Abstract

Abstract The study aims to find out and analyze the effects of the influence of the headmaster's transformational leadership, the discipline of work, and the teacher's work motivation on teacher satisfaction (case studies at the Insan Permata Lowokwaru Integrated Islamic Elementary School). The population in this study is all teachers at the Insan Permata Lowokwaru Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The method of collecting data in this study uses a questionnaire with a total of 58 sample respondents. The independent variable in this study is the the effects of transformational leadership, job discipline, and work motivation and contained variables of job satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is linear regression analysis used by SPSS 22. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that the influence of the headmaster's transformational leadership, job discipline, and teacher's work motivation have both a positive and significant impact on the teacher's job satisfaction. Partially, too, the headmaster's transformational leadership, the teacher's discipline, and work motivation make a significant difference to the teacher's job satisfaction. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, And Work Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This Study Aims To Determine And Analyze The Relationship Between Trust, Brand Image, Product Quality, Service And Risk On Buying Interest In Fashion Products At Shopee. This Research Uses A Study Method On Consumers Of Dinoyo Malang City Where Data Is Obtained By Distributing Questionnaires To Consumers Of Dinoyo Malang City Which Are Selected By Purposive Sampling. Determination Of The Number Of Samples Using The Maholtra Formula And The Results Obtained Were 105 Respondents. The Analytical Method Used In This Research Is Instrument Test (Validity Test, Reliability), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (F Test And T Test), Determination Coefficient Test Processing The Data Using SPSS. The Results Of This Study Indicate That Trust, Brand Image, Product Quality, Service, And Risk Simultaneously Affect Buying Interest. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of mindset and competence variables on job readiness, to analyze the influence of mindset on job readiness, and to determine and analyze the effect of competence on job readiness. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were management students of class 2018 using probability sampling technique with the results of calculations using the formula, the number of samples used was 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t-test, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination which is processed using the SPSS software program. Keywords: Competence, Mindset And Work Readiness

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews on Impulse buying behavior online at Shopee. The population in this study is the 2018 batch of students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang who have purchased products at Shopee. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 100 respondents. The independent variables in this study are Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews and the dependent variable is the Impulsive Purchase Decision. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study simultaneously show that Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant effect on Impulse buying behavior. Partially, Peer Environment and Online Customer Reviews have a significant effect on Impulsive Purchase Decisions, while Viral Marketing has no effect on Impulse buying behavior. Keywords: Peer Environment, Viral Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, Impulsive Buying Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, price, promotion, location and service on purchasing decisions for consumers of Supermarket Minimarket 89 Probolinggo City. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were consumers of 89 supermarkets in Probolinggo City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used in the study used primary and secondary data. The method used is data analysis by using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination with the IBM statistical SPSS version 25 program. Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and trust on consumer loyalty at Alfamart MT Haryono (Case Study on Management Students of UNISMA Class 18). This research belongs to the type of quantitative research, which was conducted to examine the effect between the variables. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Islamic University of Malang in the 2018 Academic Year who had shopped at Alfamart Unit MT.Haryono 3 Dinoyo, Malang City. The sampling technique used in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The criteria for sampling are students who are active in FEB 18 and have shopped at Alfamart MT Haryono. Samples were taken using the Malhotra formula so that 90 samples were obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the F test and t test there is a simultaneous and partial effect between the variables of promotion, service, and trust on the variable of consumer loyalty. Adjusted R Square of 76.0% to the dependent variable, namely consumer loyalty can be explained by the variables of service quality (X1), promotion (X2), trust (X3) while 24.0% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: Consumer Loyalty, Service Quality, Promotion, Trust

