Abstract

Penilaian pembelajaran merupakan elemen krusial dalam proses pendidikan, khususnya dalam Pendidikan Bahasa Arab (PBA) yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Namun, sistem penilaian konvensional sering kali tidak efisien dan kurang memberikan wawasan mendalam bagi pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penilaian berbasis Google Data Studio/Power BI, Table AI, dan Python AI di MTs Thoyyib Hasyim guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi ini mempermudah guru dalam mengolah, menganalisis, dan memvisualisasikan data penilaian, meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, akurasi, serta transparansi dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, literasi digital guru, dan konektivitas internet yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan infrastruktur, pelatihan guru, serta integrasi sistem penilaian dengan sistem akademik madrasah untuk optimalisasi implementasi. Dengan pengelolaan yang baik, sistem ini dapat menjadi model bagi madrasah lain dalam mengadopsi teknologi untuk penilaian pembelajaran.

Abstract

Development of Computer Laboratory Management Information System at SMKS Pertiwi Batam is an application to support the performance of related institutions. Lack of data collection and the absence of supporting applications and data that is still stored in the form of archives and computers manually. Information systems are designed based on websites using the codeigniter programming language and MySQL database. While the development of the research system uses the waterfall method with the stages of requirements, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. This information system serves as a means of sharing information about the inventory of computer laboratory equipment, the use of computer laboratories, and schedules regarding the use of computer laboratories. With this information system, the agency will be easier in collecting inventory data, using and scheduling computer laboratories. As well as the need to make monthly reports on computer laboratory data.

Abstract

This research focuses on digital transformation at the Try Jaya Mobil workshop, which relies on manual processes for recording spare parts sales transactions and generating financial reports. This manual process causes various challenges, such as mismatches between incoming data and orders and a lack of historical sales records that hinder data search and analysis. The absence of a computerized system also reduces stock management and customer service efficiency. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to design a more sophisticated spare parts monitoring information system. The Rapid Application Development approach enables iterative and rapid software development, involving users at every stage. The information system is designed to improve accuracy, speed, and operational efficiency and enable better stock recording and monitoring. The results show that implementing a RAD-based information system can significantly improve customer service and Try Jaya Mobil's competitiveness in the market. Evaluation of the system after implementation showed improvements in operational efficiency, data accuracy, and user satisfaction. With this digital transformation, Try Jaya Mobil is expected to optimize its services and strengthen its competitive automotive industry position.

Abstract

Biostatistics is an important subject in nursing education because it contributes to clinical decision-making and health research. However, many nursing students find biostatistics difficult because they are not directly used in nursing practice. This study aims to explore the dynamics of biostatistical learning to improve teaching approaches in the future. The study uses a Mixed Methods Research (MMR) design with an explanatory sequential approach which is carried out in two stages. The first stage involved 94 nursing students to measure satisfaction and concentration in learning. Quantitative results revealed that 80.9% of students were satisfied, although dissatisfaction arose from unclear goals and inappropriate lecture times. In addition, 72.3% of students had moderate concentration, with peer conversation invitations being the main challenge. In the second stage, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 8 students explored these findings further. The integration of qualitative and quantitative data identifies key themes, namely clarity of learning objectives, lecture time, classroom atmosphere, technology support, and teaching effectiveness. These findings emphasize the need for better teaching strategies and time management to improve student satisfaction, focus, and understanding of biostatistics. Addressing this dimension will increase the effectiveness of biostatistics education for nursing students.

Abstract

Berdasarkan banyaknya penelitian yang sejenis tentang studi eksperimen terhadap model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang telah dilakukan. Maka perlu dilakukan pengorganisasian data, menggali informasi dari penelitian terdahulu yang diperoleh, dan mendekati kekomprehensipan data dengan maksud-maksud lainnya serta belum adanya studimeta-analisi pada beberapa studi eksperimen tersebut. Sehingga Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) problem based learning terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif siswadalam lingkup yang lebih luas. Jenis penelitian meta analisis artikel publikasi ilmiah dari jurnal atau skripsi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan pengolahan data menggunakan effek size rata-rata eksperimen (x̅ E) -rata-rata control (x̅ K) : standar deviasi kelas Kontrol (SD K). Secara keseluruhan model Problem Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dengan effect size 1.124 kategori sangat tinggi dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa 1.11 kategori sangat tinggi. Model Problem Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama dan sekolah menengah atas.

