Abstract

In the era of globalization and technological advancement, the role of MSMEs in the economy is becoming increasingly important. However, the inability of MSMEs to prepare financial reports and fulfill their tax obligations results in difficulties accessing capital. MSMEs are unable to meet the requirements for obtaining capital through banks or other financial institutions. The purpose of this community service is to provide literacy to individual taxpayers (MSMEs) who have not properly fulfilled their tax obligations, particularly regarding the changes from Government Regulation 23 of 2018 to the 2020 Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) Law. The methods used were counseling and outreach regarding taxation and financial reporting for MSMEs. The results of the discussion revealed that the non-taxable gross turnover limit is IDR 500,000,000, in accordance with the 2020 Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) Law.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes student-centered learning, instructional flexibility, and the development of character and competencies. The curriculum provides opportunities for Guidance and Counseling (GC) services to become more adaptive, holistic, and responsive to students’ developmental needs. This study examines the implementation of GC services at Junior high school within the Merdeka Curriculum framework. The findings show that GC services have become an integral part of supporting students’ personal, social, academic, and career development. Implementation involves adjustments in service strategies, collaboration among GC counselors, subject teachers, and homeroom teachers, as well as the use of technology for needs assessment, individual planning, and responsive services. The curriculum has been implemented gradually, supported by school management readiness and teachers’ willingness to adapt. Its impact is reflected in increased student participation, more contextual learning experiences, and the shifting role of teachers toward facilitators. However, challenges remain, including uneven teacher understanding of instructional materials, limited collaboration within learning communities, and suboptimal use of innovative learning media for differentiated instruction. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening systematic training, providing continuous mentoring, and optimizing the use of the Merdeka Mengajar digital platform.

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of audit tenure in Food and Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. Specifically, it examines the influence of solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability (Return on Assets), liquidity (Current Ratio), and firm size (natural logarithm of total assets) on audit tenure. Using purposive sampling, 47 companies were selected, resulting in 235 firm-year observations. The study employs multiple linear regression analysis using SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that solvency has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on audit tenure, while profitability shows a negative but insignificant relationship. In contrast, liquidity and firm size exhibit a significant negative effect on audit tenure, suggesting that financially stronger and larger firms tend to experience shorter audit tenure periods. However, the model explains only 6% of the variation in audit tenure, indicating that other factors beyond the variables examined may play a more substantial role. This research contributes to the literature on audit timeliness and corporate financial characteristics in emerging markets.

Abstract

The utilization of tuna bone waste by coastal communities, particularly fisherwomen in Oesapa Village, Kupang City, remains limited. Most fish bones are discarded without processing, despite their potential to be transformed into nutritious and economically valuable food products. To address this issue, a training program was initiated to empower fisherwomen by utilizing local resources to produce tuna bone sticks. The main objective was to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in processing tuna bone waste into marketable snacks. The program included awareness sessions on the benefits of fish bones, hands-on training in tuna bone stick production, and guidance on packaging techniques. The activity involved fisherwomen from the coastal area of Oesapa Village. The results showed a notable improvement in the participants’ understanding of the nutritional value of fish bones and their technical ability in the production process, from raw material preparation to packaging. More than 85% of the participants successfully completed all stages of the training and expressed interest in developing tuna bone sticks as a home-based business. In addition, there was a significant improvement in all aspects assessed after the implementation of the activities, including cognitive, psychomotor, affective, metacognitive, and problem-solving skills. Participants showed an average improvement of 51%. Several participants also initiated small groups to collaboratively continue production. The training demonstrated that producing tuna bone sticks is an effective strategy for empowering fisherwomen. Beyond enhancing skills and nutritional knowledge, this initiative offers opportunities to increase household incomes and reduce fishery waste. This program can serve as a model for sustainable local economic development in coastal communities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Hypercontent-based Joyful Learning strategy on students’ learning effectiveness in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at SMA Negeri 1 Garut. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The research population consisted of all eleventh-grade students totaling 350 students, with a sample of 75 students determined using the Slovin formula and stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Instrument validity was tested using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while reliability was tested using Cronbach’s Alpha with a value of 0.730, indicating that the instrument was reliable. Data processing and analysis were conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results showed that the Hypercontent-based Joyful Learning strategy had a significant effect on students’ learning effectiveness, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.535 indicates that the Hypercontent-based Joyful Learning strategy contributed 53.5% to students’ learning effectiveness, while the remaining 46.5% was influenced by other factors outside this study. The contribution of this study lies in presenting empirical evidence regarding the implementation of the Hypercontent-based Joyful Learning strategy in Islamic Religious Education at the secondary school level, which has been rarely examined in previous studies. Furthermore, this study provides empirical evidence on the integration of innovative digital technology–based learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to enhance students’ learning effectiveness at the secondary school level. The findings also strengthen the development of innovative learning strategies that integrate digital technology with the characteristics and objectives of Islamic Religious Education to improve students’ learning effectiveness.

Abstract

The low level of student learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut stem from conventional instructional patterns. Over-reliance on the lecture method without varied media support makes the internalization of moral values less dynamic. Therefore, this study is presented to the effectiveness of Edpuzzle as a digital solution in transforming students' cognitive processes within the learning environment. This research employs a quantitative approach with nonequivalent control group design on 40 class IX students. Data were comprehensively gathered via observation and learning outcome tests, which was then statistically tasted through the independent sample t-test and N-Gain analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. The analysis revealed significant findings; there is a distinct difference in student learning efficacy between the experimental classes, and the control class, with a significance value reaching 0.000. Through Edpuzzle's interactive features, the experimental class achieved learning outcome improvements in the high category, far exceeding the control class’s moderate rating. This substantiates that Edpuzzle acts as an effective catalyst, not just a technical tool, for enhancing academic achievement in Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Cyber Art Group Indonesia is the Head Office in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang which is engaged in wedding planning and has one branch in Depok, West Java. Currently, between branches and head offices, data retrieval, and data transmission is done via email. And in branches there is no local network available, the local network is only at the head office. If you want to pick up or send, the marketing at the branch contacts the head office to send files, this creates obstacles for employees both at the branch and head office. Because all data is stored on the central server, if there is a need, it can be retrieved at any time. So for that researchers here create a local network between the branch office and the head office. By using the Redistribution Router method, data retrieval and sending to the server can be seen whether the time is faster by using the Throughput, Delay, and Packet loss measurement parameters. Connecting multiple routers as gateways and implementing OSPF and EIGRP routing makes data transfer easier and more efficient on multiple routers. After installing the local network between the branch and the head office, it is tested with a package size of 32 bytes, namely 100%. For the Packet loss value with a packet size of 32 bytes in the first and second experiments, it produces a value of 0%, where no packet is lost.
