Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategic role of Public Relations (PR) at PT X in building the company's image, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and supporting business objectives through internal and external communication management. Using a qualitative approach through interviews, literature studies, and document analysis, it was found that PT X implements PR strategies such as media relations, event marketing, CSR, digital PR, and crisis management to maintain the company's reputation. As a result, PR contributes to strengthening customer loyalty, brand awareness, and public trust, and becomes a reference for other finance companies in optimizing PR as a sustainable business strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kontribusi Microsoft Office terhadap efisiensi kerja karyawan di Perusahaan A. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan karyawan yang menggunakan Microsoft Office dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Microsoft Office meningkatkan efisiensi, terutama dalam kolaborasi tim, manajemen waktu, dan akses dokumen secara real-time. Fitur-fitur seperti Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, dan Outlook juga mempercepat komunikasi dan koordinasi kerja. Namun, masih ada kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang fitur-fitur yang ada, kurangnya pelatihan internal, dan kendala teknis seperti jaringan yang tidak stabil. Solusinya adalah peningkatan literasi digital, pelatihan berkelanjutan, peningkatan infrastruktur, dan penguatan budaya kerja digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian-penelitian yang berkaitan dengan efisiensi kerja dan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) based digital payment system implementation in XYZ Farming Cooperative. The objectives of this study include mapping the payment system currently used, identifying barriers in the digitization process, and projecting the impact of QRIS implementation on transaction efficiency and operational sustainability of the cooperative. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, through data collection using open-ended questionnaires and in-depth interviews with cooperative members and management. The background of this research is based on the need to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the cooperative payment system through the adoption of digital technology. The results show that transactions in XYZ Farming Cooperative are still dominated by cash payments, which are considered less efficient by most respondents in the pre-research questionnaire. Meanwhile, the implementation of QRIS is considered to have great potential to support cooperative operations in a more practical and modern manner, despite the challenges of low digital literacy and limited infrastructure. This research recommends increasing the digital capacity of cooperative members through training, provision of technological facilities, and gradual implementation of non-cash payment system trials.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of employee welfare on working conditions at PT P, focusing on welfare policies and facilities such as health insurance, employment insurance, on-site clinic services, maternity leave, workload balance, and working hours. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through interviews and direct observation of several employees. The findings show that company-provided welfare positively influences working conditions. Health facilities and work protection increase employees' sense of security and comfort. In addition, fair working hours, sufficient rest time, and attention to both physical and psychological well-being enhance work motivation and employee loyalty. Employees feel appreciated when the company supports work-life balance, leading to a more productive, harmonious, and low-conflict work environment. The study concludes that employee welfare is a key factor in shaping the quality of the workplace.

Abstract

Background: In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, particularly in the information technology (IT) sector, learning agility has emerged as one of the most crucial competencies for workforce adaptability, ranking as the second most sought-after skill in recruitment after advanced cognitive abilities. Companies in this industry require employees who can quickly adapt to new software, programming languages, and emerging technologies, yet many fresh graduates struggle with learning agility assessments, resulting in lower employability rates in competitive firms. Objective: This study aims to fill the gap in previous research by empirically testing how learning agility influences employee performance through IWBs in IT companies, thereby providing a novel contribution to understanding the factors that support workforce innovation and competitiveness in this sector. Methods: This study used a quantitative methodology, which involved a structured survey instrument and structural equation modeling (SEM) for data analysis. The study was conducted between March and May 2024 with a sample size of 200 respondents from employees working in the information technology (IT) industry in Indonesia. Results: The findings reveal that learning agility significantly enhances IWB (p=0.000), which in turn positively influences employee performance (p=0.006). Conclusion: These results emphasize the need for companies to not only prioritize learning agility during recruitment but also to foster a work environment that supports continuous learning through structured training programs, cross-functional project opportunities, and mentorship initiatives, ensuring employees remain agile and innovative in response to technological advancements. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational structure implemented at PT X. It focuses on understanding its role in supporting coordination and communication, identifying task distribution issues, and evaluating its effectiveness in achieving organizational goals. