Abstract

Penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional akan berdampak besar terhadap terjadinya resistensi. Permintaan antibiotik restriksi kategori reserve saat ini dilakukan melalui proses manual berupa pengisian lembar restriksi oleh Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pasien (DPJP), lembar tersebut akan diteruskan Apoteker setelah mendapat persetujuan oleh Komite pengendalian Resistensi Antimikroba (KPRA) RSUDZA. Proses manual ini dinilai kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pengendalian penggunaan antibiotik restriksi kategori reserve pada pasien rawat inap di RSUDZA. Desain penelitian ini Research and Development (R & D). Pengambilan data dilakukan secara prospektif selama periode Mei – Juli 2024. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling pasien rawat inap yang diresepkan antibiotik kategori reserve. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa rancangan aplikasi Antibiotik Restriksi telah mencapai 80% dan didapatkan total jumlah sampel adalah 16 pasien rawat inap yang diresepkan antibiotik kategori reserve, didapatkan 9 sampel yang disetujui permintaan penggunaan antibiotik restriksi dan 7 sampel yang tidak disetujui oleh KPRA. Informasi persetujuan penggunaan antibiotik restriksi  secara otomatis akan terkirim melalui pesan tulis pada aplikasi Whatsapp. Rerata waktu tanggap konfirmasi persetujuan permintaan  antibiotik kategori reserve adalah 42,6 menit. Selama uji coba penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi ini, diperlukan evaluasi dan monitoring untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi antibiotik restriksi  di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Kehadiran kesenian dalam kehidupan masyrakat dapat berupa hiburan, upacara adat maupun acara lain seperti hajatan dan sebagainya. Seriing dengan perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan, kesenian dan kebudayaan selalu mengalami perubahan dari masa ke masa. Hal tersebut terjadi dalam rangka penyesuaian dengan perkembangan tata kehidupan masyrakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Eksistensi Kesenian Pencak Silat Bandrong di Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, Bojonegara, Serang, Banten yang meliputi sejarah, perkembangan dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung eksistensi kesenian pencak silat Bandrong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota atau pelaku kesenian Pencak Silat Bandrong di Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, tokoh masyarakat dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Eksistensi kesenian Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya dipengaruhi oleh tiga unsur eksistensi yaitu: kelahiran karya seni, prestasi serta promosi yang dilakukan. ABSTRACT THE EXISTENCE OF BANDRONG PENCAK SILAT ARTS AT PADEPOKAN SAMPURNANING JAYA BOJONEGARA, SERANG-BANTEN, June 2023. The presence of art in people's lives can be in the form of entertainment, traditional ceremonies and other events such as celebrations and so on. Along with the development of technology and science, art and culture are always changing from time to time. This happens in the context of adjustment to the development of community life. This study aims to describe the existence of Bandrong Pencak Silat art in Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, Bojonegara, Serang, Banten which includes history, development and factors that support the existence of Bandrong Pencak Silat art. The object of this research is Bandrong Pencak Silat Art in Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, Bojonegara, Serang, Banten. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were members or performers of the Bandrong Pencak Silat arts in Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, community leaders and the Serang Regency Government. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data description and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was obtained by using the source triangulation technique. The results of the study the existence of Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya art is influenced by three elements of existence, namely: the birth of the work of art, achievements and promotions carried out. Abstract

ABSTRAK Strategi pembelajaran seni tari dalam ekstrakurikuler memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan kreativitas, ekspresi diri, dan pemahaman budaya siswa. Meskipun terdapat peningkatan minat siswa pada kegiatan ini, kendala seperti kekurangan fasilitas tari yang memadai dan sumber daya yang terbatas menjadi tantangan. Kolaborasi yang solid antara berbagai pihak dianggap krusial untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran yang sedang digunakan di ekstrakurikuler seni tari SMP Negeri 13 Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang diadopsi adalah kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, dan demonstrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran seni tari di sekolah ini melibatkan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Metode ceramah memberikan dasar teoritis, sementara metode demonstrasi memberikan dimensi praktis dan pengalaman langsung. Kombinasi keduanya menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran holistik, memastikan siswa tidak hanya memahami konsep seni tari secara teoritis tetapi juga mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam praktik. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pembelajaran, Seni Tari. ABSTRACT DANCE LEARNING STRATEGIES IN EXTRACURRICULAR AT SMPN 13 SERANG CITY, DECEMBER 2023. The dance learning strategies in extracurricular have a crucial role in fostering creativity, self-expression, and cultural understanding among students. Despite the increased interest in this activity, there are challenges such as inadequate dance facilities and limited resources. Solid collaboration among various stakeholders is deemed essential to overcome these challenges. This research aims to identify the learning strategies currently employed in the dance extracurricular activities at SMPN 13 Serang City. The research method applied is qualitative. Data are obtained through literature review, observation, interviews, and demonstrations. The research results show that dance learning in this school involves both lecture and demonstration methods. The lecture method provides a theoretical foundation, while the demonstration method offers practical dimensions and direct experiences. The combination of these two creates a holistic learning experience, ensuring that students not only grasp the theoretical concepts of dance but also apply them in practice. Abstract

This socialization activity aims to provide insight into opportunities to develop knowledge of trends and insights that are equal for small industries, as well as educate participants to obtain information to be able to join relevant associations/communities in every expert activity on social media. The implementation method follows a gradual process consisting of stages of information exchange, question and answer, discussion, and demonstration. The enthusiasm of the participants who followed with a percentage of 94%, and the results that have been achieved in the activities carried out are; 1) Participants are familiar with the knowledge and opportunities of home industry, 2) Participants are able to master the use of the Canva application to create product catalogs and implement it on various online sales media platforms, 3) Participants are able to take advantage of relevant associations/communities in every expert activity in the media social media to obtain relevant information, and 4) Participants are also able to master the knowledge gained as additional skills and create effective product promotion opportunities for home industries.

