Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan perbedaan gaya berpikir mahasiswa berdasarkan perbedaan angkatan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah noneksperimental design yang diberikan kepada 194 mahasiswa PGSD Tahun 2019-2022 pada salah satu Universitas yang ada di Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Yan-Piaw Critical-Creative Thinking Style Test yang telah memenuhi nilai validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya berpikir mahasiswa prodi PGSD pada setiap angkatan memiliki gaya berpikir seimbang, meskipun demikian pada setiap angkatan dari Tahun 2019 sampai dengan angkatan Tahun 2022 memiliki perbedaan signifikan. Perbedaan signifikan terletak antara mahasiswa angkatan 2019 dengan angkatan 2020 (p=-0,0005), dan angkatan 2019 dengan angkatan 2021 (p=-0,0434). Penelitian lanjutan harus menentukan metode belajar yang efektif berdasarkan perbedaan gaya berpikir mahasiswa.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya pemahaman matematis terhadap konsep operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan instrumen tes untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa kelas II SD pada materi operasi hitung bilangan cacah. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (RD) dengan menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu (1) define (pendefinisian); (2) design (perancangan); (3) develop (pengembangan); dan (4) disseminate (penyebarluasan). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas 2 yang berjumlah 27 orang. Penelitian ini bertempat di SD Negeri 2 Nagri Kaler di kabupaten Purwakarta, Indonesia. Soal tes berupa pilihan ganda dan esai dibuat dengan pertimbangan judgement expert, kemudian diuji untuk melihat validitas, reliabilitas, indeks kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Analisis uji validitas menunjukkan 6 dari 11 item instrumen valid, dengan reliabilitas tes sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian, 6 dari 11 item soal yang dikembangan dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman matematis materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah untuk siswa kelas II SD.

This research was motivated by the low science literacy ability of elementary school students. This is because learning activities do not familiarize students with completing science literacy ability tests or problems related to science process skills. Efforts that can be made are to make students accustomed to solving problems with science process skills in learning activities, one of which is to use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This study was conducted to determine the increase and effect of the application of the PBL model on students science literacy ability on heat transfer material in grade V for the 2022/2023 school year. To achieve this goal, a test in the form of a description containing indicators of science literacy ability is given to students. The research design used was a quasi-experimental research with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design design. The sample of this study was grade V students of SDN 4 Nagri Kaler consisting of 50 students divided into 25 students for the experimental group and 25 students for the control group. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that the increase in students science literacy skills using the PBL model is better than students who learn using conventional learning models and there is an influence of the application of the PBL model on students science literacy abilities. Students science literacy skills increased by 24.2% after being treated using the PBL model.

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan membuat instrumen tes yang sesuai dengan indikator berpikir logis matematis untuk memahami kemampuan berpikir logis matematis siswa kelas lima sekolah dasar pada materi pecahan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development. Dilaksanakan pada satu sekolah dasar yang berada di Karawang, SD Puri Artha dengan partisipan 30 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes tulis kemampuan berpikir logis matematis. Instrumen tersebut memuat beberapa indikator berpikir logis matematis diantaranya: 1) Menuliskan makna terkait jawaban pendapat yang logis; 2) Menuliskan hubungan antar konsep yang dipahami dengan fakta ; 3) Menelaah dan menganalisis berdasar logika; 4) Merampungkan permasalahan matematis dengan rasional; serta 5) Membuat kesimpulan yang logis. Soal-soal tersebut dibuat terlebih dahulu sesuai saran expert, kemudian diuji untuk melihat validitas, reliabilitas, indeks kesukaran, dan indeks daya beda soal. Analisis uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa 20 butir soal pada instrumen tersebut valid dan reliabilitas instrumen tes sangat tinggi. Sedangkan tingkat kesukaran tergolong mudah, sukar dan sedang, dan daya bedanya juga termasuk kriteria cukup, baik dan sangat baik. Dengan demikian, 20 butir soal yang dikembangkan tersebut dapat diterapkan sebagai instrumen untuk mengukur berpikir logis matematis. Dalam pembelajaran matematika pada operasi hitung bilangan pecahan siswa kelas lima SD.

