Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecepatan lari terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa putra kelas VIII SMPN 1 Sape Kabupaten Bima Tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas VIII sebanyak 102 siswa, sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 25 siswa. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari 1 variabel bebas yaitu kecepatan lari, serta 1 variabel terikat yaitu keterampilan menggiring bola. Instrumen tes dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes kecepatan lari, dan tes menggirng bola. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi diperoleh rhitung 0.975 > r tabel sebesar 0.396, yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan secara signifikan antara kecepatan lari dengan menggiring bola pada permainan sepak bola oleh siswa putra kelas VIII SMPN 1 Sape Kabupaten Bima Tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Hal ini berarti bahwa dengan bertambahnya kecepatan lari akan diiikuti pula kecapatan dalam menggiring bola.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the acceptance of polygamy among widows in Pangurungan Village, North Sumatra. This research problem can be formulated as follows: What is the acceptability of polygamy among widows in Pangarungan village, and what factors influence the readiness for polygamy for widows in Pangarungan village. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were a sample of 10 widows who had income from a total population of 63 widows. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and document study. The results of the research show that 50% of widows in the Pengarungan Village community, North Sumatra have a tendency to agree with the practice and implementation of polygamy. Apart from conceptually, they agree and some are even ready to undergo polygamy. Meanwhile, the other 50% do not agree with the concept of polygamy and are not willing to be polygamous.

Abstract

Communication is the key to the success or failure of a target achieved and carried out by an employee. If employees are trapped in an atmosphere of confusion but have good communication, researchers believe employees can resolve it through good communication. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of communication on employee performance. In contrast to a number of previous studies, this research adds the Work Team variable as a moderating variable which is believed to strengthen the influence of the Communication variable on Employee Performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach which uses a number of previous studies related to Organizational Communication, Employee Performance and Work Teams as a reflection and is combined into the latest research and at the same time has differences from previous studies. This research uses primary data that researchers obtained from Bank Bukopin which is spread throughout Indonesia. The data was distributed via an online questionnaire with statements 1-5 containing the sentences strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree and strongly disagree. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool The result in this article show that the Communication variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.021. Apart from that, researchers also believe that the Teamwork variable can moderate the influence of the Communication variable on the Employee Performance variable because with good teamwork chemistry will arise which forms good communication and ultimately improves the performance of each employee. In line with this, the results from the second row of the third table of the flow coefficient show that the Teamwork variable can moderate the influence of the Communication variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted and validated.

Abstract

Changing the curriculum is something that must be done by a country along with the times. Curriculum changes in Indonesia have been made several times. The results of the latest curriculum changes have resulted in the Independent Curriculum. Curriculum changes are expected to have a significant positive impact on learning and outcomes. However, curriculum changes also provide flexibility to teachers who carry out learning in the classroom. Students of the Teacher Education Study Program of the University of Muhammadiyah Buton as prospective teachers need to be equipped with experience before they become teachers. This training activity aims to provide experience to participants implementing the independent curriculum. The activity was attended by 12 students as training participants. In general, this training activity is carried out in three stages: the presentation of material, training, and evaluation of results. The presentation of the material uses the lecture and question and answer method, the practice uses the tutoring method, and the evaluation of the results uses the observation method. The evaluation results showed that the average ability of participants to compile learning tools was 88.44%, the average ability to carry out learning reached 90.56, and the personality of participants reached 92.88. Based on the analysis of the results of the discussion, it was concluded that this training activity has had a very satisfactory impact on the ability of trainees in the implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) is one type of legume that is not yet popular in Indonesia, especially in South Sulawesi. Despite its high nutritional content, pigeon pea contains an anti-nutritional compound called phytic acid, which can inhibit nutrient absorption. This study aims to determine the effect of soaking, boiling, and fermentation on the reduction of phytic acid levels and the nutritional characteristics of pigeon pea. The research was conducted in two stages: the first stage to examine the effect of treatments on the reduction of phytic acid, and the second stage to characterize the nutritional components of pigeon pea flour after the best treatment was obtained. The results showed that 48-hour fermentation resulted in the highest reduction of phytic acid levels at 72.01%, while 24-hour soaking resulted in the lowest reduction at 53.705%. Nutritional characterization in the second stage showed that fermented pigeon pea had a moisture content of 7.53%, ash content of 2.56%, protein content of 20.61%, fat content of 0.80%, and carbohydrate content of 68.51%. In conclusion, 48-hour fermentation is the best treatment to reduce phytic acid levels in pigeon pea, with a reduction of 72.01%