Abstract

Kanker payudara (Carsinoma Mammae) merupakan salah satu kanker yang sangat ditakuti oleh kaum wanita, setelah kanker serviks. Kanker payudara merupakan suatu kondisi dimana sel telah kehilangan mekanisme normalnya, sehingga terjadi pertumbuhan yang abnormal, cepat dan tidak dapat terkendali yang terjadi pada jaringan payudara. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan remaja putri tentang SADARI di SMA Negeri 2 Wera. penelitian menunjukkan remaja putri memiliki pengetahuan yang berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 16 orang (50%), remaja putri kategori cukup sebanyak 15 orang (47%), dan remaja putri kategori kurang sebanyak 1 orang (3%). bahwa tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri tentang SADARI di SMA Negeri 2 Wera sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 16 orang (50%), Penelitian menyarankan bagi siswa perempuan di SMA negeri 2 memperhatikan pentingnya untuk berusaha menambah wawasan tentang SADARI, lebih meningkatkan lagi niat mencari informasi tentang SADARI, bisa dengan membaca buku tentang kesehatan, artikel-artikel kesehatan di majalah koran ataupun di internet

Abstract

Medical Check Up (MCU) adalah salah satu bagian pelayanan di rumah sakit dalam usaha pencegahan dan mendeteksi penyakit sejak dini. Rumah Sakit RSUD Bima telah melayani pasien yang berasal dari perorangan ataupun yang berasal dari instansi langganan. Masalah yang ditemukan di MCU secara umum adalah jumlah kunjungan pelangan instansi yang cendrung naik turun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Di Rumah Sakit RSUD Bima terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Medical Check Up. Waktu penelitian rencana dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Oktober 2020. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan sacara kuantitatif dan dilengkapi kualitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional (Potong lintang). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahawa Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia 31-50 tahun dengan kunjungan MCU. Hasil uji Chi Square (P?value = 0,005), ada hubungan produk dengan kunjungan MCU. Hasil uji Chi Square (P?value = 0,005), ada hubungan harga dengan kunjungan MCU. Hasil uji Chi Suare (P?value= 0,000). Hasil Wawancara mendalam disimpulkan bahwa, Manajer Unit MCU hanya menerima hasil dari manajemen bisnis, tidak ikut serta dalam proses penetapan harga, Manajer Unit MCU kurang tertarik adanya potongan harga atau tidak, Manajer mempunyai produk yang terbaru, yaitu pemeriksaan rapid

Abstract

Purpose: Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a primary concern in Indonesia; it requires considerable attention and is one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs). Stunting prevention is very important, and one program that can be implemented is health communication. This study aimed to evaluate, review, and criticize published articles regarding the effectiveness of health communication in efforts to prevent stunting. Methodology: A systematic and comprehensive literature search was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines using the following databases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar until September 2023. Results: All the included studies stated that health communication has a significant positive impact on stunting prevention through three types of communication: interpersonal, group, and mass communication. The messages conveyed by communicators to communicants cover most of the important messages that must be conveyed, including exclusive breastfeeding, complementary foods, BMI and HAZ scores, and nutritional behavior. The methods used also varied, ranging from counseling methods at posyandu or integrated healthcare centers, use of flipcharts, radio, TV, support groups, home visits, mobile outreach, food production, and training of community health workers. Limitations: According to the review, this study has limitations, including a limited number of studies, and the research population is not spread across every region in the world; consequently, the results of this review may not be able to represent all populations and races globally. Contribution: We hope that the findings of this study can be used as a reference for further research related to stunting management using a health communication approach. In addition, this study can be used as a reference source for conducting outreach, interpersonal communication, group communication, and mass communication related to stunting, so that stunting prevention programs in Indonesia can be implemented widely and comprehensively.

Abstract

Self-presentation is an effort made by an individual to build a certain impression according to their profession in front of others, including what is done by a mistress (Ani-ani). This study aims to determine the self-presentation of Ani-ani in Bandung according to Erving Goffman's dramaturgy study. This research focuses on the front stage and backstage of the Ani-anis. This research used a qualitative approach with dramaturgy studies. The object of the research is the Ani-anis in Bandung. The selection of informants used a purposive sampling technique where the informants were two Ani-anis in Bandung. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The results show that the front stage appearance of the Ani-anis was filled by their behavior when they were with their loyal customers during their quality time. Like Mawar, she used good Indonesian with a gentle, mature, reserved demeanor on the front stage. Meanwhile, Melati used exaggerated Indonesian with a spoiled, seductive, and expressive demeanor. Meanwhile, in the backstage, they displayed their full figure in their daily life, which is completely different from what they showed when they were with their clients. Like Mawar, she often used Sundanese, is lively, religious, and responsible for her family. While Melati was quiet, she used good Indonesian and became a wife who obeyed her husband. This study concludes that every Ani-ani presents themselves in their performances in the front or backstage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Competence, Motivation and Compensation on the Performance of Librarians in UPT. Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno. Librarian performance is the implementation of the functions required of a librarian, both deeds, achievements, and skills in completing work. Competence is the main requirement in performance, because with competence, librarians will complete their assigned work well. While motivation is a reason or drive for someone to do something. Compensation will have a positive impact on the institution. For employees, compensation can meet the needs of life. In this study, the author uses a quantitative approach. The sample took the entire population, which amounted to 56 librarians. In this study, indicators and variables of indicators and competency variables showed 3.92, for motivation showed 3.97. compensation shows 3.95 and Performance shows 3.88. The average value of the variables of competence, motivation, compensation and performance is in the medium category. To find out the relationship between variables, simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression were used. The results of the study showed that there was an influence both individually and together on the variables of Competence, motivation and compensation on the performance of UPT.
