Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Path Goal Leadership, Knowledge Sharing and Use of Information Technology on Teacher Performance with Self Efficacy as a Mediating Variable for Teachers at SMKN 1 Pemalang. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling so that 75 teachers were used as respondents. Path analysis has been used to analyze the data and sobel test to test mediation. The results of the path analysis show that Path Goal Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, and the use of information technology have a direct and significant influence on teacher performance. Sharing knowledge is the biggest contributing factor to teacher performance. The results of the Sobel test show that self-efficacy is able to mediate the relationship between path goal leadership, knowledge sharing and use of technology with teacher performance. The application of a leadership style based on good path goal leadership, knowledge sharing and good use of information technology with teachers' confidence in their abilities will contribute to improving teacher performance at SMKN 1 Pemalang.

Abstract

Bos Salad is one UMKM whose growth potential is faster than other UMKM in Bengkalis City. From the beginning of its establishment, Bos Salad has implemented a marketing strategy through Digital marketing and Word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to determine Digital marketing and Word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UMKM Bos Salad. This research is a type of quantitative research using primary data sources. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 20 with Multiple linear Regression Analysis Test. The results showed that there is Digital marketing and Word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UMKM Bos Salad.

Abstract

Drip irrigation system is one of the solutions to irrigation problems. Drip irrigation applies direct water supply to plant roots. The use of drip irrigation that has been widely used is usually separate from the fertilization or fertigation system. The obstacles that usually occur are blockages in the emitter due to non-homogeneous nutrients and sedimentation. The use of a venturimeter is one solution in fertilization in a drip irrigation system. Fertilizers or nutrients that are distributed in a drip irrigation system have difficulty in determining the right dose due to the mixing of water and fertilizer/nutrients that occurs in the installation pipe. The purpose of this reasearch is to create a design or construction of a venturimeter placement that makes it easier to determine the right fertilizer dose in a drip irrigation system. This research method uses an experimental method with 1 variable, namely the design or design of the venturimeter placement with 2 variables, namely V1: Direct method, V2: Bypass method, with 5 repetitions. The observation variables in this study were the average uniformity of the emitter discharge, the average discharge at the venturimeter input, and the pressure at the venturimeter output. The results obtained were that in the observation of the average uniformity of the CU, the average discharge uniformity reached 98%, while the average output and input venturimeter discharges produced.

Abstract

This study explores the challenges in implementing education management systems at primary and secondary levels in Indonesia, particularly concerning quality disparities between urban and rural areas. The purpose of this research is to identify challenges in the implementation of education management, including aspects of teacher distribution, technology access, and curriculum flexibility, and to offer relevant solutions. The main issues include uneven teacher distribution, limited technology access in remote areas, and a rigid curriculum that is insufficiently responsive to local needs. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various secondary sources, such as academic journals, government reports, and related publications, to gain a comprehensive understanding. The findings reveal that major challenges in education management include limited educational infrastructure in remote areas, uneven teacher distribution, and restricted access to professional training for teachers. The suggested solutions include evidence-based policy implementation, improved access to educational technology, and curriculum adjustments tailored to local contexts. This study emphasizes the importance of an adaptive, evidence-based management approach to address educational quality disparities across different regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of brand awareness and brand attitude on purchaseintention towards Riau Malay woven products "Puteri Mas" in Bengkalis Regency. Specifically, this research aims todetermine whether brand awareness and brand attitude have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Aquantitative approach with a descriptive method was employed, where the research is systematic, planned, and structuredfrom the initial stage to the research design. Data were collected through field surveys using observations, questionnaires,interviews, library research, and documentation. The results from regression analysis show that brand awareness has apositive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention with a coefficient of 0.369 and a significance value of0.032, while brand attitude also has a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of 0.654 and a significance valueof 0.001. Additionally, t-test results confirm the significant impact of both brand awareness and brand attitude onconsumer purchase intention, as indicated by t-values greater than the critical t-table values. Therefore, brand awarenessand brand attitude are crucial factors in influencing the purchase intention of "Puteri Mas" products in Bengkalis City

This community service activity was carried out at the Deka Craft wood craft, Penggarit Village, Sirandu Hamlet, Pemalang Regency. It aims to help empower the economy through business management, especially in Deka Craft. This assistance is focused on 1.) Marketing Management, namely: effective marketing and promotion through social media. 2.) Business Management Assistance, namely: upgrading MSME banners, improving product packaging during the delivery process. At the end of this mentoring activity, you get banners and logo stickers along with packaging boxes so that when shipping goods it is safer and more attractive and promotional media through social media.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mensosialisasikan game edukasi Cerita Rakyat Kerajaan Siak Sri Indrapura yaitu cerita Raja Kecik sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif kepada guru dan siswa di Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Hang Tuah. Game ini dikembangkan untuk mendukung pembelajaran budaya lokal melalui metode yang menyenangkan dan interaktif, sehingga siswa dapat memahami nilai-nilai budaya Kerajaan Siak dengan cara yang lebih menarik. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui sesi pengantar bagi guru mengenai penggunaan game di kelas, dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi uji coba yang melibatkan siswa menggunakan proyektor. Evaluasi efektivitas game dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 8 guru setelah sosialisasi. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa 87,5% guru merasa materi sosialisasi disampaikan dengan jelas dan game mudah digunakan di kelas. Sebanyak 75% guru menyatakan bahwa siswa antusias selama bermain game, dan seluruh guru merekomendasikan penggunaan game ini di kelas. Dengan hasil yang positif, game edukasi Cerita Rakyat Kerajaan Siak Sri Indrapura diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan lebih luas sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran di sekolah, serta diadakan pelatihan lanjutan untuk guru guna mengoptimalkan penggunaannya. Kegiatan ini berhasil memperkenalkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif sekaligus melestarikan warisan budaya lokal.

