Abstract

It’s influence on adolescent career development in a collectivist context, but only a few studies have succeeded in integrating these variables, namely parenting style, influence, identity. This article aims to analyze relevant research to determine parenting style, influence, identity in career choice-collectivism theory. This research is descriptive research with a systematic literature review (SLR) method. Literature data was obtained from several pages such as Google Scholar, Sinta Ristekbrin, and Garuda Ristekbrin. To review the data literature, the main keywords used are "career choice" "career" "Parenting Pattern" "Identity". From the literature that has been reviewed, it is known that parenting style and self-identity help children with career aspects. Overall research shows that the parenting style of parents or teachers at school greatly influences children's conservation choices. Authoritarian parenting styles influence children's thinking styles. It has been proven by several pieces of literature from research results that show that the most common parenting style used by parents is authoritarian parenting. Meanwhile, making career decisions requires broader complex factors, including information about career, talents, self-concept, values and personal interests. This conclusion is supported by differences in research results. Career decisions are usually influenced by broader issues, even when a person's thinking and behavior is influenced by a parent's authoritarian parenting approach. This is because not everyone who was raised in an authoritarian environment is unable to overcome the negative impacts of this parenting style, some people who were raised in an authoritarian environment may show a high level of obedience but still have good career decision-making skills Keywords: Parenting Style, Influence, Identity, Career Choices

Abstract

Background: The impact caused by stunting is not only on physical development but will also have an impact on the child's psychology. Adolescents with stunting need to have high spirits so that they can be able and survive in life they avoid psychological impacts such as stress, withdrawal, depression, anxiety, and fear. The purpose of this study was to see the psychological impact caused by stunting in adolescence. Methods: The literature review method was used to search for articles in electronic databases, namely Google Scholar, Research Gate, and PubMed/Medline. Results: The search was carried out using the keywords "stunting", "psychological impact", "adolescents", "anxiety", and "stress". Analysis conducted by the authors of 6 relevant articles found that there was a psychological impact on adolescents with stunting. Conclusion: The existence of counseling teachers can provide information services to develop positive potential in students, besides that social support and efficient parenting are needed so that teenagers can overcome the psychological impact they experience so that they can get through adolescence and plan for the well future.Keywords: Stunting; Psychological Impact; Adolescents

Abstract

Along with the times, especially in the era of the development of information and communication technology. The development of information technology is very sophisticated, fast and easy so that it becomes a lifestyle for people around the world, including Indonesia. The public is free to express their opinions, either through oral, written, print or electronic media (online). Often the delivery of opinions or opinions freely is misused by some people to express their opinions in an uncultured and unethical manner which will bring legal consequences for the perpetrators, one of which is expressing displeasure or making hate speech. Hate speech is an act of communication carried out by an individual or group in the form of provocation, incitement, or insult to another individual or group in terms of various aspects such as race, skin color, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, and others. This hate speech crime can be carried out through various media, including in campaign speeches, social media networks, public presentations (demonstrations), religious lectures and other electronic media. This study aims to see how the differences in the tendency to do hate speech between men and women. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This method is used to see and describe the tendency to do hate speech between men and women. This research was conducted on 4 teenagers (2 boys and 2 girls; average age 19 years; student status) through in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of three steps including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in the forms of hate speech between men and women, where differences in women's hate speech are more provocation to everyone against people who are given hate speech than hate speech committed by men. Therefore, as good Indonesian citizens and upholding unity, in expressing opinions and criticisms, we should use wise and kind sentences, so that our opinions can be accepted and do not cause misunderstandings to other social media users. When using social media services to express opinions and criticisms, we should use wise and kind sentences, so that our opinions can be accepted and do not cause misunderstandings to other social media users. It is better in laws and regulations relating to insults and hate speech, both on social media and in public, a further article is made that explains the intent of hate speech itself, suchas dirty sentences, animal names and speech without valid data. If it is used, it will be subject to the ITE article regarding hate speech itself. Counselors/BK teachers also have an important role to shape student behavior in schools so as not to do hate speech. Not only that, the creativity of a Counselor/BK teacher is also required so that all ways can be taken to avoid students being involved with hate speech behavior by providing information services and providing group guidance services. For students who have been involved with hate speech actions, coaching can be done through individual counseling, group counseling and group guidance.

