Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of price and service quality on customers’ satisfaction and its effect on their loyalty. The object of the study was MNC Play Jakarta.. The objective of the study was to analyze and to know the direct influence of price, service quality, and customers’ satisfaction on customers’ loyalty. Besides theoretical model, the study also formulated three hypotheses. Purposive sampling method had been selected to obtain the data in this study. The samples comprised 190 respondents who were the customers of MNC Play Jakarta. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model with Amos computer program. The result of the study showed that price did not have any direct influence on customers’ satisfaction. Service quality had direct influence on customers’ satisfaction which, in turn, had direct influence on customers’ loyalty.

Abstract

The rapid progress of the development of international trade, both concerning activities in the field of import and export, demands a more effective and efficient system and customs procedures and can improve the smooth flow of goods and documents. With the increasing number of international trade players and the development of information technology, the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise launches an official the new website that aims to publish information relating to the existence of the Indonesian Directorate General of Customs and Excise in a fast, transparent, accurate and service-oriented manner. Regarding strengthening the public relations function in accordance with the development of information technology and the increasingly fast and dynamic needs of the community, in 2017 the website was refined both in terms of layout and information presented as a means of publication, education and services related to customs and excise. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between website quality and user satisfaction. From distributing questionnaires, variable testing is done by testing the validity and reliability, data normality and assumption testing as a condition for implementing steps for multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the variable quality of use (usability), information quality (information quality) and quality of interaction (interaction quality) is quite influential on user satisfaction (website satisfaction) of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise website.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation to good employee performance simultaneously and partial also to know dominant variable that influence the employee performance. Department of Industry and Commerce Depok is the researcher location with 40 employees as respondent. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis are multiple linear regressions analysis that has a purpose to know the simultaneous and partial influences also to determine the dominant variable that influences employee performance. Based on the analysis result we know that work motivation variable, work discipline, and compensation positive influences and significant simultaneously to industry and commerce department of depok employee performance city. Work motivation variable, Work discipline, and compensation has positive influences partially to employee performance at the department of industry and commerce of depok with Work discipline variable as the most influence variable to employee performance. Abstract

The study of the research is about performance assesment analysis of stock portofolio evaluated by using Sharpe adn Treynor method in active stocks traded consistencely over three years, and those stocks represent industrial sectors classified in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Besides, the aim of the use of both methods in to find out result of measurement consistency comparison from each models in measuring stock portofolio performance in Indonesia Stock Exchange is that it can be found whether there is a model used as direction for investor in measuring stock portofolio performance as investation portofolio.According to the result of independent t-test, it can be explained that t-score is 3,230 and sig. Is 0,021(< 0,05), it can be concluded that there is difference between two portofolio performance, Sharpe and Treynor method, over the period of the research. The result of both method shows that measurment of Sharpe method is higher than measurment of Treynor method (0,3833 > 0,1285). Moreover, this result shows that investors and investors managers in evaluating portofolio performance view that Sharpe method is more approriate because this method is more effective in measuring or assessing stock portofolio performance that can be minimalized in whole risk sistematically or insistematically existed in stock portofolio combination.Key words : Optimal portofolio, Sharpe Measure, Treynor Measure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dikolaborasikan, peneliti di sini sebagai pengamat dan guru sebagai aktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif two stay two stray dalam rangka meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi di kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 4 tahun ajaran 2017/2018, dengan jumlah siswa 36 siswa yang terdiri dari 11 siswa laki-laki dan 25 siswa perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terlihat bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada siswa kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 4 tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Data penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil mata pelajaran ekonomi pada siklus 1 ke siklus 2. Ketuntasan belajar siklus 1 mencapai 61,11%, sedangkan ketuntasan belajar siklus 2 mencapai 80,56%. Jadi, dapat dijelaskan bahwa siklus 2 akan berhasil mencapai indikator penelitian jika ketuntasan belajar telah mencapai 75% dari total siswa IPS 1.

