Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam era digital adalah meningkatnya kerentanan anak dan perempuan terhadapeksploitasi, kekerasan, serta pelanggaran privasi dalam ekosistem teknologi informasi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalahuntuk memberikan pemahaman dan peningkatan kapasitas kepada masyarakat, khususnya pemangku kepentinganlokal dan keluarga, mengenai kebijakan digitalisasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk perlindungan hak anak danperempuan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan workshop interaktif yang melibatkan mitradari komunitas lokal, organisasi perlindungan anak, dan kader PKK, dengan total peserta sebanyak 40 orang. Evaluasidilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta observasi partisipatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dansoftskill peserta sebesar 78% terkait penggunaan teknologi AI secara etis dan aman, serta peningkatan kesadarandigital dan nilai ekonomis berupa pengembangan konten edukatif berbasis AI untuk advokasi perlindungan hak

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the perceptions and level of exposure of undergraduate primary school teacher candidates to implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The research used a descriptive survey method involving 44 prospective elementary school teacher students from Muhammadiyah Bima University who were selected as survey respondents. Research data was collected using a questionnaire item that was numerically assessed and distributed via Google Forms. Then the research data, analysed using descriptive statistics and percentages to describe the characteristics of the data and respondents in seeing changes in the merdeka curriculum implementation policy in Bima City in the form of tables, graphs, or diagrams to facilitate interpretation. The research findings revealed that around 51% of elementary school prospective teachers fall into the category of moderate exposure to the Merdeka Curriculum. In comparison, 44% have low exposure, and only 5% have high exposure to information and implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This condition is influenced by several factors, among which the most significant factor affecting elementary school teacher candidates is motivation, with 67.4% motivated to explore the Merdeka curriculum. The survey also depicts the most common forms of support provided by the university, including the use of learning resources related to the Merdeka curriculum (41.9%), support through applications in courses (39.5%), support through the dissemination of information about Merdeka curriculum seminars, and some do not provide any support or mentoring (4.7%). Prospective teachers make various efforts to improve their understanding of the independent curriculum implementation policy, such as attending seminars and workshops on the Merdeka curriculum, seeking information independently from reading sources both from textbooks and online sources, discussing with lecturers, and being directly involved in the implementation of the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal storytelling strategy to build employee motivation at PT. Mega Green Technology. This type of research is a qualitative paradigm and an ethnographic method. The data in this study were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study are that building employee motivation through internal storytelling can provide policies that are used to provide incentives, compensation, sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and maintain internal company solidarity. Through an internal storytelling approach, it can reduce the gap between employees and leaders at work and produce better work performance to achieve company goals

Abstract

Default in the implementation of the work contract agreement between the project owner and the contractor is inaccuracy in drafting the contract clauses and the inability of the parties to comply with the contents of the contract clauses so that the parties are unable to take responsibility for implementing the clauses because they are considered unprofitable. Things that can cause default are: (a). There are changes to the construction plans from the project owner that are not in accordance with the contract clauses so that the contractor must bear the burden of costs and time for changes to the contract clauses. (b). The project owner is unable to make payments and repay project services to the contractor, while the contractor is unable to carry out its obligations in completing the development project properly and on time. For To minimize losses due to default between the project owner and contractor, the contract agreement is accompanied by a document guarantee equivalent to the contract value. The project owner and contractor must prepare a document guarantee with a minimum value equal to the value of the project and this guarantee is held by a third party, namely an official state agency, so that if there is a default by one of the parties, the confiscated document guarantee will be handed over to the party concerned. disadvantaged. The factors that can cause a default on the work contract agreement between the project owner and the contractor are: (1) Negligence Factor: Negligence committed by one or both parties, namely not fulfilling the achievements at all, the achievements made are imperfect, late. fulfilling achievements, doing what is in the agreement beyond what was promised, (2). Cost Overrun Factor: Cost overruns cause the project owner to be unable to make payments to the contractor and the contractor to be unable to complete the work.

Abstract

. Game theory is a branch of applied mathematics within operations research that focuses on studying and understanding competitive situations involving multiple parties. The rapid growth of e-wallet usage has significantly intensified competition in the digital sector. This study aims to analyze the optimal strategies in the e-wallet competition between GoPay, DANA, and OVO in Makassar City using game theory. The data utilized in this research were obtained through a questionnaire survey involving 100 student respondents. Six strategic attributes are examined: product, price, promotion, place, practicality, and security. The results indicate that in the competition between GoPay and OVO, GoPay's optimal strategy is to focus on promotion to maximize profits, while OVO's optimal strategy is prioritizing security to minimize losses. In the competition between DANA and OVO, DANA's optimal strategies include product, price, and place to achieve maximum profits, while OVO focuses on product, promotion, and place to minimize losses. Meanwhile, in the competition between DANA and GoPay, DANA's optimal strategies are price, practicality, and security to maximize profitability, while GoPay prioritizes price, place, and security to minimize losses. These findings demonstrate the varying strategic approaches each e-wallet employs to adapt to the competitive market dynamics and optimize outcomes based on their respective priorities and strengths

