Sekolah sebagai suatu lembaga sosial diharapkan mampu memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan masyarakat mengenai pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan sekolah berbasis Teaching Factory di SMK Katholik St. Mikael Surakarta yang mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang berprestasi dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan industri(DU/DI). Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah : 1)SMK Katholik St. Mikael Surakarta telah melakukan perencanaan yang baik dan efektif mulai dari konsep perencanaan, evaluasi , penerapan perencanaan dan umpan balik penerapan perencanaan sekolah sehingga mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang berprestasi, siap kerja dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia industry, 2) Production Base Education and Training yaitu melakukan pembelajaran dan pelatihan berbasis produksi , Capacity Oriented dan Market Oriented yaitu produk yang dibuat siswa adalah produk pesanan atau job order yang punya nilai jual dan diterima masyarakat, 3) Aspek Ã¢â‚¬â€œ aspek penting dalam konsep Teaching Factory yang dijalankan oleh SMK Mikael yaitu : kurikulum berorientasi pasar, proses pembelajaran dikdaktis (pendidikan dan pelatihan), fasilitas yang menunjang, sumber daya manusia yang profesional, manajemen organisasi yang efektif, lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang mendukung.

An experiment to determine the best concentration of root growth regulator and bio fertilizer dosage to increase the growth of grafted cuttings of Cinchona spp. has been conducted in the shading of cuttings seedling Research Institute of Tea and Cinchona, Gambung from, April to June 2013. ExpeÂrimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with sixteen treatments in two replications. The treatments were: Root Growth Regulator (RGR) consisted of four treatments; 0, 25, 50, 75 mg/mlcombined with Bio FerÂtilizer consisted of four dosages: 0; 0,5; 1,0; 1,5 mg/plant. The results showed that root growth regulator combined with bio-fertilizer had good effect on first occurrence of root, root length and root volume. Root Growth Regulator of 50 mg/ml + bio-fertilizer 0 g/plant gave best effect on root length and root volume.

The objective of this research was evaluate effectiveness of Helicoverpa armigera Nuclear Virus Polyhedrosis virus (HaNPV) on twig caterpillar (Ectropis bhurmitra Wlk) mortality. The experiment was conducted at the Research Institute for Tea and Cinchona, Gambung, Bandung, elevation of + 1.300 m asl, from March 2011 till June of 2011. A completely randomized design was used with 12 treatments and replicated twice. Aplication of four level concentrations of HaNPV on three stadia of the twig caterpillar larvae were performed. The HaNPV concentrations were 4 x 106 PIB/mI, 4 x 104 PIB/ml, 4 x 102 PIB/ml and 0 PIB/ml, and stadia of the twig caterpillar larvae were 2, 3, and 4. The results indicated that direct application of HaNPV on twig caterpillar larvae had similar effect in mortality of the larvae, either in the laboratorium or in the greenhouse, with level of mortality was 70% within four to ten days periode. Laboratory expeÂrimentation indicated that 4 x 102 PIB/ml concentration of HaNPV applied directly on stadia 3 and 4 was effective in suppressing Ectropis bhurmitra Wlk. larva population while for larvae stadium 2 the effective concentration was 4 x 104 PIB/ml. In greenhouse experiment revealed that 4 x 102 PIB/ml concentration of HaNPV was effective in suppressing larvae of stadium 2 and stadium 4, while until the end of the experiment no indication of maksimum mortality in stadium 3 population.

Quinine was known widely as malarial drug and a bitter taste ini soft drink. Recently, quinine have been also applied in organo-catalysis process, separation and purification of chiral compounds from enantiomeric mixture by diasteromeric salt crystallization and chiral chromatography. Quinine contains various functional groups which easily transforms by oxidations. This research was to study the oxi-dation reaction of quinine by using potassium permanganate (KMnO4) as oxidator. The KMnO4 oxidation carried out under acidic con-ditions. The separation and purification of pro-ducts were done by radial chromatography with chloroform : metanol : tri ethyl amine (9:1:0.1) as eluent. The structure of products were cha-racterized by spectroscopic data including: in-frared spectroscopy, NMR, and mass spectro-metry as quinine-1-N-oxide and quininal.

The objective of this research was to eva-luate the effect of biofertilizer on the abundance of nitrogen fixing bacteria and growth of cin-chona plants (Cinchona ledgeriana Moens) clones Cib.5. The research was conducted at the Research Institute for Tea and Cinchona, Gambung, Bandung, from May 2011 until June 2011. A randomized block design was used with five treatments and five replication. Application of five concentration of biofertilizer were per-formed. Concentrations were: 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 cc/l of water. The results indicated that the application of biofertilizer gave the higher total bacterial population compared to the treatment without biofertilizer, but showed no significant effect on growth of Cinchona plants. Concen-tration of biofertilizer 8 cc/l gave the higher total bacterial population of nitrogen fixing.

The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of Helicoverpa armigera Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (HaNPV) on attack intensity of twig caterpillar (Ectropis bhurmitra Wlk) and the yield of clone Gambung 7 tea plant. The research was conducted at the Research Institute for Tea and Cinchona, Gambung, Bandung, from May 2011 till June 2011. AÂ randomized block design was used with five treatments and replicated four replications. Application of five controls method for the twig caterpillar were performed. HaNPV at Â 4 x 106 PIB/mI, and 4 x 104 PIB/ml, Bacillus turingiensis (Thuricide) 1 g/L, Spinosad (Tracer 120 SC) 0,5 ml/L, and chemical insecticides (Electric 500 EC) 0,5 ml/L. The results indicated that HaNPV at both the density gave the same effect compare to other insecticides tested on the attack intensity of twig caterpillar as well as yield of tea plant clone Gambung 7.

