Abstract

The purchase of cosmetic product is a need that must be fulfilled for some women. The existance of cosmetics that have various types, colors, and advantagel in providing function for customers requires the cosmetics industry to further develop production tecnology and develop its marketing strategies to get position on the market. The study aims to determine the effect partially between ; brand image, a halal label and advertising on customer loyalty. The population is archipelago Natural PT consumer in Keadawung sub district Sragen regency in 2019. The sample was take by puposive random samplingbof 100 respondents. Data collection tecniquel use quitionanaires, after that has been tasted using instrument namely validity and reabibility. Classic asummtion test, namely normaly, multicolonearity, heterosdastisity, and autocorrelation. Hyphotesis testing uses multiple linear regression, t test, f test of model accuraly and coeffisient of determinan.The inquiry of the brand image variable is valid, the inqury of the variable halal label is valid, the inqury of the variable advertising is valid, and the inqury of variable customer loyalty is valid also. The multicolonearity test no multicolonearity, hetereskedastisicity test no heterskedasticity, the autocorrelation test no autocorrelation, and normacility test is normacility. Research of result is: “brand image, halal label and advertising there are a significant effect on customer loyalty moreskin cosmetic product in Kedawung sub district Sragen regency”.

Abstract

Cocoa production in North Sumatera Province from 2007 to 2018 tends to decline. The low cocoa production in North Sumatera Province is below optimal conditions which impact on the economic sector, so forecasting is necessary in order to support the development of the upcoming cocoa industry in North Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of cocoa production in 2021 in North Sumatera Province using the double exponential smoothing brown method. With parameter values  and values  obtaining the form of the equation for forecasting the level of cocoa production in 2021 in North Sumatera Province using double exponential smoothing brown is . Form the research result, the amount of cocoa production in 2021 in North Sumatera Province obtained tons.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinanserta lingkungan kerja pada kinerja pegawai DISPARPORA Kabupaten Pemalang.Peneliti akan mennggunakan analisis regresi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisisregresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, koefisien determinan (R2) dan teknikanalisis jalur. Melalui perhitungan hasil kontribusi analisis jalur penelitimendapatkan kesimpulan memiliki pengaruh langsung diberikan. Adapunpenjelasannya adalah analisis pengaruh X1 hingga Y pada Z adalah 0,256.Sementara pengaruh tak langsung X1 melalui Y on Z adalah 0,248 x 0,259 = 0,064.Kemudian (0,064 <0,256). Dengan demikian gaya kepemimpinan dapat melaluivariabel intervening, yaitu motivasi berpengaruh pada kinerja, tetapi nilaikoefisien tanpa melalui motivasi atau langsung kepada kinerja karyawan lebihbesar. Pengaruh langsung diberikan. Analisis pengaruh X2 melalui Y on Z adalah0,307. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung X2 melalui Y on Z adalah 0,581 x 0,259= 0,150. Maka total efek yang diberikan berarti bahwa nilai efek tidak langsunglebih kecil dari nilai pengaruh langsung (0,150 <0,307). Dengan demikianlingkungan kerja dapat melalui variabel intervening, yaitu motivasi berpengaruhpada kinerja, tetapi nilai koefisien tanpa melalui motivasi atau langsung kepadakinerja karyawan lebih besar.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Indonesian sharia banking industry’s growth chart shows a rising, albeit decelerating. Data published by the FSA indicates that Islamic banking accounted for 4.81% of market share to achieve the growth assets 11.97% as of June 2016. At the global level, the Islamic financial services sector including banking, control of 3% and together with Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates and Turkey became the driving force of Islamic finance in the future. Based on the data above, efforts are needed to accelerate the growth of Islamic banking in both the national and global level to take advantage of opportunities that are still open. One of the strategic issues faced and the impact on the growth of national banks is understanding and awareness is still low, causing public misperception among others, relating to the terms, covenants and transparency of the product; as well as costly. The problem will be discussed is how the implementation of sharia governance can be used as a means to increase public confidence in the Islamic banking and ultimately encourage the growth of Islamic banking. Regulation on governance in Islamic banking mandated in Article 34 of Law No: 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking which requires Islamic banks and Sharia implement good governance which include the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, professional and fairness in conducting its business activities with regard sharia principles in the form of a ban on business ac-tivities that contain elements of usury, maysir, gharar, zhulm, tabdzir, risywah and maksiyat. Besides Islamic bank based spiritual footing, which is committed to conducting business based on principles of halal and Tayib, so the function of Islamic banking can as an intermediary that is capable of pros-pering the people and sustainable. Therefore, Sharia Supervisory Board is obliged to ensure that banking activities comply with sharia and sharia governance principles.