Abstract

The use of pesticides that are not completely on target creates residues and has a negative impact on health and the environment. The lack of guidance from stakeholders and the lack of knowledge about the dangers of pesticides cause farmers to ignore the risks of excessive use of pesticides. Preventive efforts are needed to reduce the impact of pesticide use, so that the policy brief could be  prepared as an effort to minimize the impact of pesticide use through more effective policy recommendations that is to be addressed to local governments and related agencies. This research used a qualitative approach. The sample in this study consisting of the community health centre officers, the Health Service and the Agriculture Service. Stakeholder perceptions in policy making were influenced by knowledge factors, family background factors and need factors. The policy brief was prepared based on the results of interviews and focus group discussions with informants relating to the impact of and the prevention of the use of pesticides excessive. The stages of preparing a policy brief start from determining the problem and audience, creating a policy framework, writing an executive summary and reviewing the results of the policy brief. Perception stakeholders for developing the use of pesticides to have not run optimally even though we already be a job and the program as a clear. The need for monitoring and evaluation counseling and flanking by stakeholders to farmers periodically 6 months.

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) is a disease that is transmitted and is not transmitted to other people with any form of contact. One of the health problems of national and global concern. PTM is currently at risk for all people, including children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. The purpose of this study is to describe the behavior of food consumption habits as a risk factor for non-communicable diseases in adolescents. The population in this study were Semarang District High School students in the 2019/2020 Academic Year, while the sample in this study amounted to 372 students consisting of SMA N 01 Bringin 151 and SMA N 01 Bergas 221 students. The research design used is descriptive, using the Cross-Sectional method that is research in which the measurement of variables is carried out only once at the same time.The results of this study indicate that for risk factors based on gender are 246 people (66.1%) and men as many as 126 people (33.9%). Fruit consumption behavior is less as many as 247 people (66.4%) and enough fruit consumption behavior is 125 people (33.6%). The consumption behavior of vegetables that are lacking is 239 people (64.2%) and vegetable consumption is sufficient as many as 133 people (35.88%). The consumption behavior of sweet foods is often as many as 237 people (63.7%) and the behavior of consumption of sweet foods that are rarely as many as 135 people (36.3%). The consumption behavior of salty foods is often as many as 181 people (48.7%) and the behavior of consumption of salty foods are rarely as many as 191 people (51.3%). Fatty food consumption behavior which is often 207 people (55.6%) and rare fat food consumption behavior 165 people (44.4%).

Abstract

Kemajuan Sistem Informasi saat ini begitu cepat, dengan memakai alat data teknologi semacam internet, aplikasi desktop serta sejenisnya informasi situs, ini data melalui penghubung yang bisa di informasikan guna menjangkau bermacam bagian publik. Cobit Framework hendak membagikan informasi mengenai pemecahan jalan keluar permasalahan serta informasi terkini di aspek teknologi informasi kepada STMIK Kalirejo, khususnya pada sumber daya manusia. Kemudia untuk proses audit ini menggunakan 7 domain ya itu PO1, PO3, PO4, PO6, PO7, PO9, DS7, DS9 lalu dari hasil domain tersebut mendapatkan rekomendasi level 4, 3, 4, 2, 4, 4, 4,3. Hasil dari analisa ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Sumber Daya Manusia yang dikala ini diimplementasikan sudah mensupport tujuan bidang usaha industri.

Abstract

The implementation of good corporate governance is one of the important factors for the company in carrying out its activities. This is realized by the integrity and professional service in every activity and becomes the Corporate Culture that is always cared for by all the people of Askrindo, so that the Company is able to grow and have a high competitiveness, as well as creating added value for stakeholders that should be reviewed from the effectiveness of employee performance and the impact of such performance should be analyzed through structured measurement. The researchers formulated questions on the impact of the principles of Good Corporate Governance on employees with the aim of measuring performance in the company. The research method used is quantitative which will draw data from the field and be analyzed as a benchmark for the impact of the principles of Good Corporate Governance on employee performance. The results of this study are achieved indicators of success or a better level of performance by demonstrating on indicators such as: economy, efficiency, effectiveness and outcome. Abstract

Someone sometimes forgets to put their belongings so that they leave them somewhere, it will pose a risk of losing their belongings. To solve this problem, a reminder is needed so that it is expected to minimize the risk of loss. This device implements point-to-point communication from the Bluetooth Low Energy AT-09 transmitter module with Arduino Nano and the receiver module with an Android smartphone. This reminder device will activate an alarm on the Android smartphone application when the two modules are more than 5 meters away. The measured distance is converted from the Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) value received by the smartphone which is affected by obstructions, packet loss, and delay. Based on the test results, at a distance of 5 meters, the system can be connected and work properly, in unobstructed conditions (Line of Sight) or obstructed conditions (Non-Line of Sight). In the blocked condition, it has a packet loss of 1.1% to 4.4%, the received signal strength (RSSI) has decreased the value to a difference of -8 dBm, and the delay time is 2 seconds.
