Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingginya mobilitas di Kota Tangerang menyebabkan meningkatnya volume kendaraan dan berdampak pada kemacetan lalu lintas, terutama di ruas jalan utama yang dilalui oleh layanan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Tayo Koridor 4. Metode pengumpulan data dengan survei lapangan, dokumentasi, studi dokumen, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Parameter yang diukur meliputi volume lalu lintas, kapasitas jalan, tingkat pelayanan jalan, faktor muat, waktu antara, kecepatan perjalanan, waktu sirkulasi, serta evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap aspek aksesibilitas, ketepatan waktu, tarif, maupun keamanan dan kenyamanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan jalan paling rendah selama 3 tahun berada di kategori LOS E dan D artinya kondisi lalu lintas berada di zona tidak stabil, hampir mendekati kapasitas jalan.  Sedangkan efektivitas operasional BRT masih belum optimal. Faktor muat tergolong rendah di sebagian besar waktu operasional, waktu antara tidak stabil terutama pada siang dan sore hari, kecepatan rata – rata perjalanan rendah, serta waktu sirkulasi tertinggi terjadi pada jam sibuk pagi dan sore. Dari sisi kepuasan pelanggan, aksesibilitas (77,8%) dan ketepatan waktu (72%) dinilai puas sedangkan tarif (81%), keamanan dan kenyamanan (85%) yang dinilai sangat puas. Namun, masih diperlukan optimalisasi manajemen lalu lintas dan perbaikan infrastruktur pendukung BRT sebagai solusi transportasi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The development of linguistic abilities in elementary school students is very important, this is because students' linguistic abilities have an influence on students' readiness to take part in learning at a higher level. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with literature study (library research). Literature study (library study) is research by collecting data through reading, literature, books, or several other references related to the problem being studied. This research using literature studies utilizes readings related to the research. The research subjects in this study were elementary school students. Based on the research results found, it shows that the theory of multiple intelligences initiated by experts, one of whom is Gardner, reveals the number (plural) of intelligence possessed by each individual. Apart from that, strategies to improve one of the multiple intelligences, namely linguistic intelligence, in elementary school children generally have several methods, here are 5 methods: singing method, field trip method, talking science method, interactive animation-based method, and storytelling method. These five methods are said to be able to train students in improving children's abilities in linguistic intelligence, also through activities that support students' linguistic abilities to be directed in channeling them.

Abstract

The focus of the study is: 1) Communication interpersonal heads of madrassas in decision making and policy improvement of quality ; 2) Factors supporting the communication interpersonal heads of madrassas in the decision -making improvement of quality ; 3) obstacles head of madrassas in communication interpersonal pengamblan decisions and policies quality improvement . The formulation of the problem in this study is how the leadership of the headmaster of MTs Ummi Lubuk Pakam in improving the quality of students and the purpose of this study is to determine the leadership of the principal of MTs Ummi madrasah in improving the quality of students. This type of research this qualitative research and data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that communication interpersonal heads of madrassas run by the well. Head madrassa raised an issue and discussed by listening to the input and output of the entire teachers and residents of the school are related. Head madrassa apply the value of the family to the entire citizens of the madrasa, so that citizens maadrasah feel dihaargai and dibutuhkaan so was born the attitude of loyalty that high directed toward madrasah and a sense of belonging madrasa good so kesdaran to improve the quality of madrasah is born of the whole wargaa madraasah it alone Making decisions that applied the head of the madrassa with a system of deliberation for the sake of generating results that best. Efforts to improve the quality of students who performed at the school by offering several programs -Program madarasah and extracurricular to grow skills and mentality of the participants students with the purpose of generating a graduate of the best of the value of the attitude and knowledge.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini merupakan bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para guru dengan tujuan menambah wawasan dan keterampilan dalam membuat media evaluasi pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan zep quiz. Berbagai tantangan dialami guru dalam menerapkan media evaluasi pembelajaran interaktif salah satunya di SD Negeri 3 Labuhan Ratu yang masih membutuhkan variasi dalam media interaktif. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini melibatkan 26 orang guru di SD Negeri 3 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyajian informasi, diskusi, praktik, dan pendampingan yang menghendaki para peserta untuk memiliki wawasan teoritis dan praktis tentang penggunaan zep quiz. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dimulai dari pembuatan akun sampai dengan pengelolaan output hasil evaluasi. Prosedur kegiatan antara lain: persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan penutup. Kegiatan ini menggunakan angket terbuka dan tertutup yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan didukung dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasilnya sebagian besar guru memberikan persepsi positif pada penggunaan zep quiz yang dilihat berdasarkan delapan aspek penilaian penggunaan media.

