Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses Rekonsiliasi Laporan Anggaran pada Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Asset Daerah kabupaten Garut, dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, data yang diambil dari wawancara, observasi, buku, jurnal dan situs web. Deskriptif analitif kualitatif dijadikan sebagai Teknik analisis data. penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BPKAD berperan penting dalam pengembangan aspek keuangan di sebuah daerah, terutama pada APBD. Proses ini melibatkan SKPD yang nantinya dilaporkan serta diperiksa oleh BPKAD kabupaten Garut. Kendala yang muncul pada pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi adalah seringnya ketidaksesuaian saldo akun yang dilaporkan oleh SKPD dengan data yang dimiliki oleh BPKAD, maka rekonsiliasi adalah Langkah tepat dalam Menyusun laporan keuangan yang dapat dipercaya.

Abstract

Decision making in the context of principals at the elementary school level is a complex process that involves various factors and considerations. Although Neoclassical theory provides a strong view in economic and rationality-based decision making, its application in educational contexts also faces its own challenges. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of neoclassical theory in the decision making of elementary school principals. This research method uses a descriptive method of Analysis with a type of qualitative research, which is a type of research that describes phenomena or facts on the object under study to take the essence of each phenomenon .The results of  this study show that the application of Neoclassical Theory in the decision-making of elementary school principals can provide a structured and rational approach, providing a rational, efficient, and results-oriented framework. However, it is important to remember that each policy and decision must be tailored to the unique context of the school and the educational values it carries. Abstract

Teenagers are the next generation of the nation whose development does not go unnoticed. One of the developments in the spotlight in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is the ability to relate socially or better known as interpersonal relationships. This study aims to provide a profile of students' interpersonal relationships in the industrial revolution 4.0 era which is synonymous with performance competition, ability to work in teams and have the ability to work together in teams. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The subjects that are the focus of this study are 115 teenagers in class X SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Collecting data using interpersonal relationship scale. Analysis of research data using descriptive analysis, which consists of: (1) data examination; (2) data classification; (3) data tabulation; (4) calculate the frequency of data; (5) determine the category. This study can be used as a reference for teacher guidance and counseling in schools in developing adolescent interpersonal relationships. The results of the study indicate that the level of interpersonal relationships in general is in the high category. This can be seen from the number of teenagers' answers, which in general are 112 teenagers or 97% are in the high category. A total of 3 adolescents or 3% are in the moderate category and no adolescents are in the low category.

Abstract

One local tradition of the Sasak people that has been maintained is conerned with pepaosan. This study explores the meaning of symbols and cultural values in the pepaosan tradition amongst the Sasak in West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, in eastern Indonesia. It employed ethnography with a phenomenological approach. All data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. These data were further analyzed qualitatively in four steps: domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and determining themes. This study argues that pepaosan tradition and other instruments serve as a communication medium and a symbol of cultural values, expressing gratitude for all the gifts God has bestowed. It also denotes a request to God to grant the wishes of the Sasak people. The symbols also embody the value of hope and advice for the Sasak people to live a good life, aligning with ancestral teachings and religious guidance.

Abstract

Daulat Ra’jat was made by Mohammad Hatta from 1931 to 1934. Daulat Ra’jat gives us a concept of governmentthat Mohammad Hatta made. He made a theory about government structure to build a nation and people’s economy. This theory becomes a gap that has not been discussed by many government scientists. So, this theory must be researched in this study. The first problem formulation is what the theory about the structure of government organization is. The second problem formulation is how the structure of government organization works. This research purpose is to state the definition and the implementation ofthe structure of government organization from Mohammad Hatta’s Theory, especially according to economy perspective. This study uses library research to explore the theory. Library research is a literature study for collecting, reading, analyzing, and synthesizing the gap of theme. Primary data is from Daulat Ra’jat. Data analysis is arranged by reading data according to the theme, breaking data into some points into clusters for fulfilling the theme, synthesizing the points in cluster of them with theory used in this study and with the understanding of this researcher about the theme. The result is known that the structure of government organization is divided into two formulations: from regionals into state institutions and from organization into institution then networking between institutions. Each structure of the government must arrange governing influenced theconstitution soul, systematic networking of divisions, inside and between institutions, to implement state authority.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational leadership, leadership experience, knowledge of accounting leadership, and participation in training programs on the quality of the application of accounting. Women's cooperatives show the development of good performance, most of the women's cooperative of sufficient quality even though the number of members, business volume and operating results (SHU) is not so great. The population in this study are all leaders of women's cooperatives in the district Pamekasan City. Based on the method of sampling area obtained samples of 14 women's cooperatives that have implemented the accounting records. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression.The results showed that of the four independent variables there are two variables are positive and significant impact on the quality of the application of accounting. Knowledge of accounting and the formation of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Pamekasan can assist business development of women's cooperatives.