Abstract

Background: Neonatal jaundice is a condition that appears on the second and third days of life without any pathological cause, resulting from the rapid breakdown of red blood cells, while some newborns' organs are not yet fully functional in processing bilirubin. After a few days, the liver matures, allowing the bilirubin elimination process to proceed effectively. This research aims to explore the correlation between postpartum mothers' understanding of jaundice and the prevalence of neonatal jaundice at Mrs. T Midwife’s Practic in the Karangtengah District of Cianjur Regency in 2024. Methods: The methodology employed in this research is a quantitative approach utilizing analytical survey methods with a cross-sectional design. The total sample for this study consists of 30 individuals, selected through total sampling. The research tools implemented include questionnaire forms and observation sheets that were validated for reliability, as developed by researcher Dina Yuliarti in 2020. The analysis conducted was both univariate and bivariate. Results: Study findings revealing that a significant number of respondents, totaling 19 people (63.3%), possessed adequate knowledge regarding jaundice, while the majority of respondents who had babies without jaundice numbered 20 (66.7%). Among the mothers with sufficient knowledge, 15 individuals (78.9%) had babies who did not exhibit jaundice. Conclusion: A significant relationship was found between maternal knowledge of jaundice and the occurrence of jaundice in newborns, with a p-value of 0.034, which is less than 0.05.

Abstract

Wild banana Musa acuminata ssp. malaccensis, an ancestor of cultivated bananas, possesses valuable genetic diversity, including resistance genes to fusarium wilt, and demonstrates high environmental adaptability. These traits are important for pre-breeding programs, whether by conventional breeding, which is a lengthy process, or by taking advantage of somatic cell manipulation techniques such as somatic hybridization, which requires an efficient plant regeneration system like somatic embryogenesis. We have established an efficient and comprehensive protocol for somatic embryogenesis of this wild Musa using immature zygotic embryo explants covering culture induction and proliferation, somatic embryo development, and subsequent plant conversion. Embryogenic culture was induced on a complex-modified MS medium supplemented with 1 mg.L-1 2,4-D auxin or 5 mg.L-1 picloram. The embryogenic cultures proliferated in the form of granular or nodular structures, which was best obtained by reducing the picloram concentration to 1 mg.L-1 and combining it with the same concentration of 2,4-D at a half-strength macro-nutrient of basal medium. Embryo development from embryogenic cultures and regeneration into shoots. Proembryos as granular structures spontaneously matured into early-stage somatic embryos upon withdrawal of the strong auxin inducer. Increasing the sucrose and gelling agent concentrations in the growth medium improved somatic embryo formation from embryogenic cultures. The frequency of shoot formation from developed somatic embryos was increased by incorporating 0.5 mg.L-1 BA and 0.5 mg.L-1 GA3 into the regeneration medium.

Abstract

Perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan melalui kegiatan operasional yang dilakukan. Setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk mengembangkan usaha yang dimiliki untuk tetap bersaing. Salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan untuk mengembangkan usaha adalah dengan melakukan merger dan akuisisi. Keunggulan kompetitif yang terjaga membuat perusahaan dapat bertahan dalam pasar industri bahkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan berkembangnya usaha perusahaan.Merger dan akuisisi adalah alat penting yang dapat digunakan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja. Ditambah dengan persaingan di bidang teknologi informasi yang semakin meningkat menimbulkan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa alasan utama yang mengakibatkan kegagalan setelah kesepakatan merger dan akusisi terjadi yaitu kurangnya kepemimpinan, mengabaikan kesempatan untuk tumbuh, komunikasi internal yang buruk, ketidakmampuan untuk menciptakan dan merayakan kemenangan awal, kurangnya keterlibatan manajer menengah, bentrokan budaya dan ketidakmampuan untuk melayani pelanggan dengan mulus. Secara khusus, merger dan akuisisi juga memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk proses integrasi pasca-merger yang panjang dan membosankan, yang mencegah banyak perusahaan mewujudkan hasil yang dinginkan . Meskipun, merger dan akuisisi adalah strategi yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan.Namun, disisi lain, merger dan akuisisi dapat menyebabkan kegagalan bagi dua perusahaan yang bergabung. Dengan demikian, isu mengenai penggunaan merger dan akuisisi yang dilakukan perusahaan sebagai salah satu strategi meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif masih terjadi kesenjangan sehingga menarik untuk dibahas.
