Abstract

Sugarcane is one of Indonesia's leading plantation commodities. East Java, with the highest contribution to sugarcane plantations in Indonesia, is experiencing a downward trend in production and land area. Farmers experience a problem with limited capital. Credit is a solution to strengthen farmers' capital structures. However, credit uptake is still not optimal given the available ceiling. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence farmers' decisions to take credit and their effect on the performance of sugarcane farming in East Java. The data used is secondary data from the 2014 Plantation Business Household Survey. The respondents consisted of 1.040 credit farmers and 3.587 non-credit farmers. The methods used were logistic regression and Propensity Score Matching (PSM). The findings demonstrated that factors such as age, land size, seed varieties, cooperative membership, farmer group membership, partnership involvement, and association participation had an impact on farmers' credit decisions. Higher total production, revenue, costs, and income compared to non-credit indicate that credit has a positive impact on farm performance.

Abstract

Illegal gold mining (PETI) has become a significant problem and a primary livelihood source for some communities. In this study, we will look at how local governments have made efforts to anticipate and overcome PETI, which has caused damage to the environment and public health. It will also see how the local government has interacted with the community and PETI business actors to stop illegal activities and develop more sustainable activities regarding order and legal protection. The research method used is juridical-empirical. Research data is obtained from legal materials, which include primary legal materials such as laws and regulations related to mining and the environment, as well as secondary legal materials such as literature, journals, and previous research reports. The results of this study show that the government needs to conduct educational socialization to increase public awareness about the adverse effects of illegal gold mining on the ecosystem and the surrounding community. The community can participate in law enforcement against unlicensed gold mining by providing information and reports on unlicensed gold mining activities to the authorities. Developing and promoting sustainable activities can curb PETI and ensure our communities' long-term health and prosperity.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran sentra di TK Mujahidin 1 Pontianak menggunakan kelompok sentra terdapat pengembangan kecerdasaan linguistik anak usia dini menyebabkan keterbatasan kosa kata, kurangnya interaksi anak siswa dan terbatasnya komunikasi yang dilakukan antar guru dan siswa. Berdasarkan permasalahan fokus penelitian adalah bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran sentra dalam pengembangan kecerdasaan linguistik anak usia dini di taman kanak-kanak (TK) Mujahidin 1 Pontianak. Sehingga tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran sentra dalam pengembangan kecerdasaan linguistik dan dampak model pembelajaran sentra sehingga terjadi pengembangan kecerdasaan linguistik anak usia dini di taman kanak-kanak (TK) Mujahidin 1 Pontianak. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan hasil dari obervasi pengamatan seacara langsung, wawancara terhadapa guru dan dokumentasi bukti penelitian. Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran sentra anak usia dini di TK Mujahidin 1 Pontianak terdiri bercerita, bernyanyi, bermain peran dan tanya jawab. Dampak pengembangan kecerdasaan linguistik yaitu anak mampu menyebutkan huruf vokal, nama benda, mengelompokan gambar dan membaca nama nya sendiri.

Abstract

Medical records are essential to health services. In Indonesian hospitals, RME is utilized to a degree of 65%. The Bhayangkara TK III Hoegeng Imam Santoso Hospital in Banjarmasin has RME filling completeness rates that range from 42% in the inpatient room to less than 60% between August and December. evaluating how well nurses performed in filling out electronic medical records in the inpatient room of Bhayangkara Hospital TK III Hoegeng Imam Santoso Banjarmasin by looking at knowledge, tenure, work motivation, and job design. This study used a cross sectional design. The research subjects consisted of 42 nurses in the inpatient room of Bhayangkara TK III Hoegeng Imam Santoso Hospital Banjarmasin Data analysis of chi square test and multiple logistic regression test. The results of the analysis with chi square showed the p value of knowledge (p = 0.000), tenure (p = 0.4390, work motivation (p = 0.032), and job design (p = 0.004). Knowledge variable is most associated with nurse performance (Exp(B)= 14.993. There is a relationship between knowledge, work motivation, and job design. There was no relationship between length of service and nurses' performance in filling out electronic medical records in the inpatient room of Bhayangkara Hospital TK III Hoegeng Imam Santoso Banjarmasin. Abstract