Abstract

Sexual abuse, particularly against kids, is a grave issue due to its profound physical and psychological repercussions. Despite the existence of legislative frameworks like the Criminal Code and the Child Protection Law, implementation and enforcement encounter obstacles include insufficient proof and societal stigma. The case study of Case Number 1091/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Jkt.Utr exemplifies endeavors to uphold the law against offenders of child sexual exploitation, highlighting the necessity to enhance legislation and public awareness for more effective and equitable management of sexual abuse. The judge's ruling indicated that the defendant, Muhammad Fatih Mujahid, was conclusively found guilty of engaging in the economic and/or sexual exploitation of children. The defendant received a term of 7 years and 6 months in prison, along with a fine of 100 million rupiah. If the fine remains unpaid, it will be substituted by a three-month prison sentence. The government must enhance initiatives to fortify legislation and policies that are more efficacious in preventing and addressing instances of child sexual abuse. This entails informing the public of children's rights and the legal ramifications of maltreatment.Keywords: Sexual Abuse; Children; Criminal Acts AbstrakPelecehan seksual, khususnya terhadap anak-anak, merupakan masalah serius karena dampak fisik dan psikologisnya yang mendalam. Meskipun telah ada kerangka legislatif seperti Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak, implementasi dan penegakannya menghadapi kendala termasuk bukti yang tidak memadai dan stigma masyarakat. Studi kasus Nomor 1091/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Jkt.Utr merupakan contoh upaya untuk menegakkan hukum terhadap pelaku eksploitasi seksual anak, yang menyoroti perlunya peningkatan legislasi dan kesadaran publik untuk pengelolaan pelecehan seksual yang lebih efektif dan adil. Putusan hakim menyatakan bahwa terdakwa, Muhammad Fatih Mujahid, secara meyakinkan dinyatakan bersalah melakukan eksploitasi ekonomi dan/atau seksual terhadap anak-anak. Terdakwa dijatuhi hukuman 7 tahun 6 bulan penjara, beserta denda 100 juta rupiah. Jika denda tetap tidak dibayar, akan diganti dengan hukuman penjara tiga bulan. Pemerintah harus meningkatkan inisiatif untuk memperkuat undang-undang dan kebijakan yang lebih efektif dalam mencegah dan menangani kasus pelecehan seksual anak. Hal ini mencakup pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat tentang hak-hak anak dan konsekuensi hukum dari penganiayaan.Kata Kunci : Pelecehan Seksual; Anak; Tindak Pidana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimoderasi oleh motivasi pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel, namun atasan tidak masuk dalam sampel. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan analisis statistik SEM-PLS. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program software SmartPLS 3.3.3. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Data ini akan dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis statistik yakni partial least square – structural equestion model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh Budaya Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the principal to enhance teacher professionalism, examine the implementation of these strategies, and identify the challenges faced during the process at Private High School Pesantren Al-Husna Marindal 1. Methodology: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research focused on the strategic efforts of the school principal in developing the professional capacity of educators. Main Findings: The findings indicate that the school principal has implemented relatively effective strategies to improve teacher professionalism. However, significant challenges were identified, including limited transportation facilities for teachers and suboptimal execution of academic supervision. These factors substantially affect the quality of the strategy's implementation. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study highlights the specific challenges in enhancing teacher professionalism within the unique context of pesantren-based schools, offering critical insights for stakeholders to design systematic interventions that address these barriers and support professional capacity development in similar educational settings.

Abstract

Bumi Ratu Village is located on the edge of the Way Sekampung dam, with the position of the dam lower than the village land. This causes the agricultural land and rice fields of Bumi Ratu Village to have difficulty getting water, because the irrigation flow cannot reach a higher position. This problem is an important concern because it greatly affects the planting season and harvest from agriculture. The purpose of this service is to overcome the problem of irrigation of land that has a geographical location above the river level through appropriate technology in the form of a water pump without a machine (hydram pump). The method of this activity consists of several steps, namely 1) Determination of location points that have water sources, 2) Making hydram pump equipment, 3) Socialization, 4) Hydram Pump Trial and 4) Evaluation. This community service activity is expected to be an effective solution in overcoming irrigation problems on their agricultural land. The results of this community service activity show that hydram pumps are an appropriate solution to the irrigation problems that occur in Bumi Ratu Pagelaran Village. Through the use of this hydram pump, farmers and landowners are expected to optimize land irrigation around the highland area so that crop yields can be as expected.
