Abstract

The interfaith marriage passed by the Surabaya District Court is an event that needs to be reviewed by government agencies, because it is an opening tap for people to perform marriages in terms of legal loopholes that apply for applying for interfaith marriages. In this case, the Surabaya District Court has contradicted the first precept, namely the Almighty Godhead and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The MUI has confirmed that interfaith marriage cannot be carried out in the State of Indonesia and the MUI fatwa declares it haram related to interfaith marriages passed by the Surabaya District Court. This study used robert N. Entman's framing model analysis to determine the framing carried out by the two media, namely Detik.com and Republika.co.id in reporting on interfaith marriages passed by the Surabaya District Court. The purpose of this study is to find out how to Detik.com and Republika.co.id in describing the four elements of Robert N. Entman's analysis, namely define problems( definition of problems), diagnose causes (causes of problems), make moral judgement (make moral decisions), and treatment recommendations (problem solving) in the news of interfaith marriage was ratified by the Surabaya District Court edition 20 – 28 July 2022. This research uses framing theory. This research method refers to the paradigm of constructivism. The design of this study used a framing analysis study. In this study, the data collection technique carried out by the author used triangulation of data sources as a technique to check the validity of the data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Detik.com and Republika.co.id have different views in forming a news construction. This can be seen from the four elements of Robert N. Entman's framing analysis in the news of interfaith marriages passed by the Surabaya District Court..

Abstract

The data collection level in the Comprehensive MSME Census Activity 2022 in some regions of South Sumatra exceeded the target, while others fell short, despite facing similar challenges and receiving the same policy instruments. This study aims to analyze the implementation performance of the Comprehensive MSME Census Activity in South Sumatra and identify factors influencing performance gaps. Employing a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach, the study utilizes Van Meter & Van Horn's Implementation Process Model, considering six policy implementation aspects: policy standard and objective; the policy resources; inter-organizational communication and enforcement activities; the characteristics of the implementing agency; economic, social, and political conditions; and the disposition of the implementors. The research findings reveal a generally successful and comprehensive implementation performance of the 2022 Comprehensive MSME Census Activity in South Sumatra. Notably, the highest data collection achievement in Muara Enim District (171%) resulted from implementers' dispositions, modifying data collection mechanisms through discretionary initiatives. In contrast, the lowest achievement in Ogan Komering Ilir District (60%) was attributed to adhering strictly to procedural steps provided by policy framers. Effective policy implementation necessitates technological infrastructure readiness and the competence of involved personnel. Policy success hinges on government urgency to establish a Unified MSME Data System and specific task allocation based on professional needs. Impeding factors include field workers' inefficiency and persistent sectoral egoism affecting collaboration.

Abstract

The terms al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan used by Muhammadiyah schools for learning Islamic religious education are in line with the educational objectives contained in the national education law. Developing the potential of students to have religious spiritual strength is a concrete form of achievement to be realized through the implementation of education. This context has an equivalent to the hierarchy of self-transcendence which is the final level of Maslow's theory of needs. This qualitative-based research with a case study uses a content analysis model on student answers in the form of a description with 1 single question. Respondents used as many as 379 students in Muhammadiyah schools at the junior high school level. The results showed that 53 students' answers lead to a desire to achieve the hierarchical dimension of self-transcendence which is reflected in changes in behavior. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the perspective of students learning al-Islam to achieve the ideal dimension, namely self-transcendence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) skills of MTs Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Teachers on Hadas and Najis Material. The method used in this research is descriptive research. In descriptive analysis, researchers do not treat the object of study. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 6 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Schools (MTs) in West Lombok Regency, NTB. Data is collected via the TPACK filling tool. Data analysis by coding is based on seven categories in the TPACK framework (CK, PK, TK, PCK, TPK, TCK, TPACK). Based on the results of data analysis, the ability of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers in West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, on hadas and najis material shows (a) there is no difference between groups A and B in the level of TPACK ability. There is a difference in the length of a teacher's teaching experience. The planning and implementation capabilities of TPACK MTs teachers are limited to focus and its tools along with whiteboards and markers, which are implemented in the process of teaching and learning activities using the presentation method in a class by each group of students.

