Economic Studies Program STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. Padang. 2013. Local Government to allocate funds in the budget Expenditure in the budget to increase the fixed assets. Expenditure allocation is based on local needs for facilities and infrastructure, both for the convenience of the government and pablik facilities. This study aims to analyze : (1) Effect of Economic Growth on Local Spending, (2) Effect of local revenue (PAD) of the Shopping Area, (3) Effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) to Regional Shopping, (4) Economic Growth, Revenue, General Allocation Fund simultaneously on Government Expenditure In West Pasaman . Types of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. Object of research conducted in the West Pasaman. The data used are time series data year budget period 2005-2012 obtained from BPKAD and BPS. The variables tested were the Economic Growth GDP seen from the data (X1), Revenue (X2), the General Allocation Fund ( X3 ) as the independent variable and Expenditure ( Y ) as the dependent variable. The data will be analyzed through the classical assumption. While used to test the hypothesis significance testing and multiple linear regression analysis. This study found that : (1) Economic Growth significant effect on regional expenditure, (2) Revenue Expenditure bepengaruh significant, (3) General Allocation Funds significant effect on regional expenditure, and simultaneous hypothesis testing (4) Economic Growth, Revenue and General Allocation Funds significant effect on regional expenditure .

Abstract

ABSTRAKAn economic growth means that a development of economy causing to produce the things and services will increase and improve community prosperities. The economic growth of Padang City in the periode of 2001 to 2011 underwent fluctuating changes, so that it is necessary to be further studied on such the causing factors. The purposes of this research are to know the relationship between: (1) Consumption and economic growth, (2) Investment  and economic growth, and (3) Simultaneous consumption and investment and economic growth in Padang City.This is a quantitative research and it has been made in Padang City. The data used in this research is secondary data with yearly time series data in the periode of 2001 to 2011, collected from BPS (Statistical Center Board). The variable of this research is an economic growth seen from PDRB according to the constant price of 2000, based on usage, consumption and investment of Padang City. The model of analysis used is double linear regression analysis.The results of research show that (1) the consumption influences significantly the economic growth of Padang City, (2) the investment influences positively significantly the economic growth of Padang City, and (3) the simultaneous consumption and investment induces positively significantly the economic growth of Padang City.

Abstract

ABSTRACT BELLA SITILAMSYARI(NIM:0909026) Factors Affecting Demand Consumers Against Tuna Fish In Tiku Agam District of Tanjung Mutiara This study aims to determine the factors- actors that affect consumer demand for tuna in Tiku Agam District of Tanjung Mutiara. Where the independent variable is the price of swordfish (X1), the price of tilapia (X2), and population (X3) affect demand for swordfish (Y) as the dependent variable. The hypothesis of this study is tuna prices negatively affect the demand for tuna, while the price of tilapia and population positive effect on demand for tuna . The data used in this study are secondary data from the years 1983-2012, using data BPS publications, Fisheries and Food Security Agency Agam and supported by literature study by collecting data in accordance with the scope of the discussion . The data analysis technique used is the logarithmic regression equation to test the assumptions of classical statistics and test. The analysis model is expressed logy = log a+b3logX3+b2logX2+b1logX1+e. Based on the research results , obtained by the regression equation : logy = 27.176 to 3.082+logX1+2.569+7.215 logX2 logX3. In the classical assumption test, normal distribution of data, not the case heterosdastisitas, free multikolonieritas regression model, linearity test revealed a linear form and contain no autocorrelation problem. Variable price swordfish (X1), the price of tilapia (X2), and population (X3) based test of F > F table , where all independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent at the 5% significance level. While partially variable rates tuna and a significant negative effect on the demand for tuna, tilapia variable positive and significant effect on the demand swordfish, and a variable number of the population and a significant positive effect on the demand for tuna.

Abstract

Science learning should be able to develop the ability to think, to work, to use tools, and to live in the world for students. Integrated Science learning and integration of digital age literacy give good opportunities for students to develop fourth of these skills. But the reality shows that the implementa-tion of integrated science learning and integration of literacy in learning can’t be implemented well. An alternative solution of this problem is to develop integrated science learning by integrating digital age literacy. Before developing this integrated science materials it is necessary to conduct preliminary research as a basis for designing this learning materials. The purpose of this preliminary research is to describe the integration of knowledge basic competencies of science subjects, the implementation of integrated science learning, the learning materials available for science learning, and the integrating literacy of students. The type of research was descriptive research method. As object of the research consist of science teachers, syllabus and science learning materials, and students of grade VIII in ju-nior high school. Instruments to collect data consist of interview guide sheet, science syllabus and learning materials document, and digital age literacy test sheet. Research data was analyzed with de-scriptive statistic. Base on data analysis can be stated that results of this research are: 1). integrated science learning on  grade VIII junior high school students can’t be implemented well, 2). the value of integration of science learning materials and its application in knowledge basic competence can be classified into enough category, 3). generally science learning materials in integrated science text-books and science worksheet on grade VIII junior high school are still separated form, and 4). the average value of digital age literacy of students is classified into low category.