This research aims to describe the influence of the CTL approach on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts in class III mathematics subjects in one of the elementary schools in North Jakarta City 1. This research uses a quantitative type of research and the method used is the experimental research method. This research uses a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control-group design. The population in this study were all grade III elementary school students in North Jakarta City 1. The samples in this study were grade III C 20 students as the experimental class and grade III A 20 students as the control class. Data collection techniques in this research are tests and non-tests. The instruments in this research consisted of Mathematical Concept Understanding Ability Test. The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive and inferential analysis to analyze quantitative data. The results of the research show There is an influence of applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach assisted by Monster Math media on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. Furthermore, there was a positive effect of applying the CTL approach, assisted by Monster Math Media, on the math concept understanding ability of students. This research is motivated by the low mathematical critical thinking skills of elementary school students. Mathematical critical thinking skills are critical for students to master. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the CPA approach assisted by AR on the mathematical critical thinking skills of elementary school students. The type of research used is a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design with the subject matter of geometry building space. This research was conducted on 42 students in one of the elementary schools in Purwakarta Regency. Data were collected before and after learning by giving test instruments of mathematical critical thinking skills of elementary school students and documentation. Data analysis techniques are done with descriptive and inferential analysis in the form of normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t' test. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that there is an influence between the application of learning with the CPA approach assisted by AR on improving students' mathematical critical thinking skills by 81.3%. Thus, the CPA approach assisted by AR can be used as an alternative learning approach that can help improve the mathematical critical thinking skills of elementary school students.

Students may encounter difficulties when solving basic multiplication problems. They proficiently recalled the entire multiplication table but struggled to locate specific results without reciting the whole table. Those interconnected challenges highlight the importance of implementing comprehensive teaching strategies. This study aims to support fourth-grade students' multiplication skills at SDN 3 Sindangkasih by applying the STAD learning model and finger-counting method. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with both control and experimental groups. Results show that the experimental class's average score improved significantly from 57 to 73 after treatment, while the control class's score increased slightly from 62 to 62.5, indicating no significant change. The significance value of the Wilcoxon test for the control group's pretest and posttest scores is 0.763, greater than 0.05, indicating no significant difference in average scores before and after the class. In contrast, the analysis for the pretest and posttest scores of the experiment class reveals a significant difference in scores (p = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that the STAD learning model combined with the finger-counting method significantly improves students' multiplication skills. The findings suggest that the finger-counting method effectively supports students' multiplication abilities by providing a tangible and interactive approach to learning.

The village of Rasau Jaya Dua is primarily composed of peatlands, and since most of its residents are farmers, much of their agricultural activities take place on these lands. The practice of burning peatlands for farming purposes raises the risk of forest and land fires. Additionally, careless actions like burning waste or improperly discarding cigarette butts on peatlands can also trigger fires. For this reason, researchers must evaluate the community"™s level of emergency response planning as part of their disaster preparedness efforts. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with a questionnaire as the main data collection method. A total of 44 people participated in the study. The results revealed that the Rasau Jaya Dua Village community has emergency response plans for forest and land fires, with 48% having a high-level plan, 6% moderate, and 25% low. The community also has fire suppression tools and basic supplies such as clean water, first aid kits, and masks.

Floods are one of the most frequent disasters that hit Indonesia, especially North Aceh District. Flood is a disaster that causes a lot of loss in the form of property and lives, disrupting the activities of the population. Therefore, flood disaster mitigation is important to be carried out by the government by involving the community to reduce the impact of flood disasters that occur so that this can reduce the number of flood risks. One of the efforts made by the government is a cooperative relationship between the government and the community to obtain optimal results. In reviewing flood mitigation efforts, a qualitative approach was carried out with research procedures that produced descriptive data. This descriptive data can be sourced from the local community and observable community behavior. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews. The results of the analysis show that there has been a flood mitigation effort from the government in the Krueng Keureuto area in the form of the current dam construction and cooperation with the community which is called community participation. This is done by inviting the community to be able to carry out flood disaster mitigation plans. Mitigation planning activities involving the community are carried out by studying and discussing things that might happen before the flood occurs, emergency response during the flood and post-flood recovery. Therefore, disaster mitigation is needed both structurally and non-structurally.

The parenting system has a significant influence on children’s development, especially in Islamic Education, which emphasizes discipline and responsibility. This study aims to analyze the differences in parenting systems between urban and rural communities and their impact on children’s Islamic Education. A quantitative approach with descriptive survey method was used in this study, involving 40 participants, consisting of 20 urban and 20 rural parents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical test, including normality test and Mann-Whitney U test. The result showed that there was no significant difference between parenting in urban and rural communities. Although there are differences in methods, such as the use of technology in urban areas and extended family involvement in rural areas. The overall of communication and parental involvement in supporting children’s religious education in both urban and rural settings.
