This study aims to describe the application of local wisdom-based character education as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors at SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang Malang City. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The results showed that the application of character education based on local wisdom for children with special needs was effective, explored the potential of students, instilled character values, and supported the process of growth and development of students both in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The supporting factors are the school principal, student guardians who really support its implementation, and the facilities and infrastructure are very supportive. Inhibiting factors, there are no significant inhibiting factors because the facilities are adequate. It's just that the teacher who teaches art has one teacher.

The Wayang Performance of Enthus Susmono: A Resistance of Tegal-Pesisiran Identity in Breaking the Tradition Hegemony Hariyanto, Hariyanto

AbstractThis article aims to reveal and explain the process of cultural resistance appeared as a result of cultural violence conducted by authoritarian government regime in Indonesia. The standardization process of puppetry style, which was based on the tradition hegemony of Keraton Surakarta and Ngayogyakarta, in Enthus Susmono’s view, was considered as being a political practice of cultural violence existed during the New Order era – a practice that seemed to eliminate minor puppetry traditions in the Javanese culture. It is in the framework of Titon’s model that the appearance of a culture form may result from a historical memory that this article tries to explain the cultural resistance efforts by Susmono, which were represented in his performance of Wayang golek Gagrag Tegalan, in order to articulate the cultural identity of Tegal-Pesisiran.Keywords: Enthus Susmono; wayang golek Tegal; wayang PesisiranAbstrakWayang Gaya Enthus Susmono: Resistensi Identitas Tegal-Pesisiran dalam Mendobrak Hegemoni Tradisi. Tulisan ini ingin mengungkap serta menjelaskan proses resistensi kultural yang timbul akibat praktik kekerasan budaya oleh hegemoni rezim pemerintahan yang otoriter di Indonesia. Upaya standarisasi pedalangan yang berpijak pada hegemoni tradisi dua istana, yaitu Surakarta dan Ngayogyakarta, oleh Enthus Susmono dipandang sebagai praktik politik kekerasan budaya terjadi semasa Orde Baru, yang seolah-olah menghilangkan berbagai tradisi kecil dunia pedalangan di Jawa. Melalui Pandangan Titon bahwa kemunculan sebuah bentuk kebudayaan yang didasari oleh memori kesejarahan, artikel ini menjelaskan mengenai resistensi kultural yang dilakukan Enthus Susmono, yakni melalui karyanya dalam pertunjukan Wayang Golek Gagrag Tegalan, untuk mengekspresikan dan mengartikulasikan identitas budaya Tegal-Pesisiran.Kata kunci: Enthus Susmono; wayang golek Tegal; wayang Pesisiran

Many peoples say, aggressive childrens have a tendency to be naughty even they are justified as bad boys, stubborn, and difficult to mansge. As long as their aggressiveness is positive, it does not matter to them. The environment is quite influential in helping them grow. Emotional Smart is intended to provide the ability for the child to be able to process and train the emotional stability. This is certainly through help and assistance provided by parents and teachers. Among the media that can help the development of children’s emotional intelligence are story and music. Many studies stated that these two things not only help the child in developing intellectual intelligence, but also in developing his emotional intelligence. These two media will be discussed in this article.

The problem addressed in this study was the low learning outcomes in Pancasila Education among fifth-grade students at SDN 5 Metro Timur. This research aimed to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model assisted by animated video media on students’ learning outcomes. The study employed a quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 41 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through tests and observations and were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that Fcount (16.296) was higher than Ftable (4.38) with a significance value of 0.001, which was lower than 0.05. These findings indicate that the inquiry learning model supported by animated video media has a significant effect on the Pancasila Education learning outcomes of fifth-grade students.