In order to maintain the stability of the quality of Islamic education; Islamic conflict management in Child Friendly Elementry School (CFES) is a necessity; in order to minimize the chance of conflict and bring friendliness evenly to all HR in schools, including teachers; as one of the most critical components in the education process in elementary school. The purpose of this study is to find out; (1) the forms of conflict that occurred, (2) technical and (3) Islamic nuance conflict regulation strategies applied at the Lhokseumawe CFES, and (4) CFES efforts to minimise conflict. This study uses a qualitative approach using techniques: documentation review, direct observation, and in-depth interviews conducted with principals and teachers, to obtain data and information related to the four objectives of this study. The results of the study show that: six forms of conflict occur in CFES, namely conflict: within individuals, between individuals, between individuals and groups/divisions, between groups/groups, between organisations, and between individuals in different organisations. Domination of conflict only occurs in the personal aspects of the teacher, which is motivated by family reasons, limited capacity, heavy workload, etc. However, every conflict that emerges can be implemented well, based on three technical management of conflict, namely: identification of conflicts, evaluation of conflict and resolution of conflicts that are Islamic in nature through a spiritual/religious and family approach (ukhuwah). Islamic nuances of conflict management strategies applied in CFES very prioritising collaboration, accommodation, compromise (deliberation), communication, and negotiations that prioritise the values of ukhuwah Islamiyah. An added benefit of CFES in minimising conflict is to have three specific things, namely: having conflict prevention programs and policies, having a structured conflict management program, and having a climate/culture and teacher friendly social interaction; which is always applied in all aspects of the implementation of education in schools.Manajemen Konflik Bernuansa Islami Di Sd Ramah Anak Kota Lhokseumawe

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in teacher activity, student activity, and student conceptual understanding through the application of problem solving learning models and realia media in class V of SDN 6 Blangpidie. The research method used was Classroom Action Research with 28 fifth grade students. Data collection were used observation and test. Based on the results of the analysis of teacher activity sheet data in cycle I, namely 78.57 (good), in cycle II it increased to 89.28% (very good) and continued to enhance in cycle III to 95.23% (very good). The results of the analysis of student activity sheet data in cycle I were 76.19% (good) in cycle II it increased to 84.52% (very good), and continued to increase in cycle III to 94.04% (very good). The results of the students' conceptual understanding test in cycle I were 72.91% (good), then increased in cycle II to 81.99% (good) and continued to increase in cycle III to 89.72% (very good) and had determined classical completeness. In concluded, the application of the Problem Solving Model and Realia Media can increase effectiveness students' mathematical concept understanding.

Abstract

This article aims to find out and analyze the role of law in influencing human behavior in society. The research method uses a normative literature review. The function of law in a community group is to implement a social control mechanism that will clean the community from unwanted community garbage so that the law has a function to maintain the existence of a group. In addition, the function of law in society also gives us an idea that if the function of law in society does not run as it should, it will give rise to an arbitrary government, which in the end the government is no longer limited by law. The government will make itself the law itself. Like a dictatorial system of government. Therefore, the law must be implemented to become a social control in the life of society because the duties and functions of the law are not the goal

