Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of student learning outcomes in the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model supported by three-dimensional media and interactive games in grades V and VI of SD Negeri 29 Ampenan. This type of research is a case study with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation sheets to assess the affective domain, a final learning test to assess the cognitive domain, and a performance sheet to assess the psychomotor domain. The learning topics include 4 topics, namely Listening to folk tales., Pancasila in my life, Diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system, and Hearing because of sound. The learning implementation was carried out on July 23, 24, 25, and 26, 2024, respectively. The results showed that the application of PBL with three-dimensional media and interactive games had a positive effect on the three domains of learning outcomes. In the affective domain, students showed increased cooperation, responsibility, and discipline. The cognitive domain recorded a good understanding of the learning concept according to the topic. In the psychomotor domain, students were able to complete practice-based tasks with satisfactory results. These findings support the constructivism theory, which emphasizes the importance of hands-on and interactive experiential learning to enhance deep conceptual understanding. This study recommends the use of innovative media such as three-dimensional and interactive games in the PBL model to enhance students' learning outcomes holistically.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Wirausaha saat ini menjadi salah satu program kampus merdeka yang diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi era revolusi 4.0 dan society 5.0. Era ini tentunya membawa banyak sekali tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh mahasiswa seperti perubahan budaya, perubahan sosial, perubahan teknologi dan juga perubahan yang terjadi pada dunia kerja. Berkenaan dengan perubahan yang terjadi pada dunia kerja tentunya setelah lulus nanti diharapkan mahasiswa bisa menjadi sosok yang bisa menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi orang lain, bukan hanya sebagai  sosok pencari kerja semata. Kegiatan yang diadakan di Program Studi PG PAUD Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan mental mahasiswa menjadi seorang wirausaha melalui pembuatan media kantong kreativitas. Metode deskriftif dilakukan uji kelayakan produk yang telah dihasil kepada pengguna yaitu pendidik dilingkungan Ikatan Guru Aisyiyah Bustanul Afthal (IGABA) Kabupaten Kuburaya. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa media berupa kantong kreativitas layak digunakan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini. Terbukti dengan media kantong kreativitas memperoleh presentase 91% dengan kategori sangat valid dan untuk materi memperoleh presentasi 80% dengan kategori layak dipergunakan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan; kantong kreativitas ; Mahasiswa  ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship is currently one of the independent campus programmes that is expected to prepare students to face the era of revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. This era certainly brings a lot of challenges that must be faced by students such as cultural changes, social changes, technological changes and also changes that occur in the world of work. With regard to changes that occur in the world of work, of course, after graduating, students are expected to be a figure who can create jobs for others, not just as a job seeker. The activity held at the PG PAUD Study Programme of Muhammadiyah Pontianak University aims to mentally prepare students to become entrepreneurship through making creativity bag media. The descriptive method is carried out to test the feasibility of the products that have been produced to users, namely educators in the Aisyiyah Bustanul Afthal Teachers Association (IGABA) Kuburaya Regency. The results of the feasibility test show that the media in the form of creativity bags are suitable for use to develop fine motor skills in early childhood. It is proven by the creativity bag media obtaining a percentage of 91% with a very valid category and for the material obtaining a presentation of 80% with a category worth using to develop fine motoric abilities of early childhood.Keywords: Entrepreneurship; creativity bag; Student

Abstract

This social media is widely used by various groups, from children to adults. TikTok social media displays more interesting images, videos, audio and other features. Automatically they will search on social media, which is more interesting and fun, not boring content that makes their eyes dizzy and they forget to study, so they are lazy about doing activities that have a negative impact on themselves.This research examines whether there is an influence of the intensity of use of social media TikTok on the development of the responsible character of MI Ma'arif Bareng students? This research was conducted using quantitative methods at MI Ma'arif Bareng, Babadan, Ponorogo, with data collection procedures through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed correlationally using simple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, the results showed that (1) the intensity of use of social media TikTok among MI Ma'arif Bareng students is in the high category, because the frequency used is mostly more than 30 minutes every day, (2) the character of responsibility of MI Ma'arif Bareng students in the analysis results are quite low, because the character of responsibility is a very important issue, (3) there is an influence of 20.7%, the intensity of TikTok media influences the character of responsibility of students at MI Ma'arif Bareng, Babadan, Ponorogo.

Abstract

Hipertensi termasuk salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang kasus kejadiannya selalu meningkat dari tahun ketahun, khususnya pada usia dewasa. Salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan hipertensi adalah aktivitas fisik. Faktor tersebut merupakan faktor yang bisa diubah. Aktivitas fisik yang dikerjakan secara rutin mampu membantu kemampuan kerja jantung. Namun, kenyataannya orang dengan usia dewasa khususnya di Kota Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori kurang aktif dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik sehingga banyak yang mengalami hipertensi. Studi ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan hipertensi pada usia dewasa umur 26-45 tahun di Kelurahan Pajajaran. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Penelitian mengikut sertakan 67 responden melalui teknik proporsional random sampling. Instrumen yang gunakan yaitu kuesioner IPAQ dan sphygmomanometer. Data yang didapatkan diuji dengan uji rank spearman. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya korelasi aktivitas fisik dengan hipertensi rentang usia dewasa umur 26-45 tahun (p= 0,029 < α (0,05). Direkomendasikan untuk pemegang program Penyakit Tidak Menular di Puskesmas dapat menerapkan aktivitas fisik bagi pasien atau masyarakat dengan hipertensi. Contohnya berjalan kaki selama setengah jam setiap hari, dan naik turun tangga selama 10-15 menit.