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study highlights the importance of a well-structured organization in facilitating decision-making, enhancing work efficiency, and streamlining communication channels. Findings reveal that although PT X has a formal organizational structure, its practical implementation encounters challenges. These include unclear task assignments, overlapping roles, workload imbalance, and slow cross-division communication. A lack of periodic structural evaluations further reduces operational efficiency. To overcome these problems, PT X must refine task distribution, clarify reporting lines, and improve interdepartmental coordination. The study concludes that an effective organizational structure requires consistent, adaptive, and integrated implementation aligned with the dynamic needs of the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Kopi Sejuta Jiwa's TikTok content on students' purchasing decisions and to identify non-digital factors that also influence these decisions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, with primary data obtained through interviews with four students from different batches who have purchased Kopi Sejuta Jiwa products and are active TikTok users. Secondary data was obtained through observation of three TikTok content with the highest interaction from the official Kopi Sejuta Jiwa account. The results of the study indicate that students' purchasing decisions are more influenced by price, taste, location, and personal experience, while TikTok content is considered to have the potential to influence if it is packaged attractively and does not feel overly promotional. Content observation revealed that despite varied content approaches, engagement levels remain relatively low. This study concludes that digital marketing strategies need to be optimized through relevant, inspirational, and interactive content, while still balancing quality products and direct services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on teacher performance with work motivation as a mediating variable, a case study of teachers in private high schools in Serang district. This study used a type of quantitative research that used a population of 590 teachers with a sample of 160 teachers in Serang district. Data collection techniques use questionnaires distributed online, and literature studies. Data analysis using Parcial Least Square (PLS) with SMARPLS 4.0 application. The results showed that organizational culture and work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on the work motivation of private high school teachers. Then, organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of private high school teachers, while work discipline has a direct insignificant and negative effect on the performance of private high school teachers in Serang District, Banten. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of private high school teachers in Serang District, Banten. Organizational culture and work discipline indirectly affect teacher performance through work motivation, which means that work motivation acts as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The performance of Hajj officers is crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective organization of the Hajj pilgrimage, a responsibility that is influenced by various factors such as leadership, training, and work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effects of leadership and training on the performance of Hajj officers, with work motivation serving as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on the officers responsible for organizing the Hajj pilgrimage at the Jakarta Pondok Gede Embarkation, a major center for Hajj operations in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected via surveys distributed to a sample of 100 Hajj officers. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the direct and indirect effects of leadership and training on officer performance, with work motivation as a mediator. The findings indicate that both leadership and training significantly influence the performance of Hajj officers, with work motivation playing a crucial role in mediating these relationships. Effective leadership enhances officers' motivation, which in turn improves their performance, while comprehensive training programs equip officers with the skills necessary for optimal performance. This study underscores the importance of leadership, training, and motivation in improving the overall performance of Hajj officers, which ultimately contributes to the success of Hajj operations. These findings have practical implications for enhancing the management and organization of Hajj pilgrimages, particularly in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are as follows: 1) To find out the description or description of career development, work motivation, compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 2) To determine the effect of career development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 3) To determine the effect of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 4) To determine the effect of career development and work motivation simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. To determine the effect of career development and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, this research was conducted on 452 employees at PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, using a sample of 82 employees. The study uses a quantitative approach using causal explanatory research methods that aim to explain how a certain variable can affect or cause changes to other variables. The data collection technique used in this study was through a survey method by distributing questionnaires, which then the data obtained would be processed using the SmartPLS version 3 software. Keywords: Career Development, Work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran atau deskripsi dari pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, kompensasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan karir dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 452 karyawan pada PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, dengan penggunaan sampel sebanyak 82 karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode riset eksplanatoris kausal yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana suatu variable tertentu bisa mempengaruhi atau menyebabkan perubahan kepada variable – variable lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui metode survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner, yang kemudian data yang didapatkan akan diolah menggunakan peranti lunak SmartPLS versi 3.
