Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham dengan earning per share sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 24 perusahaan subsektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 18 perusahaan. Penulis menggunakan 3 (tiga) variabel independen yaitu Return On Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equty Ratio (DER) dan 1 (satu) variabel intervening yaitu Earning Per Share (EPS) serta 1 (satu) variabel dependen yaitu harga saham. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, path analysis, dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian ROA secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap EPS. CR dan EPS secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. ROA, CR, DER secara langsung berperngaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. EPS secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. ROA secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap EPS. CR dan DER secara langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap EPS. ROA secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui EPS. CR dan DER secara tidak langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui EPS.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy and concept of forming Anwar Hafid's personal branding for the 2024 Central Sulawesi gubernatorial election. This research uses a qualitative approach with qualitative content analysis (QCA) techniques as a tool for collecting any data in the form of posts on Anwar Hafid's Facebook page, both photos and videos, which is then linked to personal branding theories. Data collection uses two techniques, namely observation and documentation, and four stages of analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results of this research show that the strategy used by Anwar Hafid in his posts includes background music of contemporary music genres or his unique personal voice, consistent posts every month, and conveying political messages that are in line with his work as a member of the DPR-RI. The three personal branding concepts that are dominant in the post are differentiation, unity, and personality. Each post via a Facebook account shows answers to the three main problems that must be faced in facing the 2024 gubernatorial election, namely having a religious personality, increasing the number of votes in the Provincial DPRD, and campaigning for open politics to eliminate tribal identity politics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of political communication and constituent responses in response to the implementation of smart-friendly political communication carried out by Mukhammad Misbakhun through social media. This study uses a qualitative research paradigm, which is a constructivism paradigm, a qualitative content analysis approach, and three stages in analyzing data, namely: data collection or data reduction, presentation, and verification or conclusion. The implementation of a political marketing strategy through Mukhammad Misbakhun's Twitter account is carried out by presenting opinion visualizations in the form of videos featuring intellectual rhetoric, posting discussions that are common sense and relevant among the community, and then presenting the figure of Mukhammad Misbakhun as intelligent, namely being able to understand general matters but in detail. The constituent response to the political marketing strategy implemented by Mukhammad Misbakhun was quite enthusiastic, with not many hate speeches. Meanwhile, the response on Mukhammad Misbakhun's Twitter account still has a gap between the number of followers and the number of likes, comments, and retweets, except for one video about appreciation to the Directorate General of Taxes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how Puan Maharani's personal branding on the Instagram account @Puanmaharaniri approaches the 2024 presidential election. This research uses a qualitative approach using the qualitative content analysis method based on the constructivist paradigm. Data collection was carried out using observation and documentation techniques and using three stages in analyzing the data, namely: data collection/reduction, presentation, and verification/conclusion. The research results show that the strategy for creating Puan Maharani's personal branding on the @puanmaharaniri Instagram account ahead of the 2024 presidential election was built by creating interesting content through the Instagram account with the tools used in personal branding on the @puanmaharani Instagram account, namely first, text; second, short videos; and third, photos. The concept of creating personal branding built by Puan Maharani through her Instagram account includes eight personal branding concepts by Peter Montoya. Some of Puan Maharani's branding that dominates in the formation of personal branding on her Instagram account are concern for small communities (little people), gender equality, and leadership. The overall branding built by Puan has not been able to increase her electability due to inconsistency in one strong branding attached to Puan Maharani, so that she becomes a figure known for this branding.

Abstract

The research titles “Utilizing the Instagram Account @makanansmr as a Culinary Information Platform for Samarinda City” aims to investigate how the owners of the @makanansmr Instagram account anf their followers utilize the account as a source of culinary information in Samarinda. Media users actively employ media to fulfil their needs, ans the motives behind their media usage play a significant role in comprehending the relationship between users and the media they engage with. Ins this study, Uses and Gratification theory was applied, with a specific focus on three motives that drive social media use:information, educational, and entertaiment motives. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology. The findings reveal that the @makanansmr account serves as an effective conduit for culinary information due to the presence of information, educational and entertaiment motives. Beyond serving as a culinary information in making informed decisions about visiting recommended establishments.

Abstract

This research studies about affixes. The purposes of this research to identify the kinds of affixes, the process and the function of affixation in Javanese Language uttered by Sumber Agung villagers. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data are gained through participating technique, recording technique, and writing technique. The data are analyzed with theories proposed by Yule (1985) and Connor-Linton (2006). The data are presented through informal method.The results of this research show that there are 65 words of Javanese Language which are embedded with affixes. There are 4 kinds of affixes; prefixes, suffixes, infixes, and confixes. The five kinds of prefixes include {ng-}, {di-}, {ben-}, {ke-}, and {ny-}. The five kinds of suffixes include {-e}, {-ne}, {-an}, {-ane}, and {-en}, 1 word is involved in one kind of infix that is {-cici-}, and 5 words are involved in 2 kinds of confixes. The two confixes include {di--i} and {ng--i}. The process of affixes of this research includes derivational and inflectional affixation. The affixes have function of forming noun, verb, adjective, adverb, and numeric

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of BOPO and NPL on ROA in state-owned banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016-2023 period. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and panel data regression analysis using the Eviews tool. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016-2023 period. The research results show that simultaneously, BOPO and NPL have a significant effect on ROA in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2023 period, but partially BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA, while NPL has no significant effect on ROA in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2023 Period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of utilization of the E-Kinerja application and work ethic on the performance of employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the help of the SPSS 26 program. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, totaling 41 people. The results of this study indicate that partially with the t test variable E-Kinerja and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Together using the f test variable E-Performance and Work Ethic affect the Performance of Employees of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the influence of the E-Kinerja and Work Ethic variables on the Performance of Employees of the Office of Communication and Informatics of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is 51%, the remaining 49% is influenced by other variables such as additional employee income (TPP) factors, work motivation, mental attitude, and physical condition of employees.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of education level (X1) and competence (X2) on the performance of Information and Documentation Management Officials (PPID) in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Using multiple linear regression, the research involved a population of 49 PPID officers. The findings indicate that both education level (X1) and competence (X2) significantly affect performance, with competence exhibiting a stronger influence (coefficient 0.785) compared to education (coefficient 0.241). Together, these factors explain 58.6% of performance variability, while 41.4% is attributed to other variables. Recommendations include targeted training programs, enhanced recruitment criteria emphasizing competencies, and policies fostering continuous education. This study offers insights for regional governments to optimize PPID performance, ensuring efficient public information management.Keywords: Education Level, Competence, PPID Performance, Regional Government, Public Information Management

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work involvement and job training on employee performance at the Tourism and Culture Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The population used is all civil servants at the Office of Tourism and Culture of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency totaling 32 people. The results showed that partially each independent variable of work involvement and job training and training had a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of work involvement and job training together have a significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Tourism and Culture of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. the influence of work involvement variables (X1) and job training (X2) on the ups and downs of employee performance at the OKU Regency Tourism and Culture Office is 76.6% while the remaining 23.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Employee Performance, Job Engagement, Job TrainingAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Populasi yang di gunakan adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil pada kantor Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu yang berjumlah 32 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial masing-masing variabel bebas keterlibatan kerja dan pelatihandan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan variabel ketelibatan kerja dan pelatihan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. pengaruh variabel keterlibatan kerja (X1) dan  pelatihan kerja (X2)  terhadap naik turunnya kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten OKUsebesar 76,6% sedangkan sisanya 23,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Keterlibatan Kerja, Pelatihan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
