ABSTRAK Kegiatan edukasi dan pendampingan pembuatan jamu herbal melibatkan 38 peserta yang diikuti mayoritas kaum ibu dan kalangan remaja yang dilaksanakan di Desa Popalia Kecamatan Tanggetada. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Popalia agar dapat memproduksi jamu herbal secara mandiri dan inovatif. Jamu herbal yang diproduksi dapat dinikmati di kalangan keluarga dan dipasarkan di masyarakat luas. Luaran kegiatan edukasi dan pendampingan pembuatan jamu yaitu memberikan solusi pengetahuan pembuatan jamu dengan memanfaatkan tanaman rempah lokal dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan produk jamu herbal sehingga menjadi lapangan pekerjaan untuk peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Selain itu, masyarakat diharapkan memahami khasiat dan manfaat yang terkandung dalam jamu herbal dalam menjaga kesehatan dan peningkatan daya tahan tubuh. Kegiatan edukasi dan pendampingan pembuatan jamu dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi, sementara itu kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan jamu dilakukan dengan metode praktik langsung. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, masyarakat Desa Popalia memperoleh pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan dan pembuatan jamu sebagai upaya pemanfaatan tanaman rempah lokal. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Rempah, Jamu ABSTRACT Educational activitity and assistance of the making of herbal jamu which is involved 38 participants of mothers and adolescents was held in Popalia Village of Tanggetada District. The purpose of this activity was to increase the knowledge, abilities, and skills of the people of Popalia Village so that they can produce herbal jamu independently and innovatively. So that the herbal medicine produced can be enjoyed among families and marketed in the wider community. The output of educational activities and assistance in making herbal medicine is to provide solutions for the knowledge of making herbal medicine by utilizing local spices and skills in the manufacture of herbal medicinal products so that they become jobs to increase people's income. Besides, the public is expected to understand the properties and benefits contained in herbal medicine in maintaining health and increasing endurance. Educational activities and assistance in making herbal medicine are carried out using the lecture and discussion method, while the accompanying activities for making herbal medicine are carried out using the direct practice method. The result of this service activity is the knowledge, ability, and skills in processing and making herbal medicine by the people of Popalia Village. ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang sering disebut “the silent killer” karena penderita sering tidak memiliki keluhan. Prevalensi penyakit hipertensi akan mengalami peningkatan selama dua decade terakhir. Fenomena yang terjadi di Desa Paras, Kecamatan Pangkur, Kabupaten Ngawi sebanyak 34% penduduk menderita hipertensi, dan lebih dari separuhnya belum mengerti bagaimana cara melakukan manajemen diri secara baik. Program ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan program edukasi hipertensi berbasis komunitas dalam menerapkan self-management untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi. Peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah pasien dan keluarga dengan hipertensi dengan jumlah 60 orang serta Ibu kader kesehatan dan perwakilah dari Puskesmas. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan ceramah dan diskusi tentang manajemen diri penyakit hipertensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan kegiatan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Hasil dari pemeriksaan kesehatan didapatkan bahwa mayoritas mengalami prehipertensi (66,7%). Peserta sangat senang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini karena selain mereka mengetahui kondisi kesehatannya juga mendapatkan ilmu tentang kesehatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai langkah kuratif bagi warga yang menderita dan langkah preventif untuk warga yang tidak menderita hipertensi. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam self management penatalaksanaan hipertensi. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Kualitas Hidup, Manajemen Diri ABSTRACT Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is often called "the silent killer" because sufferers often have no complaints. The prevalence of hypertension has increased over the last two decades. The phenomenon that occurs in Paras Village, Pangkur District, Ngawi Regency is that 34% of the population suffers from hypertension, and more than half of them do not understand how to carry out good self-management. This program aims to implement a community-based hypertension education program in implementing self-management to improve the quality of life of hypertension patients. Participants in this activity were patients and families with hypertension totaling 60 people as well as health cadres and representatives from the Community Health Center. This activity was carried out with lectures and discussions about self-management of hypertension to improve the quality of life, where health examination activities had previously been carried out. The results of the health examination showed that the majority had prehypertension (66.7%). Participants were very happy to take part in this service activity because apart from knowing their health condition, they also gained health knowledge. This activity is carried out as a curative step for residents who suffer and as a preventive step for residents who do not suffer from hypertension. Direct regional elections are a concrete manifestation of the formation of democratization in the regions. The aim of holding direct regional elections is to form a strong government based on the choice and legitimacy of the people. The aim of this research is to explore the role of self-efficacy and family environment on entrepreneurial interest among students at the economics and business faculty at Khairun University. This research involved 100 students as samples that were sent questionnaire via Google Form. Data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS). The research results succeeded in revealing that, variable family support and self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. This shows that if the family support and self-efficacy variables of the students are good or high, it will cause the students' entrepreneurial intention to also be good or high. Likewise, vice versa; Self-efficacy can mediate the relationship between family support and entrepreneurship among students at the economics and business faculty at Khairun University. For this reason, in an effort to encourage interest businessman Students, apart from needing to improve family support, can also be done by increasing students' self-efficacy.

