Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peningkatan pemahaman karya ilmiah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia melalui model project based learning pada mahasiswa program studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam Semester 2 Universitas Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk tahun akademik 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Semester 2 Program Studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam Universitas Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 15 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman karya ilmiah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia melalui model project based learning pada mahasiswa program studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam Semester 2 Universitas Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk tahun akademik 2023/2024 mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan pemahaman karya ilmiah oleh mahasiswa program studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam Semester 2 ditunjukkan dari hasil persentase ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa, mulai dari data awal (53,33%), siklus 1 (66,67%), dan siklus II (73,33%). Model Project Based Learning dapat menjadi alternatif yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap karya ilmiah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Era digital membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pendidikan dan penguatan akhlak. Artikel ini membahas peran pendidikan agama Islam sebagai pilar utama dalam memperkuat akhlak generasi muda di tengah derasnya arus informasi digital. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur dan analisis konten dari berbagai jurnal internasional, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam memiliki potensi besar untuk membentengi moralitas generasi muda dari pengaruh negatif digitalisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam membangun karakter yang kuat dan berakhlak mulia di era digital.

Pengembangan modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis guided discovery learning pada materi medan magnet diperlukan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar yang dapat membantu peserta didik dalam kegiatan penyelidikan atau pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran untuk menemukan konsep pembelajaran. Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil validasi modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis guided discovery learning dan respon siswa terhadap modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis guided discovery learning yang dikembangkan. Pengembangan modulĀ pembelajaran fisika berbasis guided discovery learning pada materi medan magnet merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan 4-D dari Thiangarajan dan Semmel. Model 4-D terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XII MIPA-3 di SMA di Kota Palangka Raya yang berjumlah 35 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu angket validasi modul dan angket respon siswa terhadap pengembangan modul. Peneliti membagikan lembar validasi dan lembar respon peserta didik untuk memperoleh data skor penilaian dari validator dan peserta didik. Skor yang telah didapat kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan diubah dalam bentuk kriteria validasi dan kriteria respon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis guided discovery learning pada materi medan magnet diperoleh persentase hasil validasi rata-rata sebesar 84,32% dengan kategori baik, sehingga modul layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran. Hasil respon peserta didik terhadap modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis guided discovery learning pada materi medan magnet diperoleh persentase hasil responĀ peserta didik rata-rata sebesar 87,28% dengan kategori sangat baik.

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of competency and work environment on employee performance in the field of supervision and control at the Tangerang Regency Spatial Planning Service Office (DTRB). The number of samples in this research was 55 people. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research reveal that competency (X1) influences employee performance (Y). This can be proven by the results of the hypothesis test value tcount > ttable or (3.423 > 0.266). The work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). This can be proven by the results of the hypothesis test value tcount > ttable or (3.307 > 0.266). Competency (X1) and Work Environment (X2), have a positive effect simultaneously. This can be proven by the results of the hypothesis test value tcount > ttable or (17.756 > 3.172). Thus, it can be said that the competency and work environment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable.

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation, both partial and simultaneous, on employee performance at the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 9. This type of research uses quantitative methods. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents at the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 9. The results show that the training variable (X1) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y), the work motivation variable has a positive influence on employee performance (Y). The training variable (X1) and motivation variable (X2) simultaneously influence employee performance (Y). Through the t test (partial) with the calculated t-value of the training variable is 8.126> t-table 1.996 and the significance value is 0.000<0.005. Through the f test (simultaneous) with an F-Calculated value of 639.958 > F-Table 3.13 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.005.

Student academic achievement refers to the results or academic accomplishments attained by a student in terms of knowledge, skills, and understanding of the subjects taught in school or other educational institutions. This research aims to analyze the influence of the school environment and teacher quality on student academic achievement among 12th-grade students of the 2016-2020 cohort at Kencana Tenjo Vocational High School (SMK). The research employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study comprises 555 12th-grade students of SMK Kencana Tenjo during the years 2016-2020. The study utilizes a random sampling method, resulting in 85 respondents. The method applied in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The research findings indicate that both the school environment and teacher quality have a positive and significant partial influence on student academic achievement. Bahasa daerah dalam sebuah kelompok masyarakat memiliki variasi bahasanya yang dapat dilihat dari segi pemakai dan tempat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variasi bahasa Tetun dalam komunikasi masyarakat desa Builaran dilihat dari segi pemakai dan tempat. Metode penulisan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian sosiolinguistik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, catat, dan wawancara. Penentuan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data adalah model interaktif Miles dan Hubermen, sedangkan untuk pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika dilihat dari: (1) segi pemakai/penutur, variasi bahasa Tetun dalam komunikasi masyarakat desa Builaran setiap hari lebih nampak pada siapa yang bicara dan kepada siapa yang diajak bicara dan para penutur tahu menempatkan diri dimana mereka berada dan kapan waktunya mereka melakukan komunikasi. (2) segi tempat, bahwa dalam peristiwa komunikasi pada masyarakat desa Builaran juga memunculkan variasi bahasa Tetun sesuai dengan dialek asal penutur. Dalam hal ini, tempat yang dimaksudkan bukan lokasi sedang berlangsungnya dialog, akan tetapi tempat asal penutur yang menghasilkan sebuah dialek. Simpulannya bahwa variasi bahasa Tetun yang terjadi pada masyarakat desa Builaran dapat dilihat dari segi penutur/pemakai dan segi tempat yang terjadi secara alamiah dan dipengaruhi oleh budaya setempat.

The purpose of the study is determined research trends related to self-regulation learning and self-awareness in the classroom. This finding carried out in October 2022 by conducting Pop from the Scopus data bases using Bibliometric VoSviewer analysis in RIS format which resulted in Network Visualization, Overlay Visualization and Density Visualization. Based on the results of the analysis, it is necessary to increase student competence in various aspects, including research using a mix method, the relationship between self-regulation learning and self-awareness reviewed in a social-humanities manner, and can be applied to every level of education.

Averrhoa bilimbi is a plant rich in benefits, one of which as natural coagulant. The aim of this research is to increase the potential of Averrhoa bilimbi as an environmentally friendly natural coagulant for the coagulation of rubber clone PB 260. The concentrations of Averrhoa bilimbi used were 45%, 55%, 65%, 75% and 85%. The characteristics of the rubber tested were dry rubber content (DRC), initial plasticity (Po) and Plasticity Retention Index (PRI). Based on the results of this study, the optimum concentration of Averrhoa bilimbi is 85% for latex coagulation time of 11 minutes with 33% DRC, 41% Po and 97% PRI. The highest the concentration of Averrhoa bilimbi used, the faster the coagulation process occurred. 2% formic acid was used as a chemical coagulant for comparison. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Averrhoa bilimbi can be used as a natural coagulant producing rubber characteristics equal in quality as the ones using formic acid as a chemical coagulant and meets Indonesian Rubber Standard SNI 06-1903-2000.

This study aims to implement a convolution neural network algorithm to detect empty parking areas based on Raspberry Pi 4 and use the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method of the YOLO V5 model. This research consists of several stages, starting from the potential and problem stages, needs analysis, literacy studies, building prototypes, system design, and system testing. The datasets collected were taken using smartphone cameras and webcams with a total of 645 image datasets which were divided into two categories, namely training data and validation. System testing is carried out in two conditions, namely during the day and at night. The results of the detection test for observing variations in the position of filled and unfilled vehicles obtained the highest average accuracy during daytime conditions, while for observing cars entering and leaving the parking lot during day and night conditions, the results were the same percentage of success.
