Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak penggunaan media interaktif animasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian "one group pretest-posttest," yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 095172 Saragih Ras. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan mencakup Uji N-Gain dan Uji Hipotesis untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media interaktif animasi secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam siswa kelas IV. Hal ini terbukti dari kenaikan nilai rata-rata siswa, yang meningkat dari 55,76 pada pretest menjadi 83,2 pada posttest. Uji N-Gain yang mencapai 0,61 menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa berada dalam kategori sedang, menandakan adanya kemajuan yang berarti. Selain itu, hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 5,16, yang lebih besar dari ttabel yang bernilai 2,045. Dengan demikian, hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan media interaktif animasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPA, khususnya pada materi bagian-bagian tumbuhan dan fungsinya di kelas IV SD Negeri 095172 Saragih Ras. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa media interaktif animasi tidak hanya efektif, tetapi juga dapat menjadi alat yang inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berbasis cerita rakyat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa Sekolah Dasar di SD Negeri 1 Poka Ambon. Pembelajaran berbasis cerita rakyat dianggap sebagai metode yang berpotensi meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan membaca siswa dengan memanfaatkan kekayaan budaya lokal. Metode Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) digunakan dalam artikel ini, yang melibatkan pengembangan dan penerapan materi pembelajaran berbasis cerita rakyat dalam kurikulum Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes membaca sebelum dan setelah penerapan metode serta observasi kelas untuk menilai perubahan dalam keterampilan membaca siswa. Hasil artikel menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca siswa setelah diterapkannya metode pembelajaran berbasis cerita rakyat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi cerita rakyat dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan meningkatkan keterampilan membaca mereka secara efektif. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berbasis budaya lokal dalam konteks pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ethnobotanically charged project-based learning-STEM models on students' critical thinking skills in biology learning. This type of research is a meta-analysis research. The inclusion criteria in this study are that the research must be relevant; research data was obtained from Google Scholar, Mendeley, ScienceDirect, ERIC and ProQuest; Research must be indexed by SINTA or Scopus, research published in 2023-2025 and have complete data to obtain effect size values. Data analysis with the help of the Jamovi application to calculate the effect size value, publication bias and homogeneity test. The results of this study concluded that the value of the summary effect size (d = 1.129; p < 0.005; Z = 9.890). These findings explain that there is an influence of the ethnobotanically charged project-based learning-STEM model on students' 21st-century skills in Science Learningcompared to the conventional model with a strong effect size category.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan (PLP) I merupakan langkah awal bagi mahasiswa pendidikan dalam memahami dunia persekolahan secara langsung. PLP I di SMP Negeri 4 Ambon dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan observasi terhadap struktur organisasi, kultur sekolah, tata tertib, serta kebiasaan positif yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Mahasiswa melakukan pengamatan, mencatat aktivitas harian, dan berinteraksi dengan warga sekolah untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa sekolah memiliki sistem manajemen yang tertata, budaya disiplin, serta lingkungan yang mendukung proses pembelajaran yang baik. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman awal yang penting bagi mahasiswa untuk membentuk pemahaman kontekstual mengenai dunia pendidikan. Selain itu, PLP I juga mendorong pengembangan keterampilan reflektif dan komunikasi mahasiswa sebagai bekal menuju peran mereka sebagai pendidik di masa depan.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the limited ability of Indonesian language teachers in secondary schools in Ambon City to produce publishable scientific works. The aim of this program is to strengthen teachers’ academic literacy through structured, contextual, and sustainable training and mentoring in scientific writing. The method employed was Participatory Action Training (PAT), engaging teachers actively in needs analysis, intensive workshops, and post-training mentoring. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ academic writing skills, digital reference management, and the establishment of an interschool teacher writing community. A total of 35 teachers completed their manuscripts, and 12 were recommended for publication in national journals. This activity successfully fostered a culture of academic writing and collaboration between schools and universities in island regions. The implication highlights that sustained mentoring and contextual approaches are effective strategies to enhance teacher professionalism and build a sustainable academic literacy ecosystem in areas with limited access to educational resources.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 17 Ambon. Data penelitian ini berupa hasil tes menulis puisi yang diambil dari setiap siklus. Sampel berjumlah 25 siswa. Data    tes dianalisis menggunakan rumus, yakni nilai siswa diperoleh dari hasil bagi jumlah skor yang diperoleh siswa dengan skor ideal. Hasil tes siswa kemudian dikualifikasi sesuai kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar menulis puisi siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 17 Ambon dengan menggunakan media gambar berseri. Hal itu terlihat dari jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM  pada siklus pertama yakni  3 orang dengan nilai rata-rata semua siswa 51,70 menjadi 19 orang pada siklus kedua dengan nilai rata-rata semua siswa 75.Kata kunci: Media Gambar Berseri, Peningkatan Hasil Belajar, Menulis Puisi, Penelitian Tindakan KelasABSTRACTThe aims of this research is to improve the ability to write poetry for VIII-1 grade students at SMP Negeri 17 Ambon. The data of this research are in the form of poetry writing test results taken from each cycle. The sample consisted of 25 students. Test data were analyzed using a formula that is the student scores obtained from the results for the total score obtained by students with an ideal score. Student test results are then qualified according to predetermined criteria. The results showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of writing poetry for VIII-1 grade students of SMP Negeri 17 Ambon by using serial media. This can be seen from the number of students who reached the KKM in the first cycle namely 3 people with an average value of all students 51.70. Abstract

