Abstract

Model BK Indonesia yang komprehensif nampaknya memandang pengelolaan sebagai tugas tambahan yang tidak penting. Akibatnya, aspek administrasi pendataan yang dilakukan konselor kurang mendapat perhatian. Survei pendahuluan yang dilakukan Asni & Yuswono tahun 2017 di 20 SMP dan SMA menunjukkan bahwa guru bimbingan karir mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola bimbingan dan konseling. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya konsep bagaimana menerapkan sistem manajemen terpadu dengan format standar. Wawancara dengan salah satu guru bimbingan karir di MA Maarif mengungkapkan bahwa kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh para guru bimbingan karir di sekolah tersebut adalah mereka tidak memiliki dokumen pelaksanaan program yang diperlukan dan siap untuk diperiksa oleh pengawas. dirasakan. Berdasarkan tantangan dan konsep penerapan BK secara komprehensif di Indonesia, maka diperlukan konsep manajemen pendataan untuk penerapan BK di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menjadi produk berupa modul Panduan Perancangan dan Penerapan Alur Pengelolaan Data BK. Produk yang dihasilkan lolos uji hipotesis kami sebesar 86% pada uji Pakar Konten BK, 80% pada uji Pakar Grafis, dan 76% pada uji Praktisi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, produk ini masuk dalam kategori “Baik”. Artinya produk yang dihasilkan dapat dikaji oleh para ahli dan digunakan untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan pengelolaan data bagi guru-guru MA Maarif. Karena keterbatasan penelitian, maka penelitian ini masih perlu dilanjutkan dengan uji efikasi dan tahap pengembangan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence the behavior of compliance with the Tax Law applicable in Indonesia for female individual taxpayers with marital status. These factors are analyzed from the level of Taxpayer Knowledge, Taxpayer Awareness and Tax Morale who do freelance work in the city of Jakarta. This study also analyzes Tax Morale as a moderator for the influence of Tax Knowledge and Tax Awareness on Tax Compliance. The population in this study are female Taxpayers with marital status registered at the Tax Service Office at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes in the city of Jakarta with the areas of West Jakarta and North Jakarta. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents who are the samples that have been determined in this study. Analysis of the results of this study test shows that Tax Knowledge and Tax Awareness have a positive and significant effect on the behavior of taxpayer compliance of female individual taxpayers with marital status. While Tax Morale as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of Tax Knowledge and Tax Awareness on the Behavior of Tax Compliance of female individual taxpayers with marital status. This research is expected to provide a reference to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia to find out the behavior of Individual Taxpayers, especially women with marital status, that the level of taxpayer awareness must be increased, especially by providing socialization and education about the Tax Laws in force in Indonesia.

