This study aims to understand and analyze the application of the partnership program as a strategy for higher education in maintaining sustainability at Nurul Jadid Paiton University, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. The results showed that Nurul Jadid University carried out a partnership program with other agencies as a strategy in maintaining sustainability in the institution which was carried out through four stages, namely: Attention, namely creating awareness of the process and innovation in the institution; Interest, which is to raise interest from the community; Desire to choose an institution; Action, namely community action that makes the institution selected as its main choice. Through this community choice, the institution can maintain the sustainability of higher education. This research has implications for the importance of educational institutions in maintaining sustainability through their partner institutions, thus impacting public trust and public loyalty.

This article presents the services which is provided by Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School using the Virtual Account payment method. In essence, the purpose of a service is to provide a sense of satisfaction for the people who is being served. To achieve this level of satisfaction must be accompanied by facilities and personnel from each side. In providing a service we are required to be sensitive to the wishes and needs of customers. Through the Virtual Account method can be implemented in financial management, especially in the payment process in an educational institution because it can provide convenience, and can be guaranteed in the process of payment transactions. By using this method, the Islamic Boarding School's treasurer can provide services in the form of convenience, guarantees, and concerns of Islamic Students (Santri) or Islamic Student's Parent (Walisantri) when processing payment transactions.

This paper presents the development of instructional media techniques based Islamic Religious Education in order to streamline the learning environment by ASSURE Model. The development of media-based learning environment is done in order to create learning conditions that attract Islamic education, not monotonous, not boring, and fosters the enthusiasm students to study harder. Learning based on the environment as part of contextual learning, giving students direct experience in interacting with the environment, such as; social environment, the natural environment and the built environment, so as to create more meaningful learning conditions for them and made possible the formation of personality and character of students, such as love of the environment.حاولت هذه المقالة عرض بعض الأساليب لتطوير الوسائل التعليمية لمادة التربية الإسلامية على أساس البيئة ليكون التدريس فعّالا على نموذج ASSURE. والتعليم أساسا هو عملية الاتصال بين المعلّم والمتعلّم للوصول إلى الأهداف المقرّرة. ولتكوين عملية الاتصال فعّالة يُحتاج إلى تطوير الوسائل التعليمية – وغيرها كذلك – على أساس البيئة في نموذج ASSURE. والهدف من هذا تكوين ظروف تعليم مادة التربية الإسلامية متمركزة في الطلاب، وتفعيل الطلاب وتمكينهم، وإزالة الرتيب والسآمة منهم، وغرس الحماسة وتقويتها في التعلّم. والتعليم على أساس البيئة نوع من التعليم السياقي، يعطى الطلاب الواقع العملي في التعامل مع عدة البيئات المحيطة بهم؛ البيئة الاجتماعية، والبيئة الطبيعية، والبيئة الاصطناعية حتى يقدروا على تكوين ظروف التعليم ذات معنى لهم حتّى تكوّنت في نفوس الطلاب شخصية قوية مثل حبّ البيئة.

This paper presents a ngejot tradition which is a da’wah bil hal that has contributed a lot to the establishment of religious harmony in Bali, especially in Buleleng Regency. This is based on the lack of people that not interested by da’wah bil hal method in Islamic da'wah activities today. This research focuses on the values of Islamic teachings that contained in ngejot tradition, so it is expected to be a solution of harmony among religious communities in Indonesia, especially in Bali. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. The results showed that, ngejot tradition is an implementation of da’wah bil hal that contains some values such as silaturrahim, shadaqah, musawa and tasamuh. In addition, ngejot is a tradition that able to provide solutions to religious harmony in Bali

This study aims to understand the implementation of excellent service in increasing public trust at SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through data reduction, data exposure, and concluding. The results showed that excellent service at SMA Nurul Jadid was implemented to increase public trust through; tangible modality, creating good communication, in-service training, the interconnection between employees, and an integrated approach to quality service. This research has implications for the importance of excellent service for every educational institution to ensure the loyalty of madrasa residents both internally and externally.

This study aims to analyze and understand about analyzing the knowledge sharing strategy carried out by SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through display data, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy to improve the quality of human resources through knowledge sharing at SMA Nurul Jadid was carried out through; utilize materials, talk space, knowledge sharing culture, benchmarking best practices.

This study aims to analyze the heutagogical approach to improving the metacognitive intelligence of students at Ma'had Aly. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological research. The researchers attempted to understand the phenomena of education and learning activities in Ma'had Aly. Researchers conducted participatory observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data display, data reduction, and data conclusion. The results showed that the heutagogical approach implemented at Ma'had Aly improved students' metacognitive intelligence through some activities, including a reading test with the blank matter, meaning understanding, memorizing nadzom, and achieving the learning goal.

This study aims to analyze the application of religious culture in building children's character resilience at school through the perspective of social reconstruction theory. This research was conducted at SMAN I Kraksaan Probolinggo, East Java. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research in order to obtain accurate and accountable data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in stages, starting with presenting the data, reducing the data, and concluding. The study results show that the application of religious culture in building children's character resilience in schools through the perspective of social reconstruction theory is carried out through externalization, objectivation, and internalization in a planned, systematic and sustainable manner. This research has implications for the importance of strengthening children's character resilience so that they are not easily swayed by the dynamics of the times.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of manipulative media using playing cards to improve the ability of arithmetic operations to add integers to students in madrasah. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out: data collection, reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that the application of manipulative media at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hanafiyah Kotaanyar went through three steps: preparing playing cards, conveying the rules of the game, and starting the game. The students' numeracy skills increased from the manipulative media application, and the average score evidenced this before applying the media to 55.38. After learning, the result is 87.31. This study provides implications about the importance of learning design that teachers must carry out by utilizing various kinds of media and learning resources around them.

This paper aims to analyze and understand the increasing concentration of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) children through guessing games in Madrasahs. ADHD children have difficulty focusing, so learning while playing can be an alternative treatment. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data analysis technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis uses Milles and Huberman's data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that with the stages of forming groups as a mirror of the guidance process, then conveying game instructions as a form of persuasion, starting a guessing game as a form of accompanying, and having rewards as a form of response and more attention from the teacher then the final score of the game was obtained. It is being done, which continues to increase. It can then be understood that guessing games can improve concentration in ADHD children at Madrasah Ibdtidaiyah Misbahul Fata, Probolinggo. This study provides implications about the importance of learning design based on the needs of students that teachers must carry out by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach so that learning targets can be achieved.
