Abstract

Abstrak Tingkat ketidakrataan jalan merupakan parameter untuk mengukur kekasaran ruas permukaan jalan dengan International Roughness Index. Alat pengujian lain yang lebih ekonomis dan objektif terdapat aplikasi smartphone Roadbump Pro dan Roadroid. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan penilaian kekasaran permukaan jalan dan membandingkan tingkat efektivitas dalam perhitungan nilai kekasaran pada ruas perkerasan kaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  metode kuantitatif dengan analisis nilai kekasaran permukaan berdasarkan variasi kecepatan antara aplikasi smartphone Roadbump Pro dan Roadroid. Penelitian dilakukan pada perkerasan kaku di ruas Jalan Bypass Nagreg - Cicalengka dengan variasi kecepatan 20, 40, dan 60 km/jam menggunakan jenis kendaraan tipe Multi Purpose Vehicle. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbandingan hasil aplikasi roadbump pro dengan roadroid pada ruas jalan perkerasan kaku menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi terbesar senilai R² sebesar 0.5183. Terdapat hubungan kuat antara aplikasi Roadroid dengan Roadbump Pro pada lajur 1 di kecepatan 60 km/jam. Hasil nilai rata-rata kekasaran jalan pada kedua aplikasi disimpulkan aplikasi Roadroid lebih akurat dalam menentukan nilai kekasaran IRI, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat untuk menilai kondisi permukaan kekasaran jalan. Kata kunci: International roughness index, kekasaran permukaan jalan, road conditions, roadroid, roadbump pro.   Abstract The level of road unevenness is a parameter to measure the roughness of the road surface using the International Roughness Index. Another test tool that is more economical and objective is the Roadbump Pro and Roadroid smartphone applications. The purpose of the study was to determine differences in road surface roughness assessment and to compare the level of effectiveness in calculating the roughness value on rigid pavement sections. The research method used is a quantitative method with an analysis of surface roughness values based on speed variations between the Roadbump Pro and Roadroid smartphone applications. The research was conducted on rigid pavement on the Nagreg - Cicalengka Bypass Road section with variations in speed of 20, 40, and 60 km/hour using a Multi Purpose Vehicle type vehicle. The results showed that the comparison of the results of the roadbump pro application with the roadroid on the rigid pavement resulted in the largest correlation coefficient value of R² is 0.5183. There is a strong relationship between the Roadroid application and Roadbump Pro in lane 1 at a speed of 60 km/hour. The results of the average value of road roughness in both applications concluded that the Roadroid application was more accurate in determining the IRI roughness value, so that it could be used as a tool to assess road surface roughnessin determining the IRI roughness value. Abstract

