Abstract

Dalam konteks era yang ditandai oleh dominasi oligarki dan konglomerasi media, peran media alternatif dalam politik muncul sebagai faktor yang signifikan. Studi ini menginvestigasi signifikansi media alternatif yang kontra-oligarki dalam menghadapi kekuatan oligarki media, dengan mengambil studi kasus Project Multatuli sebagai representasi pers alternatif dari upaya media untuk menjadi antitesis terhadap kekuatan oligarki media yang mendominasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literatur sebagai metode untuk mengambil dan mengolah data dalam menelaah peran Project Multatuli dalam mengungkapkan ketidakseimbangan informasi dan menyuarakan kelompok marjinal yang selama ini kerap luput dari pemberitaan arustama. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori media kontra oligarki yang dikemukakan oleh tapsell (2021) sebagai landasan analisis tentang bagaimana kondisi oligarki media serta kemunculan media alternatif sebagai penyeimbang informasi yang didominasi oleh oligarki media yang ada di Indonesia. Implikasi dari penelitian ini berkaitan dengan pentingnya pluralitas media dan akses terbuka terhadap informasi sebagai elemen penting serta bagaimana melihat peran media sebagai pilar keempat demokrasi yang memiliki peran dalam menjaga keseimbangan politik dan demokrasi yang sehat serta menjadi medium untuk menyuarakan mereka yang luput dari pemberitaan arustama.

Abstract

The application of lecture method as a teaching approach has been proven to be one of the factors contributing to low student grades. This is because the lecture method still revolves around the teacher as the primary source of information without actively involving the students. To address this issue, the solution is to implement Project Based Learning as a teaching method. This research utilized a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study consisted of X TKJ class students. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique, with X TKJ 1 as the experimental group and X TKJ 2 as the control group. Data collection was conducted through tests and observations. Data analysis was performed using t-test and standardized gain test. Based on the research findings, there was a significant improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental group, with an increase of 78.74 categorized as high. Meanwhile, the control group showed a lower improvement in learning outcomes, with an increase of 28.33 categorized as low. Therefore, it can be concluded that students in X TKJ class, who were taught Jaringan Dasar subject using the Project Based Learning method with Cisco Packet Tracer as the media, exhibited higher improvement in learning outcomes compared to students taught with the lecture method.

Abstract

In the 4.0 revolution era, technological developments are developing very fast. The security system is also growing, so that it can be implemented in various needs. One of them is a smart home system that can be monitored without limits using a smartphone. Currently CCTV is one of the security tools that are widely used at home, office, and others. There are also many CCTVs available that are digital, so the images are clearer and can be connected directly to the internet. The internet used also does not require a connection that is too fast but must be stable. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the home security system can use digital CCTV connected to the internet. CCTV that is connected to the internet can be monitored using a smartphone anytime and anywhere. The storage capacity used is 32 Gb and can store recordings for 9 days non-stop. The disadvantage of this system is that if the internet is unstable, playback will be interrupted, because the playback system used is directly accessed from CCTV

Abstract

The development of information technology demands the need for effective network security design to protect communications infrastructure, especially routers, from brute force attacks. Brute force attacks are a method commonly used by attackers to try password combinations repeatedly until they successfully enter the system. This research aims to design a network security solution that can prevent routers from being exposed to brute force attacks. This research combines technical and conceptual approaches to identify potential vulnerabilities in routers and develop security strategies that can overcome these challenges. Security methods include implementing strong password policies, real-time attack detection, and improving response to suspicious access attempts. By implementing this security solution, it is hoped that it can increase the level of network security, reduce the risk of brute force attacks, and protect data and services that pass through routers. The results of research using Mikrotik RouterOs show that RouterOs is able to defend against bruteforce attacks. The attack that was attempted was successfully blocked by RouterOs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses Rekonsiliasi Laporan Anggaran pada Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah kabupaten Garut, dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, data yang diambil dari wawancara, observasi, buku, jurnal dan situs web. Deskriptif analitif kualitatif dijadikan sebagai Teknik analisis data. penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BPKAD berperan penting dalam pengembangan aspek keuangan di sebuah daerah, terutama pada APBD. Proses ini melibatkan SKPD yang nantinya dilaporkan serta diperiksa oleh BPKAD kabupaten Garut. Kendala yang muncul pada pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi adalah seringnya ketidaksesuaian saldo akun yang dilaporkan oleh SKPD dengan data yang dimiliki oleh BPKAD, maka rekonsiliasi adalah Langkah tepat dalam Menyusun laporan keuangan yang dapat dipercaya.

