This study investigates organizational communication's role in achieving superior accreditation at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UIN-SU). The research method used is mixed, with a survey-based quantitative approach using questionnaires to collect data from UIN-SU students, lecturers, and teaching staff and a qualitative approach through interviews with universities that have achieved superior accreditation. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques and path analysis with moderating variables. The results showed that UIN-SU achieved a "B" (Superior) accreditation rating, which reflects a commitment to improving the quality of higher education services. The effectiveness of internal communication and the quality of external communication played a crucial role in achieving this feat. However, the participation of academic community members in decision-making did not have a significant impact, indicating the need to increase their participation and role in the accreditation process. In order to achieve higher accreditation in the future, UIN-SU needs to focus on improving organizational communication, supportive organizational policies and culture, and allocating adequate resources to support accreditation efforts and improve the quality of higher education.

This study aims to explore the role of TikTok in Anies Baswedan's political campaign leading up to the 2024 presidential election. Employing a content analysis research method, the study focuses on innovative campaign messages and public interaction on the TikTok platform. The findings indicate robust community involvement and positive support, contributing to the enhancement of Anies' reputation. Strong branding was achieved through innovative campaign techniques, including the phrase “AMEN” and visual symbols such as white clothing and the one-finger gesture. This research underscores the significance of social media in contemporary Indonesian politics by demonstrating how TikTok shapes public perceptions of Anies Baswedan. By using TikTok as a central point of analysis, the study concludes that the platform has emerged as a crucial tool for innovative political communication and the cultivation of the public personas of future leaders.

This research discusses library strategies in improving the image of the Sutan Tagor Mulia Padangsidimpuan Library. The goal of this research is to find out how library strategies can enhance the image of the Sutan Tagor Mulia Padangsidimpuan Library. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this research are librarians at the Sutan Tagor Mulia Padangsidimpuan Library. The results show that the librarians at the Sutan Tagor Mulia Padangsidimpuan Library implement image enhancement strategies, such as: a) Optimizing services, b) Conducting socialization, c) Arranging reading spaces, and d) Developing collection materials. The librarians' strategies in improving the library's image aim to enhance the quality of the library and receive positive feedback from visitors at the Sutan Tagor Mulia Padangsidimpuan Library.

This article discusses the Inai Dance in Kuala Bangka Village, North Labuhanbatu Regency. Inai Dance is a typical dance from the North Labuhanbatu Malay community which is usually performed at wedding processions. This study uses the historical method in four writing steps, namely; heuristics, verification or criticism, interpretation, and historiography, with a cultural approach. In its history, it is not known when and who brought the Inai Dance to Kuala Bangka Village. However, according to several sources, this tradition has long been practiced by the Malay community in this village. Inai Dance is a dance that comes from the acculturation of local culture with Arabic (Islamic) culture. This dance is usually performed by three dancers who will dance this dance in turn. Inai Dance is a dance that is performed during the procession of plain flour. This dance is performed in front of the bride and groom, apart from being an entertainment for the two brides, it also pays tribute to them as a king and queen for a day.