Abstrak Penyebab utama jalan rusak di Indonesia karena genangan air, proses oksidasi, tanah yang tidak stabil dan kendaraan yang melampaui kapasitas. Air yang dimaksud umumnya air tawar, namun bagaimana pengaruhnya apabila air yang dimaksud adalah air laut. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan stabilitas campuran AC-WC dengan penggantian sebagian filler menggunakan abu cangkang kerang dengan perendaman air laut. Penelitian dilakukan beberapa tahapan diantaranya pengujian mutu bahan, penentuan KAO variasi abu cangkang kerang 4%, 6% dan 8% dari berat filler, dilanjutkan perendaman air laut selama 24 jam dengan metode pengujian Marshall, terakhir melakukan analisis pembahasan penarikan kesimpulan. Nilai stabilitas pada persentase 4% sebesar 1337.2 kg, persentase 6% nilai stabilitasnya sebesar 1497.2 kg, dan nilai stabilitas tertinggi pada presentase 8% sebesar 1531.3 kg. Peningkatan terjadi karena cangkang kerang mengandung CaCO3, memberikan pengaruh positif pada rongga di dalam aspal semakin kecil, dan campuran semakin padat. Nilai flow mengalami penurunan dengan bertambahnya persentase abu cangkang kerang, dikarenakan abu cangkang kerang memiliki berat jenis lebih tinggi dari agregat halus sehingga aspal yang menyelimuti agregat semakin tipis dan membuat kelelehan semakin menurun. Untuk flow pada campuran abu cangkang kerang persentase 4% dan 6% nilainya sebesar 2,3 mm, nilai terendah ada pada persentase 8% sebesar 2 mm. Kata kunci: Abu cangkang kerang; air laut; filler; Marshall, stabilitas Abstract The main causes of damaged road conditions in Indonesia are stagnant water, oxidation processes, unstable soil and vehicles that exceed capacity. The water in question is generally fresh water, but how does it affect if the water in question is seawater. The aim of the study was to determine the efforts to increase the stability of the AC-WC mixture by partially replacing the filler using shell ash with seawater immersion. The research was carried out in several stages including testing the quality of the material, determining the KAO variations of shell ash 4%, 6% and 8% of the filler weight, followed by immersion in seawater for 24 hours, using the Marshall test method, finally conducting an analysis discussing drawing conclusions. The stability value at a percentage of 4% is 1337.2 kg, for a percentage of 6% the stability value is 1497.2 kg, and the highest stability value is at an 8% percentage of 1531.3 kg. The increase occurs because the shells contain CaCO3 which has a positive effect on the voids in the asphalt getting smaller and the mixture getting denser. The flow value decreased with increasing percentage of shell ash, this is because the shell ash has a higher specific gravity than fine aggregate so that the asphalt covering the aggregate is thinner and causes melting to decrease. For flow in the mixture of shell ash, the percentage of 4% and 6% is 2.3 mm, the lowest value is in the percentage of 8%, which is 2 mm. Keywords: Shell Ash; Sea water; Fillers; Marshall, stability

Abstract

The paper describes the synergy of the Indonesian Islamic calendar with the local wisdom of the 10 Muharram tradition in ethnic Bugis. Ethno-cultural issues associated with Bella Pitunrupa's staple purchasing decisions at the Palakka central market in Bone. The instrument of analysis is not just a scientific play on price fluctuations, supply and demand, market price competition hunting for blessings and related socio-economic ethno-culture, formal juridical, living philosophy of humanism and the urgency of the Islamic calendar in daily life itself. The ethno-cultural analysis of 10 Muharram on the decision to purchase Bella Pitunrupa staples for ethnic bugs in the central market of Bone Regency is very important to study to understand the synergy of the Indonesian Islamic calendar with the local wisdom of the 10 Muharram tradition. The type of verification qualitative research is the analysis of theory and field research through a casuistic normative approach. The data analysis method in this research is qualitative cross-science with ideal-normative deductive reasoning. The results showed that theoretically there is no harm in traders understanding and using the Indonesian Islamic calendar as an indicator of understanding price fluctuations in general ahead of 10 Muharram. After the data is collected and data checking or verification is held to test the validity of field data in the central market of Bone regency related to Bella Pitunrupa's staples. Analyzing the collected data and classifying the quality of primary and secondary data needed. The author makes conclusions and suggestions relating to the purchase decision of Bella Pitunrupa ethnic bugis in the central market of Bone district.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Children and parents might suffer various psychological reactions during pre-operative, including anxiety. Additionally, children tend to be more susceptible to receiving anxiety from their parents in an indirect manner, which makes them apprehensive. This study aimed to identify the factors influencing the anxiety level of parents of patients undergoing surgery. A cross-sectional research methodology was used in this study. The population in this study is 100 participants-a sample of 80 respondents using random sampling. The analysis used was bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the patient's parents were dominated by 71.3% women, 60% high school education, 38.3% working as housewives, 71.3% Muslim and 88% married. The anxiety level of most parents was in the moderate category of 60%. The results of the data analysis obtained B value>0.05 for all research variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was no relationship between gender, education, occupatan, type of operation, surgery experience and knowledge of parents' anxiety. It is expected that the hospital can improve health education for patients and families who will undergo surgery to reduce the anxiety of the patient's parents. Keywords: Anxiety, Surgery, Parents  ABSTRAK Tahap pra-operasi memberikan berbagai pengalaman psikologis pada anak dan orang tua di antaranya kecemasan. Lebih lanjut kecemasan yang dialami orang tua cenderung lebih mudah ditransfer pada anak secara tidak langsung sehingga menyebabkan anak menjadi cemas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan orang tua pasien yang akan menghadapi operasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 partisipan. Sampel sebanyak 80 responden dengan menggunakan insidental sampling. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua pasien didominasi oleh perempuan 71,3%, berpendidikan SMA 60%, bekerja sebagai IRT 38,3%, beragama islam 71,3% dan berstatus me nikah 88%. Tingkat kecemasan orang tua mayoritas pada kategori sedang 60%. Hasil analisis data didapatkan nilai ⍴ value > 0,05 untuk semua variabel penelitian. Sehingga disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara faktor jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, jenis operasi, pengalaman operasi dan pengetahuan dengan kecemasan orang tua. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pasien dan keluarga yang akan menjalani operasi sehingga dapat menurunkan kecemasan orang tua pasien. Kata Kunci: Cemas, Operasi, Orang Tua

