Difficulties experienced by students in learning Physics include both students and teachers not being able to recognize their learning styles and students' lack of creativity in learning which will have an impact on learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to analyze whether there is a relationship between learning style and creativity with high school physics learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive research with a correlational quantitative approach. The research population is State High Schools in Payakumbuh. Sample selection applies Purposive Cluster Sampling by selecting 1 from each school ranking, high, medium and low. The instruments used are the learning style questionnaire consisting of 26 items and the creativity questionnaire consisting of 27 items. The data analysis technique uses prerequisite analysis tests, namely the normality test; homogeneity test and hypothesis test using linearity test, multiple linear regression test and correlation test. The results obtained are as follows: (1) there is a positive relationship between learning style and learning outcomes. (2) there is a positive relationship between creativity and learning outcomes at a significance level of 5% or 0.05.

It cannot be denied that corruption is a special crime that threatens the survival of the state and nation, hinders development, and causes high economic costs and other negative impacts. This article's research method uses a qualitative analysis method, descriptive analysis combined with library research methods, to analyze laws and regulations related to the main problem. The discussion focuses on the scope of policies and regulations relevant to the business world and best practices for prevention efforts that can be carried out by the business world. Regulations prohibiting corporate criminal acts are clearly regulated, and business entities that commit corporate criminal acts can be held criminally responsible. Companies can implement anti-corruption programs in various ways. To increase the effectiveness of efforts to prevent corporate corruption, corporate anti-corruption programs need to be risk-based, communicative, dynamic, and continuously evaluated through measuring the success of appropriate internal steps and collaborative activities.

21st-century learning emphasizes the mastery of knowledge as a whole through the investigation of several points of view of knowledge, one of which is inquiry and STEM models. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the size of 20 studies on the effect of STEM-integrated inquiry models on science learning and learning outcomes. The moderator variables considered are education level and type of publication. The analyzed studies were obtained from Google Scholar and ERIC databases between 2013 and 2023. The results of the analysis showed that the influence of the STEM integrated inquiry model in physics learning on student learning outcomes had an average effect size value of 0.78 which was included in the medium category, based on 20 studies that had been collected. The distribution of studies discussing STEM-integrated inquiry models was most found in 2020 and international journals. The influence of STEM looks different at each level of education, with a significant dominance of influence occurring at the high school level.

This research analyzes the influence of teaching materials in science and physics learning based on a scientific approach on student learning outcomes determined through Effect Size. This research uses a descriptive study method. Research data was obtained from 20 journals regarding the influence of scientific approach-based science and physics teaching materials on student learning outcomes. The study is based on three categories, namely aspects of student learning outcomes, level of education and type of teaching materials. The research results show that in the aspects of student learning outcomes, namely knowledge, attitudes and skills, all three have a high measurement category with an effect size value of 1.05 each; 1.06 and 0.94. The influence of scientific approach-based teaching materials on high school students is better than on middle school students with mean effect sizes of 1.06 (high) and 0.70 (medium) respectively. The use of worksheets with a scientific approach has the greatest influence on student learning outcomes compared to other types of teaching materials with an effect size value of 1.15 (very high).

Student success in learning is very necessary to see the extent to which students are able to solve problems. However, it turns out that student learning outcomes are still low. The solution to overcome this problem is to apply the inquiry learning model during learning. This research aims to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes. The application of the inquiry model is seen from the level of education and physics and science lessons. This type of research is meta-analysis. Meta-analysis is research carried out by summarizing research data, reviewing and analyzing research data from several previously existing research results. This research article consists of 11 articles that have ISSN. The instruments used are category codes and effect size calculations. The steps of meta-analysis are conducting a literature review, collecting data, researching and assessing articles, analyzing and interpreting articles, and compiling report results. The data analysis technique in this research is to calculate the magnitude of the effect using a formula based on the mean. From the data analysis carried out, two research results can be stated. First, the application of the inquiry learning model has a significant effect on the level of education and subject matter, especially physics and science.

Based journals articles using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. The 17 journals articles average effect size value was 0.71 in the medium category, based on the educational level of the CTL model, the skills of students were more influential at the junior high school education level with an average effect size value of 0.952 in the large category compared to kindergarten, elementary, high school and university education levels. Based on the teaching materials used by the CTL model, students' skills are more influential in using solar system teaching materials with an average effect size value of 1.24 in the large category. As for the influence of the CTL model on student skills, the science process skills obtained are greater than critical thinking skills and creative thinking with an average effect size value of 0.816 in the large category.

E-modules or electronic modules are modules in digital form, consisting of text, images, even both containing digital electronic material accompanied by simulations that can and are suitable for use in learning. The aim of this research is to see the extent of the development of research on e-modules based on project-based learning in Physics subjects. The research method used in this article is bibliometric analysis using VOSViewer software. The publication data comes from searches on the Publish or Perish software based on relevant keywords in Google Scholar indexed journals. There are 200 articles that are relevant to the keywords entered. Research on E-modules based on project-based learning needs to be improved to determine the level of success of students in mastering Physics lessons and project-based learning study topics have great potential to be explored and can be combined with various fields to make this research unique.

The application of constructivist theories in literature reviews, particularly at the tertiary level, remains largely unexplored. This study aims to identify relevant literature reviews, what are their methodological features, and what are their objectives and subject matter regarding the application and impact of constructivism in learning. The method used in this tertiary study is systematic review. The purpose of the systematic review in this tertiary study research is to provide a careful summary of all available secondary research (literature review) in answering the research questions. In this study, researchers collected journal articles from Google Scholar, Eric, Science Direct, and Scopus online published in the period of 2014 to 2023. Based on the results of the collection and selection of articles by the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 articles were obtained. The article consists of 6 types of reviews, from 9 countries published in 15 Scopus and Sinta indexed journals. The results of this review show that the application of constructivism is carried out in learning activities in multi-disciplines. The impact of the application of constructivism is to improve learning outcomes, academic achievement, learning attitudes, and the effectiveness of learning activities.

The 21st century requires students to adapt and utilize the growing sophistication of technology. The expected 21st century learning is 4C skills to face global challenges. Students' critical thinking and creative thinking skills in physics learning are still low. The solution to the problem is that students need more interactive teaching media in order to increase interest in learning, digital teaching materials with Augmented Reality integrated CTL models are the solution to the problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the needs analysis, validity and practicality of using digital teaching materials with AR integrated with CTL models to improve students' critical and creative thinking skills. This type of research is Research and Development with the Hannafin and Peck development model. Data collection instruments include needs analysis instruments, validation questionnaire sheets and practicality questionnaire sheets. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative statistics. Based on the data analyzed, there are three research results. First, the results of needs analysis research which stated that students' critical and creative thinking was still low. Second, the results of product validation with the valid category. Third, the results of product practicality with a very practical category. It is concluded that electronic teaching materials for heat assisted by Augmented Reality and CTL models can be used in learning. Research implications, with electronic teaching materials assisted by AR CTL model, teachers are expected to be able to motivate, guide and direct students in building 4C skills.