Abstract

Decision making in the context of principals at the elementary school level is a complex process that involves various factors and considerations. Although Neoclassical theory provides a strong view in economic and rationality-based decision making, its application in educational contexts also faces its own challenges. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of neoclassical theory in the decision making of elementary school principals. This research method uses a descriptive method of Analysis with a type of qualitative research, which is a type of research that describes phenomena or facts on the object under study to take the essence of each phenomenon .The results of  this study show that the application of Neoclassical Theory in the decision-making of elementary school principals can provide a structured and rational approach, providing a rational, efficient, and results-oriented framework. However, it is important to remember that each policy and decision must be tailored to the unique context of the school and the educational values it carries. Abstract

Teenagers are the next generation of the nation whose development does not go unnoticed. One of the developments in the spotlight in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is the ability to relate socially or better known as interpersonal relationships. This study aims to provide a profile of students' interpersonal relationships in the industrial revolution 4.0 era which is synonymous with performance competition, ability to work in teams and have the ability to work together in teams. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The subjects that are the focus of this study are 115 teenagers in class X SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Collecting data using interpersonal relationship scale. Analysis of research data using descriptive analysis, which consists of: (1) data examination; (2) data classification; (3) data tabulation; (4) calculate the frequency of data; (5) determine the category. This study can be used as a reference for teacher guidance and counseling in schools in developing adolescent interpersonal relationships. The results of the study indicate that the level of interpersonal relationships in general is in the high category. This can be seen from the number of teenagers' answers, which in general are 112 teenagers or 97% are in the high category. A total of 3 adolescents or 3% are in the moderate category and no adolescents are in the low category.

Abstract

One local tradition of the Sasak people that has been maintained is conerned with pepaosan. This study explores the meaning of symbols and cultural values in the pepaosan tradition amongst the Sasak in West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, in eastern Indonesia. It employed ethnography with a phenomenological approach. All data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. These data were further analyzed qualitatively in four steps: domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and determining themes. This study argues that pepaosan tradition and other instruments serve as a communication medium and a symbol of cultural values, expressing gratitude for all the gifts God has bestowed. It also denotes a request to God to grant the wishes of the Sasak people. The symbols also embody the value of hope and advice for the Sasak people to live a good life, aligning with ancestral teachings and religious guidance.

Abstract

Daulat Ra’jat was made by Mohammad Hatta from 1931 to 1934. Daulat Ra’jat gives us a concept of governmentthat Mohammad Hatta made. He made a theory about government structure to build a nation and people’s economy. This theory becomes a gap that has not been discussed by many government scientists. So, this theory must be researched in this study. The first problem formulation is what the theory about the structure of government organization is. The second problem formulation is how the structure of government organization works. This research purpose is to state the definition and the implementation ofthe structure of government organization from Mohammad Hatta’s Theory, especially according to economy perspective. This study uses library research to explore the theory. Library research is a literature study for collecting, reading, analyzing, and synthesizing the gap of theme. Primary data is from Daulat Ra’jat. Data analysis is arranged by reading data according to the theme, breaking data into some points into clusters for fulfilling the theme, synthesizing the points in cluster of them with theory used in this study and with the understanding of this researcher about the theme. The result is known that the structure of government organization is divided into two formulations: from regionals into state institutions and from organization into institution then networking between institutions. Each structure of the government must arrange governing influenced theconstitution soul, systematic networking of divisions, inside and between institutions, to implement state authority.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational leadership, leadership experience, knowledge of accounting leadership, and participation in training programs on the quality of the application of accounting. Women's cooperatives show the development of good performance, most of the women's cooperative of sufficient quality even though the number of members, business volume and operating results (SHU) is not so great. The population in this study are all leaders of women's cooperatives in the district Pamekasan City. Based on the method of sampling area obtained samples of 14 women's cooperatives that have implemented the accounting records. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression.The results showed that of the four independent variables there are two variables are positive and significant impact on the quality of the application of accounting. Knowledge of accounting and the formation of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Pamekasan can assist business development of women's cooperatives.