Abstract

SMK Agrobisnis Yayasan Nahdilyin Gunung Lerang is an educational institution that aims to develop student’s skills in agribusiness, which is the main economic sector in the Gunung Lerang region. However, students often face challenges in understanding and implementing effective marketing strategies, both through traditional and digital methods, thus requiring more targeted assistance. This community service program was implemented on 28 February 2023, involving 28 students of SMK Agrobisnis in two main sessions: socialization and discussion. The materials presented included basic marketing concepts, marketing strategies, promotion techniques, product quality improvement, and utilization of digital platforms to expand marketing. This approach was supported by practical skills training, such as creating attractive marketing content and mastering business communication. The results showed that students gained an increased understanding of more effective marketing strategies, the use of digital media for promotion, and product quality to be more competitive. This assistance not only provides technical benefits but also contributes to the development of the local agribusiness sector and community economic empowerment. Abstrak: . SMK Agrobisnis Yayasan Nahdilyin Gunung Lerang merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan mengembangkan keterampilan siswa di bidang agribisnis, yang merupakan sektor ekonomi utama di wilayah Gunung Lerang. Namun, siswa sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, baik melalui metode tradisional maupun digital, sehingga memerlukan pendampingan yang lebih terarah. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Februari 2023, dengan melibatkan 28 siswa/siswi SMK Agrobisnis dalam dua sesi utama: sosialisasi dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi konsep dasar pemasaran, strategi pemasaran, teknik promosi, peningkatan kualitas produk, serta pemanfaatan platform digital untuk memperluas pemasaran. Pendekatan ini didukung dengan pelatihan keterampilan praktis, seperti pembuatan konten pemasaran yang menarik dan penguasaan komunikasi bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman mengenai strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, penggunaan media digital untuk promosi, serta kualitas produk agar lebih kompetitif. Pendampingan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat teknis, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan sektor agribisnis lokal dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The passage highlights the significance of creative thinking skills as an essential component of 21st-century education, alongside critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills, collectively known as the 4Cs. The research aims to develop evaluation instruments to enhance students' creative thinking skills in reproductive system material. This topic involves contextual health content, requiring creative thinking to address it. The four indicators for creative thinking skills include fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The research and development (R&D) method is employed in this developmental study. The passage describes the process of creating 10 questions based on curriculum achievements, followed by validation by experts and a final stage of testing the questions on 40 ninth-grade science students at MAN 2 of Bandung. The results indicate that one question was accepted without revisions, six questions were accepted with revisions, and three questions were rejected. The reliability of the questions reached a score of 0.73, categorized as high, meaning the questions consistently provided similar measurement results. The students' answers to the evaluation questions require creative thinking skills, indicating that these questions effectively train those skills.

