Abstract

Pubg Mobile game is a game developer from "Tencent Games", Pubg Mobile was released on February 9, 2018. The genre of this game is Battle royale, where players can play with 100 people at once online. There are several negative reviews from Pubg Mobile game users, namely, character bugs often occur during the game, often force close on 3 GB RAM smartphones and loading into the game is very long so that users are very uncomfortable when using it. This study uses the Heuristic Evaluation method as a measurement of user experience. This study aims to evaluate the user experience in the Pubg Mobile game application using the Heuristic Evaluation method. The results of this study indicate that the Visibility Of System Status variable gets a total value of p1 75.6%, total p2 72.9%, total p3 75.6% with the status "Good", Match Between System and Real World gets a total value of p1 64.8%, total p2 75.6%, total p3 72.9% with the status "Good". User Control And Freedom gets a total value of p1 72.9%, total p2 75.6%, with the status of "Good", Consistency And Standards gets a total value of p1 51.3%, total p2 70.2% with the status of "Not Good", Error Prevention gets a total value of p1 70.2%, total p2 70.2%, with the status of "Good", Recognition Rather Than Recall gets a total value of p1 72.9%, total p2 72.9%, with the status of "Good", Flexibility And Efficiency Of Use gets a total value of p1 56.7%, with the status of "Quite Good", Aesthetic And Minimalist Design gets a total value of p1 78.3%, with the status of "Good", Help User Recognize, Diagnose And Recover From Errors gets a total value of p1 78.3%, with the status of "Good", and the last variable Help And Documentation gets a total p1 78.4%, with the status of "Good". It is necessary to make improvements or enhancements to the Consistency And Standards variables to get better values ​​than before.

Abstract

Aplikasi LinkAja banyak digunakan karena memudahkan bertransaksi. Namun banyak pengguna mengalami kendala seperti, tidak dapat melakukan pembayaran QRIS, transaksi gagal namun saldo sudah terpotong, dan kesulitan mengupgrade ke LinkAja full service. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi LinkAja dengan mengintegrasikan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Berdasarkan perhitungan Lemeshow, responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna aplikasi LinkAja. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 hipotesis diterima, yaitu persepsi kemanfaatan, isi, akurasi, bentuk, dan sikap terhadap penggunaan. Sementara 3 hipotesis ditolak, yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu. Hasil PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna memiliki pengaruh positif. Ditunjukkan oleh korelasi kuat antara tiap variabel, dengan nilai R-Square kepuasan pengguna sebesar 84,6%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi LinkAja menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik sehingga pengguna merasa puas ketika menggunakannya.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) plays a vital role in supporting operational efficiency and innovation, particularly in higher education. XYZ University has implemented the Integrated Academic Information System (AKSIA) to manage academic data and student services. However, technical challenges in system management require further evaluation using the COBIT 2019 framework. The evaluation focuses on DSS01 (Managed Operations), APO04 (Managed Innovation), and APO09 (Managed Service Agreements) domains, as determined through design factor analysis. Based on interviews, observations, and questionnaires analyzed using the Guttman scale and gap analysis, it was found that all domains are at Capability Level 1 with largely achieved performance: DSS01 at 75%, APO04 at 60%, and APO09 at 66%. The recommendations include improving process documentation, conducting routine monitoring of activities, and aligning services more closely with strategic needs. These steps are expected to elevate IT capability to higher levels and better support the institution's strategic objectives.

Abstract

The Bima Plus application, launched by the Tri Provider, was the subject of a study aimed at analyzing the factors influencing user satisfaction. The End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model was employed for this research. Seven variables were identified as influencing user satisfaction: Ease of Use (EOU), Timeliness (TIM), Security (SEC), Speed of Response (SOR), Content (CON), Accuracy (ACC), and Format (FOR). Analysis results indicated that four variables—Ease of Use, Timeliness, Security, and Speed of Response—had a significant impact on user satisfaction, with Security being the most dominant factor (coefficient of 0.497). Conversely, Content, Accuracy, and Format did not demonstrate significant influence. These findings suggest that security is the primary factor influencing user satisfaction, followed by response speed, timeliness, and ease of use.

Abstract

Aplikasi Dana merupakan suatu layanan keuangan digital yang memberikan kemudahan kepada penggunanya. Terdapat respon negatif pada aplikasi Dana yaitu, Pengguna mengeluh bahwa untuk mengupgrade akun premium sangat sulit, dan juga terjadi kehilangan saldo secara tiba-tiba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HEART Metrics sebagai pengukurusan pengalaman pengguna . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengalaman pengguna aplikasi Dana berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel Happiness mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,787 status tercapai, Engagement mendapatkan nilai 0,665 status tidak tercapai dan perlu perbaikan, Adopsi mendapatkan nilai 0,787 status tercapai, Retention mendapatkan nilai 0,742 status tercapai, Task Success mendapatkan nilai 0,756 dengan status tercapai. Perlu dilakukan perbaikan atau peningkatan terhadap variabel Engagement agar mendapatkan nilai yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

Transportasi online merupakan salah satu perkembangan layanan terkini. Dengan tingginya mobilitas penduduk di Indonesia membuat perusahaan transportasi online berlomba memberikan jenis layanan yang sama sehingga menimbulkan persaingan antar perusahaan transportasi online seperti Gojek dan Maxim. Para pengguna mengeluhkan bahwa peta aplikasi tidak diperbarui dan terkadang mengalami kesalahan sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode usability testing sebagai pengukuran user experience. Usability Testing merupakan metode mengukur efisiensi, kemudahan dipelajari, dan kemampuan untuk mengingat bagaimana berinteraksi tanpa kesulitan atau kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan usability testing pada aplikasi Gojek & Maxim berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kedua aplikasi variabel Efficiency, Memorability, Satisfaction mendapatkan nilai rata-rata diatas 3,00 yang tergolong kategori tinggi, sedangkan variabel Errors aplikasi maxim memiliki perbedaan signifikan dengan nilai 2,85 kategori sedang. Secara keseluruhan terdapat perbedaan usability testing pada aplikasi Gojek dan Maxim berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna di wilayah Kota Pekanbaru.
