Abstract

The use of pesticides that are not completely on target creates residues and has a negative impact on health and the environment. The lack of guidance from stakeholders and the lack of knowledge about the dangers of pesticides cause farmers to ignore the risks of excessive use of pesticides. Preventive efforts are needed to reduce the impact of pesticide use, so that the policy brief could be  prepared as an effort to minimize the impact of pesticide use through more effective policy recommendations that is to be addressed to local governments and related agencies. This research used a qualitative approach. The sample in this study consisting of the community health centre officers, the Health Service and the Agriculture Service. Stakeholder perceptions in policy making were influenced by knowledge factors, family background factors and need factors. The policy brief was prepared based on the results of interviews and focus group discussions with informants relating to the impact of and the prevention of the use of pesticides excessive. The stages of preparing a policy brief start from determining the problem and audience, creating a policy framework, writing an executive summary and reviewing the results of the policy brief. Perception stakeholders for developing the use of pesticides to have not run optimally even though we already be a job and the program as a clear. The need for monitoring and evaluation counseling and flanking by stakeholders to farmers periodically 6 months.

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) is a disease that is transmitted and is not transmitted to other people with any form of contact. One of the health problems of national and global concern. PTM is currently at risk for all people, including children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior of food consumption habits as a risk factor for non-communicable diseases in adolescents. The population in this study were Semarang District High School students in the 2019/2020 Academic Year, while the sample in this study amounted to 372 students consisting of SMA N 01 Bringin 151 and SMA N 01 Bergas 221 students. The research design used is descriptive, using the Cross-Sectional method that is research in which the measurement of variables is carried out only once at the same time.The results of this study indicate that for risk factors based on gender are 246 people (66.1%) and men as many as 126 people (33.9%). Fruit consumption behavior is less as many as 247 people (66.4%) and enough fruit consumption behavior is 125 people (33.6%). The consumption behavior of vegetables that are lacking is 239 people (64.2%) and vegetable consumption is sufficient as many as 133 people (35.88%). The consumption behavior of sweet foods is often as many as 237 people (63.7%) and the behavior of consumption of sweet foods that are rarely as many as 135 people (36.3%). The consumption behavior of salty foods is often as many as 181 people (48.7%) and the behavior of consumption of salty foods are rarely as many as 191 people (51.3%). Fatty food consumption behavior which is often 207 people (55.6%) and rare fat food consumption behavior 165 people (44.4%).

Abstract

Kemajuan Sistem Informasi saat ini begitu cepat, dengan memakai alat data teknologi semacam internet, aplikasi desktop serta sejenisnya informasi situs, ini data melalui penghubung yang bisa di informasikan guna menjangkau bermacam bagian publik. Cobit Framework hendak membagikan informasi mengenai pemecahan jalan keluar permasalahan serta informasi terkini di aspek teknologi informasi kepada STMIK Kalirejo, khususnya pada sumber daya manusia. Kemudia untuk proses audit ini menggunakan 7 domain ya itu PO1, PO3, PO4, PO6, PO7, PO9, DS7, DS9 lalu dari hasil domain tersebut mendapatkan rekomendasi level 4, 3, 4, 2, 4, 4, 4,3. Hasil dari analisa ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Sumber Daya Manusia yang dikala ini diimplementasikan sudah mensupport tujuan bidang usaha industri.

Abstract

The implementation of good corporate governance is one of the important factors for the company in carrying out its activities. This is realized by the integrity and professional service in every activity and becomes the Corporate Culture that is always cared for by all the people of Askrindo, so that the Company is able to grow and have a high competitiveness, as well as creating added value for stakeholders that should be reviewed from the effectiveness of employee performance and the impact of such performance should be analyzed through structured measurement. The researchers formulated questions on the impact of the principles of Good Corporate Governance on employees with the aim of measuring performance in the company. The research method used is quantitative which will draw data from the field and be analyzed as a benchmark for the impact of the principles of Good Corporate Governance on employee performance. The results of this study are achieved indicators of success or a better level of performance by demonstrating on indicators such as: economy, efficiency, effectiveness and outcome. Abstract

Someone sometimes forgets to put their belongings so that they leave them somewhere, it will pose a risk of losing their belongings. To solve this problem, a reminder is needed so that it is expected to minimize the risk of loss. This device implements point-to-point communication from the Bluetooth Low Energy AT-09 transmitter module with Arduino Nano and the receiver module with an Android smartphone. This reminder device will activate an alarm on the Android smartphone application when the two modules are more than 5 meters away. The measured distance is converted from the Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) value received by the smartphone which is affected by obstructions, packet loss, and delay. Based on the test results, at a distance of 5 meters, the system can be connected and work properly, in unobstructed conditions (Line of Sight) or obstructed conditions (Non-Line of Sight). In the blocked condition, it has a packet loss of 1.1% to 4.4%, the received signal strength (RSSI) has decreased the value to a difference of -8 dBm, and the delay time is 2 seconds.