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflict on the performance of female employees mediated by work life balance. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were female employees, totaling 56 employees. This research used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS 29 program. The results showed that multiple role conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, multiple role conflict has a negative and significant effect on work life balance, work life balance has a positive effect and significant effect on employee performance, and work life balance can be a mediating variable between multiple role conflicts on employee performance.

This study aims to explore and evaluate the efforts made in increasing literacy love in students of Kanisius Demangan Baru Elementary School (SD) in Yogyakarta. Literacy plays a crucial role in students' intellectual and social development, and an understanding and appreciation of literacy can enrich their educational experience. This research method involves collecting qualitative data through classroom observation, interviews with teachers and students, as well as analyzing documents related to literacy programs that have been implemented, and finally drawing conclusions. The results showed that efforts to increase love for literacy involve innovative teaching strategies and integrating literacy into the curriculum. Teachers actively promote students' interest in reading through activities such as book discussion groups, story and storytelling performances, library visits, promoting literacy corner projects in classrooms, and enlivening school walls and hallways with student literacy works. In addition, science literacy programs can also improve students' knowledge of nature, and storytelling teacher programs can improve teachers' and students' abilities with literary appreciation. The evaluation results showed a positive increase in students' reading interest and literacy understanding. The findings may provide insight for other schools looking to increase the love of literacy at the primary level, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between teachers, students, and parents in creating an educational environment that supports children's literacy development.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi di dalam masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan pandangan akademik dan meningkatkan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang pemilihan kepala daerah (PILKADA) secara langsung, bebas, rahasia, jujur dan adil terhadap pemikiran dan perspektif Hak Asasi Politik Masyarakat Indonesia. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif dalam mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi, dilakukan dengan cara sosialisai dan/atau memberikan edukasi melalui metode ceramah. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan tentang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (PILKADA) Secara Langsung, Bebas, Rahasia, Jujur Dan Adil Sebagai Perwujudan Hak Asasi Politik Masyarakat Indonesia dengan dasar peraturan perundang-undangan terkait Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (PILKADA) dan agenda sosial dengan pembagiian sumbangan berupa uang kepada peserta. Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) Fakultas Hukum Universitas Sunan Bonang Tuban ini dihadiri khususnya oleh warga Kelurahan Panyuran yang berjumlah kurang lebih 15 orang, kegiatan dilaksanakan bertempat di Balai Kelurahan Panyuran, Kecamatan Palang, Kabupaten Tuban. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan baik dan berhasil, dilihat dari keberhasilan target jumlah peserta pelatihan (100%), ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan (85%), ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan (90%), dan kemampuan peserta dalam penguasaan materi (75%).

General background:In a dynamic world of work today, where more and more tasks have to be carried out in teams, employees are required to be able to work more flexibly and help the others in their team. This behavior is called organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Specific background: OCB will appear when employees feel satisfied with the work they have. There are several leadership styles that can influence the growth of OCB behavior and job satisfaction felt by employees, one of which is the transformational leadership style. Aims:This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by job satisfaction among BPS employees in the North Maluku Province region using SEM-PLS. Results: Primary data was collected from a sample of 158 employees. The research results show that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect both directly on employee OCB and indirectly mediated by employee job satisfaction variables.Novelty: highlights the key role of job satisfaction on OCB. Implications:Reccomends to pay attention to employee satisfaction and needs at work Highlights: Transformational leadership significantly enhances employee job satisfaction and OCB. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB. Effective leadership styles are essential for fostering a positive work environment and maximizing employee contributions. Geometry is one of the fundamental topics in mathematics, playing a crucial role in understanding shapes, sizes, positions, and spatial relationships between objects. Mastery of this concept is essential; however, in practice, many students still struggle to grasp geometry material. This issue is also evident at SMA Negeri 1 Pujut, where several students demonstrate a low level of understanding of geometric concepts. In response to this problem, the aim of the research is a community service activity was carried out in the form of tutoring sessions focused on improving students' understanding of geometry. This activity employed a visualization approach through function graph sketches to help students better comprehend the interconnections between concepts in a more concrete way. Based on the evaluation results, data showed that 86.67% of students exhibited improved learning outcomes after participating in the activity. This achievement indicates that the instructional method used by the facilitators was quite effective and well-received by the majority of participants.

Mastery of mathematical problem-solving skills based on logical reasoning is an important aspect in supporting students’ success in facing the Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK). However, many students still encounter difficulties in understanding concepts and effectively solving UTBK-type questions. To address this issue, a community service program was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Pujut with the aim of enhancing participants’ mathematical reasoning capacity. The activity began with an introduction to the Mathematics study program, followed by training sessions on strengthening concept mastery through logical reasoning and practice in solving UTBK questions, delivered by lecturers and students. The effectiveness of the training was evaluated through a comparison of participants’ pre-test and post-test results. This activity was attended by 30 students as training participants. The evaluation showed a significant improvement in post-test scores, with 83.33% of participants experiencing an increase in their scores, and the majority achieving above 60 in the post-test. These findings indicate that the applied training method was effective in improving students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics and their readiness to face the UTBK.