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of financial planning for university students in Indonesia who face financial challenges in pursuing their education and dreams. With low levels of financial literacy, college students need to understand personal financial management, including budgeting, saving, and finding additional sources of income. The research shows that financial education in higher education is critical to improving students' understanding of financial management and investment, which are key elements in achieving financial independence. In addition, the research also examines the financial planning challenges faced by students and workers, as well as the role of gender in investment. The findings show that university students have an initial awareness of financial planning, but are often hampered by limited resources. Meanwhile, workers, while more knowledgeable about investments, also struggle to set aside funds due to the high cost of living. Students' self-control is better than workers, who experience more pressure. Gender-based investment findings show that men tend to be more risk-taking, while women are more conservative. Motivation and financial literacy are key factors in effective financial planning. This article emphasizes the importance of better financial education to improve financial literacy among college students, so that they can manage their finances wisely and achieve their financial goals.

Abstract

Mallong- Longi Village, Lanrisang District, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province is the location for the implementation of the 2022 UNM KKNT team from the 2019 Mathematics study program. The people of Mallongi-Longi Village mostly make a living for farmers/planters. The problem that is still faced by the village community is that there has not been a healthy and beautiful environment in the home environment and its surroundings. The solution to this problem is to green through the SIGMA program. Greening management program to create a healthy and beautiful environment through planting hundreds of tree seedlings in accordance with the reforestation program and various other types of plants in the village environment. Furthermore, from the solution above, a work program in the form of SIGMA Day was formed, then the activity method used by the work program is to carry out a greening program in accordance with the systematics of the SIGMA work program. The results obtained during the implementation of the work program were the planting and distribution of tree seedlings in residents' homes and the surrounding environment of Mallongi-Longi Village.

Abstract

Kesehatan sering kali di salah artikan oleh sebahagian orang terutama cara penerapan hidup sehat.Mengingat di masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini, hidup sehat merupakan hal yang paling utama untuk tetapmenjaga tubuh tetap sehat. Seperti memakai masker, mencuci tangan setelah keluar rumah dan menjagajarak. Pentingnya hidup sehat bagi masyarakat sehingga dilakukan program penyuluhan kesehatanmengenai pola hidup sehat. Program ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan langsung dengan memberikanpenyuluhan mengenai gerakan masyarakat hidup sehat. Gerakan masyarakat hidup sehat merupakantindakan yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama yang berdasar pada kesadaran dan kemauan untukmeningkatkan hidup yang lebih sehat. Hasil pencapaian dari program ini adalah melakukan aktivitas fisikmelalui program kerja Minggu Ceria dan pelayanan posyandu. Bentuk kegiatan Minggu Ceria ialahkegiatan olahraga bersama masyarakat berupa senam. Bentuk kegiatan pelayanan posyandu ialahmembantu kader posyandu menimbang balita dan anak-anak, mengukur tinggi badan balita dan anak-anakserta mengisi buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak.

Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan subjek penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan dari suatu perguruan tinggi. Salah satu faktor atau indikator yang menentukan kualitas suatu perguruan tinggi adalah persentasi kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studi tepat waktu. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan kombinasi atribut yang menentukan masa studi mahasiswa selesai tepat waktu pada Prodi Matematika Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini menerapkan Pohon Keputusan algoritma ID3 dan C4.5 menggunakan Rapid Miner 5.3. Hasil pengujian penelitian diperoleh tingkat akurasi menggunakan algoritma ID3 sebesar 90,91% dan tingkat akurasi menggunakan algortima C4.5 sebesar 78,79%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tax planning, tax avoidance, dan intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Populasi yang digunakan ialah perusahaan sektor konstruksi yang teregistrasi di BEI kurun waktu 2019-2023. Jenis penelitiannya ialah kuantitatif mempergunakan data sekunder. Dalam menentukan sampelnya, dipergunakan teknik purposive sampling yang didapat jumlahnya ialah 8 perusahaan dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun, yang diartikan total sampelnya didapat sejumlah 40 data sampel. Penelitian ini mempergunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 dengan metode uji statistik deskriptif, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas, autokorelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda, uji t, hingga uji f. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan, tax planning tak memengaruhi signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui tingkat signifikansinya senilai 0,427. Sedangkan tax avoidance memengaruhi signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui tingkat signifikansinya senilai 0,003 dan variabel lainnya yaitu intellectual capital memengaruhi signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui taraf signifikansinya senilai 0,007.
