Abstract

Business legality is a license that must be owned by all business actors. Where the legality of this business will be a legal protection for business actors. So that the management of business legality is needed by business actors. This writing aims to find out the legal regulations related to legality and urgency related to business legality. This study was written using empirical legal research methods using a qualitative approach. In the process of writing the data sources are primary data, namely the results of interviews and secondary data, namely library research. The results of the study show that business legality is very important for business actors. As stated in Article 10 of Law Number 3 of 2014 concerning Industry, it is stated that every industrial business activity must have an industrial business license. Therefore, business legality is very important for business actors because this business license can be a legal protection for business actors.

Abstract

Anak tunarungu menghadapi tantangan besar dalam perkembangan bahasa dan komunikasi, terutama ketika mengalami keterlambatan bicara dan tidak memperoleh penguasaan bahasa isyarat secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak dari dua kondisi tersebut terhadap perkembangan psikososial dan akademik anak tunarungu. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi literatur, artikel ini mengkaji faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan bicara, rendahnya kemampuan bahasa isyarat, serta dampak jangka panjang yang ditimbulkannya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan penguasaan bahasa menyebabkan hambatan komunikasi yang serius, menimbulkan isolasi sosial, gangguan emosional, dan penurunan kepercayaan diri. Secara akademik, anak tunarungu mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi pelajaran dan berpartisipasi aktif di sekolah, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya prestasi belajar. Dampak jangka panjangnya mencakup keterbatasan dalam dunia kerja dan relasi sosial, serta risiko rendahnya kualitas hidup. Oleh karena itu, penting dilakukan intervensi dini dan penyediaan pendidikan inklusif berbasis bahasa isyarat untuk mendukung perkembangan anak tunarungu secara optimal. Bahasa bukan hanya alat komunikasi, tetapi juga hak dasar anak untuk tumbuh, belajar, dan membangun identitas diri.

Abstract

The rapid development of Islamic finance has increased demand for Sharia-compliant investment instruments, including Sharia Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF). In Indonesia, Sharia ETF governance faces regulatory fragmentation and legal uncertainty, particularly concerning the integration of Sharia principles into capital market regulations. Existing studies have predominantly examined performance aspects or formal compliance processes, while the role of fatwas as operational governance instruments remains understudied. This research examines the National Sharia Board-Indonesian Council of Ulama (DSN-MUI) Fatwa No. 154 of 2023 as a Sharia governance instrument. A normative juridical approach is employed to analyze the provisions within the fatwa, Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations, and operational practices of Sharia ETF on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis was conducted using thematic methods based on the dimensions of Sharia governance, transparency, and law enforcement. The findings indicate that although Fatwa No. 154 provides legal clarity and certainty, the fatwa remains at a normative level and lacks operational standards that can be implemented in disclosure, reporting, and supervision aspects. Consequently, Sharia compliance risks ceasing at a formalistic stage without effective integration with capital market regulations. This research contributes to Islamic financial governance literature by offering a conceptual framework that positions fatwa as a regulatory instrument within Sharia capital market governance. The implications emphasize the need for regulatory strengthening and enhanced inter-institutional coordination to realize more effective Sharia ETF governance.

Abstract

This study responds to the growing prevalence of misinformation in the digital era, which poses significant challenges for students’ ability to critically evaluate online information. This study aims to examine how critical digital literacy can be integrated into English language education to address these challenges. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving English teachers. The findings indicate that integrating critical digital literacy through collaborative learning strategies enhances students’ critical thinking and communication skills, particularly in evaluating online information. This study contributes to existing literature by proposing a contextual integration model of critical digital literacy in EFL classrooms, offering practical implications for curriculum development and teacher training.

Abstract

The emergence of the Society 5.0 era, characterized by the integration of artificial intelligence, big data, and cyber-physical systems into human life, presents complex challenges for contemporary Islamic education. Beyond technological adaptation, Islamic education faces epistemological, ethical, and pedagogical demands to remain relevant while preserving its foundational values. This study aims to analyze the challenges posed by Society 5.0 and formulate a conceptual framework for strengthening Islamic education in response to digital transformation. Using a qualitative library research approach with a critical-analytical perspective, this research examines contemporary educational discourse, Islamic pedagogical principles, and the implications of technological disruption on learning systems. The findings indicate that the challenges of Society 5.0 encompass three major dimensions: (1) the shift in knowledge authority from traditional religious transmission to digital information ecosystems, (2) the transformation of learning patterns toward technology-mediated and personalized models, and (3) the risk of moral and spiritual disorientation amid hyper-connectivity. Therefore, Islamic education must undertake epistemological integration between revelation and scientific knowledge, develop adaptive and technology-based pedagogical models, and strengthen character education rooted in tawhid, adab, and ethical responsibility. In this context, Society 5.0 should not be perceived merely as a technological disruption, but as an opportunity to reconstruct Islamic education toward a more human-centered, value-driven, and transformative paradigm.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has become a strategic necessity in responding to globalization and limited employment opportunities, particularly for Madrasah Aliyah students, many of whom do not continue to higher education. Madrasahs have significant potential to develop entrepreneurship education integrated with Islamic values through the Madrasah Entrepreneur approach. This study aims to examine and describe the practices of Madrasah Entrepreneur in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of Madrasah Aliyah students. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and were analyzed using an interactive data analysis model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data credibility ensured through triangulation and member checking. The findings indicate that Madrasah Entrepreneur practices are implemented through the integration of entrepreneurial activities into learning processes, habituation, and the management of madrasah business units based on direct experiential learning. These practices contribute to the development of students’ entrepreneurial spirit, as reflected in increased independence, creativity, responsibility, initiative, and productive orientation. The discussion reveals that these findings align with entrepreneurship theory and experiential learning theory and are further strengthened by the integration of Islamic religious values. This study concludes that the Madrasah Entrepreneur model represents a relevant, contextual, and promising approach to entrepreneurship education in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of Madrasah Aliyah students in a holistic manner.

