Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang penerapan model pembelajaran virtual laboratory berbasis inkuiri dalam membelajarkan konsep gelomban telah di lakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan generik sains siswa MA. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen kuasi dengan desain ”the matching-only pretest-posttest control group.” Penelitian dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas XII IPA MAN Beureunun tahun pembelajaran 2016/2017. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata N-gain hasil belajar kelas eksperimen 0,69 dengan kategori sedang dan kelas kontrol 0,49 dengan kategori sedang. N-gain keterampilan generik sains tertinggi kelas eksperimen terjadi pada indikator inferensi logika sebesar 0,71 dengan kategori tinggi dan terendah terjadi pada indikator pengamatan langsung dan kerangka logika taat asas sebesar 0,55 dengan kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol N-gain keterampilan generik sains tertinggi terjadi pada indikator inferensi logika sebesar 0,52 dengan kategori sedang dan terendah terjadi pada indikator pengamatan tak langsung sebesar 0,29 dengan kategori rendah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran virtual laboratory berbasis inkuiri dapat lebih meningkatkan hasil belajar gelombang dan keterampilan generik sains siswa dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Selain itu, tanggapan siswa setelah memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran virtual laboratory berbasis inkuiri pada konsep gelombang berespon positif (sangat baik), dimana siswa merasakan bahwa pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan memberi nuansa baru dan meningkatkan beberapa indikator keterampilan generik sains.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh deposito terhadap Pembiayaan, ROA, ROE pada Bank Syariah di indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel Bank Syariah di Indonesia, Pembiayaan, ROA, ROE yang digunakan yaitu dalam waktu 5 tahun (2015-2020) di indonesia, adapun data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder Time Series yang bersumber dari Website Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan Kementerian Keuangan (DJPK) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), diolah dengan menggunakan metode/model Eror Corection Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pembiayaan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan pada bank Syariah di Indonesia. Demikian pula variabel ROA dan ROE juga tidak berpengaruh pada bank Syariah di Indonesia. Sehingga dapat dikatakn bahwa bank Syariah di Indonesia di sebabkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Constitutional Court Decision No 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 states that the Job CreationLaw is conditionally unconstitutional and still valid with a 2-year deadline for improvement.The follow-up to the court's decision is aimed at the DPR and the President should makeimprovements to Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. However, the actiontaken by the DPR is to make changes to the Law on the Establishment of Laws andRegulations, which is the advice of the judge who dissented opimion. Meanwhile, IndonesianPresident Joko Widodo issued Perrpu Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation, thisexplicitly aborted the conditional unconstitutional status of Law No. 11 of the Year 2020About Job Creation.This research is a normative legal research. It is based on literature research thattakes excerpts from reading books, or supporting books related to the problem understudy. This study used secondary data sources consisting of primary, secondary, andtertiary legal materials. This study also used qualitative data analysis and produceddescriptive data.From the results of the research and discussions carried out, it is necessary to havean ideal system to improve the application of the Constitutional Court decision inaccordance with the principle of erga omnes. The results showed that to optimize theprinciple, cooperation efforts between the Constitutional Court and other state institutionsor adressat decisions are needed in implementing it. One of them is by directly appointingthe competent state agency in the consideration of the decision to follow up. This can becombined with the application of judicial deferrals and the granting of a deadline for theenforcement of judgments imposed on the adressats as a determinant representation of legalboundaries and certainty.

Abstract

Villages are customary villages and villages or what are referred to by other names arelegal community units that have territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate andmanage government affairs, local community interests based on community initiatives, originrights, and/or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in system of government ofthe Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, Village Financial Management is the wholeactivity which includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting, andaccountability of Village finances. Whereas Village finance means that all Village rights andobligations can be valued in money and everything in the form of money and goods related tothe implementation of Village rights and obligations. In writing this thesis, the author tries toimplement Article 2 of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerningVillage Financial Management in Semunai Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, RiauProvince.The objectives of writing this thesis are: first, to find out the implementation of Article2 of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village FinancialManagement in Semunai Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. Second,to find out the inhibiting factors in the implementation of Article 2 of the Minister of HomeAffairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management in SemunaiVillage, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The research method in this thesisuses a type of sociological legal research, namely research on the effectiveness of laws thatlive in society. The nature of this thesis research is research descriptive which describessystematically, the facts and characteristics of the object studied appropriately. The datasource used is the data source first, seconds and tertiary The data collection techniques in thisstudy were interviews, questionnaires and literature review. After the data was collected, itwas analysed to draw conclusions.Based on the results of the research, the first conclusion can be drawn that theimplementation of the principles of village financial management in Semunai Village, seenfrom the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, as well as orderly anddisciplined budgets, is quite good. participatory in Semunai village, organizers and theSemunai village community understand enough about the principles of village financialmanagement community, and other factors, namely the existence of misunderstandingsbetween the community and the village government regarding the implementation of villageactivities and the provision of village financial information.Keywords: Village, Management, Village Finance