Abstract

Water bikes can be used as one of the vehicles in water tourism areas such as Ulee Lheue. Water bikes are used as a medium for surface transportation and fishing. Of course, this can increase the enthusiasm of those who visit the tourist destination of Ulee Lheue on weekends and holidays. High enthusiasm can increase the number of tourists, which increases income and sustains the economy of people around Ulee Lheue. Personal watercraft are constructed using fibrous pins or floats, using propeller drives, and using bicycle frames, usually modified. The steering wheel has a plate at the front and is designed to control the direction of rotation (left and right). A good community economy is expected to deliver the goodness of the community itself. Therefore, watercraft manufacturing activities must be carried out in Ulee Lheue. The implementation of this activity takes place in his two phases of implementing the activity, including creating the water bike design and manufacturing the water bike frame. The existence of water bikes can be used as an alternative to water tourism like Ulee Lheue. Water bikes are used as a medium for surface transportation and fishing. Of course, this can increase the enthusiasm of the community to visit her Ulee Lheue, a tourist destination. Abstract

Zakat is important for encouraging social awareness and correcting economic inequality, but there are still many people who do not understand how to calculate it due to several factors such as lack of understanding, outreach, and difficulty in manual calculations. In February 2023, a socialization of the zakat counter application was held for the people of Bireun Regency. This activity aims to increase understanding of zakat and facilitate the process of calculating zakat. In this event, the public was given an explanation on how to use the zakat counter application and it was hoped that they would be able to calculate zakat more easily and accurately. The expected results are increasing awareness about the importance of zakat and benefiting from the zakat counter application in helping the process of calculating zakat more effectively and efficiently. With the zakat counter application, it is hoped that it can increase the amount of zakat collected to help people in need. In addition, this socialization is also expected to strengthen cooperation between the government and the community in developing a better zakat calculating application in the future. Therefore, organizing the socialization of the zakat calculating application in Bireun Regency is an important step to increase public awareness about zakat and facilitate the process of calculating zakat effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This activity aims to strengthen the management of Regional Public Service Agencies (BLUD) in the education sector through a series of workshops, training and collaboration with various stakeholders. We identify crucial issues affecting education BLUDs and develop improvement strategies that focus on financial transparency, resource management and organizational independence. Activities involve local government, education BLUD staff, local communities, and advocacy groups. Results include significant improvements in education BLUD financial transparency, increased staff capacity in resource management, and successful piloting of improvement strategies. Improved collaboration between stakeholders is also an important achievement. This activity forms a strong foundation for more efficient and transparent management of education BLUDs. Improvements in the quality of public services in the education sector have become real, while the community feels better benefits. By focusing on developing educational BLUD, this activity strengthens the foundation of education in Aceh Jaya and provides better opportunities for the future of quality education

company to its customers. With good service to customers or customers, it is expected to work productively, thus providing benefits to the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of Customer Trust on Sharia Pawnshops who were involved as respondents in this study as many as 1,175 respondents, who were customers of the Banda Aceh Sharia Pawnshop Branch. Primary data was obtained using a closed questionnaire based on a Likert scale. used multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression) with the formula Y = a + b1 X1 + b2 X2 + b3 X3 + e. The results of the study indicate that customer service has a significant influence on employee performance. This is indicated by the f-count of 5.277 and the f-table of 1.987. Judging from the magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.754.71 and the magnitude of the coefficient of multiple determinants (R2) is 0.3,708. This shows that with the correlation (R), it means that the Customer Trust variable has a direct relationship with the performance of the Sharia Pawnshop employees while the R2 value means that the influence of Service on the Sharia Pawnshop Company Trust is influenced by other factors such as the speed of service and customer convenience which also greatly influences the research.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the needs to develop history of Islamic culture teaching materials in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) study program based on learning independence. The research was carried out using descriptive and qualitative methods. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and in-depth interviews with lecturers and students, and analyzed using interactive models. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the teaching materials used in Islamic History and Culture Madrasah Ibtidaiyah lectures were teaching materials that were not written by lecturers and were considered unable to increase student interest, motivation, and independence in learning. Both lecturers and students agree to develop teaching materials related to learning independence. In addition, the teaching materials to be developed are expected to focus on the material in the curriculum, which covers four main topics: 1) The condition of Arab society before Islam; 2) History of Prophet Muhammad, Da'wah, and personality of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him); 3) The event of the Prophet Muhammad's Hijra to Medina and the event of Fathul Mecca; 4) Civilization at the time of Khulafausrrasyidin. Another result of this study is that the Islamic History and Culture Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teaching materials to be developed should refer to the principles of teaching material development, especially teaching materials with instructions for use and materials that follow the lecture syllabus.

Abstract

Machines are a special concern in the production process of several parties who use CNC machines, including industrial companies, educational institutions such as universities, polytechnics and vocational high schools. Machines used in industry and agencies with various brands, the price reaches hundreds of millions per unit and even billions of rupiah, other commercial CNC Mini Milling is still relatively expensive, and also has a heavy weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the customer's desire on the CNC Mini Milling machine, by conducting a questionnaire to increase customer satisfaction. Therefore, in this study, an analysis of customer satisfaction was carried out using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method in order to design a design according to the customer's wishes. The results of the study can be used as material to make improvements to material specifications, material capabilities and appropriate dimensions. The results of this study have found things that must be prioritized based on the House of Quality. Some of the priorities include having to repair the frame at a low price, light and strong, can increase ST 37, easy to use and dimensions that are not too big.