Abstract

The discourse on religious moderation in contemporary Indonesia faces significant tension between the need to maintain social cohesion and the rise of polarization and exclusivist religious interpretations. This article analyzes the concept of madhhab adherence (bermadzhab) from the perspective of KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari as an epistemological and pedagogical foundation for religious moderation education. Employing a qualitative approach with a historical-intellectual design, this study examines his major works, including Adab al-‘Ālim wa al-Muta‘allim, Risālah Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jamā‘ah, and Risālah fi Ta’akkud al-Akhdz bi Madzahib al-Arba‘ah, alongside relevant literature on pesantren traditions and Islamic moderation in Indonesia. The findings reveal that madhhab adherence in KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari’s thought is not understood as passive imitation, but as a methodological commitment to scholarly authority, chains of transmission (sanad), and the discipline of usul al-fiqh. This framework safeguards the balance between theological orthodoxy and social inclusivity, while cultivating a religious character characterized by tawassuṭ (moderation), tawāzun (balance), and tasāmuḥ (tolerance). Within pesantren education, particularly in institutions affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama, madhhab adherence is internalized through the study of classical Islamic texts (turāth), ethical formation (adab), and habituation in managing juristic differences (ikhtilaf) proportionally. The article concludes that madhhab adherence constitutes a robust epistemic framework for strengthening tradition-based religious moderation education. Moderation is thus not grounded in theological relativism or normative slogans, but in an educational process rooted in the pesantren’s intellectual tradition and historically validated scholarly authority.

Abstract

The determination of child custody in divorce proceedings is a central issue in Islamic family law, particularly where psychological domestic violence has been judicially established and may produce long-term harm to the child. This article examines Decision No 125/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Mlg of the Malang Religious Court, which awarded custody of a noun-mumayyiz child to the father notwithstanding proven psychological abuse. The stusy addresses the normative question: to what extent is the court’s custody reasoning consistent with al-Shatibi’s maqashid al shari’ah, particularly the protection of life/ psychological integrity (hifz al nafs) and lineage (hifz al-nasl), alongside hifz al din, when applied to cases involving psychological violence? Using a normative juridical method with a case approach, the research analyzes the judgment as primary legal material and examines the Compilation of Islamic Law, fiqh and maqashid literature, and developmental psychological assessment or structured evaluation of future risk. Applying al Shatibi’s maqashidas a hierarchy of protections, this article argues that such reasoning risks reducing maslahah to immediatefactual benefits and under-protecting the child’s long-term framework for integrating long-term child protection standarts (risk and impact assessment) into Islamic judicial reasoning on custody in domestic violence contexs.

Abstract

All of information that manipulated by a computer is represented in the form of bits, so in the programming language it is necessary to understand bitwise operations at the first. This paper aims to create a concept of making Conditional Statements with Bitwise operators in C ++. By doing so, we hope that people is easy to understand  the operation behind conditional statements. A conditional operator is also known as a ternary operator. It takes three operands. A conditional operator is closely related with if else statement. The method used is a literature study studying the bit manipulation algorithm in the C ++ language. The results obtained are a function using bitwise operations in C ++ that implement conditional statements.

Abstract

The development of environmentally conscious character is a vital aspect of education in Indonesia and is mandated to be implemented at every level of educational institutions. The Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam or PAI) subject, particularly Akidah Akhlak, plays a strategic role in instilling moral and spiritual values that support environmental awareness. This study aims to explore the optimization of Akidah Akhlak instruction in fostering environmentally conscious character through the P5 PPRA program at MTsN 15 Jombang. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study design. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, with informants consisting of the principal, Akidah Akhlak teachers, and students. Data analysis was conducted through source triangulation to ensure the validity of findings. The results indicate that Akidah Akhlak instruction integrated with the P5 PPRA program effectively cultivates students’ environmental awareness. The program includes greening activities and recycling plastic bottles into ecobricks, providing students with hands-on experiences in applying moral values toward nature. The integration of religious values with environmental practices through contextual learning not only enhances students’ understanding of the importance of environmental stewardship but also strengthens their commitment to practicing it in daily life as part of their faith implementation. These findings affirm that an instructional approach combining spiritual dimensions with real-world actions can be an effective strategy for shaping ecologically minded student character.
