This study aims to examine each method to show the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the transportation problem solving method. Vogel Approximation Method (VAM) is an initial solution method that is better than other methods and generally produces an initial solution that is close to the optimum result. In this study the Stepping Stone and Modified Distribution methods produce the same total cost. The main difference between these two methods is in the step of using the shortest path. The author concludes that the determination of the optimal method must be adapted to the conditions of the transportation problem to be solved. The meaning depends on the number of problem variables which will include the number of sources, the number of destinations and the time provided to solve the transportation problem.

The web-based digital archive management system is a crucial solution to address the challenges of managing physical documents, which are often inefficient and prone to damage or loss. This research was chosen due to the importance of digitalization in facilitating easier access, storage, and maintenance of archives. The research methods used include user needs analysis, system design, and implementation and testing of the web-based application. This system is designed to allow users to upload, manage, and search digital documents easily and quickly. The research results indicate that this system significantly enhances the efficiency of archive management, reduces document search time, and ensures data security and integrity. With this system, users can access archives from anywhere and at any time, as long as they are connected to the internet. In conclusion, the implementation of a web-based digital archive management system not only improves operational efficiency but also provides a sustainable solution for archive management. This research is important as it demonstrates how technology can be utilized to enhance the efficiency and security of archive management, which is a critical aspect for many organizations.

Introduction: The use of ionizing radiation in diagnostic radiology carries the potential for adverse health effects. Therefore, adherence to radiation protection practices is essential to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. This study aimed to evaluate radiation protection practices in diagnostic radiology facilities in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in all diagnostic radiology facilities in Pekanbaru. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, observation checklists, and measurements of radiation dose levels. The questionnaire assessed the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of radiation workers regarding radiation protection. Observation checklists were used to evaluate the availability and use of personal protective equipment, radiation warning signs, and shielding. Radiation dose levels were measured using thermoluminescent dosimeters. Results: A total of 30 diagnostic radiology facilities participated in the study. The majority of radiation workers (80%) had received formal training in radiation protection. However, only 60% of facilities had a written radiation protection program. Personal protective equipment was available in all facilities, but its use was not always consistent. Radiation warning signs were present in most facilities, but their placement was not always optimal. Shielding was adequate in most facilities, but some areas required improvement. Radiation dose levels were within permissible limits in all facilities. Conclusion: Radiation protection practices in diagnostic radiology facilities in Pekanbaru are generally good. However, there is room for improvement in some areas, such as the development and implementation of written radiation protection programs, consistent use of personal protective equipment, and optimization of radiation warning signs and shielding.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana teori karir Krumboltz diimplementasikan di Laboratorium Madrasah Aliyah (MAL) UINSU. Penelitian ini penting dalam mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang mungkin timbul di kalangan siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan dan membantu dalam memecahkan masalah karir mereka dengan menggunakan teori Krumboltz. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan narasumber yaitu guru BK MAL. Penelitian ini juga didukung oleh data dokumenter berupa buku dan beberapa artikel terkait teori karir Krumboltz. Menurut teori Krumboltz, pengambilan keputusan karir dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor, yaitu faktor genetik, lingkungan sosial, pengalaman belajar, dan faktor keterampilan dalam menangani tugas atau masalah. Oleh karena itu, dalam implementasi pilihan karir mahasiswa, MAL UINSU menitikberatkan pada kesinambungan antara keempat faktor teori Krumboltz, agar pilihan karir sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Closing activity is conducted at the end of learning. Teachers provide conclusions, evaluation and follow-up of learning. This study aims to describe the implementation of closing teaching session skill undertaken by accounting teacher. This research uses descriptive qualitative design. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations and document review. The result showed that the closing activity but not all teachers perform the activity well. Accounting teachers well understood about closing activity theoretically, however, this understanding is not always applied in the classroom.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of spirituality (religion) that exists in former drug users, by giving this spirituality it is hoped that they will be aware of the dangers of drugs and be able to get closer to God. This study uses qualitative methods with observation data analysis techniques and semi-structured interviews. Determination of purposively selected informants, namely foundation management, former drug addicts who are in the process of rehabilitation and assistants or counselors. Data collection by interview, observation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and we also found that the Ar-Rahman Drug Rehabilitation Center can be used as an alternative in spiritual and herbal (non-medical) rehabilitation of drug abuse. Spiritual rehabilitation uses a humanist and familial approach so that drug addict patients can be open, close and trust the counselor in the therapy process. The results and discussion are that former drug addicts at YPRN Ar Rahman Palembang have a low level of understanding of spirituality. In terms of the discussion with the religious teacher at YPRN Ar-Rahman, it was found that the client did not yet have the ability to understand spirituality, only limited to ritual formalities. This is further strengthened by the results of interviews we conducted with direct clients, that they actually believe in God, but do not fully believe in God.