Abstract

Serat purun tikus (Eleocharis dulcis) yang selama ini digunakan sebagai bahan baku kerajinan tangan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan untuk pembuatan komposit. Tetapi pemanfaatan komposit masih memerlukan pengembangan agar mendapatkan sifat fisika yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk membuat material komposit adalah metode pengepresan cetakan (mold pressing) dengan ukuran 20x20x0,5 cm. Variabel penelitian yang dipelajari adalah perbedaan komposisi serat purun (5%, 10%, dan 15%) terhadap berat resin poliester dan susunan serat sejajar, acak, dan anyaman. Komposisi serat purun dianalisa terhadap gugus fungsi dan sifat fisika. Analisa gugus fungsi dilakukan dengan fourier transform infra-red (FTIR), analisa komposisi dan ukuran kristal menggunakan X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Analisa sifat fisika meliputi densitas, daya serap air dan thickness swelling dari komposit. Berdasarkan hasil analisa gugus fungsi serat purun sebelum dan sesudah treatment yang diberikan kepada serat purun mampu mengurangi kadar lignin dan hemiselulosa serta bisa menambah gugus fungsi baru yaitu Si-O-C. Hasil dari derajat serat purun sebelum dan sesudah treatment memiliki karakteristik peak pada 2θ = 12,6o (selulosa I), 22,8o (selulosa II), karakteristik peak pada 2θ = 12, 6o, sedangkan untuk amorph peak pada 2θ = 21, 94o. Hasil tertinggi dari sifat fisik komposit diantaranya ialah densitas, water absorption, dan thickness swelling berturut-turut sebesar 0,9577 g/cm3, 10.07977%, dan 24.57x10-3%.Kata Kunci: Serat purun tikus (Eleocharis dulcis), komposit, poliester, sifat fisika.Purun Tikus (Eleocharis dulcis) fiber, which has been used as a raw material for handicrafts, can be used as a material for making composites. However, the use of composites still requires development to obtain good physical properties. In this research, the method used to make composite materials is the mold pressing method with a size of 20x20x0.5 cm. The research variables studied were differences in purun fiber composition (5%, 10%, and 15%) on the weight of polyester resin and parallel, random, and woven fiber arrangements. The composition of purun fiber was analyzed for functional groups and physical properties. Functional group analysis was carried out using Fourier transform infra-red (FTIR), composition and crystal size analysis using X-Ray diffraction (XRD), analysis of physical properties including density, water absorption and swelling thickness of the composite. Based on the results of analysis of the functional groups of purun fiber before and after the treatment given to purun fiber, it can reduce lignin and hemicellulose levels and can add new functional groups, namely Si-O-C. The results of the degree of purun fiber before and after treatment have a characteristic peak at 2θ = 12.6o (cellulose I), 22.8o (cellulose II), a characteristic peak at 2θ = 12.6o while for amorph peak at 2θ = 21.94o. The highest results from the physical properties of the composite include density, water absorption, and thickness swelling of 0.9577 g/cm3, 10.07977%, and 24.57x10-3%, respectively.Keywords: Rat purun (Eleocharis dulcis) fiber, composite, polyester, physical properties.

Abstract

Kelekatan orang tua sebagai pengasuh utama pada remaja terbentuk sejak tahun pertama kehidupan. Kelekatan yang dibentuk sejak lahir berperan dalam mempengaruhi perilaku sosial remaja. Kelekatan yang tidak aman dapat memicu masalah perilaku, salah satunya adalah agresivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelekatan orang tua, kelekatan teman sebaya, kontrol diri, dan self esteem terhadap agresivitas pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional study dengan melibatkan 185 remaja berusia 15-19 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self control secara langsung mempengaruhi agresivitas pada remaja, sementara kelekatan ibu dan Self esteem memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap agresivitas melalui self control. Kelekatan ayah dan kelekatan teman sebaya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap agresivitas remaja.Kata kunci: Remaja, Kelekatan, Self Control, Self Esteem, AgresivitasParents Attachment as primary caregivers in adolescent has formed since the first year of life. Attachment built since birth affect adolescent social behavior. An insecure attachment causes behavior problems, one of these is aggressiveness. This study aims to 1) identify the characteristics of adolescent and family, parental attachment, peer attachment, self-control, self-esteem, and aggressiveness in adolescent; 2) analyze the effect of parental attachment, peer attachment, self-control, and self-esteem toward aggressiveness in adolescent. This research uses a cross-sectional study involving adolescent aged 15-19 year 185. The results showed that Self control directly affect the aggressiveness of adolescent, mother attachment and self-esteem have indirect effect on aggressiveness through self-control.  father attachment and peer attachment  have no effect on adolescent aggressiveness.Keywords: Adolescent, Attachment, Self Control, Self Esteem, Aggressiveness