Abstract

Based on Article 117 paragraph (1) of Law Number 43 of 1999 concerning Amendments to Law Number 8 of 1874 concerning the Principles of Personnel, it is determined that civil servants are appointed in positions and ranks. To ensure objectivity, transparency, and conformity between the job demands and the employee who will occupy the position, it is necessary to carry out a job analysis. The results of the job analysis in the form of job information can be used for institutional, management, and staffing purposes. In this study, researchers conducted research on the effectiveness of Job Analysis in the Indonesian Civil Servant Cooperative (KPRI) SAPTAWA, Lampung Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research design. The results of this study are from various indicators used to measure the achievement of goals, acquisition of resources, internal processes and satisfaction of strategic constituencies. From the points of achievement of the effectiveness indicators, the researcher concludes that the Job Analysis at the SAPTAWA Province Employee Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) in Lampung Province has been effective and has made the quality of service provided to customers and the internal working atmosphere well done. The supporting factor in the implementation of this job analysis is a clear legal basis, then the inhibiting factor in the job analysis at the Indonesian Civil Service Cooperative (KPRI) SAPTAWA Lampung Province is the ideological difference between employees. Abstract

The Ombudsman Institution is a supervisory agency for service public providers organized bystate and government administrators in order to prevent and eliminate the abuse of authority of stateand governance officials in Indonesia and in Lampung Province, especially in Bandar LampungCity. In supervising public services in Bandar Lampung City, researchers saw 175 public reports ofalleged maladministration in 2021, namely 65 unresolved reports which resulted in the workload ofthe Lampung Province RepresentativeOmbudsman Institution. So the problem of this research is: 1. How the supervision of the RI Ombudsman representative of Lampung Provincein public services in Bandar Lampung City? 2. What are the biting and support factors was theIndonesian Ombudsman institution representing Lampung Province follows up onincoming reports on public services in Bandar Lampung City? This research is a descriptivequalitative method with a sociological juridical approach (socio-legal approach). The method isthe interview method, and the documentation obtained is analyzed carefully. The results of fieldresearch show that the supervision of the RI Ombudsman Institution representing Lampung Province inoverseeing public services in Bandar Lampung City has been running as regulated by the centralgovernment such as carrying out a form of supervision based on community reports andsupervision on its own initiative from the Ombudsman. In addition, the Ombudsman Representativefor Lampung Province conducted socialization with the people of Bandar Lampung City, builtcoordination, and collaboration between institutions and network development in the work area ofBandar Lampung City, this was done to prevent maladministration actions that were rife in BandarLampung City. The people of Bandar Lampung City indicated that the Ombudsman had carried outhis duties as a supervisory agency even though there were people who were dissatisfied with the resultsof the Ombudsman's follow-up. Abstract

This study investigates the effects of compensation, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities on employee retention in the manufacturing industry in East Java. A quantitative approach was utilized, involving 180 respondents from various manufacturing companies. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal that compensation has the strongest positive influence on employee retention, followed by job satisfaction and promotion opportunities, all of which are statistically significant. These results highlight the importance of competitive compensation packages, fostering a supportive work environment, and providing clear career advancement opportunities to enhance retention. The study offers practical recommendations for human resource managers to improve employee retention strategies in a competitive manufacturing environment. Future research could explore additional factors and qualitative perspectives to provide deeper insights into retention dynamics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Computer Based Test (CBT) berbasis Laravel dan Electron.js yang dijalankan melalui jaringan lokal sekolah (intranet), dengan fitur pengamanan untuk mencegah kecurangan selama ujian. Sistem dirancang menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall melalui lima tahap: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, verifikasi, dan pemeliharaan. Fitur utama mencakup penguncian layar penuh, pencegahan tab switching, serta pengelolaan soal dan peserta ujian. Implementasi dilakukan di SMP Negeri 206 Jakarta Barat. Pengujian blackbox terhadap 79 skenario menunjukkan keberhasilan 100%. Evaluasi berdasarkan standar ISO 9126 menghasilkan skor sangat baik pada fungsionalitas (4,78), keandalan (4,61), kemudahan penggunaan (4,76), dan efisiensi (4,69). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi pelaksanaan ujian, serta memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik. Sistem ini layak diimplementasikan sebagai solusi CBT yang aman dan terkontrol di lingkungan sekolah menengah.