Abstract

Centella's need for industrial raw materials is high as a medicinal plant. These needs can be met through rapid multiplication using tissue culture techniques. In this study, induction and proliferation for a callus of centella cv. Castina 3 was conducted in the MS basal medium plus 4 mgL-1 Dicamba withand enriched with 7 concentrations of BAP (0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, and 1.1 mgL-1). Two kinds of explant were used, i.e., leaf and petiole. The results revealed that the addition of BAP in MS plus Dicamba medim stimulated better and produced a higher callus growth rate, both from leaf and petiole explants, than that media with Dicamba alone. Furthermore, 4 mgL-1 Dicamba + 1.1 mgL-1 BAP had a friable callus in the induction phase and a friable-compact callus in the proliferation phase. From this finding, it can be considered to use a combination of 4 mgL-1 Dicamba with 1.1 mgL-1 BAP in callus induction and proliferation for Centella rapid multiplication.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menilai bagaimana perubahan pendapatan, harga saham, nilai aset, atau struktur modal dapat mempengaruhi nilai suatu perusahaan. Empat puluh sampel data digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan berbagai metode statistik, antara lain analisis deskriptif, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Struktur modal (X1), return on assets (X2), dan return on equity (X3) semuanya terbukti berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai Perusahaan pada usaha subsektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021 dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh struktur modal (X1), return on equity (X2), dan return on assets (X3).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotion mix and service quality on customers' trust through customer loyalty. The object of research in this case is Tupperware customers in Pemalang Regency who buy Tupperware products with a minimum of two purchases, and the segmentation is buyers aged over 17 years. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study. There are 100 respondents who comply with the minimum sample size rule on the fourth construct variable. The data analysis technique used in this case is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) from the AMOS 21 software. The model proposed in this research case can be accepted after meeting the assumptions of normality and Standardized Residual Covariance ± 2.58 and the Determinant Sample Covariance value with a matrix result of 5,597. The results of the SEM analysis to meet the criteria for the Goodness of Fit - Full Model model are chi square = 258,691; probability = 0.000; GFI = 0.775; AGFI = 0.709; TLI = 0.931; CFI = 0.941. The results of this model can be used in the case of this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the promotion mix and service quality can increase customer trust and customer loyalty. In addition, customer trust can increase customer loyalty. Meanwhile, customer loyalty can affect customer trust.

Abstract

Tujuan di penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi sebuah model konseptual tentang Hubungan bisnis untuk menciptakan nilai dalam mitra yang berpartisipasi untuk daya saing meningkatkan hubungan dan mengarah pada beberapa konsep teoritis, tetapi masih kurang bukti empiris tentang deteriminasi dan mekanisme untuk menciptakan hubungan yang mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja dan kemapuan perusahaan dalam beradaptasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pengaruh Relational Capabilities terhadap Business Performance dengan Maslakhah sebagai variabel moderasi. Studi ini diharapkan ikut berkontribusi pada literatur tentang ekonomi berbagi dengan menyediakan model holistik yang dapat di gunakan untuk menentukan dari strategi yang tepat dengan fokus pada orientasi pasar berupa pencermatan terhadap kebutuhan, keinginan, kepuasan pelanggannya yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan menuju=kinerja bisnis yang berhasil.

Abstract

Certainty and investors legal protection is the key to the success of capital market as financing and investment alternatives. To fulfill the international standards, Indonesia capital market regulation regulates the status of Clearing and Underwriter Institutions  organized by  Indonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI) and serves  to guarantee transactions settlement in Exchange as well as managing the Guarantee Fund. Other investor protection organized by the Indonesia Securities Investor Protection Fund (SIPF) formed to protect the assets of investors who lost and manage the Investor Protection Fund. This study aims to examine the position of KPEI as guaranteeing institution for the settlement of Exchange transactions to prevent settlement failures that can have systemic impacts, including how to optimize the management of Guarantee Funds. In addition, it was also examined how Indonesia SIPF could manage the Investor Protection Fund optimally in order to provide maximum protection. The method used is normative juridical with descriptive analytical research specifications. Data analysis used is qualitative juridical. Based on the results, KPEI is financial market infrastructure to prevent failure of potentially systemic transactions. Therefore, KPEI can be included as systemic financial institution. Either management of the Guarantee Fund by KPEI  or Investor Protection Fund management by SIPF can use the trust concept to be able to increase the Guarantee Fund and Investor Protection Fund so that the guarantee of Exchange transaction settlement and investor protection is more certain and optimal.

Abstract

The language variations and substance of Papuan millennials' speech on the Instagram platform are unique. The choice of language used reflects the fact of speaking Indonesian with a distinctive Papuan dialect. This study aims to describe language variation in Papuan dialect Indonesian instragram discourse. This research is categorized as qualitative-descriptive research with a socio-pragmatic approach. The study data are words, idioms, terms, and quoted sentences as well as features of Papuan millennials' Instagram discourse. The data is sourced from the Igers' accounts which are taken purposively and representatively. The researcher acts as an observer (silent reader /host follower). The data is analyzed inductively through the process of description, interpretation, and explanation. The research findings show that the orientation of language choices made by Papuan dialectal Indonesian Instagram account owners leads to four (4) patterns of language variation, namely: (1) patterns of Papuan dialectal Indonesian (IDP); (2) patterns of Indonesian (IL); (3) patterns of code-switching of Papuan dialectal Indonesian-Foreign Language (IDP"FL); (4) patterns of code-mixing of Papuan dialectal Indonesian and foreign languages (IDP↔FL). The results of this study illustrate that there is a variety of Papuan dialectal Indonesian (IDP) among young Papuans on social media. With these findings, people can find out about the context of language use in society, especially on Instagram. The findings of this study also strengthen the view that language is a cultural product that cannot be separated from its social context.