Abstract

Experiment is important in physics to explain and describe a physical phenomenon and its characteristics. For this reason physics teachers should conduct the physics experiment activities to motivate students in learning and to improve scientific process skills, scientific attitudes, and student understanding in physics learning. However, in the experiment activities of physics were found many problems such as experiment equipment was insufficient, there is no equipment, equipment can’t operated well, and so on. An alternative solution to solve this problem was to do the video analysis and modeling tool tracker on physics teacher. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of the implementation the tracker video analysis and modeling tool on physics teachers. The research design was pretest and postest for one group sample. The sample of research was 26 physics teachers of Physics MGMP teacher in Agam district of West Sumatera. Instruments to collect the data consist of pretest and postest sheet, performance assessment sheet of video analysis product and questionnaires sheet of physics teachers. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, homogeneity test and paired comparison test for one group sample. From the data analysis, it can be stated that: 1). the average value of video analysis products from physics teachers is 85.10 and this value can be classified into very good category, 2). the average value of responses of physics teachers on training implementation of video analysis and tool modeling is 73.81 and this average value can be grouped into good category, and 3). the implementation of video analysis training of object motion video by using tracker software is effective to improve the understanding the physics MGMP teachers in Agam district on learning material of tracker video analysis and modeling tool, but the average value of understanding still in the low category.

Abstract

Regulations and hadith texts explain there is no prohibition to marry when both are equal. Equality is a concept of equivalence between the couples who want to get married to get a sakina, affection and mercy family. In this concept, religious elements is the main and most important in equality. While the others just as a supporting factor, such as: education, offspring, position and economic degree. In determining the partner, every one should be understood the equality concepts and criteria in integrated, inductive and comprehensive, what intended to avoid mistakes in choosing a good couple. In this article, the author examine about: the equality relevance on household harmony in terms of normative and juridical value.

Abstract

Learning of physics according to the curriculum 2013 emphasizes the comprehensive achievement of student competence, so that the equality between soft skills and hard skills is formed. The role of learning materials especially physics subject is very important to support implementation of curriculum for physics learning. In fact, the knowledge and skills content of physics learning materials used students in school is more than attitude content. Development of physics learning materials integrated the values of emotional intelligence is the alternative solution of this problem. This research use Research and Development (R&D) method. This paper explains results of preliminary and main field testing of the physics learning materials integrated the values of emotional intelligence. This product has a validity value of around 85.83 or a very valid category. Based on data analysis, there are two results from this research. First, the practicality value of product according to teacher and student are an average score of 88.1 and 82 respectively or very high category.  Second, the physics learning materials integrated emotional intelligence values is effective to improve the student competences in learning. The results of research indicate that the emotional intelligence value developed in physics material is feasible using in physics learning than it able to realize the comprehensive competence achievement.

Abstract

One of the characteristics that the resulting product quality is the emergence of consumer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction will be achieved when the product quality of an organization that is supported by the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). The purpose of this study is to determine the level of implementation of TQM at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia, determine the level of customer satisfaction atSekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia, as well as to determine whether TQM affects customer satisfaction at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia. This study used a saturated sample technique by using the entire population of 113 as the study sample. Based on the results of the research level of implementation of TQM at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia already "good" it is based on the mean value of 4.0613 is in the interval 3.41 to 4.20, which means that the rate of implementation of TQM at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia is good. the level of customer satisfaction atSekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia Bekasi is at a level that is "good" it is based on the mean value of 4.1505 is in the interval 3.41 to 4.20, which means that the level of consumer satisfaction atSekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia is good. From the results obtained regression analysis models regression coefficient is Y = 9.274 + 0.429x which means that if there is no value of TQM variable, the value of variable consumer satisfaction is equal to 9.274 and if there is additional 1 value of TQM variable then customer satisfaction variable will increase by 0.429. Significance value 0,000 lower than the probability value of 0.05 indicates that the TQMvariable significantly influence customer satisfaction variable. Rated R-square of 0.689 or 68.9% means that the contribution of TQM variable to customer satisfaction variable is at 68.9% while the remaining 31.1% is contributed by other variables outside the study

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan membahas bagaimana pasca-putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi usia minimal menikah bagi perempuan dan pertimbangan dalam nilai-niali hak asasi manusia. Tulisan ini bertujuan: memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat bahwa pentingnya memperhatikan usia menikah sebagai salah satu bentuk perlindungan terhadap hak-hak anak, dan sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan tindakan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Pasca-putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi usia minimal menikah bagi perempuan 19 (sembilan belas) tahun syarat dengan pertimbangan nilai-niali hak asasi manusia, dan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk kesadaran masyarakat dan tanggungjawab negara atas perlindungan dan pemenuhan terhadap hak asasi (hak-hak anak, dan prinsip non diskriminasi) dan hak konsitusi. Persoalan ini lebih jauh melihat kedepan dampak dari perkawinan usia anak bagi perempuan dapat menimbulkan tindakan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan terkait dengan persoalan kedudukan hukum antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang secara langsung akan terjadinya pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak anak.

Abstract

This research has successfully designed an instrument to measure air pressure, namely, DT-Sense Barometric Pressure and Temperature (DT-SBPT). DT-SBPT is a smart sensor module on the basis of HP03 sensor. Data were collected using direct and indirect measurement. Direct measurement was done toward air pressure. Indirect measurement, however, was applied to determine the exact and accuracy of the measurement of air pressure. Data were analyzed by using two ways, namely statistic and graphic ways. The result of the research shows that DT-SBPT has high appropriateness and accuracy, which is 0.99. The air pressure around earth surface decrease linearly when the height increase.Keywords: air pressure, smart sensor module
