Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational structure implemented at PT X. It focuses on understanding its role in supporting coordination and communication, identifying task distribution issues, and evaluating its effectiveness in achieving organizational goals. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study highlights the importance of a well-structured organization in facilitating decision-making, enhancing work efficiency, and streamlining communication channels. Findings reveal that although PT X has a formal organizational structure, its practical implementation encounters challenges. These include unclear task assignments, overlapping roles, workload imbalance, and slow cross-division communication. A lack of periodic structural evaluations further reduces operational efficiency. To overcome these problems, PT X must refine task distribution, clarify reporting lines, and improve interdepartmental coordination. The study concludes that an effective organizational structure requires consistent, adaptive, and integrated implementation aligned with the dynamic needs of the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Kopi Sejuta Jiwa's TikTok content on students' purchasing decisions and to identify non-digital factors that also influence these decisions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, with primary data obtained through interviews with four students from different batches who have purchased Kopi Sejuta Jiwa products and are active TikTok users. Secondary data was obtained through observation of three TikTok content with the highest interaction from the official Kopi Sejuta Jiwa account. The results of the study indicate that students' purchasing decisions are more influenced by price, taste, location, and personal experience, while TikTok content is considered to have the potential to influence if it is packaged attractively and does not feel overly promotional. Content observation revealed that despite varied content approaches, engagement levels remain relatively low. This study concludes that digital marketing strategies need to be optimized through relevant, inspirational, and interactive content, while still balancing quality products and direct services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on teacher performance with work motivation as a mediating variable, a case study of teachers in private high schools in Serang district. This study used a type of quantitative research that used a population of 590 teachers with a sample of 160 teachers in Serang district. Data collection techniques use questionnaires distributed online, and literature studies. Data analysis using Parcial Least Square (PLS) with SMARPLS 4.0 application. The results showed that organizational culture and work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on the work motivation of private high school teachers. Then, organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of private high school teachers, while work discipline has a direct insignificant and negative effect on the performance of private high school teachers in Serang District, Banten. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of private high school teachers in Serang District, Banten. Organizational culture and work discipline indirectly affect teacher performance through work motivation, which means that work motivation acts as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The performance of Hajj officers is crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective organization of the Hajj pilgrimage, a responsibility that is influenced by various factors such as leadership, training, and work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effects of leadership and training on the performance of Hajj officers, with work motivation serving as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on the officers responsible for organizing the Hajj pilgrimage at the Jakarta Pondok Gede Embarkation, a major center for Hajj operations in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected via surveys distributed to a sample of 100 Hajj officers. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the direct and indirect effects of leadership and training on officer performance, with work motivation as a mediator. The findings indicate that both leadership and training significantly influence the performance of Hajj officers, with work motivation playing a crucial role in mediating these relationships. Effective leadership enhances officers' motivation, which in turn improves their performance, while comprehensive training programs equip officers with the skills necessary for optimal performance. This study underscores the importance of leadership, training, and motivation in improving the overall performance of Hajj officers, which ultimately contributes to the success of Hajj operations. These findings have practical implications for enhancing the management and organization of Hajj pilgrimages, particularly in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To analyze and determine the effect between the work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT “X”. 2) To analyze and determine the effect between organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT “X”. 3) To analyze and determine the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT “X”. This research was conducted on 46 employees of PT “X”. The data collection technique used a survey method through distributing questionnaires and processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 27 as software in processing and analysis. This research uses descriptive analysis. The results obtained from regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. The work environment model and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction in PT “X” employees with an Fhitung > Ftabel value of 31.845 > 3.21 and the significance value obtained is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tingginya angka keluar-masuk pegawai pada instansi pemerintah menunjukkan pentingnya komitmen organisasi dalam mendukung stabilitas kinerja ASN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada ASN di Kanwil DJP Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 145 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1–4. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 89,1%. Secara parsial, kedua variabel juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are as follows: 1) To find out the description or description of career development, work motivation, compensation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 2) To determine the effect of career development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 3) To determine the effect of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 4) To determine the effect of career development and work motivation simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. To determine the effect of career development and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, this research was conducted on 452 employees at PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, using a sample of 82 employees. The study uses a quantitative approach using causal explanatory research methods that aim to explain how a certain variable can affect or cause changes to other variables. The data collection technique used in this study was through a survey method by distributing questionnaires, which then the data obtained would be processed using the SmartPLS version 3 software. Abstract

ABSTRACT Private employees should intend to stay in their company for a long time. The intention to stay is related to many factors, including job satisfaction, work-life balance, and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work-life balance, and organizational commitment on the intention to stay of employees. The research subjects were 200 employees who worked at a private company in Jakarta. The research design used is the AMOS SEM method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained showed that job satisfaction and work-life balance significantly affect the intention to stay and work-life balance significantly affects the organizational commitment. However, the results are not positive and significant work-life balance and organizational commitment to the intention to stay. ABSTRAK Para pekerja swasta harus memiliki niat untuk tinggal di perusahaan mereka untuk waktu yang lama. Niat untuk tinggal terkait dengan banyak faktor-faktor, termasuk kepuasan kerja, kehidupan kerja keseimbangan, dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap niat tinggal karyawan. Subyek penelitian adalah 200 karyawan yang bekerja pada Perusahaan Swasta di Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode AMOS SEM dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi niat untuk tetap dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Namun terdapat hasil tidak signifikan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap niat untuk menetap.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the digital archive management system, examine the obstacles faced, and evaluate the feasibility of the available facilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the archiving process at PT Java Indoku is still carried out manually and digitally at the same time without an organized central system. The main obstacles found include the absence of digital archive servers, the lack of clear standards in document storage, limited supporting facilities, and the lack of a strategic plan to implement a comprehensive digital archiving system. Therefore, the implementation of integrated digital archive management is expected to be a solution to increase the effectiveness of business processes and overall company information management.

The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, which involves describing and analyzing the problems identified. The study is based on both primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were gathered from books, previous research, and relevant articles. The data analysis technique used follows the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes four stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling. The results show that the management of incoming and outgoing mail has been carried out in a structured manner using a combination of manual and digital methods. However, several challenges remain, including limited human resources, technical issues with the e-paraf and e-sign systems, and a lack of compliance with administrative standards. To address these challenges, SEAMEO RECFON has implemented staff training, internal evaluations, SOP development, and strengthened activity planning. These efforts reflect the organization’s commitment to building a modern and adaptive correspondence management system.
