Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), EDP (Effectiveness of Depositors Funds), AC (Assets Composition), DEP (Depositors), PAM (Productive Assets Management) trough PDM (Profit Distribution Management) for sharia public bank in Indonesia period 2012-2015.the population in this study is sharia public bank with consist 11 banks, meanwhile the sample of the study is consist 6 banks. There were Bank Central Asia Syariah (BCA), Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), Bank Mega Syariah (BMS), Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank Maybank Syariah. The process of the sampling used purposive sampling. the research method is descriptive statistic, and the assumption is classis. The data analysis used financial report of triwulan in sharia public bank period 2012-2015. Testing in this study used the normality test with multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that there is effect simultaneously between CAR, EDP, AC, DEP, PAM to Profit Distribution Management. While CAR, AC and PAM were not significant parsial to Profit Distribution Management on sharia public bank in Indonesia period 2012-2015.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the role of village officials and the competence of village fund managers on the accountability of village fund managers. The population in this study is the Amahai sub-district in the Central Maluku district. This study uses primary data. The method of collecting data in this study was through questionnaires given directly to respondents. In this study, there were 32 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of the Role of Village Apparatus and Competence of Village Fund Management Apparatus simultaneously affected the Accountability of Village Fund Management. The Role of Village Apparatus variables does not affect Village Fund Management Accountability. The Competence of Village Fund Management Apparatus variable positively and significantly affects Village Fund Management Accountability.Keywords: Role of Village Apparatus, Competence, Village Fund Manager

Abstract

This purpose of the research is to know the effect of  GCG mechanism (owner of institutional, owner of managerial, audit committee, delegate of commissary and direction) based on the CSR. Empire study based on the manufacture company which registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2016-2018. This research formulated the proposal as into trouble about the whether the mechanisms corporate governance in also had an impact simultaneously and partial cast against broad the disclosure of CSR. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linier regression test. The data used in the research is secondary data obtained through official website Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). Data collection techniques used in this research which is our literature and research techniques documentation. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, the board of commissioners partially have no effect on the area of CSR disclosure, while the audit committee and board of directors partially have a positive effect on the area of CSR disclosure. From the results of this study are expected to provide information regarding the role of CSR GCG and can be considered for the company to pay attention to the quality of CSR done. Keywords: Institutional ownership, Managerial ownership, Audit committee, boards of commissioners, board of directors, CSR

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market structure and competitiveness on the performance of ceramic handicrafts MSME in Malang. The population in this study were all ceramic craft SMEs in Malang. Data obtained From 30 UMKM ceramic crafts in Malang city. This research uses multiple linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that market structure and competitiveness together (simultaneously) affect performance. Partially the market structure variable does not affect the performance of SMEs ceramic crafts in the city of Malang. While the competitiveness variable has a positive effect on the performance of MSME ceramic handicrafts in Malang. Therefore UMKM Malang ceramics need to form a competitive advantage to be able to maintain their business.Keywords: Market Structure, Competitiveness, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Free Cash Flow and Leverage towards Financial Performance of the LQ45 company. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population used is LQ45 company at BEI for the period 2015-2017. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method. The sample of this research is 38 companies. Data analysis was done by using multiple linier regression method. The result of this study indicate that Simultaneously, board of commissioner, independent commissioner, board of director, audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, free cash flow and leverage significantly affected the Financial performance. Partially, board of commissioner, independent commissioner, board of director, institutional ownership, and leverage didn’t significantly affect the Financial performance. Audit committee negatively and significantly affect the Financial performance. Abstract

This research focuses on business ethics and professional accounting ethics using empirical studies at the University of Islam Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine the average difference in perceptions of business ethics and professional accounting ethics between male and female accounting students at the University of Islam Malang. The population of this study were accounting students at the University of Islam Malang. The sample used was 56 respondents consisting of 28 male students and 28 female students. Data were collected using questionnaires and distributed by purposive sampling method. Independent sample t-test was used in testing this hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis show that there is no difference in the mean perception between male students and female accounting students of business ethics and accounting professional ethics.Keywords: Perception of accounting students, Business Ethics, Professional Ethics of accountants.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of accounting scientific variables, English soft skill variables and information technology soft skills variables on readiness in facing the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0. The sample in this study were 100 students from two universities in the city of Malang. The sampling used is purposive sampling method. This type of research is quantitative with primary data obtained directly from students majoring in accounting at Malang Islamic University and Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang and collecting data using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by of SPSS 2019. The results are accounting scientific, english language and information technology simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on readiness in facing challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0. Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the effect of career, degree, economic andquality motivation on the interest of accounting students to take the accountingprofession education exam (PPAK). This study took a sample by distributingquestionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universityof Brawijaya Accounting Study Program. The sampling technique uses purposivesampling. The data processed in this study were 73 respondents. The results of thestudy show that career, degree, economic and quality motivations simultaneouslyinfluence the interest in taking part in the accounting profession education(PPAK). Career, economic and quality motivation has a partial effect on theinterest in taking part in the accounting profession education (PPAK), while thedegree motivation does not affect the interest in taking part in the accountingprofession education (PPAK).Keywords: Career motivation, degree, economy, quality, interest in accountingprofession education (PPAK)

Abstract

ABSTRACTHigh returns are influenced by many factors including company profits, cash flows, internal conditions of the company and others. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the effect of Net Profit and Cash Flow on Stock Returns on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study is a type of explanatory research that empirically or quantitatively tests. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018. The samples used in this study are 14 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 3 years. The results of this study indicate that the R Square value of 0.388 shows that Stock Returns of 38.8% can be explained by Net Profit and Cash Flow, while the remaining 61.2% is explained by other variables not in the model or not examined. The conclusions in this study are the variables of Net Profit and Cash Flow have a simultaneous and partial significant effect on Stock Returns. While the dominant variable that influences Stock Return is Net Profit. Keywords: Net Profit, Cash Flow, Stock Return

Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of corporate governance implementation quality of Indonesian manufacture companies listed in BEI. This research uses 15 firm years for sample. Corporate governance implementation quality data are data for year 2013 until 2016. The variables that were hypothesized influence corporate governance implementation are ownership concentration, Growth, Leverage and SIZE using multiple regression method, this research found that ownership concentration and Leverage have positive influence to corporate governance implementation quality.
