no one has regulated otherwise.This type of research is Descriptive Analytical research, namely research that can provide an overview or explanation of the results obtained through data obtained from the field regarding several cases of child adoption in Langsa City. Therefore, the urgency of carrying out this research by the researchers themselves is to provide legal certainty and facts that actually occur regarding the requirements for making a birth certificate for an adopted child as a mandatory requirement that has been regulated in the Presidential Regulation in registering an adopted child.

M itra binaan adalah mitra yang di bentuk oleh mahasiswa KKN kelompok IX yang berada di Desa Raba Baka sedangkan pelaku UMKM yaitupelaku usaha yang berada di Raba Baka dengan jenis usahanya antara lain U s aha dagang, kios keci, Mebel, Bakulan, Kedai, dan lain sebagainya .Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan kepada mitra binaan juga pelaku UMKM yang berada di Desa Raba Bakatentang etika bisnis yang perlu dimiliki dalam melakukan  bisnis.  Metode yang  ditawarkan  ke  UMKM  berupa  edukasi/sosialisasi dengan  menggunakan LEAFLET yang dilaksanakan secara door to door. Materi yang diberikan dalam leaflet meliputi pembahasan tentang PerananEtika dalam berbisnis untuk pelaku UMKM, Manfaat dalam berbisnis untuk pelaku UMKM Penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika dalam berbisnisdalam aktivitas keuangan, pemasaran, produksi dan SDM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan mitra sangat antusias dalam mendengar dan berdiskusiselama kegiatan berlangsung. Selain itu dapat memberikan bekal pengetahuan tentang etika dalam manajemen usaha.

Abstract

Nature is an omnipotent form created by God. Looking for extraordinary creations shows how beautiful nature is created. Of course, with all kinds of objects that show every beauty, this is the masterpiece of Allah SWT. The essence of the universe is what it is though, God's intention to create the universe for us, how good nature is for us, the universe for us and others. Regarding God's purpose in creating the universe, basically it is a means of conveying information to people and proof of the existence and omnipotence of Allah SWT, that there is an Almighty God who controls this world and creates something that is without error. For example, night cannot precede day, planets rotate along circular paths until the arrival of the final judgment etc. Basically, nature is none other than Allah swt. That's why the spectrum of nature is very large. The universe was created to store so many secrets, since the extraordinary process of its formation is very complex and its inhabitants are diverse, it is an interesting study. Nature has the same basic word as the address, which means something if we follow it, we arrive at the intended destination. That is, if we take a serious study of nature, it will lead us there, its creator is Allah SWT. Nature is also related to the word science, this shows that the essence of the universe is full of scientific mysteries.