Abstract

Politics and Islam are two concepts that cannot be separated, as Islam provides guidance for all aspects of life, including political and state affairs. In Indonesia, the practice of "Money Politics" or commonly referred to as "serangan fajar" has become a widespread phenomenon in various general elections. This phenomenon involves the strategy of giving money or basic necessities by the campaign teams of candidates to the public in exchange for their votes. This practice raises various issues from moral, legal, and justice perspectives. Therefore, this study aims to analyze Money politics from the perspective of Indonesian law using a critical theory approach, as well as from the perspective of Islamic law through a normative religious theory approach. This research employs a normative juridical method, examining relevant regulations and sources of Islamic law to provide an understanding of the impact of Money politics on the legal system and political ethics. The findings indicate that Money Politics  contradicts the principles of justice and integrity, both in Indonesian positive law and Islamic teachings. In conclusion, despite the persistence of this practice, there is a need for strengthening moral and legal values to create a cleaner and fairer political system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of grade IV students of SDN 34 Parit Madura Sungai Ambawang in completing the operation of counting the number of addition of the storing technique. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study uses test questions. The researcher gave test questions to students in grade IV IV SDN 34 Parit Madura Sungai Ambawang in analyzing the ability of students to complete the number counting operation of the addition of the storing technique. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that students' ability to calculate long stacked summing numbers was still very low. There were 2 out of 14 students who could answer the thesis questions well. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' ability to calculate long stacked summation numbers is still very low

Abstract

Muntada al-Mutakallimin, a mandatory activity for students in these four schools, is the Darullughah Waddakwah Islamic Boarding School. The institute prepares language programs to help them improve their Arabic. At Pondok Pesantren Darullughah Wadda'wah learn four language skills with good media, strategies, programs and environment. To develop the efficiency of students' speaking skills in it, students also practice speaking in Arabic when they talk and debate with their friends and teachers in the forum. Therefore, they progress in Arabic and are better than before, especially in their speaking skills. The formulation of the problem in this study 1) How is Muntada al-Mutakkalimin to improve students' speaking skills at Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School 4? 2) How is the effectiveness of Muntada al-Mutakallimin in improving speaking skills for students of Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School 4?. Researchers used a quantitative approach. The results of this study, firstly, that to develop the efficiency of students' speaking skills, a language program, namely Muntada al-Mutakallimin, was held, including the practice of students speaking Arabic when they called and debated with their friends and teachers. in the forum Students speak Arabic. Second, the result of the first pre test and achievement test (1) on the comparison value is 6.24%. What is meant by the development of the results of the first achievement test from the results of the pretest. The comparison score between the first achievement test and the second achievement test is 86%. The meaning is the development of the results of the second achievement test from the first achievement test for the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School students. In other words, the Muntada al-Mutakallimin program affected the development of their speaking skills. These results are the results of observations and interviews with supervisors and students, as well as questionnaire data. Darullughah Wadda;wah Islamic Boarding School students agree that Muntada al-Mutakallimin influenced their speech development

Abstract

Background. Microvascular complications in diabetes mellitus patients often occur in the eyes (diabetic retinopathy) and diabetic neuropathy which will cause numbness in the extremities, while macrovascular complications can occur in coronary artery blood vessels in the heart, disorders of large blood vessels in the feet which will increase the risk of necrosis in the extremities Objective. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the relationship between Wound Grade and Neuropathy Status to the level of anxiety in patients with diabetic foot wounds Method. This type of research is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. Cross-sectional research with a sample size of 30, the sampling technique used by researchers was purposive sampling, the instruments in this study were observation sheets and Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) Form y Results. The results of the study obtained that there was no relationship between wound grade and anxiety levels in patients with diabetic foot wounds p-value 0.691> 0.05 and there was no relationship between neuropathy status and anxiety levels in patients with diabetic foot wounds p-value 0.248> 0.05 Conclusion. There was no correlation between wound grade and neuropathy status and anxiety levels in patients with diabetic foot ulcers