AbstractThe purposes of this study were to observe the effect of interaction between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and shoot cutting of quinine clones at nursery phase of quinine (Cinchona ledgeriana Moens) and to obtain the combination dosage AMF with the best Cinchona clone. The experiment began from March until June 2013 at Research Institute for Tea and Cinchona, Gambung, Bandung, West Java, on altitude 1.250 meters above sea level, type of soil Andisol with acidity 6,28 and type of climate B based on Schmidt and Fergusson (1951). This experiment used split plot as an experimental design with two factors and four replications. The main plot factor is Cinchona clones with two levels Cibeureum 5 (Cib5) and Quinine Research Center (QRC). The subplot is dosage of AMF with four levels, they are 0 g/shoot cutting, 5 g/shoot cutting, 10 g/shoot cutting, 15 g/shoot cutting. The result showed that there is no interaction between two clones Cib5 and QRC with the four dosages AMF to all measured variable. The AMF with 15 g/shoot cutting treatment showed the best effect to the percentage of AMF infection, root volume, and root length and significant for both two clones compare with lower AMF dosage.

Cinchona alkaloids are one of abundant natural chiral pool for organocatalysts. The application of an N-oxide group containing molecule in asymmetric reaction is currently wide developed. The structure of quinine consist two amine groups that could be oxidized to the N-oxide groups at N-1â of quinoline and at N-1 of quinuclidine moieties. The oxidation reaction took place selectively at quinuclidine moiety by controlling the concentration of oxidizing agents. In this study we showed that N-1-oxide quinine could be occurred chemoÂselectively by using a low concentration of ozone thana palladium catalyzed oxidation. The structure of products N1-oxide quinine was elucidated by spectroscopy data including 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 2D-NMR, infra-red and mass spectrometry. The developed method is a chemoselectively and eco-friendly method for synthesis N1-oxide quinine.

This study aims at (1) identifying the lingual form of disfemism in Joko Widodos Facebook account; (2) describing the addressing form containing sarcasm in Joko Widodos official Facebook account; and (3) identifying the sarcasm expression used by the operator and the uploader of the account. The object of this study is polite expressions. Linguistic unit of the expressions can be in the form of word, phrase, clause, and sentence. The data of this present study are sentence or sentences in Jokowis official Facebook account that contains positive connotation words. The data contexts of this research are discourse containing positive connotation sentences, the topic of discourse written by people in Jokowis account, the identity of the participant, and the context of extra-lingual that is based on the importance of the operator of the presidents social media account. The data collection was conducted through documentation technique. The data in Jokowis official account were copy-pasted. Then, the data were being read intensively to note the positive connotation utterance. The data analysis was conducted through referential (identity) method, pragmatic (identity) method, translational (identity) method, and articulatory phonetic (identity) method. The referential (identity) method was used to identify the topics that were stated by the uploader of the account. The pragmatic (identity) method was used to identify the background of (profession, organization etc) that appeared in their writings. The translational (identity) method was used in describing the origination of the language they use. It is possible that through the use of this method, this study finds the register on that account. Finally, the phonetic (identity) method was used to identify the utterance characteristic they stated. The positive or negative emotion of the speaker, usually, marked by the special pronunciation. To establish the data analysis, this study uses distributional method: substitution technique and paraphrase technique. Based on the data analysis, this study shows several results. First, the euphemism utterance in Jokowis official Facebook account using any levels, i.e. word, phrase, clause, and sentence. Through those levels, the writer presents suggestions and critics to the owner of the account Joko Widodo. Second, the functions that are stated through that account are expression device, communication relationship to the leader, integration device, and self-control device. Third, the topics stated by the people in that account are about the depiction of Joko Widodo that in their opinion, Joko Widodo shows pretending, the existence of Megawati in the election of Joko Widodo as a president, the increasing of IDR currency and other things at the beginning of his leadership. The expression shows hatred towards the elected president. Furthermore, they also express about Jokowis unability to establish the IDR currency and his leadership is judged as not good. In addition, to the people, especially netizen are invited to disbelieve to his leadership.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti Smartphone saat ini tidak dapat kita hindari. Dampak positif dari perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mempermudah dan mempercepat akses informasi yang kita butuhkan serta mempermudah transaksi perusahaan atau perseorangan untuk kepentingan bisnis. Perkembangan Smartphone saat ini banyak di manfaatkan oleh para pelaku bisnis dalam mempermudah menjalankan bisnisnya. Contohnya bisnis obat, perhiasan, baju, sepatu, kuliner dll. Lebih khususnya dalam bidang  bisnis kuliner, antara lain restoran, rumah makan dan cafÃ©. Teknologi smartphone android dikembangkan untuk melakukan pemesanan makanan di sebuah cafe. Implementasi aplikasi ini kemudian dianalisis mengenai kemanfaatan dan efektifitasnya terhadap pelayanan pemesanan konsumen. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert. Skala Likert lebih mudah dibuat dan mempunyai reliabilitas yang relatif tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis implementasi pemesanan menu menggunakan smartphone berbasis android dapat memberikan pelayanan secara cepat serta efisien, hal ini dapat diketahui melalui prosentase hasil dari kuesioner yang telah diberikan kepada pengunjung yang menunjukkan bahawa hampir 86,2% mengatakan sangat setuju menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk melakukan pemesanan menu.
