Abstract

The participation of women's leadership in early childhood education institutions can provide comfort and effectiveness in learning. Women who incidentally are quickly close to early childhood with maternal characteristics can understand the needs of early childhood. This study aims to analyze and understand women's leadership in building a literacy culture based on local wisdom in TK Azzainiyah Paiton Probolinggo. This study uses a phenomenological type of qualitative approach. The results showed that, firstly, leadership at Azzainiyah Kindergarten in Paiton Probolinggo involved women leaders who were highly dedicated to creating a literacy culture program based on local wisdom. Second, implementing a literacy culture based on local understanding through curriculum modification, literacy monitoring, strengthening human resources, knowledge sharing, and evaluation. The results of this study have implications for the importance of enhancing literacy in schools through strengthening local culture by leaders.

Abstract

The impact of the pandemic on student behavior can also be seen in face-to-face learning conducted after the pandemic. Face-to-face learning that was carried out after the pandemic made children feel like starting face-to-face learning that had been done before the pandemic. Thus, this study aims to reveal early childhood behavior management strategies based on a fun learning environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. This study resulted in the findings that early childhood behavior management strategies based on a fun learning environment were carried out by; 1) setting specific, observable, and measurable goals; 2) creating a structured environment with routines and schedules; 3) considering situational and environmental factors; 4) motivate with positive praise and attention, and; 5) cooperate with parents.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the adaptation of BCCT learning models in developing religious aspects of children. With qualitative methods. The informants in the study were principals, class A teachers, and class B teachers taken with a purposive sampling approach. Preliminary observations in the field show that the implementation of early childhood learning still does not entirely refer to the stages of development and growth of children, especially in the religious aspects of children. The results of this study in implementing the BCCT learning model are the first environmental footing by preparing places and conditions before learning. Second, the footing of the experience before playing is also referred to as the opening activity before entering the core learning activities. Third, the footing when playing is the child's activity in playing a role according to the center. Fourth, footing after play is an activity carried out by teachers and children when they finish playing.

Abstract

Kecerdasan majemuk sangat penting untuk dikembangkan pada anak didik, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan yang tepat guna untuk mencapai target tersebut, salah satunya adalah pendekatan BCCT (Beyond Centre And Circle Time). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami tentang manajemen pembelajaran pada anak usia dini melalui pendekatan BCCT (beyond centre and circle time) dalam meningkatkan multiple intelligences anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa di TK Namira School dan TK Islam Terpadu Permata, Kraksaan, Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dalam menerapkan BCCT guna meningkatkan multiple intelligences anak, diperlukan pengelolaan yang terencana, terstruktur dan sistematis. Melalui perencanaan desain pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang sistemik, multiple intelligences anak dapat dikembangkan dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang alat permainan edukatif berbahan limbah dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan kognitif pada anak usia dini di Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Tania, Paiton, Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Guna mendapatkan gambaran tentang alat permainan edukatif berbahan limbah dalam mencerdaskan kognitif pada anak usia dini, peneliti berbaur langsung dalam pembuatan alatnya dan melakukan observasi dan mendokumentasikan aktivitas pembelajaran di lembaga tersebut. Interview dilakukan terhadap kepala sekolah dan guru di Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Tania. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan kognitif anak usia dini melalui alat permainan edukatif berbahan limbah dilakukan melalui; kegiatan persiapan, penyajian materi, menghubungkan, menyimpulkan, dan mengaplikasikan media dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa guru harus memiliki inovasi dan kreatifitas dalam mengelola pembelajarannya sesuai dengan target yang ditentukannya, agar supaya mampu membangkitkan motivasi dan kecerdasan peserta didik secara totalitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the regeneration efforts of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in increasing organizational commitment. The method used is a qualitative case study approach. This research was conducted at the santri patriot organization at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School Paiton Probolinggo. The efforts of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School to increase students' organizational commitment are the regeneration program; Character education, scholarships, training, and dedication in the form of direction that can motivate patriotic students to encourage the spirit of learning so that it is expected to increase the commitment of the patriot santri organization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze self-efficacy in building the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers at MTs Darul Ulum, Bungatan, Situbondo, East Java. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenology. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis was carried out in a circular manner by following the Spradley model, namely; domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, componential analysis, and discovering cultural themes. The results showed that increasing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers through self-efficacy at MTs Darul Ulum Bungatan, Situbondo was carried out through; delegation of authority given by the leadership to teachers, strengthening of self-commitment as the basis for strengthening dedication, quality-oriented teacher behavior as an organizational culture and building a positive thinking attitude to strengthen performance and a spirit of dedication.

Abstract

This paper presents a conception of class-based assessments oriented to the Higher Order Thinking Skill, based on the taxonomy of bloom to streamline the learning of Islamic Education. Class-based assessment is an activity carried out to obtain and streamline data on student learning outcomes at the classroom level, during teaching and learning activities. class-based assessments oriented to the Higher Order Thinking Skill in learning Islamic Education, is not an instant assessment and without any follow-up improvements. HOTS-oriented assessment is a continuous assessment to get feedback on subsequent learning. Through the HOTS-oriented assessment, students will be able to think creatively, critically, innovatively, argue, solve problems, and have expertise in making decisions, especially on material about Islamic Education. After the teacher performs class-based assessments oriented to the Higher Order Thinking Skills, based on the taxonomy of bloom, the teacher needs to make improvements in a directed and sustainable manner. The results of the assessment obtained, serve as reference material or reference for improvement in learning Islamic Education so on.

Abstract

In learning activities, evaluation is an important component that must be taken by the teacher to know efektifias learning that has been done. The importance of evaluation in the classroom learning system aims to determine the various issues related to the development, progress, setbacks of a study, to be followed up as a learning-oriented development measures to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. In addition, the results obtained from the evaluation can be used as feedback for teachers in improving and learning activities.In this case, the evaluation or assessment should be viewed as one of the important factors that can give an idea to the teacher about the condition of learning activities they have implemented. These activities continue to be carried out so as to provide information to teachers on learning activities, both in terms of process and output of activities that have been carried out.

Abstract

This paper presents the conception of inclusive education in the perspective of Islamic epistemology. Education is a process of the child that lasts until the child reaches a mature adult. To achieve that every child is entitled to a good education, not to mention children with special needs. History shows that over the centuries in all countries of the world, individuals who are different from most other individuals are always denied presence by society. This is due to the assumption that members of the disabled group may not be able to contribute to the group. Those who are different because they have disabilities, are excluded, do not get the touch of affection and meaningful social contacts are not even acknowledged their existence. The government is in the midst of inclusive education, in which inclusive education is able to place all children (normal children and special needs children) in a community that is an attempt not to separate them from the normal society. To provide a deeper understanding of the source of inclusive education, this paper will present the inclusion education in the globe of Islamic Epistemology which is one branch of philosophy and examines the estuary of a knowledge in which inclusive education. By understanding the source of inclusive education it is hoped that the belief in the importance of inclusion education is stronger.
