Abstract

Teacher allowances are a key state obligation with significant implications for improving education quality. Transparent and efficient management is essential to ensure teachers receive their rightful support. This study explores a comparative analysis of two policies: (1) the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 19/2019 and (2) the Regulation of the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education No. 4/2025, focusing on the policy transition and its impacts. Addressing previous research gaps, the study examines the shift from decentralized to centralized governance in State Junior High School in Mojokerto Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document reviews. Findings show: (1) management shifted from local to central government, enhancing standardization and reducing bureaucratic dependence; (2) the 2025 model improved efficiency and consistency; and (3) while reforms show progress, the AGIL paradigm indicates further integration efforts are needed for sustainable quality improvement.

Abstract

The consequences of learning and the longer duration of time compared to in-service teacher professional education programs have not received adequate attention from several related parties. In fact, these two things can be supporting factors for pre-service teacher professional education students to be able to successfully complete their studies. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of resilience of professional teacher education (PPG) students. This research is a case study. The subjects of this research involved pre-service students at a private educational university, especially those from the guidance and counseling study program. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews with 7 pre-service teacher professional education students selected based on the characteristics and objectives of the case study. This study is found that the implementation of pre-service teacher professional education for students is very difficult and quite emotionally draining, so that students are required to have good academic resilience. Moreover, in the three dimensions of academic resilience that researchers studied, the average resilience of Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education students is manifested in several activities such as: going for a walk, doing a hobby, confiding in a partner or colleague, crying, and being grateful to manage feelings of stress and negatives emotions that often appear.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of bullying on students' self-confidence. This research uses a literature review method to collect, identify, evaluate and interpret articles related to the impact of verbal bullying behavior on self-confidence. The data used comes from the results of research that has been conducted and published. Researchers use publish or perish found directly into Google Scholar search to search for relevant journals. The systematic review was carried out using the PRISMA (Preferred international for systematic and metaanalysis) procedure, which consists of identification, screening, eligibility and inclusion. The impact of verbal bullying activities is a decrease in self-confidence. Self-confidence is an attitude in assessing a person's self and their confidence and ability to do something according to their abilities. Abstract

Teacher competency is the teacher's ability to direct the student learning process in the classroom. Teachers have an important role for students both in the classroom and outside the classroom, therefore teacher competence in teaching is very important. Competence is behavior that is reasonable in order to achieve goals that were previously adjusted due to existing conditions so that competence can be interpreted as a skill and ability. Teachers have an important role to guide students in the learning process. The teacher's ability to design effective learning strategies, understand students' individual needs, and present material in an interesting way can influence students' motivation to learn. The aim of this research is to analyze teacher competence to increase student learning motivation. The method used is a literature study which focuses on research on teacher competency to increase student learning motivation. The results of the literature review regarding teacher competence to improve student learning can be achieved by increasing the existing competence of each teacher so that this goal is achieved optimally

Abstract

This article endeavors to delve into the intricacies of human psychology within the framework of the Quran and Hadith. The research methodology employed is a comprehensive library research approach, utilizing reputable sources such as books, journals, and pertinent prior research related to the predetermined theme. The research findings illuminate that the field of psychology delves into the very essence of the human soul, exploring various phenomena, processes, and contextual backgrounds. Viewing humans from the perspective of individual and social entities, encompassing the psychological (spiritual) and biological dimensions, they are perceived as entities harmonizing both material and spiritual components. Within the context of their relationship with the Divine, humans are esteemed as servants (makhluq) holding the highest position. The comprehension of human psychology in the Islamic perspective is elucidated through the conceptual exploration of Nafs, al-Aqlu, al-Qalbu, and ar-Ruh.Amit, A., & Sagiv, L. (2013). Abstract

This study aims to see how effective the implementation of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is in overcoming psychological problems in the educational environment. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method which analyzes as many as 20 scientific articles published within a period of 10 years, 2015-2024. The results of this study show that the REBT approach is consistently effective in dealing with various psychological problems of students, such as bullying, low learning motivation, academic anxiety, and other psychological problems. The techniques used in the analysis of this research are cognitive disputing, self talk, and reframing. However, there are still challenges in the implementation of REBT, such as the readiness of counselors and limited training. That way, increasing the capacity of BK teachers and integrating REBT in the provision of BK services is crucial. In this study, it has provided a theoretical and practical basis for the development of evidence-based psychological interventions in the educational environment.