The fisheries sector is at the criticality of Indonesia’s maritime sovereignty, economic resilience and coastal communities’ livelihood security. Simultaneously, the increase in foreign investments on marine and fisheries activities has aroused big apprehensions over resource depletion, inequality in profit sharing as well as diminishing power of small-scale fishers. This is further complicated by Indonesia’s overlapping legal regimes, particularly the Fisheries Law and the Investment Law, as well as international ones such as UNCLOS. This study focuses on the legal protection in Indonesia regarding the fisheries sector affected by foreign investment, to see from normative and scientific perspectives. It also aims to offer directions for how regulatory reform can be shaped through a social-state perspective. The study with semi-structure qualitative descriptive method use Systematic Literature Review (SLR) followed by bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer and PRISMA mapping. Initially, 128 articles published from 2021 to 2025 underwent a screening process by following the Global PRISMA model as per meta-analysis standards; finally, 20 articles met the final inclusion criteria. Results indicate that ongoing discourses are still mostly governed by technocratic and punitive law-making processes. Thus, little attention is paid to the legal re-establishment in accordance with principles of distributive justice, ecological sustainability and effective involvement of the community. Regulatory gaps arise from unclear legal protection for small-scale fishers, and poor integration of the fisheries policy within the broader across marine governance framework. These gaps have resulted in fragmented protection and unequal benefit sharing from fish resources of Indonesia. This research advocates for a state–based regulatory model which empowers the state to act more strongly as both protector and distributor of maritime goods. This framework should be centered on issues of ecological justice, rigorous control over foreign investment, and an increased role for coastal communities in governance of fisheries. The research effort aids the creation of equitable, participatory, and sustainable legal policies for marine and fisheries in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem kontrol kecepatan motor induksi 3-fasa pada motor-generator set menggunakan kontroler Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) yang diintegrasikan dengan Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), SCADA, dan Variable Speed Drive (VSD). Tantangan utama dalam aplikasi motor-generator set adalah menjaga kestabilan putaran motor penggerak (motor induksi) ketika generator dibebani secara bervariasi. Melalui penalaan parameter PID optimal (P=44, I=2, D=0) dan penggunaan tachogenerator sebagai umpan balik akurat (akurasi 99,11%), sistem berhasil mencapai respons yang sangat baik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan overshoot minimal (1,00%), settling time cepat 0,120 detik, dan error steady-state rata-rata serendah 0,08 RPM, bahkan ketika generator diberi beban tambahan secara tiba-tiba. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi kontrol PID yang terintegrasi dengan PLC dan VSD efektif dan andal dalam mengatur kecepatan motor secara presisi dan stabil terhadap variasi beban.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran trainer kit pengendali motor 3 fasa dan jobsheet, mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran trainer kit, mengetahui tingkat kelayakan jobsheet instalasi motor listrik, dan mengetahui tingkat efektifitas media pembelajaran instalasi motor listrik. Metode penelitian ini adalah Research and Development menggunakan model ADDIE meliputi (Analyze, Design, Development,Iimplementation, Evaluation). Subjek pada penelitian adalah 23 peserta didik kelas XII Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 4 Kota Serang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan angket dengan empat pilihan jawaban untuk ahli medi, ahli materi, dan pengguna. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian didapatkan data (1) tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran trainer kit pengendali motor 3 fasa diperoleh nilai skor rata-rata sebesar 119 dengan kategori “sangat layak”, (2) tingkat kelayakan jobsheet instalasi motor listrik diperoleh nilai skor rata-rata sebesar 77 dengan kategori “sangat layak”, (3) tingkat efektifitas media pembelajaran diperoleh nilai skor n-gain sebesar 0.73 dengan kategori “efektifitas tinggi”.