This article discusses the role of Sheikh Sulaiman Lubis al-Kholidy's Islamic boarding school in spreading the teachings of the Naqsyabandiyah Order and the spirit of nationalism in Hutapungkut Village, Mandailing Natal. This study uses a qualitative research method with a historical approach that links various reference sources with the theme being studied. Syekh Sulaiman Lubis al-Kholidy's hut is estimated to have been around since the mid-19th century. Its founder was Sheikh Sulaiman Lubis al-Kholidy who studied tarekat in the villages of Besilam, Langkat and Jabal Qubais, Mecca. The focus of this article is to see how the role played by this Islamic boarding school in building the spirit of nationalism of its followers. In addition, this article also wants to see what socio-political changes have resulted from the presence of this Islamic hut, especially in Hutapungku Village, Mandailing Natal Regency. Brand image menjadi bagian penting untuk era digital ini, salah satunya seperti organisasi kemanusiaan Palang Merah Indonesia Kota Medan yang membangun brand image dalam isu kemanusiaan lewat instagram @pmimedan. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui cara akun instagram @pmimedan menjaga brand image lewat isu kemanusiaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan observasi dari akun @pmimedan. Hasil penelitiannya adalah PMI Kota Medan membangun dan menjaga brand imagenya dengan konsistensi akan postingan yang bukan menarik untuk dilihat saja akan tetapi adanya empat unsur penting dari fungsi komunikasi massa yaitu menginformasi, mendidik, menghibur dan mengpengaruhi.Postingan yang didalamnya terdapat informasi mengenai isu kemanusiaan yang merupakan cirri khas dari organisasi kemanusiaan turut andil dalam membangun brand image dari PMI Kota Medan. Elections for village heads are part of the implementation of a democratic system as a ground-level election that touches the community. As Indonesians, we both have the right to express opinions and we can choose anyone to be our leader. Everything is regulated in state regulations. When a candidate for village head is elected, this is done directly by the people included in the election data. It is undeniable that the election for village head candidates is often tinged with identity-political overtones. Such a policy was made so that the winning team could later win the political polemic. In fact, there were many incidents when political battles occurred in various places, one of which was in Mandailing Natal Regency. Not only identity politics, but also other identity politics such as ethnic, religious and cultural identity. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Then the sources and data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques. In addition, this research was conducted with secondary data by reviewing literature from several journals and references from online media. The study concluded that part of identity politics in Mandailing Natal District is an emphasis on ethnic, cultural and religious identity. In fact, the presence of monetary/money policies was inevitable in the political upheaval that occurred in several villages in Mandailing Natal District.

This study describes the Islamic political communication system that political actors run through the media, and this topic is interesting amidst the many views that consider politics and Islam to be separate matters that have no connection with one another. Sandiaga Uno is a political actor who is used as a researcher to see how he carries out political policies through the media. This research approach was done in a naturalistic qualitative way by looking at natural phenomena associated with Islamic political communication. This approach is carried out by looking at specific phenomena, which are then developed by looking at them in general. Islam views politics as an inseparable part of people's lives. It grows together with human civilization. Politics and Islam are inseparable; politics can bridge the spread of Islamic teachings. Good political communication will bridge the differences so that it becomes a value of brotherhood. Trustworthy actions and high obedience mark fundamental principles in Islamic politics. Mempu acts reasonably, supported by ways discussed to get results that can be jointly accounted for. Sandiaga Uno, as an object of study or an actor in the media, is used as an object of research because Sandiaga Uno has carried out many Islamic political principles to help build a more advanced Indonesia. He showed his trustworthiness, loyalty, friendship, and big heart as a political attitude that he built. This research is essential because it is inseparable from human life, and it indicates how important it is to understand how to contribute to the progress of the civilization of the Indonesian nation.

This paper examines the role and potential of social media in the propagation of Islamic politics in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the role and potential of social media in Islamic political da'wah in Indonesia. The method used in obtaining data is a qualitative method which is carried out by taking data references from books, journals, and trusted news pages related to the theme of social media relations and da'wah. The results of the study show that social media and da'wah have a very close relationship. From social media, da'wah can be shared and distributed to be known by the public. Social media is used to preach to invite to the right path and keep away from what is evil, to achieve the pleasure of Allah SWT. With social media, da'wah can also capture all audiences and have a large mass and can expand the reach of preaching, especially with the presence of the YouTube application.

This research was conducted at the Department Libraries And Archives Padanglawas Regency which aims to determine the promotion strategy Service Libraries And Archives Padang Lawas Regency in increasing interest visit, as well as what obstacles just Which felt in do activity promotion. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach with make description of the data that has been collected as exist. As for data collection techniques carried out in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants is done by the method purposive sampling. The informant of this research is the Head of Service Libraries And Archives Padanglawas Regency along head of department library and librarian. The results of this study indicate that the library promotion strategy in increase interest visits made library that is with stage Socialization in the library, library tours, exhibitions, spread brochures, newspapers or newspapers, promotions with social media. While the constraints felt that the funds minimal, lack of cooperation and lack of public awareness about the importance of libraries. Keywords: Promotion, Strategy Promotion, Promotion Library