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas penerapan kontrak pada pembiayaan musyarakah dan musya>rakah mutana>qis}ah di Bank Syariah, dengan fokus pada klausul-klausul yang memberatkan nasabah dan tidak sesuai dengan prinsip musyarakah dan musya>rakah mutana>qis}ah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi contoh salah satu kontrak pembiayaan musyarakah dan musya>rakah mutana>qis}ah antara bank syariah dan nasabah, serta menganalisis anatomi kontrak tersebut. Penelitian juga menyoroti bahwa pasal 10-21 dalam kontrak tersebut mengatur kewajiban, jaminan, pernyataan, dan akibat cidera janji, namun tidak mencakup pembagian kerja dan kontribusi modal yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh kedua belah pihak. Pembagian keuntungan dalam kontrak ditetapkan dengan persentase tetap, bukan berdasarkan nilai realisasi pendapatan. Selanjutnya, nasabah diwajibkan untuk memberikan jaminan dan memberikan kuasa kepada bank untuk mendebet rekening nasabah guna melunasi kewajiban, yang menimbulkan aspek paksaan bagi nasabah. Semua biaya, potongan, dan pajak dibebankan sepenuhnya kepada nasabah tanpa adanya pembagian yang adil antara kedua belah pihak. Nasabah juga dibebani kewajiban untuk membayar premi asuransi atas barang jaminan mereka sendiri, yang menambah beban finansial nasabah. Selain itu, penyelesaian perselisihan dalam kontrak tidak sesuai regulasi penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syariah, sengketa seharusnya diselesaikan melalui musyawarah mufakat dan, jika tidak mencapai kesepakatan, diselesaikan lembaga peradilan syariah, bukan Pengadilan Negeri. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya inovasi produk pembiayaan yang lebih sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan lebih adil bagi kedua belah pihak, serta revisi kontrak pembiayaan musyarakah dan musya>rakah mutana>qis}ah untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar syariah. Abstract This research discusses the application of contracts in musyarakah and musya>rakah mutana>qis}ah financing in Islamic Banks, focusing on clauses that burden customers and are not in accordance with the principles of musyarakah and musya>rakah mutana>qis}ah. The research method used is a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. The research identified an example of one of the musyarakah and musya>rakah mutana>qis}ah financing contracts between Islamic banks and customers, and analyzed the anatomy of the contract. The research also highlighted that articles 10-21 of the contract regulate obligations, guarantees, representations, and consequences of default, but do not cover the division of labor and capital contributions that should be made by both parties. Profit sharing in the contract is set at a fixed percentage, rather than based on the value of realized income. Furthermore, the customer is required to provide collateral and authorize the bank to debit the customer's account to settle the obligation, which creates a coercive aspect for the customer. All fees, deductions, and taxes are charged entirely to the customer without any fair share between the two parties. Customers are also obliged to pay insurance premiums on their own collateral, which adds to their financial burden. In addition, the settlement of disputes in the contract does not comply with sharia economic dispute resolution regulations, where disputes should be resolved through deliberation and consensus and, if no agreement is reached, resolved in sharia judicial institutions, not in the District Court. The implication of this research is the need for financing product innovation that is more in line with sharia principles and fairer for both parties, as well as revision of musyarakah and musya>rakah mutana>qis}ah financing contracts to ensure compliance with sharia standards. The implementation of training programs aimed at students, instructors and the school community while at the Islamic boarding school is the main subject of this research. The program efficiently promotes healthy lifestyle choices such as quitting smoking, washing hands with soap, eating healthy snacks, exercising regularly, eliminating mosquito larvae, and disposing of trash properly. Through a variety of techniques, including discussion, debate, practical exercises, and assessments, the program effectively disseminates knowledge and ensures that it is put to use. Santriwan are considered agents of change who promote good behavior and advance public health. In summary, this study highlights the effectiveness of training programs in improving scabies prevention and highlights their potential to serve as a model for broader public health campaigns. More than just spreading knowledge, the project's primary goal is to promote behavior change by giving Santriwan the tools they need to make healthy lifestyle choices, have a positive impact on their environment, and improve the overall health of the community.

Peralatan medis merupakan salah satu hal terpenting di klinik, rumah sakit, atau fasilitas pelayanankesehatan lainnya. Selain di rumah sakit atau klinik di rumah pengadaan alat kesehatan bisa dikatakan wajibkarena bisa dijadikan sebagai tindakan atau penanganan dan pertolongan pertama pada gangguankesehatan tertentu. Sedangkan untuk pengadaan di rumah sakit atau klinik baik besar maupun kecil, alatkesehatan akan menjadi alat yang berhubungan langsung dengan keselamatan nyawa seseorang,kesembuhan penyakit, dengan digunakannya alat tersebut dalam pemeriksaan, diagnosa, penyembuhan,pengobatan, hingga pemeliharaannya. Melihat pentingnya pengadaan tersebut dan berhubungan langsungdengan nyawa seseorang, maka tidak boleh main-main dalam memilihnya. Untuk pemilihan alat yang tepatbisa dimulai dengan pemilihan tempat pembeliannya. PT. Azkha Medical Indonesia adalah perusahaan yangbergerak dibidang pengadaan alat kesehatan untuk personal use/homecare. Pemilihan supplier atau pemasokmerupakan kegiatan strategis dan cukup sulit karna melibatkan lebih dari satu kriteria. Dengandimanfaatkannya metode SMART membantu dalam hal menyeleksi beberapa supplier sehingga PT AzkhaMedical Indonesia mendapatkan kriteria serta alternatif yang tepat. Kriteria dan bobot yang digunakandalam metode ini adalah Harga(C1) dengan bobot 35, Kualitas(C2) dengan bobot 25, Waktu(C3) denganbobot 25, Pelayanan(C4) dengan bobot 20, dan Responsibilitas(C5) dengan bobot 15. Serta terdapat 25alternatif yang akan di uji. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa CV Riski Amanda adalah supplierterbaik dari kriteria ditentukan oleh nilai yang dihitung dengan metode SMART sebesar (0,77). Riset inimembantu pemilihan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode SMART dalam memilih supplierterbaik untuk PT. Azkha Medical Indonesia.
