Abstract

This study analyses the implementation of Google Docs in supporting deep learning among students using the SOLO Taxonomy in the Development of Evaluation Systems and PAI Learning Outcomes course. Twelve students participated in this qualitative case study. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that Google Docs enables real-time collaboration that facilitates student development from unistructural and multistructural levels to relational levels. However, the digital divide and unequal participation limit progress to higher extended abstract levels. This study confirms that digital collaborative tools aligned with the SOLO Taxonomy can support cognitive development when supported by appropriate infrastructure and teaching. To realise the full potential of deep and equitable learning, educational practices must prioritise digital learning policies, SOLO Taxonomy support, and a culture of sustainable collaboration. Highlights: Real-time document collaboration supported structured cognitive progression within group learning activities. Most students demonstrated integrated conceptual understanding at relational cognitive levels. Infrastructure limitations and uneven participation constrained higher-order knowledge generalisation. Abstract

This article concerns Indonesian taxation of capital gains and the conflict between the benefits principle and the justice principle. It has been revealed that the Indonesian tax system is a mix of policies. However, the benefit principle is the leader in taxing capital gains in the capital market (for instance, there is a final rate of only 0.1% imposed on shares of the Stock Exchange). The policy is done to give a push to investment and make the tax administration more efficient. On the other hand, the justice principle is more potent in off-exchange transactions, where progressive rates are applied. The problem is focused on the point of view of efficiency; the pro-benefit policy is a significant source of distortions in the allocation of resources; from the point of view of distribution, the policy is regarded as unfair because it encumbers the labor income more than capital income, thus possibly causing economic inequalities and infringing on the principles of horizontal and vertical justice. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference is used. The data is collected through doctrinal legal research and observation. Those data were then analyzed qualitatively. This study concluded that to achieve a better balance than the current one, the researchers have suggested several measures, including adjusting the final share rate, treating short-term and long-term capital gains differently, establishing an inflation adjustment mechanism, and strengthening tax data integration.

Abstract

Fish communities in seagrass ecosystems are known to play a vital role in maintaining coastal biodiversity due to the provision of essential habitat, food, and shelter. This study investigates the structure of fish communities associated with seagrass habitats and evaluates the influence of seagrass density on fish abundance in the coastal waters of Pahawang Island, Lampung. Field surveys were conducted in October 2025 at three purposively selected stations. Fish assemblages were sampled using gill nets, while seagrass density and coverage were quantified along transect–quadrat lines. Three seagrass species Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemprichii, and Halodule uninervis were identified, exhibiting spatial variability in coverage ranging from 18% to 44%. A total of 87 individual fishes, comprising nine species, were recorded, with Siganus spp. being the most abundant genus. Diversity, evenness, and dominance indices indicated a stable and well-balanced community structure. Statistical analyses revealed a significant positive relationship between seagrass cover and fish abundance, underscoring the ecological importance of seagrass meadows in supporting coastal fish populations. These findings provide critical insights for enhancing management and conservation strategies in the marine environment of Pahawang Island.

Abstract

Kata kunci: Generasi Cerdas; Edukasi; Pencegahan Perkawinan Dini ABSTRACTEarly marriage remains a persistent social issue in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas with limited educational attainment. This practice negatively affects adolescents’ reproductive health, psychological well-being, social stability, and educational continuity. This Community Service Program (KKN) was conducted at SMPN 2 Keruak, East Lombok Regency, with the aim of increasing students’ awareness of the dangers of early marriage. A total of 50 students from grades VIII and IX participated in the socialization session, which was delivered by a lecturer as the main speaker, while KKN students acted as facilitators. The material focused on the negative impacts of early marriage, national regulations on the minimum legal age, and the challenges of household life at an early age. Evaluation was carried out through interviews with three selected students. The results revealed that students understood early marriage as underage marriage, identified health risks such as high-risk pregnancies and the potential for stunting, and recognized its economic, social, and psychological consequences. They also emphasized the importance of continuing education as future protection and acknowledged the role of peers in providing mutual support to avoid early marriage. These findings demonstrate that the program not only improved students’ knowledge but also shaped preventive attitudes and motivated them to postpone marriage. Thus, similar initiatives are recommended to be sustained in order to foster a smart, healthy, and empowered young generation. Keywords: Smart Generation; Education; Prevention of Early Marriage

