Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internalization of Child-Friendly values in Islamic Religious Education instruction in elementary schools in East Kalimantan, emphasizing the humanistic educational governance aspect as part of Islamic educational management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study follows the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which involves three stages: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the process of internalizing Child-Friendly values is carried out through three stages: value transformation, value transaction, and value internalization. The habitualization of values through religious and social activities such as congregational prayer and joint tadarus, along with the involvement of parents and the community, has proven effective in creating a child-friendly school culture. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating educational governance grounded in humanistic values into educational management, where all relevant parties, including teachers and parents, play a role in creating a safe, inclusive educational environment that supports the holistic development of students’ character.

Abstract

This study develops a Heterogeneous Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows and Multi-Trips (HVRPTWMT) model designed to minimize delivery distances for fresh products. The model addresses complex operational constraints inherent in real-world logistics, including time windows, heterogeneous fleets, and multi-trip requirements. A quantitative approach was employed to formulate the HVRPTWMT model, which was then solved using an analytical method to ensure a global optimum solution was found. The model's efficacy was demonstrated through its application to historical data from April 10, 2025, yielding an optimal total distance of 774.45 km across six efficient routes. Sensitivity analysis confirmed the model's robustness and responsiveness to critical parameter changes, such as vehicle capacity, demand fluctuations, and time limits. The developed HVRPTWMT model provides a globally optimal and rule-compliant solution for complex fresh product delivery logistics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Rais-MR3 Model on the effectiveness of "ANDALAN" transportation governance in South Sulawesi Province. The Rais-MR3 Model consists of three main pillars: Accountability, Transparency, and Public Participation. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The research population consisted of all parties involved in the implementation and utilization of "ANDALAN" transportation services, totaling 82 people who were selected as respondents using census technique. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity (r count > 0.182) and reliability (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.968). Data analysis technique used simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results showed that all three pillars of the Rais-MR3 Model had positive and significant effects on transportation governance effectiveness. The Accountability pillar contributed 60.5% (R²=0.605; t=11.061; p<0.001), Transparency contributed 60.4% (R²=0.604; t=11.050; p<0.001), and Public Participation had the greatest influence at 72.6% (R²=0.726; t=14.557; p<0.001). The overall implementation of the Rais-MR3 Model contributed 76.9% (R²=0.769; t=16.335; p<0.001), demonstrating a strong synergistic effect. These findings prove that a holistic approach through the integration of accountability, transparency, and public participation can significantly improve the effectiveness of regional public transportation governance. Theoretically, this study reinforces the relevance of the New Public Service paradigm in the context of regional public transportation governance, while providing policy implications for local governments to adopt participatory and accountability-based governance approaches as a strategy for sustainable public service improvement.

Abstract

This paper discusses the implementation of five key strategies of reducing dwelling time at ports. The five strategies are deregulation of administrative procedures, availability of infrastructure and port facilities, integration of information technology, quality of services, price and incentive strategies. By using partial least squares method and bootstrapping testing, these five variables are a good fit, reliable, and robust as a factor for reducing dwelling time at the port. However, the implementation at Ports in Indonesia still needs to be improved. Four strategies have been running well and they have a significant effect either directly or indirectly on the decrease of dwelling time, namely deregulation of administrative procedures, availability of infrastructure and port facilities, integration of information technology, dan quality of services. While price and incentive have not been maximized to reduce dwelling time at Ports in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in fractions at the UPT SPF (School-Based Learning Implementation Unit) of SD Inpres Bertingkat Kaluku Bodoa. This is due to the lack of engaging learning media and low student participation in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of using domino cards on students' mathematics learning outcomes in fractions. This study employed a quantitative, quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. The sample size was 66 students, divided into two classes: an experimental class and a control class. Data collection was conducted through pretests and posttests. Data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing (t-tests).The results showed a difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class using domino cards and the control class using conventional learning. The hypothesis test showed a significance value less than 0.05, therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of domino cards significantly improved students' mathematics learning outcomes in fractions. The use of domino cards can increase students' activity, interest, and understanding of the concept of fractions, so that learning becomes more interesting and effective.

Abstract

The inclusion of prayer time is one of the valid requirements of prayer as explained in the Qur'an and hadiths of the Prophet (s). The Fajr prayer schedule issued by Wahdah Islamiyah is interesting to review because it is different from the official prayer schedule issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Republic of Indonesia. This difference can have implications for the validity or absence of Fajr prayers and fasting performed by Muslims based on the schedule. This study aimed to analyze the method of determining the Fajr prayer schedule issued by Wahdah Islamiyah. This research is qualitative descriptive research through library study methods and content analysis. The results showed that Wahdah Islamiyah compiled its Fajr prayer schedule with a high-accuracy contemporary accounting method using VSOP87 algorithm. The location of markaz da'wah in Makassar City was chosen as the coordinate point of the calculation of the position of the sun. Wahdah Islamiyah's Fajr prayer schedule uses a sun altitude of 18 degrees below the horizon by adding a two-minute of iḥtiyāṭ. Based on the calculation, the Fajr prayer schedule of Wahdah Islamiyah has been accurately used in the Makassar City area
