The problems in the Garang Watershed includes flooding, erosion, sedimentation, landslides, and droughts. It can be overcome by the land uses arrangement. Management in Garang Watershed can be planned using agro-conservation model. This model consists of three submodels, i.e., water management submodel, erosion submodel, and community submodel. Submodel water management produces TATAAIR.EXE software, used for the simulation of optimal land use planning. Addition 10% of the forest area and 10% mixed farms are the most optimal landuse composition, whereas 25% of forest reduction to moor can increase the ratio of discharge and water production. The total value of actual erosion in Upstream Garang Watershed is 3249.861 tonnes/ha/year. Level of erosion hazard are height erosion which cover area of 27.20%, moderate erosion covers area of 21.57%, and mild erosion covers area of 38.86%. Forms of conservation for the handling of the dangers of erosion that can be done include: vegetative engineering, vegetative-mechanic engineering, and without conservation measures. Environmentally conscious community forum should be established at least at the level of RW as a cadre to increase public awareness in preserving the environment.

One of the lessons that can provide direct research experience to students is Research-based Learning. It is a model that focuses on students’ participation and lecturers only as facilitators in which students are given the opportunity to conduct a research project. This study aims to improve students' research skills through research-based learning and to know students' responses dealing with this model. The research design of this study was a classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The research instruments in collecting data were observation sheets and questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The research findings indicated that there were 6 (six) students who showed a significant increase in term of formulating the research problems. Then, it was also found that there were 12 (twelve) students who could observe in order to find information and appropriate research methods dealing with their research focuses. Furthermore, there were 13 (thirteen) students who organize their own research designs could able to make a research design, and then 3 (three) out of them could sort and describe research data that had been collected. Next, one of them showed a significant improvement in analyzing research data to answer the research questions and then interpreted it; meanwhile only 1 (one) student could make a good conclusion of their research. Least but not last, only 2 (two) students were indicated to have skills in disseminating their research findings both in scientific forums or scientific publications in the form of journals or proceedings. To sum up, it can be concluded that there was a significant increase in the number of students who mastered the research skills from cycle I to cycle II. Finally, students positively responded to the implementation of this research-based learning as an effective model.

Abstract: Full-Blooded Face, Anxiety, Mother Postpartum. Post partum (puerperal) is the future return of the reproductive organs such as the state before becoming pregnant within six weeks after delivery. One of the psychological disorders suffered postpartum mothers is anxiety. Blooded face is a complementary therapy to reduce stress and anxiety. The aim of research to determine the effect on reducing anxiety blooded face puerperal women in childbirth care facility in Wonogiri districts. This study uses a pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design. Population in this research is the post partum mothers who gave birth and postpartum controls in BPM Siti Syamsiyah Wonogiri and RB. Nur Annisa Wonogiri in March-May 2014. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Assessment of anxiety 30 minutes before full blooded face the majority of mild anxiety, as many as 23 respondents (58.97%). Assessment of anxiety 24 hours after the majority of full-blooded face no anxiety as much as 33 respondents (84.61%). Blooded face significantly influence the decrease in anxiety scores. ρ = 0.00 (ρ <0.05); x = 16.20 to 8.46. The magnitude of the effect of ± 7.74. There is a full-blooded face effect on reducing anxiety postpartum mothers. Recommendations for delivery care facilities to be able to apply blooded face for postpartum mothers.

Abstract Background: Childbirth is the outcome of a process of conception (the baby) to live from the uterus to the outside world. In the process of spending the baby frequent injury in the birth canal or perineal wound (Mochtar, 2012). The purpose of this study to prove the effect of perineal bandage to cure the perineal wound. Method: The research design was quasi experiment with untreated control group design. Samples in this researh were some post partum mother who suffered wounds perineum in BPM Klaten some 118 people. Bivariate data analysis using statistical test used was t – tes. Result: Results from this study is that there was no influence the bandage perineum (kempitan) to cure maternal perineal wound. Perineum will cause pain and discomfort to the mother postpartum, with pain and swelling in the perineum makes the mother fear for early mobilization, to overcome this, the mother post partum have bandaging perineum (kempitan) to reduce pain and swelling, so the mother post partum can do early mobilization. Conclusion: If the mother can do early mobilization so that the maternal perineal wound may be able cured as soon as possible. Bandaging perineum (kempitan) is a bandage on the perineum given after using sanitary apkins and panty to reduce pain and swelling.

Abstract Background : Postpartum mothers who fail to adjust to their new role can experience postpartum blues. Physical fatigue due to the activity of babysitting, breastfeeding, bathing the baby, cradling the baby at any time can cause maternal rest so that the mother's sleep/ rest can be disrupted. Rest/ sleep that is sufficient can reduce the occurrence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers. Method: This study is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers in the working area of Karangmalang Sragen health center. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and a sample of 31 postpartum mothers from day 3 to day 10 was obtained which had a history of spontaneous normal labor. Univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with Rankspearman statistical test. The results of this study were the age of respondents at most,namely age 20-35 years 90.3%, multipara mothers 54.8%, respondents with secondary education 61.3%, mothers working at home 77.4%, severe sleep disorders 25.8%, experienced postpartum blues 32.3%. Result: The results of Rank-spearman statistical test can be concluded p value = 0,000 and r value of 0.812. onclusion: The conclusion is that there is a relationship between postpartum blues sleep disturbance in the working area of Karangmalang Sragen Health Center.