Abstract

The problems teachers at MIN 1 Serang face in preparing teaching modules for the Merdeka Curriculum include difficulties in designing and creating the modules and a lack of experience implementing them in the classroom. This activity aimed to assist teachers in overcoming these challenges, particularly in designing and creating teaching modules for the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involved four stages: preparation and coordination, implementation, mentoring, and program evaluation. The mentoring process began with the preparation and coordination stage, which included identifying needs and planning activities at the school. Subsequently, the implementation phase involved intensive training to understand the Merdeka Curriculum and techniques for creating teaching modules, followed by in-depth mentoring to prepare Merdeka Lesson Plans. During the mentoring process, participants were encouraged to think critically and comprehensively when designing teaching materials. The results of this activity showed positive changes, where participants could understand the Merdeka Curriculum materials and successfully create teaching modules per the curriculum's standards. The evaluation at the end of the activity demonstrated success in achieving the mentoring objectives. Keywords: Teacher assistance, Implementation of Merdeka Curriculum, Teaching modules Abstrak: Problematika yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru di MIN 1 Serang dalam penyusunan modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka meliputi kesulitan dalam menyusun dan membuat modul ajar, serta kurangnya pengalaman dalam mengimplementasikannya di kelas. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendampingi guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, khususnya dalam menyusun dan membuat modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan empat tahapan: persiapan dan koordinasi, pelaksanaan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi program. Proses pendampingan dimulai dengan tahap persiapan dan koordinasi, yang mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan dan perencanaan di madrasah. Selanjutnya, pelaksanaan pendampingan dilakukan melalui pelatihan intensif untuk memahami Kurikulum Merdeka dan teknik penyusunan modul ajar, diikuti dengan pendampingan intensif dalam penyusunan RPP Merdeka. Selama proses pendampingan, peserta diajak untuk berpikir kritis dan menyeluruh dalam merancang materi modul ajar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif, di mana peserta mampu memahami materi Kurikulum Merdeka dan berhasil membuat modul ajar sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum tersebut. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini hendak menghadirkan bagaimana pandangan falsafah haji Ali Syari’ati. Meskipun Ali Syari’ati lazim dikenal sebagai seorang sosiolog dan teolog pembebasan, tapi bukan berarti pemikirannya hanya berkutat pada sosiologi dan teologi saja. Dalam Haji, buku yang merupakan hasil renungannya atas pengalaman personalnya menjalankan haji sebanyak tiga kali dan kunjungannya ke Mekah sekali, Ali Syari’ati menuangkan penafsirannya mengenai haji. Penafsirannya itu memuat dimensi yang bersifat filosofis yang menjadikannya sebuah penafsiran filosofis atas haji. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis hendak menghadirkan penafsiran haji Ali Syari’ati yang bersifat filosofis itu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penafsiran haji Ali Syari’ati memuat dimensi filosofis di dalamnya. Elemen-elemen dalam haji ditafsirkannya dengan penafsiran yang filosofis. Kemudian, penafsiran haji Ali Syari’ati juga memiliki signifikansi praktis di dalamnya yang merupakan implikasi dari core dalam penafsirannya itu. Ini membuat penafsiran haji Ali Syari’ati tidak hanya bernuansa filosofis dalam artian teoritis, tapi juga politis dan humanis dalam artian praktis. Penafsirannya ini dapat menjelaskan kepada kita mengapa haji merupakan rukun Islam yang wajib dijalankan, sebagaimana yang dikatakan oleh Ali Syari’ati sendiri dalam Haji. Abstract: This research aims to present the views of Ali Shari'ati's philosophy of Hajj. Even though Ali Shari'ati is commonly known as a sociologist and liberation theologian, this does not mean that his thinking only focuses on sociology and theology. In Hajj, a book which is the result of his reflection on his personal experience of performing the Hajj three times and his visit to Mecca once, Ali Shari'ati expresses his interpretation of the Hajj. This interpretation contains a philosophical dimension which makes it a philosophical interpretation of the Hajj. In this thesis, the author wants to present a philosophical interpretation of Ali Shari'ati's Hajj. The result of this research is that Ali Shari'ati's interpretation of Hajj contains a philosophical dimension in it. He interpreted the elements of the Hajj with a philosophical interpretation. Then, Ali Shari'ati's interpretation of the Hajj also has practical significance in it which is the core implication of his interpretation. This makes Ali Shari'ati's interpretation of Hajj not only philosophical in a theoretical sense, but also political and humanist in a practical sense. This interpretation can explain to us why the Hajj is a pillar of Islam that must be carried out, as Ali Shari'ati himself said in the Hajj.