The PBL Model Implementation to Improve Explanation Text Writing Ability Students of Class XI MIA-1 SMA Negeri 14 Maluku Tengah ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi siswa kelas XI MIA-1 SMA Negeri 14 Maluku Tengah. Data penelitian berupa hasil tes menulis teks eksplanasi setiap siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIA-1 SMA Negeri 14 Maluku Tengah tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 semester genap yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Nilai akhir setiap siswa diperoleh dari jumlah jawaban benar dibagi jumlah soal kemudian dikalikan dengan skor ideal (100). Nilai akhir tersebut kemudian dikonversikan sesuai kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan  kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi siswa kelas XI MIA-1 SMA Negeri 14 Maluku Tengah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Hal itu terlihat dari  jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM pada siklus I yakni 16 siswa menjadi 28 siswa pada siklus II. Kata kunci: kemampuan menulis, model pembelajaran problem based learning, PTK, teks eksplanasi. ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to improve the ability to write explanatory texts for students of class XI MIA-1 SMA Negeri 14 Maluku Tengah. The research data were in the form of test results in writing explanatory text each cycle. The research subjects were students of class XI MIA-1 SMA Negeri 14 Maluku Tengah in the academic year 2020/2021 even semester, totaling 36 students. The final score for each student is obtained from the number of correct answers divided by the number of questions then multiplied by the ideal score (100). The final score is then converted according to the specified criteria. The results showed that there was an increase in the writing explanatory text ability for class XI MIA-1 SMA Negeri 14 Maluku Tengah using the problem based learning model. This can be seen from the number of students who reached the KKM (minimum standard of completeness in achieving learning result) in cycle I, namely 16 students to 28 students in cycle II.Keyword: writing skills, problem based learning model, PTK (Action research), explanatory text.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the shift and factors of the shift among teenagers of Talaga Hamlet, Luhu Village, Huamual Sub-district, West Seram Regency. The research approach uses post-positivism with qualitative research type, descriptive method. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview, documentation, recording and tapping techniques. While the instruments used are observation sheets, interview guidelines, recording devices and field notes. Based on the results of research in Talaga hamlet, the use of Holimombo language among adolescents in the family and social spheres of society is very rarely used. Holimombo language is only spoken by adults or the elderly when they communicate. Meanwhile, teenagers often communicate using Ambon Malay when interacting with friends, the community and parents. This happens because parents and the community rarely speak Holimombo when interacting with children/young people in Talaga hamlet. This phenomenon is caused by the intensity of the use of Ambon Malay language in daily conversations to the point of displacing local languages.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form and function of wemale oral literature in the traditional ceremony of inauguration of the king in the land of Karlutu Warasiwa, North West Seram District, Central Maluku Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach that prioritizes the research process and understanding based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon. The techniques used in data collection are observation techniques, recording techniques, interview techniques and recording techniques. There are three data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, word interpretation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there is oral literature used in the traditional inauguration of the king which is the language of the people and folk songs passed down from generation to generation in the traditional ceremony of the inauguration of the king which are conveyed using the regional language, namely Wemale language.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the discourse of social antagonism in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's work in the book Nyanyi Sunyi Sebuah Bisu. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative research analysis intends to describe and analyze the social antagonism present in Pramoedya Ananta Toer's letters in the novel Nyanyi Suyi Sebuah Bisu. The data in this study is social antagonism in the novel Nyanyi Sunyi Sebuah Bisu by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. While the data source used is the novel Nyanyi Sunyi Sebuah Bisu which contains 12 letters. The data collection techniques used are reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The reading technique is used to read the entire discourse text in the book Nyanyi Sunyi Sebuah Bisu. The note-taking technique is used to record data from the findings after carrying out the reading process. The results of this study are the discovery of a discourse of social antagonism where the discourses put forward by Pram then give rise to a new identity that forms his original identity. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. Data reduction is the process of selecting data and focusing on the level of simplification, abstraction, and translating data obtained from field note sheets. Data presentation can be in the form of writing or words. While the conclusion is a series of structured information that triggers drawing conclusions and choosing actions.