Abstract

Career women, engaged in the professional world with strong skills and education, face unique challenges when they get married. In addition to focusing on their careers, they must also prioritize household duties. Their multitasking and time management skills are tested, and success in both roles often depends on support, especially from their spouse. A systematic review of previous literature suggests that a lack of multitasking ability, effective time management, and social support may hinder career women's performance in their dual roles. The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of career women's dual role dynamics, especially in the context of husband support, dual role conflict, and coping strategies. Husband support was shown to have a significant positive correlation with career women's success in carrying out dual roles, while the level of optimism was not directly related to such success. In addition, it can provide a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by career women, as well as provide valuable insights for practitioners and policies to develop more effective strategies to support dual career management in various national contexts.

Abstract

Infertilitas adalah suatu kondisi ketidakmampuan pasangan untuk hamil setelah melakukan hubungan seksual selama satu tahun atau lebih tanpa menggunakan kontrasepsi. Pada infertilitas, faktor pria berperan sekitar 30-50%.  Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi infertilitas pada pria, salah satunya adalah parameter pria yang tidak normal. Terapi untuk mengatasi infertilitas pria dapat berupa farmakologi dan non farmakologi, salah satu terapi non farmakologi adalah akupunktur. Tujuan dari tinjauan pustaka ini adalah untuk mengetahui mekanisme molekuler akupunktur dalam pengobatan infertilitas pria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur dengan analisis sistematis. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata pencarian di internet, yaitu molekuler, infertilitas dan akupunktur. Diperoleh 7 artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2005 sampai 2023 dan yang kemudian dianalisis tujuan, kesesuaian topik, dan variabel yang digunakan.  Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah jurnal yang bertemakan infertilitas pria dan akupunktur serta jurnal berbahasa Inggris. Sedangkan kriteria eksklusi adalah jurnal yang tidak ada pembahasan mengenai mekanisme molekuler dan jurnal yang tidak lengkap. Pada infertilitas pria, akupunktur dapat memperbaiki disfungsi seksual pria, analisis air mani yang abnormal, infertilitas imunologi, peradangan genital, varikokel, dan infertilitas pria idiopatik. Mekanisme akupunktur adalah meningkatkan sirkulasi darah pada testis dan epididimis, mengurangi kadar ROS air mani, mengurangi peradangan, memodulasi sistem kekebalan tubuh, dan meningkatkan motilitas sperma dan parameter air mani.

Abstract

Law enforcement against taxpayers who report incorrect or incomplete tax returns or information has become an important issue in the tax system in Indonesia. A tax crime occurs when a taxpayer submits a notification letter that is false or not in accordance with tax provisions, which can cause state losses. However, problems in law enforcement arise due to the lack of clarity of the boundaries between administrative offenses and criminal offenses, as well as legal uncertainty in the Taxation Law. This study aims to examine and understand the law enforcement against taxpayers who report false or incomplete tax returns or information, as well as the obstacles faced in enforcing the law. The main focus of this research is to analyze challenges such as regulatory differences, rapid policy changes, limited human resources (HR), and data mismatches despite the modern tax system. In addition, low tax awareness and tax avoidance practices are also significant obstacles. The research method used is normative juridical research supported by an empirical juridical approach. Normative juridical research is used to examine applicable regulations, while empirical juridical research is conducted with interviews and case studies to see the implementation of these rules in the field. The data obtained is analyzed qualitatively to explore the obstacles faced in tax law enforcement. Efforts that can be made to overcome this obstacle include improving regulations, increasing the capacity of tax authorities, developing more integrated tax technology such as the core tax system (CTS), and educating the public about tax obligations. Increased sanctions and stricter supervision are also needed so that law enforcement against tax violations can run effectively and efficiently. Thus, this study is expected to contribute to the improvement of the tax system and law enforcement in Indonesia, especially in the context of law enforcement against taxpayers who submit incorrect or incomplete tax returns or information.

Abstract

This article aims to provide in-depth information about the usefulness of cognitive behavior therapy counseling to increase student resilience. In providing services to students in the era of society 5.0, guidance and counseling teachers/counselors need to pay attention to the use and procedures for implementing services using certain approaches that have proven to be effective in overcoming KES-T so that they are able to develop students' KES. The usefulness of cognitive behavior therapy counseling in increasing student resilience will be discussed in this article. This research method is a literature review where data is obtained from various reference sources such as articles, source books and other supporting documents. The research results show that cognitive behavior therapy counseling can increase student resilience and bring many benefits in developing students' KES.