Abstract

A person with visual impairment is any person who has limited vision dueto one thing or another who in interacting with the environment experiencesobstacles and difficulties to participate fully and effectiveli in the socialenvironment of the community. In the general election process in Indonesia,people with visual impairments have difficulty in giving their voting rights due touneven access to raised letters at polling stations designated for blind people, inpractice in the field blind people who are part of persons with disabilities cannotvote independently because more than the 20.000 polling stations at the time ofthe 2019 general election did not provide embossed access for Template BrailleThis research is a normative legal research, it is based on literatureresearch which referst to the contens of reading books or supporting books thathave a corelation with the background of the problem to be studied. This studyuses secondary date sources consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legalmaterials. This study uses qualitative date analysis by producing a deductivemethod of drawing conclusions, namely drawing conclusions from that aregeneral to things that are specific.From the result of the discussion, it can be concluded that law number 7 of2017 concerning general elections does not clearly regulate the state’s obligstionto guarantee the fulfillmen of access for blind people in voting at polling stationsduring the general election. The practice that then occured actually gave accessfor other people to participate in helping blind person choose the candidate theywhoulf choose which indirectly that person would know who the candidate chosenby the blind person was, this clearly violates the principle of confidentiality ingenera.

Abstract

ASN actually has a position as an element of the state apparatus, which implements policiesset by the heads of government agencies that are free from the influence and intervention of allpolitical groups and parties. ASN also has a function as a tool for public policy, public servant andunifier of the nation. ASN plays the role of planner, executor and overseer of the implementation ofgeneral government and national development tasks through the implementation of policies and publicservices that are professional, free from political intervention, and clean from corruption, collusionand nepotism practices. Therefore, in order to maintain and strengthen the integrity of civil servants,it is necessary to have an oath of office for civil servants in carrying out their duties and roles. On thebasis of this, it is the author's special interest to conduct further research on the urgency of the oathand its benefits.This research is a normative legal research. This is based on library research which takesquotations from reading books, or supporting books that are related to the problem to be studied.Primary, secondary and tertiary data sources are characteristic of this study. This study also usesqualitative data analysis and produces descriptive data.From the results of the research conducted, there are several conclusions obtained, namely:First, the normative oath of office has no problems in it, the implementation of these norms should becarried out properly by civil servants through work attitudes. With this oath, civil servants arerequired to be more trustworthy in carrying out their positions. Second, there is a juridical implicationfor civil servants when the oath of office is violated. Theoretically normative, civil servants can bedishonorably dismissed if they are proven to have violated the oath, because the oath order hasbecome a norm that has permanent and binding legal force for all civil servants. Therefore, lawenforcement against civil servants who violate their oath of office must be upheld with all theconsequences in an objective and fair manner.Keywords : Oath Of Office-Government Employess

Abstract

The Proportional Election System is a system in which one electoraldistrict elects several representatives. The proportional system is also called abalanced system, there are two types of systems in the proportional system,namely the open proportional system and the closed proportional system. OpenProportional System is an electoral system in which voters directly elect theirlegislative representatives. Whereas in a closed proportional system, voters onlychoose their political party. The formulation of the problem in this study is whatare the advantages and disadvantages of open and closed proportional systemsand whether the system is most appropriate to be applied to legislative electionsin Indonesia.This study uses normative legal research methods. This study also usesthree sources of legal materials, namely, primary, secondary and tertiary legalmaterials. The purpose of this study is to determine the advantages anddisadvantages of open and closed proportional systems and to find out the mostappropriate system to be applied to legislative elections in Indonesia. Legislationwhich is the main source of this research is the 1945 Constitution, Law number 7of 2017 concerning General Elections.The results obtained from this study are that open and closed proportionalsystems have advantages and disadvantages, so the appropriate election system tobe used in Indonesia is the Open Election System because voters can choosecandidates who have the same ideas, vision and mission, reflecting the profile ofall the people, increasing public enthusiasm to participate in elections,prioritizing the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation.Keywords: Proportional System, general elections, People.

The preparation of the Local Government Budget based on Regulation of the Ministerof Home Affairs Regulation Number 84 of 2022 Concerning The Guidelines for CompilingThe Local Government Budget for Fiscal Year 2023. However, in its formation in KuantanSingingi Regency the delay in time. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis research is first,mechanism for establishing the draft Local Government Budget for the 2023 KuantanSingingi Regency based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 84 of 2022.Second, obstacles encountered in the process. Third, efforts that must be made in overcomingobstacles in the process of forming.This type of research is sociological juridical research. With the research locationtaking place at the Regional People's Legislative Council of Kuantan Singingi Regency andthe Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency.From the results of the research results it can be concluded. First, mechanism forforming of the draft Local Government Budget of Kuantan Singingi Regency in the 2023 isnot fully in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs RegulationNumber 84 of 2022. Second, obstacle faced is the internet network and inadequate servers,lack of understanding and weak coordination between regional work units, limited humanresources, and the government's unpreparedness to prepare performance-based budgets.Third, efforts that must be made are making improvements to the Regional Government'sinternet network, increasing human resource development, determining priority scales,synergizing the executive with the legislature in drafting regional regulations on regionalbudgets.Keywords: Compliance, Local Government, Local House of Representative, The Formationof A Draft Local Government Budget