Abstract

This study aims to examine and reveal the extent to which the quality of academic administrative services affects student satisfaction at MAN Purworejo. Student satisfaction is considered one of the key indicators of the success of academic administrative services provided by the school. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of this study consists of all eleventh-grade students of MAN Purworejo, totaling 357 students. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 189 students. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests, including the normality test and linearity test, to ensure that the data met the requirements for statistical analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test (partial test). The results of the analysis show that the significance value of the t-test is 0.001, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This indicates that the quality of academic administrative services has a significant effect on student satisfaction at MAN Purworejo. Therefore, the hypothesis stating that there is a significant influence of the quality of academic administrative services on student satisfaction is accepted, highlighting the importance of improving the quality of academic administrative services to enhance student satisfaction

Abstract

Seagrass ecosystems serve as important habitats for various marine organisms, including Echinodermata. This study aims to examine the relationship between seagrass cover and the abundance of Echinodermata in the waters of Pahawang Island. Sampling was conducted at four stations using the transect–quadrat method, followed by species identification and measurements of seagrass cover. Three seagrass species were recorded: Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemprichii, and Halodule uninervis. Eight species of Echinodermata from four classes were found, with Diadema setosum being the most abundant and occurring at all stations. Other species appeared selectively, depending on local habitat conditions. Higher Echinodermata abundance was observed in areas with greater seagrass cover. Regression analysis revealed a positive relationship between seagrass cover and Echinodermata abundance, indicating that denser seagrass beds support higher population levels. Overall, the condition of seagrass ecosystems plays a key role in shaping the abundance and distribution of Echinodermata, highlighting the importance of conserving seagrass habitats around Pahawang Island.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Village Head as a mediator in resolving land disputes in Benteng Village, Talawi District, Batubara Regency. Using a normative juridical approach, the research analyzes legal norms, statutory regulations, and relevant doctrines to understand the scope of authority and effectiveness of village-level mediation. The findings show that the Village Head's authority to mediate disputes is mandated by Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, which obliges the Village Head to maintain social order and resolve community disputes peacefully. Mediation at the village level is generally more effective than litigation because it prioritizes kinship, customary values, and social proximity among residents. The Village Head plays a central role in facilitating deliberation, verifying ownership documents, and issuing administrative statements to support settlement outcomes. However, challenges persist, including limited facilities, insufficient budget allocations, low legal awareness among residents, and the lack of formal training or mediator certification for Village Heads. These constraints hinder the optimization of mediation practices. Therefore, the study emphasizes the importance of government support through training, regulatory enhancements, and institutional capacity building to enhance the effectiveness of village mediation and ensure justice at the grassroots level.
Implications of Investment Policy on Legal Certainty of Community Land Rights Isnaini, Isnaini

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implications of investment policy on the legal certainty of people's land rights in Indonesia. Although investment is seen as a strategic instrument to encourage economic growth, government policies such as the Investment Law Number 25 of 2007 and the Job Creation Law often cause disharmony with the Basic Agrarian Law Number 5 of 1960. Through a normative juridical approach, this study examines the relationship between investment regulation and land rights protection, particularly in the context of agrarian conflicts that arise from overlapping authority, weak recognition of customary rights, and the unclear status of land law. The findings indicate that investment policy implementation often prioritizes the interests of investors over those of local communities, thereby increasing the potential for evictions, land disputes, and legal uncertainty. The case of Rempang Island and plantations in West Kalimantan confirms that inconsistent regulations contribute to the marginalization of society. This study recommends harmonizing regulations, strengthening conflict resolution mechanisms, and reforming land law to ensure a balance between economic interests and the protection of people's rights.