Abstract

Rice is an important food commodity because it is the staple food and source of income for the Indonesian population. Efforts to increase rice production continue to be implemented by the government to maintain food availability and increase farmers' income. One of the efforts made is Integrated Pest Management. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of rice farmers through the application of Integrated Pest Management in Aska Village, South Sinjai District. The method used is a survey method conducted on 30 respondents of rice farmers who apply Integrated Pest Management. Data analysis used the calculation of income based on the value of total revenue and total cost and RCR. The results showed that rice farming with the application of Integrated Pest Management is feasible to run with a total income of Rp. 9,370,205 and with a value of RCR> 1.

Abstract

Indonesia, known as a Country with high biodiversity, faces significant challenges in protecting its genetic resources from the increasing threats of exploitation and biopiracy, often perpetrated by foreign entities exploiting Indonesia's genetic wealth without proper authorization or fair benefit-sharing. Therefore, it is crucial to analyze the legal protection of genetic resources in Indonesia as communal intellectual property, particularly in relation to the Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement) and national efforts to protect genetic resources. This study employs a normative legal research method, examining various legal sources to address issues related to genetic resources. The research adopts a statutory and conceptual approach by analyzing existing legislation and the protection frameworks implemented in Indonesia for genetic resources. A qualitative analysis is further conducted by describing and interpreting various research sources to provide comprehensive answers to the research questions. The Result indicate that the TRIPS Agreement offers intellectual property protection standards that predominantly emphasize individual rights, failing to fully address the protection of communal intellectual property. In response to this limitation, Indonesia has implemented national policies, including Government Regulation No. 56 of 2022 and the Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) mechanism. These policies aim to protect indigenous peoples' rights and ensure that the benefits derived from the utilization of genetic resources are distributed equitably. However, the implementation of these protections faces significant obstacles, such as weak institutional capacity, limited public awareness, and gaps in harmonization with international standards. To address these challenges, strategic measures are necessary, including strengthening cross-sector coordination, enhancing indigenous community education, and developing a more comprehensive benefit-sharing mechanism. These steps are essential to ensure that genetic resources are not only protected but also contribute sustainably to the nation’s welfare.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is defined as having hemoglobin levels below 11 g/dl. This condition can lead to various complications during pregnancy and childbirth, including an increased risk of fetal death in the womb. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women is notably high, with approximately 48.9% affected. These figures indicate that anemia is a significant public health issue in the country, as it exceeds the threshold of 40% prevalence, which is considered severe. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between various factors and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women within the Way Halim II Inpatient Health Center's work area in Bandar Lampung City. This research utilized quantitative methods, specifically an observational analytic design with a case-control approach. The Chi-Square statistical test was employed for analysis. The study included a sample of 80 pregnant women, divided into two groups: 40 women who were diagnosed with anemia and 40 who were not. Data for the study were collected from secondary sources, specifically from Maternal and Child Health (MCH) register records. The results indicated a significant relationship between maternal age and the incidence of anemia (p value 0.000) as well as nutritional status (p value 0.001). However, there was no significant relationship between parity and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women (p value 1.000). In conclusion, maternal age and nutritional status are associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, while parity does not appear to have an effect. It is recommended that health workers routinely monitor the administration of iron (Fe) tablets and provide counseling on their importance to help prevent anemia in pregnant women

Abstract

Traffic law enforcement is one of the important components in maintaining safety and order on the road. In Indonesia, traffic regulations are governed by Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation (UU LLAJ). This phenomenon not only endangers the safety of the children riders themselves but also other road users. Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation provides a legal basis to regulate this phenomenon to create order, security, and safety in traffic. The method used is sociological legal research. Based on the research findings, it is known that the regulation on the ownership of a driver's license (SIM) for child motor vehicle riders is regulated in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The requirement for someone to have a driver's license is to be 17 (seventeen) years old for SIM A, C, and D, while 20 years old for SIM B1, and 21 years old for SIM B II. The regulation regarding the ownership of a driver's license (SIM) for child motor vehicle riders is an important preventive measure to ensure safety on the road. Law enforcement against child motor vehicle riders in the jurisdiction of Polresta Pekanbaru is still faced with the issue of motor vehicles being ridden by children, which could trigger traffic accidents. Efforts to address this have been implemented through various measures, including traffic raids and vehicle administrative checks.

Abstract

Daging merah merupakan salah satu bahan makanan yang banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan protein. Daging merah sebagai salah satu sumber makronutrien memiliki banyak manfaat jika dikonsumsi sesuai dengan anjuran. Namun, bila dikonsumsi berlebih akan menimbulkan banyak kerugian, misalnya menimbulkan penyakit degeneratif yang banyak diderita oleh para lansia sehingga dapat mempercepat proses penuaan. Tulisan ini merupakan literature review dari beberapa artikel jurnal yang diperoleh melalui Google Scholar, Research Gate, dan Z-library. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan bahaya dalam mengonsumsi daging merah secara berlebihan yang berkaitan dengan penuaan. Konsumsi daging merah secara berlebih dapat menimbulkan penyakit degeneratif seperti kanker dan mempercepat proses penuaan akibat menumpuknya radikal bebas hasil metabolisme lemak dan protein dari daging merah.

Abstract

Introduction: Anxiety is a worry or feeling of fear experienced by a nurse. Methods: The research method used is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 30 nurses. Samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 30 nurses. The instruments used were the HADS (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale) questionnaire and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Results Data analysis used univariate and bivariate data using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the level of anxiety (p-value = 0.026) and job satisfaction of nurses at Bougenville Hospital Leuwiliang in 2021. Discussion: Hospitals are expected to do regular refreshments to improve the quality of nurses so that it is hoped that the level of nurses will decrease along with the increase in knowledge and skills. This can also increase the job satisfaction of nurses so that they can always work optimally.