Urban waste is conventionally framed as residual material subject to technical management; however, it constitutes a vital element of the urban ecological system. Focusing on Yogyakarta City, this study examines how environmental policy and Islamic legal reasoning in this context construct, justify, and address urban waste governance. Employing a critical legal studies approach to expose the contingent and ideological underpinnings of legal rationality, the analysis reveals that existing governance structures are marked by a fragmented and anthropocentric paradigm emphasizing managerial efficiency, immediacy, and the preservation of urban order. Within this framework, the concept of maṣlaḥah (public interest) operates as a justificatory dispositive that normalizes, defers, and conceals environmental harm, thereby producing what the article terms pseudo-environmental justification. This mode of reasoning reduces complex ecological relationships to administratively manageable units, effectively displacing systemic accountability. The article advances the concept of eco-governance fiqh (fiqh al-ḥawkamah al-bīʾiyyah) as a critical and constructive intervention. Rather than offering a purely normative extension of fiqh al-bīʾah (ecological fiqh), this framework reconceptualizes Islamic legal reasoning as an epistemic practice oriented toward ecological relationality, systemic interdependence, and accountability. By situating Islamic jurisprudence within broader discourses of law, power, and ecology, the study contributes to reimagining environmental governance beyond technocratic and anthropocentric constraints. [Sampah perkotaan secara konvensional dipahami sebagai material sisa yang tunduk pada pengelolaan teknis. Padahal, ia merupakan elemen penting dalam sistem ekologi perkotaan. Dengan berfokus pada Kota Yogyakarta, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana kebijakan lingkungan dan penalaran hukum Islam dalam konteks tersebut membentuk, melegitimasi, dan merespons tata kelola sampah perkotaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan critical legal studies untuk mengungkap landasan kontingen dan ideologis dari rasionalitas hukum, analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur tata kelola yang ada ditandai oleh paradigma yang terfragmentasi dan antroposentris, yang menekankan efisiensi manajerial, kecepatan respons, serta pemeliharaan keteraturan perkotaan. Dalam kerangka ini, konsep maṣlaḥah berfungsi sebagai dispositif justifikatif yang menormalisasi, menunda, dan menyamarkan kerusakan lingkungan, sehingga menghasilkan apa yang dalam artikel ini disebut sebagai pseudo-justifikasi lingkungan. Pola penalaran ini mereduksi relasi ekologis yang kompleks menjadi unit-unit yang dapat dikelola secara administratif, yang pada akhirnya menggeser akuntabilitas sistemik. Artikel ini mengajukan konsep fikih tata kelola ekologis (fiqh al-ḥawkamah al-bīʾiyyah) sebagai intervensi kritis sekaligus konstruktif. Alih-alih sekadar merupakan perluasan normatif dari fikih ekologi (fiqh al-bīʾah), kerangka ini mekonseptualisasi ulang penalaran hukum Islam sebagai praktik epistemik yang berorientasi pada relasionalitas ekologis, interdependensi sistemik, dan akuntabilitas. Dengan menempatkan yurisprudensi Islam dalam diskursus yang lebih luas mengenai hukum, kekuasaan, dan ekologi, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada upaya membayangkan kembali tata kelola lingkungan melampaui batas-batas teknokratis dan antroposentris.]

Reading is considered one of the fundamental skills through which a person understands the relationship between written symbols and spoken sounds. The ideal proficiency in reading is evident when a person can read effectively, comprehend texts, and expand their vocabulary. Through reading, a person can understand the Holy Quran, the Hadiths, and Arabic language books. One of the schools where Arabic is taught is Al-Rayah Islamic Elementary School in Sukabumi. The lack of diversity in the teacher's use of educational aids and the students' perception of the difficulty of learning Arabic indicate their reluctance to learn it. The objective of this research is to determine the method of using the picture guessing game and its effectiveness in teaching reading skills. This research is a qualitative and quantitative study using an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The data obtained are in numerical form through observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis method employed by the researcher is the t-test using the Excel program to determine (p(T<=t), two-tail). The research reached two conclusions: the use of the picture guessing game in teaching reading skills consists of two versions: one implemented through PowerPoint and the other using written tools. The effectiveness of using the picture guessing game was evaluated through statistical calculation in Excel. The pretest and posttest results showed a (P(T<=t), two-tail) value of 0.000778484, which is less than 0.05. This means that H0, which states that the use of the game is not effective, is rejected, and H1, which states that the use of the game is effective, is accepted.

Despite the high demand for interpersonal excellence in the tourism industry, student engagement in Vocational High Schools remains hindered by conventional one-way instructional methods. This creates a critical gap between classroom outputs and the professional communication and analytical depth required by the sector. While Experiential Learning is a recognized pedagogical framework, its specific integration with case-study-based approaches to address the dual challenges of communication and cognitive complexity in Tourism Service programs remains under-explored. This study adopts a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design to evaluate the efficacy of case-study-based Experiential Learning. Involving 65 students from a Tourism Service Business Expertise Program in East Java, the research design balances rigorous statistical testing with conceptual alignment to vocational needs. Data were gathered through structured communication observations and SOLO Taxonomy-based essay tests to capture multifaceted cognitive growth. Analysis utilized Independent Samples t-test, Mann–Whitney U test, and Cohen’s d to ensure both statistical significance and practical effect size. Results indicate a significant divergence between the experimental and control groups (p < 0.001), with the experimental group demonstrating superior outcomes in both variables. The calculated effect sizes confirm a robust impact, suggesting that this integration is not merely an alternative, but a necessary instructional shift. The study's novelty lies in demonstrating how the case-study-based experiential model acts as a catalyst for transforming passive vocational learners into industry-ready communicators with higher-order thinking depth, providing a scalable strategy for modernizing vocational tourism curricula.