Abstract

The increase in anthropogenic CO2 emissions has induced significant physical and biogeochemical alterations in oceans worldwide, including warming, acidification, and oxygen depletion. Coastal areas are particularly vulnerable due to intensified human activities and terrestrial influences, resulting in increased coastal ocean acidification driven by atmospheric CO2 absorption and regional biological and anthropogenic processes. However, research on the collective impact of land-sea interaction and air-sea CO2 exchange on coastal ocean acidification in severely disturbed areas, such as the small islands of Lombok and Pari in Indonesia, remains limited. This study aims to investigate the daily fluctuations in marine carbonate systems and aragonite saturation (Ωarag) levels in the vicinity of seagrass and coral reef habitats in Pari Island and Sire Bay, Lombok. Seawater samples were collected from Sire Bay, Lombok, and the coastal waters of Pari Island to analyze the carbonate systems, CO₂ flux, and metabolic processes. The findings indicate that Pari Island's coastal waters are more susceptible to ocean acidification than Sire Bay, Lombok, showing significantly lower pH values and Ωarag (P<0.05), ranging from 7.60 to 8.00 and 1.04 to 2.54, respectively. This disparity arises from the decreased temperature and salinity in Pari Island's coastal waters during the northwest monsoon, coupled with the deteriorated state of the seagrass and coral reef ecosystems, altering the equilibrium of ecosystem productivity and calcification. The study underscores the necessity of adopting specific coastal management tactics to lessen the effects on fragile ecosystems, highlighting the urgency for additional studies to evaluate adaptive and conservation strategies to preserve coastal biodiversity and ecosystem services.

Abstract

Hub dari mesin screw press terpasang pada poros melalui alur pasak diikat dengan elemen pasak (key) dan berfungsi untuk meneruskan daya dan putaran dari speed reduser ke worm screw,kondisi ini pada sa’at tertentu mengalami kelonggaran ketika dioperasikan, karena pengaruh friksi pada bidang pasak dengan alur pasak dari poros sehingga alur pasak dari hub yang juga ada beban dinamis puntir, rotating bending serta beban lentur memberi efek samping friksi atau gesekan pada pasak dengan alur pasak hub dari poros screw press, sehingga terjadi konsentrasi tegangan pada daerah alur pasak dan material yang mengalami fatigue atau kelelahan secara kontiniu, serta timbul retak awal pada material hub screw press, khususnya pada permukaan fillet, kemudian terus menjalar ke dalam dan akhirnya patah (fracture). Insiden kerusakan ini terjadi pada suatu pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit secara rutin sebelum 4 (empat) bulan pakai. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian, analisis, mencari dan mengetahui penyebab failure/kerusakan (Root Caused Failure Analysis). Penelitian ini diawali dengan pemeriksaan visual, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji laboratorium yang meliputi uji metalografi, uji fraktografi, uji kekerasan, uji komposisi kimia dan menentukan tindakan preventiv untuk meminimalisir kerusakan hub screw press. Inisiatif selanjutnya melakukan optimisasi teknik pemeliharaan terhadap mesin pabrik PKS.dengan memprioritaskan prosedur pengoperasian mesin screw press, yang sesuai standar operating prosedur (SOP buku manual) mesin pabrik produk asal, disamping itu melakukan kontrol kualitas terhadap fabrikasi material hub, seperti uji komposisi kimia, uji kekerasan, microscopic, makroscopic, uji metallographi, dan membandingkan specimen uji dengan material produk standar pabrik, diikuti dengan supervisi terhadap optimasi teknik pemeliharaan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penempaan (forging) adalah proses pembentukan logam secara plastis dengan mempergunakan gaya tekan untuk mengubah bentuk atau ukuran dari logam yang dikerjakan. Proses tempa ini bias dilakukan dengan 3 cara yaitu pengerjaan dingin (cold working), pengerjaan hangat (warm) dan pengerjaan panas (hot working) dimana parameter dasarnya adalah temperature rekristalisasi. Tujuan Penelitian Perencanaan Mesin Tempa Logam Dengan Sistem Forging Hammer adalah untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dan waktu yang relative cepat. Mesin ini menggunakan daya yang dihasilkan oleh motor listrik, karena adanya daya motor listrik sehingga poros dapat berputar dan berfungsi sebagai pemutar noken penekan, sehingga lengan ayun dan hammer / palu  naik turun  menempa logam material. Cara kerja mesin tempa logam dengan sistem forging hammer, digerakkan oleh mesin listrik melalui pulley dan sabuk menghasilkan lengan ayun dan hammer (palu) turun naik sehingga menempa logam material dengan bentuk yang diinginkan. Daya motor mesin tempa logam dengan sistem  forging hammer ini menggunakan daya 1 HP dengan 2900 rpm dan diameter poros lengan ayun ∅12 mm dan diameter noken penekan  ∅35 mm, panjang lengan ayun 650 mm dan tinggi palu 136,5 mm dengan berat 2 kg, untuk hasil mesin tempa logam, mesin ini mampu menempa logam material Plat ST 37 dengan ketebalan 3 mm sampai 5 mm.