Abstract Background: Prolonged anxiety at labor may result in abnormal labor and unfavorable effects on the fetus. To break the chain of anxiety can be done with prenatal gentle yoga, because in the prenatal gentle yoga there are pose that can make the pregnant woman relax.To know the characteristics of espondents, to know the average anxietyscore before and after prenatal gentle yoga and to know the impact of prenatal gentle yoga implementation on the anxiety before the delivery of primigravida third trimester pregnant women at Bidan Kita Clinic, Klaten.The research used quasy experiment with one group pretest-posttest approach. Method:The sampling technique used is total sampling, obtained the number of samples of 32 trimester pregnant women III who follow prenatal gentle yoga in the first time. Correlation analysis technique used Paired T Test. From 32 respondents, showed that the majority (97%) of espondents were 2035 years ld with higher education background (50%) and worked as private (37%), the average anxiety score before prenatal gentle yoga was 27.4375 and the average anxiety score after prenatal gentle yoga decreased to 23.1563. The anxiety degradation score ahead of delivery to the respondents was 4.2812. Result: The result of data normality test, distribution of data in this research is normal distribution hence correlation test used Paired T test with value p value is 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a significant decrease in respondents' anxiety scores. Conclusion: There is a strong impact between the prenatal gentle yoga exercise on heanxiety winning of labor in pregnant primigravida in third trimester at Bidan Kita Clinic, Klaten.

Organic eggs have been marketed to provide safe food and protect the environment sustainability all at once. However, the high price is being an obstacle to expanding the organic egg market in East Java Province. The aims of this research were to analyze the factors that influence the willingness to pay (WTP) and hedonic prices of organic eggs and to formulate pricing strategies. This research was conducted by using an online survey method in East Java Province, Indonesia. The survey was conducted from May to July 2021. The obtained data were analyzed by using multinomial logistic, linear regression, and descriptive analysis. The results showed that 26.4% of consumers were willing to pay for organic eggs 10% more than the current price. The factor that influenced WTP was product quality. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the price were the eggs taste and the organic label. The results showed that market players of organic egg agribusiness still have the opportunity to increase the price of organic eggs. However, they must inform consumers about the health benefits of organic eggs and include them on the organic eggs label.

Indonesia's sugar self-sufficiency was targeted since 2014 but the target has not been reached yet. One of the major constraints is the limited healthy seedlings available for new sugarcane area expansion. The mass production of healthy sugarcane seedlings may be achieved by rapid multiplication of tissue culture-derived seedlings using plant growth regulators (PGR) applied in the nursery house. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of ethephon and pacloburazol (PBZ) on the growth and seedling multiplication of sugarcane PSJT 941 variety. The research was carried out in the nursery house at Pasuruan Experimental Station, Indonesian Sugarcane Research Center. This study was arranged using a randomized block design with three replications. The treatments included (a) 3.5 ml/l ethephon, (b) 7.0 ml/l ethephon, (c) 1.5 ml/l PBZ, (d) 3.0 ml/l PBZ, and (e) control (without application of neither ethephon nor PBZ). The results showed that the highest number of shoots per clump was obtained from 3.0 ml/l PBZ treatment (8.7 shoots/clump) after 3 months of application. In the contrary, PBZ reduced the plant height compared with control and ethephon. Ethephon and PBZ treatments improved seed multiplication 8–52 times, much higher than the control that produced seed multiplication value six times. Further study is necessary to obtain optimal PBZ concentration for better stem height by decreasing the PBZ inhibition effect on stem growth.

The needs of homes in Indonesia currently reach 6.5 million per year, the situation is of course not easily met by the developers for various reasons, ranging from purchasing power, and expensive building materials that impact on the concept of the house offered, which is simple, healthy and cheap. To achieve these criteria, it is necessary to innovate house planning in order to obtain competitive price, so that mthe price is affordable for lower middle class people. Currently Manufacturers offer the concept of home solutions in question, through the program "Home Manufacturing", the concept needs further study. The purpose of this study is to: a) determine the dimensions of the model house, both the design of "Manufacturing House" and the conventional system, b) create architectural design for both home systems and make the home of the manufacturer home, d) financial analysis of the manufacturer's home system. The virtue of this study is to provide an overview to the public, that the concept of cheap homes ranging from construction costs and maintenance costs to the age of 20 years. The method of this research is starting from the design of the house with the type of area of 15 m2, making the model house / model, the analysis includes the budget cost plan, and financial analysis, with net present value (NPV) parameter, benefit cost ratio (BCR) and internal rate of return (IRR). Sika-215 Grout is ready grouting material that has multiple features have expanded properties and very easy in use, that is just simply add water with a specific ratio. Many application are already using this material for purposing of anchorage bolts, precast concrete connections, but more broadly-215 sika grout can be used for machine foundations, column base plates, foundation support a bridge, and so on. The purpose of this study to determine how many influence the shape and length of anchorage against strong pull between the anchor-reinforced concrete grout Sika 2l5. Specimens in this study a concrete cube 15x15x15 cm 2 for the strong pull and testing of concrete cylinders with a diameter of 15cm, a height of 30 cm for the characteristic compressive strength testing, the concrete mix design based on the K-225 at 28 days, while the iron anchor used is concrete screw diameter of 16 mm. The results showed that the long form of anchor and anchoring to the real effect of the strong pull Out force is generated. With a surface area of 225 cm2 test piece, grout Sika grouting material 215 provides a powerful pull an average of 6834 ton maximum length that occurs in the form of anchoring 14cm straight (type-a, and 6 cm diameter hole grouting.
