Abstract

The purpose of this research was improve the students achievement in learning social science used coopeative group investigation of 5th grade elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were students of 5th grade were 25 people consist of 10 men and 15 women. Research conducted in two cycles with research procedure includes of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of research was improve a) Lesson plan the cycles of I was 76,78% and the cycles II of 92,86% b) Implementation teacher’s activity of I cycle was 79,69% and II cycle was 93,75% while implementation students activity of I cycle was 75% and II cycle was 93,75% c) the students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 76,18 and II cycle was 87,20. It can be concluded that used cooperative learning type GI can improve students achievement in learning social science of 5th grade at SDN 18 Air Tawar Padang.Keyword : Learning outcomes, Social science, GI

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improved the learning outcomes of student in Social Science Knowledge used PBL on 5th grade elementary school. Types of this research were 25 people consist of 12 men and 13 women. The implementation of this research was conducted in two cycles with research procedure that consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflectio. The results showed an increase in terms of (a) the RPP of cycle I with an average of 75% to 89,28% in cycle II, (b) Implementation teacher’s activity cycle I with an average 83,92% to 92,85% in cycle II, while for the implementationon the students cycle I with an average 80,35% to 92,85% in cycle II, (c) Students learning outcomes in cycle I with an average of 77 be 87,3 in cycle II. It can be concluded that used PBL model can improve students achievement in Social Science Knowledge of 5th grade elementary school at SDN 31 Jati Padang.Keyword : Learning outcomes, Social science, PBL

Abstract

AbstractThe purposeof this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in teaching Citizenship Education (Civics) by using the talking stick in  class IV SDN 04 Koto Ranah .By fifth grade students study subjects totaling 14 people..Research that has been conducted shows an increase inboththe learning process and assessment of student learning outcomes. Results of research conducted in two cycles shows that the results of the assessment in terms ofplanning (RPP) in the first cycle is 73% rise in the second cycle to be 93%.Assessment results in terms oft he implementation aspects of the teacher in the first cycle increased 72% to 92,5%, while theresults of the assessment in terms ofthe implementation aspects of the students in the first cycle was a 70% increase in cycle II increased to 95%. Learning outcomes in the first cycle is rising 72% to 86% in the second cycle. Abstract

The researchis animed to improve the students’ learning outcomes in learning the Social Study Subject by using the Cooverative Learning, Think Pair Share Model at5th grade of SDN 23 Marapalam Padang.Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research wereteachers (practitioners) and 31 students. The result of research was improve a) Lesson plan the cycles of I was 82,1% and the cycles II of 92,9% b) Implementation teacher’s activity of I cycle was 76,6% and II cycle was 96,9% while implementation students activity of I cycle was 76,6% and II cycle was 96,9% c) the students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 74,16 and II cycle was 84,56.It can be concluded that used Cooperative Learning Model Type Think Pair Share can improve students achievement in learning social study of elementary school.Keyword : Learning outcomes, Social study, model

Abstract

This research is conducted to reveal the effects of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model on the students’ learning achievement in Social Science. This quasi-experimental research was conducted by applying The Non-equivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population of the research was 56 students in the 4thgrade of SDN 10 Bandar Buat. The samples were chosen by using Saturation Sampling Technique. The instrument of the research is an objective test. The data obtained were analyzed by using inferential statistic technique. The results found that the average score of the post-test of the control group is 67.63 and the experimental group is 76.3. Key Terms: PBL model; Social Science; Learning Achievement

Abstract

This  research is to describe the application of the Cooperative Learning TipeNumbered Heads Together (NHT) model to improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning. This research is a classroom action research that uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this research were 28 teachers and fourth grade students. The implementation of this research was carried out in two cycles with research procedures consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of research was improve a) RPP cycle I 85,7% and cycle II 92,8%. b) Implementation of teacher aspects and aspects of students cycle I 80,6% and cycle II 95,4%,  c) Student learning outcomes cycle I 77,8 and cycle II 89. Thus, the application of the Cooperative Learning TipeNumbered Heads Together (NHT) model can improve learning outcomes students in social studies learning in Grade IV SD Negeri 33 Kalumbuk Kota Padang. Keywords :  Learning outcomes, Social study, NHT

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in learning social science knowledge (IPS) using role playing method in the fifth grade in SDN 52/III Koto Dian, Kerinci regency. This study is a classroom action research (PTK) which is uses qualitative and quantitative approach which includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of the fifth grade of 22 people. The observation results of RPP cycle I 85, 6%, cycle II 96, 6%. The teacher activity cycle I 81.3%, cycle II 96, 6%. The student activity cycle I 79, 7%, cycle II 93,8%. Average learning outcomes of student cycle one (I) is 71, 4, and student cycle two (II) is 82, 5. Thus, this study can be concluded that learning social sciendce knowledge (IPS) role playing method can improve student learning outcomes in the fifth grade in SDN 52/III Koto Dian, Kerinci regency. Keywords: learning social science knowledge (IPS), role playing method

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaktifkan efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning) dalam membangun kesadaran kewarganegaraan siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek siswa kelas IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan dan keterlibatan mereka dalam aktivitas sosial. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan

Abstract

A change agent is a person or expert who has the ability to influence clients to make changes as expected. This study aims to describe and understand in depth the strategic function of teachers as agents of change, as well as to evaluate how this role is applied in practice and has a positive impact on learning and school culture. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review method or systematic literature study steps, The initial step is to collect scientific research materials or literature related to educational administration and the fundamentals of organizational development, specifically focusing on the concepts and roles of change agents, also known as Agents of Change, sourced from websites, books, articles, journals, and other sources. After these scientific research materials are collected, the researcher studies and understands them. The research findings indicate that change is a natural occurrence that arises in the course of human life and human civilization. The implication is that innovative learning methods must be in line with the learning objectives set by teachers, capable of achieving what has been planned, have the ability to implement a variety of learning and teaching strategies tailored to the learning interests and needs of students, and be able to improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes aimed at improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Background & Objective: Trend and prevalence of stunting are required to see the success of communityhealth nutrition outcomes over time. The purpose of this research is to know the trend and stuntingprevalence in baduta year 2007, 2011 and year 2016 in Central Sulawesi. Material and Method : Thisresearch used a retrospective cohort design. This research is conducted on June 7, 2017 until October 3, 2017in Palu City and Donggala Regency Central Sulawesi. The population in this study was the data sets of PSGin 2007, 2011 and 2016 as much as 16,105. Samples were 6391 sets of data baduta. Results: Prevalence ofstunting in 2007, 2011 and 2016 was 32.3%, 31.5% and 26.0%, respectively. In the last 9 years there was a6.2% decline or an average of 0.6% per year. Conclusion: The prevalence of Baduta in 2007, 2011 and2016 consecutively was 32.3%, 31.5% and 26.0%. Prior programs that have been undertaken by the healthdepartment are continued by improving cross-sectoral cooperation in sensitive programs the first 1000 daysof life. The highest stunting problem in the 12-23 month age group means stunting prevention focuses onstrengthening the complementary feeding program.
