Abstract

Isu sekitar Islam dan relasi gender dewasa ini bukan lagi menjadi suatu yang asing, melainkan menjadi topik yang diperdebatkan. Banyak kalangan memahami bahwa Islam menempatkan kedudukan wanita lebih rendah dari pada laki-laki. Islam dianggap telah memberikan perlakuan-perlakuan istimewa kepada laki-laki dalam hak-hak individual dan sosial yang tidak diberikan kepada wanita. Namun banyak juga yang mencoba menempatkan pada tempat sebagaimana mestinya melalui ayat-ayat al-Quran dan hadis serta pemikiran ulama, cendikiawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify past research trends on Islamic spending, evaluate research collaborative relationships, and identify future research directions.It uses 14 articles published between 2003-2022 about Islamic Expenditures indexed in Scopus (Q1-Q4) using a qualitative and quantitative approach, the Bibliometric method and Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This study uses VosViewers software and Publish or Perish. It is known that the author who has the most publications on Islamic Expenditure is U.H. Umar. The article with the most citations was the article entitled "A proposed model for waqf financing public goods and mixed public goods in Malaysia". The journal with the largest number of publications is the International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management. The countries that contributed the most to the release were Malaysia, Nigeria and Pakistan. This study makes several contributions, including for future researchers, the research results can be used as a reference to identify influential authors, articles, journals, countries, findings and methods. For researchers, the results of this study can be used as a benchmark and literature necessary for the development of Shariah consumer research and to reassess the gaps in Islamic cost or cost research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and the audit committee on the integrity of financial reports. The research population consists of insurance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a total of 13 companies selected as samples. Data analysis techniques include classic assumption tests, such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, and heteroskedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership, the audit committee, and independent commissioners have an impact on the integrity of financial reports, while managerial ownership does not have an impact on the integrity of financial reports Public interest statements This research is expected to serve as a valuable reference for enhancing understanding and knowledge in the field of accounting, as well as providing crucial information for investors and financial analysts in evaluating investment decisions related to companies.

Abstract

Susu sinbiotik merupakan susu fermentasi probiotik yang dikombinasikan dengan prebiotik. Minyak trans merupakan minyak/lemak dengan struktur trans. Minyak trans yang dikonsumsi secara berlebih dan terus menerus dapat berdampak pada sistem pencernaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh susu sinbiotik (SS) mengandung tepung pisang tanduk (TP) terhadap struktur mukosa duodenum mencit yang diinduksi minyak trans (MT). Sebanyak 30 ekor mencit jantan strain DDY usia 2 bulan dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok yaitu MT; MT+simvastatin dosis 0,4 mg/20grBB; MT+SS; MT+SS(1%TP); MT+SS(3%TP); dan MT+SS(5%TP). Minyak trans dosis 200mg/20grBB diberikan pada hari 1-14. Susu sinbiotik dosis 200mg/20grBB diberikan pada hari 15-28. Hari ke-29 semua mencit diterminasi secara dekapitasi servikal dan organ duodenum diambil untuk dibuat preparat histologis. Morfologi mukosa duodenum dianalisis secara deskriptif. Secara morfologi duodenum ditemukan erosi vili dan deskuamasi epitel mukosa. Tingkat erosi dan deskuamasi epitel mukosa duodenum dari tinggi-rendah berturut-turut yaitu kelompok MT, MT+Simvastatin dan MT+SS. Semakin tinggi persentase tepung pisang semakin menurunkan tingkat erosi vili dan deskuamasi epitel mukosa duodenum. Pada kelompok susu sinbiotik dengan 5% tepung pisang tidak ditemukan erosi vili dan deskuamasi epitel duodenum. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa susu sinbiotik memperbaiki morfologi mukosa duodenum dari erosi vili dan deskuamasi epitel yang diakibatkan oleh minyak trans.

Abstract

The purpose of this event is to find out the promotion mix strategy used in the implementation of the Pasar Murah event either promotion to the public or to the promoter / sponsor. This project implementation method consists of several steps; project preparation, project implementation, project completion, and project reporting. At the stage of project preparation, the project concept is determined, the establishment of the committee, and the project proposal. At the stage of project implementation, the determination of the participants and sponsors, and to do the promotion strategy. At the completion stage of the project carried out the implementation of the event Pasar Murah. At the stage of project reporting carried out is the reporting of the project promotion strategy. Promotion strategy used in this project is to implement promotion mix that is, personal sales, advertising, sales promotion.