Abstract

The aims of the the study is to find out the significant between cultural awareness and translation teaching on Junior High School at Cinta Budaya (Chong Wen) and to know how cultural awareness and translation teaching on Junior High School at Cinta Budaya (Chong Wen) school. This research was conducted by qualitative research and the strategies and techniques on integrating culture into translation teaching on Junior High School are given for translation teaching by laying stress on imparting culture knowledge as well as translation skills so as to reduce students’ translation errors. The subjects of this study are 35 students in Class IX-B. The analysis on the investigation shows that the students are lack of cultural awareness and cultural knowledge, but they think culture knowledge is very important in avoiding translation errors in translation practice. In order to improve student’s cultural awareness and cultural knowledge, the following methods can be used in teaching translation.

Abstract

Adherence to antihypertensive medication is a key determinant of successful blood pressure control and the prevention of cardiovascular complications. However, empirical evidence indicates that medication adherence among patients with hypertension remains suboptimal. Therefore, a comprehensive and theory-based approach is required to better understand the factors influencing adherence behavior. This study aimed to map and synthesize scientific evidence on factors influencing adherence to antihypertensive medication based on the Health Promotion Model (HPM). This study employed a systematic scoping review design following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines. Relevant articles published between 2020 and 2025 were systematically selected according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings revealed that key HPM constructs significantly associated with adherence to antihypertensive medication included perceived benefits, self-efficacy, perceived barriers, and interpersonal influences. Among these constructs, perceived benefits and self-efficacy were the most consistently and strongly reported determinants across the reviewed studies. The Health Promotion Model is a relevant and applicable theoretical framework for understanding and improving adherence to antihypertensive medication through promotive and preventive nursing interventions.

Abstract

The results of observations at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo showed that student learning outcomes in PAIBP material, especially the Thaharah subject, still reached the percentage of 50% or 16 students who completed out of 32 students. This is because students are still not able to master how to stay well. The reason is not only students but teachers who are less innovative in using learning strategies. Less varied learning models that have been applied by teachers in the field of study do not provide the widest opportunity for students to be active. Although the teacher has tried to make improvements, student learning outcomes are still relatively low. Therefore, efforts or methods can be made to improve student learning outcomes, one of which is by applying the each one teach one learning strategy. The each one teach one learning strategy, the reasons for using this strategy are 1) Support and improve the learning process. 2) Train students to be responsible. 3) This strategy can be used in all subjects: this research has two formulations (1) How is the implementation of the each one teach one learning strategy for the subject of PAIBP thaharah class VII material at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo for the academic year 2021-2022?, (2) How is it improving student learning outcomes in PAIBP subjects through the implementation of the each one teach one learning strategy for class VII material at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo for the academic year 2021-2022?. This study uses classroom action research with various kinds of data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The application of the learning strategy of each one teach one subject of PAIBP thaharah class VII material at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo in the 2021-2022 academic year is very effective, (2) There is an increase in student learning outcomes by 19% from 75% of the first cycle to 94% of the second cycle of PAIBP subjects through the application of the each one teach one learning strategy for class VII material at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo in the 2021-2022 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of local wisdom-based character education as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors at SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang Malang City. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The results showed that the application of character education based on local wisdom for children with special needs was effective, explored the potential of students, instilled character values, and supported the process of growth and development of students both in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The supporting factors are the school principal, student guardians who really support its implementation, and the facilities and infrastructure are very supportive. Inhibiting factors, there are no significant inhibiting factors because the facilities are adequate. It's just that the teacher who teaches art has one teacher.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to reveal and explain the process of cultural resistance appeared as a result of cultural violence conducted by authoritarian government regime in Indonesia. The standardization process of puppetry style, which was based on the tradition hegemony of Keraton Surakarta and Ngayogyakarta, in Enthus Susmono’s view, was considered as being a political practice of cultural violence existed during the New Order era – a practice that seemed to eliminate minor puppetry traditions in the Javanese culture. It is in the framework of Titon’s model that the appearance of a culture form may result from a historical memory that this article tries to explain the cultural resistance efforts by Susmono, which were represented in his performance of Wayang golek Gagrag Tegalan, in order to articulate the cultural identity of Tegal-Pesisiran.Keywords: Enthus Susmono; wayang golek Tegal; wayang PesisiranAbstrakWayang Gaya Enthus Susmono: Resistensi Identitas Tegal-Pesisiran dalam Mendobrak Hegemoni Tradisi. Abstract

Many peoples say, aggressive childrens have a tendency to be naughty even they are justified as bad boys, stubborn, and difficult to mansge. As long as their aggressiveness is positive, it does not matter to them. The environment is quite influential in helping them grow. Emotional Smart is intended to provide the ability for the child to be able to process and train the emotional stability. This is certainly through help and assistance provided by parents and teachers. Among the media that can help the development of children’s emotional intelligence are story and music. Many studies stated that these two things not only help the child in developing intellectual intelligence, but also in developing his emotional intelligence. These two media will be discussed in this article.