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe interest in buying, instagram ads, graphic design and promotion and to know the influence of instagram ads, graphic design and promotion to interest in buying on SayurBox user. The method in this research is using quantitative method. The sample of this research is housewife in Malang City by using non probability sampling that is purposive sampling, that is counted 60 respondents. Methods in using data using questionnaires. The analysis process used in this research is the multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that simultaneously  instagram ads, graphic design and promotion has positive and significant effect to interest in buying on SayurBox user. While partially Instagram Ads has positive and significant effect to interest in buying,graphic design has negative and not significant effect to interest in buying and promotion has positive and significant effect to interest in buying on SayurBox user. Keywords : Interest in Buying, Instagram Ads, Graphic Design, Promotion

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of entrepreneurship education, family support and achievement motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Management Study Program, Islamic University of Malang. This study uses a population of 2018 management students who have taken entrepreneurship education courses totaling 518 students while the number of samples used in this study amounted to 83 students. The methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has no effect on interest in entrepreneurship, family support affects interest in entrepreneurship, achievement motivation does not affect interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, simultaneously shows that entrepreneurship education, family support and achievement motivation have an effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Family Support, Achievement Motivation, Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility adalah suatu konsep bahwa organisasi yang khususnya perusahaan adalah memiliki suatu tanggung jawab terhdap konsumen, karyawan, pemegang saham, komunitas dan lingkungan dalam segala aspek operasional perusahaan seperti berdampak pada lingkungan seperti polusi, limbah, keamanan produk dan tenaga kerja. Penerapan program Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai salah satu bentuk wujud tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap masyarakat. Permasalahan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai program Corporate Social Responsibility, masyarakat mengira bahwa program tersebut itu berupa bantuan uang tunai saja namun kenyataannya tidak seperti itu. Pada ini Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan Penerapan Program Corporate Social Responsibility Dalam Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Feul Terminal Palopo telah menerapkan program Corporate Social Responsibility dengan baik dan memenuhi standar SOP diantaranya; Tahapan perencanaan meliputi awarenes building (sharing section, focus group discussion, diskusi terarah, informasi secara terbuka), Corporate Social Responsibility assesment (survei/observasi, data social mapping), Corporate Social Responsibility manual building (Data Scope of Work, jasa survei). Tahapan implementasi diantaranya mendampingi, pelatihan dan mentoring/pemantau program. Tahapan evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan cara berdiskusi secara langsung terhadap masyarakat terkait pengembangan program kedepannya. PT Pertamina telah berhasil dalam menerapkan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap masyarakat, melihat masyarakat sangat terbantu dengan adanya program-program Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

Latar Belakang :Rehabilitas NAPZA adalah rehabilitasi yang meliputi pembinaan fisik, mental, sosial, pelatihan keterampilan, dan resosialisasi serta pembinaan lanjut bagi para mantan pengguna NAPZA agar mampu berperan aktif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pelayanan rehabilitasi dirancang untuk meningkatkan proses perbaikanklien yang mengalami gangguan mental dalam mengontrol gejala yang ditimbulkan. Tujuan : Mengetahui bagaimana gambaran mekanisme koping pecandu NAPZA yang menjalani rehabilitasi di Wisma Sirih Rumah Sakit Khusus Provinsi Kalimantan Barat pada tahun 2013 Metode Penelitian:Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh menggunakan pedoman wawancara (in depth interview) dengan jumlah partisipan tiga orang yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil wawancara akan dikategorikan sehingga terbentuklah tema-tema. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian yaitu partisipan berjumlah tiga orang menunjukan beberapa faktor yang mempengeruhi koping seperti dukungan keluarga, dukungan konselor dan dukungan orang lain serta lingkungan sekitarnya. Mekanisme koping yang digunakan oleh ketiga partisipan yaitu denial dan proyeksi. Hal ini terlihat dari penolakan dan rasa marah saat pertama kali berada di wisma dan setelah proses rehabilitasi berjalan ketiga partisipan mampu menjalani proses rehabilitasi. Kesimpulan : Dengan adanya dukungan keluarga, konselor, orang lain dan lingkungan, akan menciptakan koping yang adaptif, sehingga selama partisipan menjalani rehabilitasi semakin efektif dan efisien.
