Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk uses the CAMEL method. The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is in the form of financial statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period 2019-2023. The data collection technique used in this study is a documentation technique. The source of the data was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show that the final value of CAMEL, which consists of capital, assets, management, earning, and liquidity in each period by multiplying the credit value of each ratio with the CAMEL weight that has been set by Bank Indonesia, is in the range of 81-100. Thus, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk using the CAMEL method during the 2019-2023 period is in a healthy predicate.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution. This research uses a quantitative method of an associative nature, with a population of 57 people who are also the sample for the study. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and for inferential statistical analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style falls into the effective category based on indicators of decision-making ability, motivational ability, communication ability, ability to control subordinates, and ability to control emotions. The performance of employees at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution falls into the high category based on indicators of service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, and leadership. Based on the results of simple regression analysis, there is no significant influence of Leadership Style on the Performance of Employees at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of good governance principles at the Wajo Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPM-PTSP), the research informants consist of staff and employees along with the public who want to take care of licensing letters at the Wajo Regency DPM-PTSP Office. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.The results of this study show that the application of Good Governance principles at the Wajo Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPM-PTSP) has been running well, including accountability that has been effective and efficient in terms of achieving strategic objectives that contain vision, mission, goals and objectives, and activities that are equipped with performance indicators and targets to be achieved, Transparency with the accountability of staff and employees in carrying out their respective duties which are quite professional, Participation shows that the community feels very satisfied with public services, and the Rule of Law is also very good because it is carried out fairly without discriminating against the social status of the community. The conclusion is that the application of the Good Governance Principle at the Wajo Regency DPM-PTSP office has been realized and implemented well.

Abstract

Land and Building Tax (PBB) is a direct tax collected by the central government but the revenue is reflected for the benefit of the community in the area concerned with the location of the tax object. Considering the important role of the community in covering state financing, the influence of the Village Head's leadership is needed to be able to utilize the potential of Land and Building Tax in the area and motivate the apparatus and the community to be able to carry out their obligations in paying taxes. The existence of the majority of people who do not fulfill their obligation to pay PBB is automatically an obstacle in tax collection, but this is because people are less aware of paying taxes, or even do not know the function of paying taxes themselves.

Abstract

The Tax Services, Counseling and Consultation Office (KP2KP) is an agency unit belonging to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) which is tasked with regulating tax matters. Tax itself is an obligation owed to the state, the amount of which depends on the individual or agency, which is coercive and is stated in statutory regulations. Where later the taxes paid to the state will be used by the state with the main aim of making people's lives prosperous. When reporting or paying taxes, taxpayers are required to come to the office or agency authorized to process taxation. One of the agencies authorized to process taxation is KP2KP or the Tax Services, Counseling and Consultation Office.

Abstract

Leadership is sometimes understood as the power to move and influence people. Leadership is a tool, means or process for persuading people to be willing to do something voluntarily/joyfully. There are several factors that can move people, namely threats, rewards, authority and persuasion. Leaders establish cooperative relationships with the people they lead. Thus, all work programs will be carried out thanks to the help of the people they lead, because it is impossible for each leader to work alone, and it is impossible to act with his power to order other people to work solely for himself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Shopee E-Commerce on Sales Volume in the Makassar League. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach, in the Store League located on Jalan Yusuf Dg. Ngawing No. 9B, Tidung Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The object of this research is E-Commerce Shopee Liga Store Makassar. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data test techniques used as test tools in this study are validity test, realism, normalias test, simple linear regression analysis, partial test (T test), determination coefficient test. The sample used in this study is the customer dishopee of the Liga Store. The overall results of the study show that Shopee E-Commerce has a significant effect on Sales Volume in the Liga Store.

Abstract

Community service program, in collaboration with PUSKESMAS Pattirosompe. Previously, POSYANDU for teenagers in the Tomodi neighborhood had not implemented games for the implementation of POSYANDU, which resulted in every time there was an inspection, teenagers were less enthusiastic about attending. This Community Service aims to change the pattern of providing POSYANDU material to teenagers with a games system. The community service program not only changed the POSYANDU pattern but also established a youth POSYANDU in the Bulu Citta environment, starting with collecting data on teenagers covering ages 10 to 18 years. It is hoped that this service can increase teenagers' interest and insight into the importance of health. The service team has established a POSYANDU for teenagers in the Bulu Citta neighborhood, carried out health checks, provided games and counseling about teenage reproduction in the Bulu Citta and Tomodi neighborhoods.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how the work environment and leadership affect the performance of Civil Servants (ASN) in the Gowa Regency Regional Secretariat. This study uses a quantitative approach. Civil Servants (ASN) and non-ASN workers make up the population. 50 respondents make up the sample size as a consequence of the statistical sampling methodology combined with the random selection method. Techniques for gathering data include surveys, recordkeeping, and observation. Using SPSS version 30, multiple linear regression analysis and traditional assumption tests were the data analysis techniques used in this investigation.The findings indicate that the performance of ASN in the Gowa Regency Regional Secretariat is positively and significantly impacted by the leadership variable. The ASN in the Gowa Regency Regional Secretariat is positively and significantly impacted by the work environment variable. The ASN in the Regional Secretariat of Gowa Regency is positively and significantly impacted by leadership and work environment factors at the same time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and career development on the work productivity of employees at the Makassar City Tourism Office.The research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 55 permanent employees. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that work-life balance partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t-count 3.840 > t-table 2.007. Career development also had a positive and significant influence with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t-count 9,750 > t-table 2,007. Simultaneously, work-life balance and career development have a significant influence on work productivity. In conclusion, work-life balance and career development are important factors in increasing employee productivity. This shows the need for organizations to pay attention to employee work-life balance and good career management to achieve optimal performance.