Abstract

Microcirculation disorders are the focus of attention in cardiovascular disease research as they lead to serious cardiovascular complications. Nailfold videocapillaroscopy (NVC) is a non-invasive method that has great potential in exploring risk factors, clinical predictors and developing preventive measures for microcirculatory disorders in cardiovascular disease. This study was based on PRISMA guidelines, then adjusted with appropriate inclusion and exclusion criteria and the PICO framework. Risk of bias assessment using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). There were 14 inclusion studies including cohort, case-control, cross-sectional, comparative and multicentre studies. The results found that the utilisation of NVC is proven to be used in the exploration of risk factors, predictors and preventive measures of microcirculatory disorders of several cardiovascular diseases namely primary, secondary and pulmonary hypertension with vasculitis. Risk factors include endothelial damage, arterial stiffness, and so on. Future predictors can be done in patients with microvascular abnormalities suspected of systemic sclerosis, Raynaud's symptom and hormonal disorders. Preventive measures that can be carried out further supporting examinations in confirming disease disorders and complications. With the utilisation of NVC, the public can utilise this technology as an early detection tool to prevent more serious cardiovascular complications. AbstrakGangguan mikrosirkulasi menjadi fokus perhatian dalam penelitian penyakit kardiovaskular karena mengakibatkan komplikasi serius bagi kardiovaskular. Nailfold videocapillaroscopy (NVC) merupakan metode non-invasif yang memiliki potensi besar sebagai dalam mengeksplorasi faktor risiko, prediktor klinis dan menyusun langkah prevetif terhadap gangguan mikrosirkulasi penyakit kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pedoman PRISMA, kemudian disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang sesuai dan kerangka kerja PICO. Penilaian risiko bias menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Didapatkan 14 studi inklusi termasuk studi cohort, case-control, cross-sectional, comparative dan multicenter study. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pemanfaatan NVC terbukti dapat digunakan dalam eksplorasi faktor risiko, prediktor dan langkah preventif gangguan mikrosirkulasi dari beberapa penyakit kardiovaskular yakni hipertensi primer, sekunder dan pulmonal disertai vaskulitis. Faktor risiko yang didapatkan mulai dari kerusakan endotel, kekuan arteri, dan sebagainya. Predikor kedepannya dapat dilakukan pada pasien abnormalitas pada mikrovaskular yang dicurigai mengalami sistemik sklerosis, gejala raynaud dan gangguan hormon. Langkah preventif yang dapat dilakukan pemeriksaan penunjang lanjutan dalam mengkonfirmasi gangguan penyakit dan komplikasi. Dengan demikian pemanfaatan NVC, masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini sebagai alat deteksi dini untuk mencegah komplikasi kardiovaskular yang lebih serius.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the perspectives of scholars in Asahan regarding the postponement of pregnancy due to economic factors and its implications for married couples in Air Genting Village. While Islam encourages procreation as part of the sunnah, couples often consider financial stability, health, and psychological readiness before deciding to have children. This research employs a qualitative field study with a juridical-empirical approach. Data were gathered through observations and in-depth interviews with married couples who have chosen to delay pregnancy, as well as discussions with local scholars to understand the Islamic legal perspective on this issue. The collected data were analyzed descriptively, with triangulation applied to ensure the validity of findings. The findings reveal that economic concerns, particularly the ability to provide for children’s basic needs such as food, education, and healthcare, are the primary reasons for delaying pregnancy. However, scholars from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in Asahan assert that postponing pregnancy for financial reasons is not permissible in Islam, as each child’s sustenance is believed to be guaranteed by Allah. Nonetheless, delaying pregnancy is considered acceptable if done for health-related reasons or to ensure maternal and child well-being through birth spacing. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic family planning by providing empirical evidence on how economic factors influence reproductive decisions within the framework of Islamic law, specifically in the local context of Asahan. The study highlights the need for educational programs on pregnancy planning that align with Islamic teachings while addressing economic realities. Additionally, policymakers should consider strategies to improve the economic welfare of young couples, enabling them to make informed reproductive choices without financial distress.

Abstract

Penguatan kompetensi Qori dan Qoriah di Desa Lido merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur'an sesuai dengan kaidah tajwid dan qiraat serta standar seni tilawah Al-Qur'an yang terstandar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membina para Qori dan Qoriah agar lebih mahir dalam melantunkan Al-Qur'an dengan baik, benar, dan indah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan intensif, pendampingan, serta evaluasi berkala. Selain itu, penguatan kompetensi juga melibatkan aspek spiritualitas dan pemberian motivasi agar senantiasa membaca Al-Qur'an sehingga mampu menerapkan hukum bacaan sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu tajwid dan menjadi pribadi yang Qurani. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan mampu mencetak Qori dan Qoriah yang unggul dan dapat bersaing di event musabaqah yang lebih tinggi baik tingkat kecamatan, kabupaten, provinsi bahkan nasional serta tidak hanya dari segi bacaan, tetapi juga dalam penghayatan isi Al-Qur'an, sehingga dapat menjadi teladan dalam masyarakat Desa Lido.