Abstract

Online learning, carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, forced students to study from home, causing complaints of a lack of enthusiasm for learning. The online learning environment as a new learning environment for students is different from the learning environment in class when offline. This study examines the effect of academic motivation and the online learning environment on student academic achievement. This study used a quantitative approach involving 218 students from private tertiary institutions who were caught using the accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using two scales which were circulated online in the form of a Google form. Respondents were also asked to include results of academic achievement. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study results show that academic motivation and the online learning environment can simultaneously predict student academic achievement. Separately, only academic motivation influences student academic achievement. This research implies that growing and maintaining student academic motivation can help students deal with different learning situations to achieve their academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis terlebih dahulu strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. Mara Jaya. Kedua, untuk mengetahui hasil analisis SWOT strategi peningkatan kinerja pegawai dengan matriks IFAS dan EFAS dapat dilakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor penting baik dari lingkungan eksternal maupun internal yang merupakan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari meningkatkan kinerja. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, penulis juga menggunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT adalah identifikasi berbagai faktor secara sistematis untuk merumuskan strategi perusahaan. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh strategi pertumbuhan atau growth oriented strategy, strategi ini menunjukkan kondisi perusahaan yang kuat dan mampu terus berkembang dengan memanfaatkan peluang dan peluang yang ada untuk mencapai omzet yang maksimal. Strategi ini dipilih karena hasil perhitungan berada pada kuadran I dimana total skor terbobot untuk kekuatan dan kelemahan adalah 2,85 sedangkan total skor terbobot untuk peluang adalah 3,27. Posisi di kuadran ini sangat menguntungkan dan bisa diterapkan secara maksimal. Dengan adanya analisis SWOT, dengan demikian dapat mengetahui faktr apa saja yang mempengaruhi perusahaan tersebut, seperti dari faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze multicultural-based learning management to foster children's character values ​​through the concepts of niteni, nirokke, nambahi at KB Vanda Perta Rini Kalasan Sleman. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Processing and analysis of data using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Information was obtained from respondents, namely school principals, vice curricula, and class teachers. The data validation technique uses data triangulation techniques. The results of the study can be concluded in several ways, namely (1) Multicultural-based learning management at KB Vanda Perta Rini begins with planning a work program that is arranged in a work meeting in the form of a work plan. The organization at the Vanda Perta Rini KB is carried out in a kinship system with a system that refers to the applicable SOPs. The implementation of the work program is carried out by referring to the previously planned work program. Supervision is carried out centrally by the school principal and is recorded and reported in July or at the start of the new school year to the foundation. It is known that the results of the program evaluation show that 70-100% are fulfilled or the results are developing according to expectations for the category of evaluation of learning related to child development. (2) The learning process with the Tri N concept which develops aspects of the development of multicultural-based religious, moral and cultural values ​​is carried out by inviting children to listen, observe and show concrete learning resources to children. In order for children to be able to teach, the teacher guides children with examples of good attitudes, behavior and words, conducts demonstrations and experiments. To encourage creativity to emerge so that the concept of adding is there the teacher provides motivation to children by giving praise, appreciating children. Religious and moral values ​​are in accordance with their beliefs through Imtaq activities according to their respective religions. To support culture, teachers introduce cultural products such as folk songs and culture-based extracurricular activities. (3) The supporting factors are having teachers of different religions and ethnicities, good communication, good interaction with adequate facilities and infrastructure, human resources who have a passion for learning and positive parental responses. The inhibiting factor is that the institution does not yet have Buddhist and Hindu teachers while they have students of that religion due to limited funds, inadequate IT, lack of socialization about multiculturalism, and lack of media on diversity posters placed in the classroom and teacher's office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar materi transformasi energi peserta didik kelas IV SDN 1 Ganungkidul melalui metode permaianan Treasure Clue. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena rendahnya prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 1 Ganungkidul dalam mata pelajaran IPAS, khususnya pada topik transformasi energi. Penyebab rendahnya prestasi dikarenakan guru tidak menggunakan metode lain dalam pembelajaran hanya menggunakan metode cermah dan guru hanya mengandalkan buku ajar dan LKS tanpa menambahkan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri sari dua siklus. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode permainan Treasure Clue dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 1 Ganungkidul. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat dari hasil belajar siklus I ke siklus II, serta peningkatan nilai ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal, di mana pada siklus I hanya mencapai 42,85 %, sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 89,28 %. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode permainan Treasure Clue pada materi transformasi energi di kelas IV SDN 1 Ganungkidul dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami materi transformasi energi. Kata kunci : Treasure Clue ; Hasil belajar ; Transformasi Energi.