Abstract

SIKA adalah dokumen resmi yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak berwenang dalam proyek untuk memastikan bahwa pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini membahas gambaran implementasi Surat Ijin Kerja Aman (SIKA) pada pekerjaan ketinggian PT. Green Diamond Indonesia (GDI) pada proyek instalasi base transceiver station (BTS) di wilayah sulawesi selatan tahun 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari identifikasi pembuatan SIKA dan analisis implementasi SIKA di PT. Green Diamond Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan ialah observasi. Data hasil observasi disajikan dalam bentuk naratif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa yang terlibat dalam pembuatan SIKA peminta ijin yaitu atasan peminta ijin dari lingkungan PT. Green Diamond Indonesia. Pemegang ijin, adalah pelaksana pekerjaan baik dari pekerja atau mitra kerja ataupun kontraktor PT. Green Diamond Indonesia. Sedangkan analisis implementasi implementasi Surat Ijin Kerja Aman (SIKA) di PT. Green Diamond Indonesia dapat terlihat dari sisi keselamatan, penurunan jumlah insiden dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja.

Abstract

Marriage is a law that allows having one wife to four wives, polygamous marriages are permitted either in a serial manner or with the permission of the first wife provided they are able to be fair physically and mentally. In Bengkaung Village, Batulayar District, polygamy is generally carried out through unregistered marriages which cause many problems. The aim of the research is to find out polygamy according to law; to determine the relationship between polygamy without the wife's permission and household life in Bengkaung Village, Batulayar District; and to know about polygamy according to Islam. The method used is qualitative, respondents were selected by random sampling from perpetrators of unregistered marriages, from this research it can be concluded that: 1. Polygamy is permitted by law provided that there is written permission from the first wife, the husband is ready to fulfill the needs of his wives, it can be valid fair both physically and mentally; 2. Siri marriages are carried out in Bengkaung Village, Batulayar District because to cover the perpetrator's social status, to avoid the first wife not being allowed to remarry, generally the first wife does not allow her husband to remarry; 3. According to Islamic rules, serial or open polygamy is permitted for up to 4 wives provided that: the husband is capable, is able to provide for his wives both physically and mentally and is able to act fairly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menanamkan kesadaran sosial pada siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Kota Bima, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menerapkan metode pembelajaran kontekstual dengan menghubungkan materi keagamaan dengan isu sosial, keteladanan langsung, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek sosial seperti bakti sosial dan penggalangan dana. Metode ini efektif dalam meningkatkan empati, kepedulian, dan tanggung jawab sosial siswa. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan sekolah, lingkungan keagamaan yang kondusif, dan partisipasi aktif siswa. Sementara itu, hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, minimnya sarana prasarana, serta perbedaan tingkat kesadaran sosial antar siswa. Guru PAI mengatasi tantangan tersebut melalui integrasi dengan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal, dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua serta komunitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai Islam, inovasi pedagogis, dan dukungan ekosistem pendidikan berhasil menciptakan model penanaman kesadaran sosial yang efektif. Perubahan sikap siswa terlihat dari peningkatan partisipasi dalam aksi sosial dan internalisasi nilai-nilai kepedulian. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan pendidikan karakter berbasis agama di sekolah-sekolah Muhammadiyah dan institusi pendidikan serupa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of talent management as well as training and development on job promotion which is mediated by employee performance. The background for the author to conduct this research is because internal company promotions still have a big opportunity to be improved through a good employee development system, which in the end will create employees with the expected competencies, so that they will be the best candidates to fill the positions needed in the company. later. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved 124 respondents who were PT PIB employees. The questionnaire was created based on indicators of the variables studied. Meanwhile, SmartPLS 4 is an application used in research data analysis techniques. The research results show a t-statistic value of 1.368 for the influence of talent management on job promotions, so talent management has no influence on job promotions. Then the t-statistic value for the influence of training and development on job promotion is 2.437, so training and development has a positive influence on job promotion. The t-statistic value is 2.307 for the influence of talent management on work performance, so talent management has a positive influence on employee performance.