Abstract

The rapid development of business encourages every entrepreneur to make a different form of service to attract customers. Fast service is its own attraction for customers. The application of a queue or scheduling system in the kitchen or chef can be done to avoid the accumulation of food orders in the kitchen or chef so that the time for serving food can be done quickly. Multilevel Feedback Queue is one of the scheduling algorithms on CPU scheduling in the computer's Operating System. The Multilevel Feedback Queue algorithm allows the process to move queues. If a process takes too long to consume CPU, then it will be moved to a lower queue thus the process of CPU interaction becomes less and the time is fast. In this study, a Web-based food ordering application was developed by applying a Multilevel Feedback Queue to create a food order queue.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method in learning Jurisprudence at MIN Bima City. PBL is known to be effective in improving concept understanding and critical thinking skills. This research is different from previous studies which mostly discuss PBL in the context of general education, while the focus of this research is learning Jurisprudence at the madrasah ibtidaiyah level. The method used in this research is qualitative. While data collection techniques through classroom observation, interviews with teachers, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the PBL method in learning Jurisprudence at MIN Bima City was in the form of project-making tasks, such as making ablution and prayer guides. PBL proved to be effective as shown by a number of indicators: Student Involvement, Student Enthusiasm, Understanding of Jurisprudence Concepts, Student Learning Experience and Teacher's Role as Facilitator. While the challenges of applying the PBL method include limited facilities, teacher readiness and time management. The implication of this research is the need for training for teachers in designing and adapting the PBL method, so that it is more effective in improving the quality of Jurisprudence learning in madrasah ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi metode Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran Fikih di MIN Kota Bima. PBL dikenal efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih banyak membahas PBL dalam konteks pendidikan umum, sedangkan fokus penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran Fikih di tingkat madrasah ibtidaiyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode PBL dalam pembelajaran Fikih di MIN Kota Bima berupa tugas pembuatan proyek, seperti Membuat Panduan Wudhu dan Shalat. PBL terbukti efektif yang ditunjukkan oleh sejumlah indikator: Keterlibatan Siswa, Antusiasme Siswa, Pemahaman Konsep Fikih, Pengalaman Belajar Siswa dan Peran Guru sebagai Fasilitator. Sedangkan tantangan penerapan metode PBL antara lain keterbatasan fasilitas, kesiapan guru dan manajemen waktu. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya pelatihan bagi guru dalam merancang dan mengadaptasi metode PBL, agar lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Fikih di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam era digital adalah meningkatnya kerentanan anak dan perempuan terhadapeksploitasi, kekerasan, serta pelanggaran privasi dalam ekosistem teknologi informasi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalahuntuk memberikan pemahaman dan peningkatan kapasitas kepada masyarakat, khususnya pemangku kepentinganlokal dan keluarga, mengenai kebijakan digitalisasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk perlindungan hak anak danperempuan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan workshop interaktif yang melibatkan mitradari komunitas lokal, organisasi perlindungan anak, dan kader PKK, dengan total peserta sebanyak 40 orang. Evaluasidilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta observasi partisipatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dansoftskill peserta sebesar 78% terkait penggunaan teknologi AI secara etis dan aman, serta peningkatan kesadarandigital dan nilai ekonomis berupa pengembangan konten edukatif berbasis AI untuk advokasi perlindungan hak

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the perceptions and level of exposure of undergraduate primary school teacher candidates to implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The research used a descriptive survey method involving 44 prospective elementary school teacher students from Muhammadiyah Bima University who were selected as survey respondents. Research data was collected using a questionnaire item that was numerically assessed and distributed via Google Forms. Then the research data, analysed using descriptive statistics and percentages to describe the characteristics of the data and respondents in seeing changes in the merdeka curriculum implementation policy in Bima City in the form of tables, graphs, or diagrams to facilitate interpretation. The research findings revealed that around 51% of elementary school prospective teachers fall into the category of moderate exposure to the Merdeka Curriculum. In comparison, 44% have low exposure, and only 5% have high exposure to information and implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This condition is influenced by several factors, among which the most significant factor affecting elementary school teacher candidates is motivation, with 67.4% motivated to explore the Merdeka curriculum. The survey also depicts the most common forms of support provided by the university, including the use of learning resources related to the Merdeka curriculum (41.9%), support through applications in courses (39.5%), support through the dissemination of information about Merdeka curriculum seminars, and some do not provide any support or mentoring (4.7%). Prospective teachers make various efforts to improve their understanding of the independent curriculum implementation policy, such as attending seminars and workshops on the Merdeka curriculum, seeking information independently from reading sources both from textbooks and online sources, discussing with lecturers, and being directly involved in the implementation of the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal storytelling strategy to build employee motivation at PT. Mega Green Technology. This type of research is a qualitative paradigm and an ethnographic method. The data in this study were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study are that building employee motivation through internal storytelling can provide policies that are used to provide incentives, compensation, sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and maintain internal company solidarity. Through an internal storytelling approach, it can reduce the gap between employees and leaders at work and produce better work performance to achieve company goals