Abstract

The research was conducted from May to December 2023 at the UNISKA Kediri Field Laboratory. The aim of the research was to determine the interaction of giving organic fertilizer from rabbit droppings and inorganic fertilizer on tomato growth and production. The materials used are two types of rabbit manure, namely solid and liquid, inorganic fertilizer NPK 16:16:16 and tomato plant seeds. RAKF research method (Randomized Group Factorial Design). The first factor is rabbit manure fertilizer, consisting of two levels, the second factor is inorganic fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, so that 8 treatment combinations are obtained. After the data is obtained, an analysis of variance is carried out and continued with BNT 5% if there is a real influence on a single factor and a DMRT test is carried out if an interaction occurs. It was found that solid rabbit manure had a very significant effect on the number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, number of fruit and fruit weight. Inorganic fertilizers have a significant effect on the number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, number of fruit and fruit weight. The best rabbit manure treatment is solid rabbit manure (K1) and the best inorganic fertilizer treatment is NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer treatment with doses of 5 grams and 7.5 grams.

Abstract

Customers at Bandung's Mie Gacoan Surya Sumantri were the subjects of this study. The goal of this study is to ascertain the relative and simultaneous effects of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Bandung City's Mie Gacoan Surya Sumantri. Both the associative and descriptive research methods were employed in this study. The unit of analysis in this study is the individual, which is the consumer in Bandung's Mie Gacoan Surya Sumantri. There were 60 respondents in the study's sample.Multiple linear regression analysis is the analytical technique employed; the validity and dependability of the research instruments were also examined. The study's findings indicate that the independent variables (promotion and service quality) have a substantial, partial, and simultaneous impact on the dependent variable (purchasing decision).This research implies that in order to innovate about the products being sold or add new products that can be combined with Mie Gacoan products, the entire management team at Mie Gacoan must review the types of content—both images and videos—that are in line with expectations and what consumers want. Abstract

Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan Penerbitan Sertifikat Pemenuhan Komitmen Produksi Pangan Olahan Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT) Berbasis Sistem Online Single Submission Risk Bassed Aproach (OSS RBA) Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Prabumulih beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen dan dianalisis secara kualitatif.  Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Sertifikat Pangan Olahan Berbasis Sistem OSS-RBA di DPMPTSP Kota Prabumulih bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses perizinan. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, pelaksanaannya menghadapi tantangan signifikan seperti keterbatasan anggaran untuk sosialisasi, kurangnya pemahaman di kalangan pelaku usaha, dan masalah dalam pelatihan serta fasilitas pegawai. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, diperlukan peningkatan pelatihan, perbaikan fasilitas, serta tambahan sumber daya manusia. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan implementasi OSS-RBA dapat lebih efisien dan memberikan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik di Kota Prabumulih.

Abstract

ABSTRAKVerifikasi koleksi perpustakaan pasca pelabelan call number merupakan kegiatan verifikasi terhadap koleksi perpustakaan pasca dilakukannya pelabelan call number pada punggung-punggung koleksi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan karena ditemukan sejumlah koleksi yang belum mendapatkan label call number pasca kegiatan pelabelan call number pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat semester gasal 2023/2024. Sejumlah besar koleksi tersebut bahkan telah ditempel call number nya pada punggung buku masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan diskusi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi:  (1) rekruitmen anggota, (2) mengurus perizinan, (3) menetapkan warna identitas verifikator, (4) mengunggah file Buku Inventaris Koleksi Perpustakaan SD Negeri Manyaran 01 Semarang ke google drive, (5) melaksanakan verifikasi koleksi yang belum mendapatkan label call number, (6) menyatukan koleksi yang sama, (7) menjajarkan koleksi ke rak sesuai klasifikasinya. Simpulan, perlu perhatian dari pemerintah daerah maupun pemilik yayasan sekolah terhadap perpustakaan sekolah terkait: ruang perpustakaan, petugas perpustakaan dengan kompetensi di bidang perpustakaan, penganggaran operasional perpustakaan, program baca koleksi perpustakaan, membuat program-program menarik agar peserta didik meningkat minat bacanya.  Kata kunci:  call number, label call number, klasifikasi, koleksi, perpustakaan sekolah dasar ABSTRACTVerification of library collections after call number labeling is an activity to verify library collections after labeling call numbers on the backs of collections. This activity was carried out because it was found that a number of collections had not received call number labels after call number labeling activities in the 2023/2024 odd semester community service activities. A large number of these collections even have call numbers affixed to the spine of each book.  The methods used were observation and discussion.  Activities include:  (1) recruitment of members, (2) licensing, (3) assigning verifier identity colors, (4) uploading the Library Collection Inventory Book file of SD Negeri Manyaran 01 Semarang to google drive(5) verifying collections that have not received a call number label, (6) putting together the same collection, (7) arranging the collection on the shelf according to its classification. In conclusion, local government and school foundation owners need to pay attention to school libraries related to: library space, library staff with competence in the library field, library operational budgeting, library collection reading programs, creating interesting programs so that students increase their interest in reading. Keywords: call number, call number label, classification, collections, elementary school libraries
