Abstract

This study discusses the development of Islamic Religious Education learning media in the form of animated videos to help students memorize Surah Al-A’la. The purpose of this study is to describe the procedure for developing animation-based video learning media and to determine their validity and practicality. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study show that the animated video media developed falls into the very valid category, as assessed by media experts (0.84) and material experts (0.92). The practicality test involving 27 grade VI students yielded a score of 85.02%. In contrast, Islamic Religious Education teachers scored 93.5%, indicating that this media is interesting, easy to use, and effective in supporting the learning process. Thus, this animated media is valid and practical for learning to memorize Surah Al-A’la in grade VI of elementary school.

Abstract

This article describes and examines issues related to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) and its amendments, which were introduced with the aim of ensuring legal certainty for people conducting electronic transactions. The focus of this article is to examine the drafting of the ITE Law as stipulated in Law Number 12 of 2011, the application of principles in the drafting of the ITE Law, and the normative and implementative problems after the enactment of the ITE Law. The research used is normative legal research with a statute approach and conceptual approach. The legal materials in this study are divided into two categories, namely primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of the study show that even though the formulation of the ITE Law is in accordance with the laws and regulations, its implementation still has many problems due to the non-implementation of several formal principles of the law and the large number of phrases with unclear boundaries.

Abstract

This research aimed to know economics terms which used in everyday while in written media, electronic media, and also in verbal interaction. All of terms be seen if Indonesian vocabularies developed. To catch some information about economics terms, the writer chosed library method with observing and noting the all terms of economics through out of medias (written, electronic) and social interacton. What the writer analized, the writer caught 203 economics terms which used, but only 77 terms or 34.94 percent usually used in communication everyday. It pointed that economics contributed a lot in Indonesian vocabularies developed.

Abstract

This study explores the role of leadership communication patterns—authoritative and participative—in shaping the academic career development of lecturers at Islamic higher education institutions in Jambi Province, Indonesia. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and document analysis involving lecturers from multiple institutions. The findings reveal that participative leadership communication fosters motivation, job satisfaction, and career progression through open dialogue, mutual respect, and collaborative decision-making. In contrast, authoritative communication tends to limit professional growth and reduce engagement. The study emphasizes that leadership style significantly influences lecturers' loyalty, innovation, and academic productivity. These findings highlight the importance of adopting inclusive communication strategies to support human resource development in Islamic universities. The study contributes to the discourse on leadership in faith-based education settings. It offers practical recommendations for institutional leaders to enhance career pathways through more responsive and participative leadership practices.

Abstract

The development of information technology requires students to possess adequate digital skills, particularly in the use of office software such as Microsoft Office. However, there are still internship students who have not optimally mastered basic applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the competence of internship students at STIE Alwashliyah Sibolga through mentoring in the use of Microsoft Office. The methods used include training sessions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants’ abilities before and after the activity. The results show an improvement in students’ understanding and skills in creating documents, processing simple data, and preparing presentations. This activity is expected to support students’ readiness to face an increasingly technology-based workplace.

Abstract

The development of Arabic learning materials requires a strong theoretical foundation so that the materials can help students understand the language effectively. This article aims to explain the role of linguistics, psycholinguistics, and sociolinguistics as the theoretical basis in the preparation of Arabic learning materials. The method used in this article is a literature study by reviewing various sources related to the development of language learning materials. The results of the study show that linguistics provides an understanding of the structure of the Arabic language, including sounds, word formation, sentence structure, and meaning. Psycholinguistics helps explain the process of language learning experienced by students so that learning materials can be designed according to their abilities and stages of development. Sociolinguistics explains the relationship between language and society so that learning materials can be adapted to the social and cultural context of language use. By integrating these three perspectives, Arabic learning materials can be developed in a more systematic, understandable, and relevant way to meet the needs of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic values-based classroom management to improve learning effectiveness. In the context of modern education, teachers are required to understand the relationship between learning management and achieving the institution's vision and mission. Effective classroom management is a crucial factor in developing intellectually superior and morally upright students. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, this study examines the integration of Islamic values ​​such as honesty, justice, compassion, and responsibility into classroom management. The results of the study indicate that the application of Islamic values ​​through the arrangement of the learning environment, educational interactions, character-based discipline, and the use of educational technology can create a conducive and spiritual learning atmosphere. Therefore, Islamic values-based classroom management is a strategic alternative in developing students with high moral and spiritual integrity.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pendidikan multikultural dalam kearifan lokal suku donggo bima. Pemahaman pendidikanmultikultural merupakan sebuah upaya dalam meredam potensikonflik dan mewujudkan kerukukan sosial, masyarakat NggeruKopa Desa Palama Kecamatan Donggo Kabupaten Bima sejakpuluhan tahun silam hingga sekarang tetap merawat kearifanlokalnya. Kearifan lokal didaerah tersebut ternyata dipandangefektif sebagai media komunikasi dan resolusi konflik bagimasyarakat setempat. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakanpendekatan Etnografi. Pendekatan etnografi merupakanpekerjaan mendeskripsikan suatu kebudayaan. Tujuan utamaaktivitas ini adalah untuk memahami suatu kultur masyarakatsetempat. Riset ini dilakukan di Dusun Nggeru Kopa DesaPalama Kecamatan Donggo Kabupaten Bima. TeknikPengumpulan Data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi,wawancara, dokumentasi, tekhnik mencatat dan tekhnikrekaman. Sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalahkualitatif, yang terdiri dari tiga komponen pokok yaitupengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikansimpulan dan verifikasi. Adapun hasil temuan dalam penelitianini adalah Pertama, kearifan lokal yang ada Suku DonggoKabupaten Bima meliputi cepe kanefe, doa jama, tio riana ataucama, perkawinan silang dan tradisi nikah sesama keluargasendiri dan pantang menikah orang luar. Sederet kearifan lokaltersebut merupakan khasanah kolekasi budaya yang dimilikioleh masyarakat tersebut, kedua, Kearifan lokal yang dimilikioleh masyarakat Donggo merupakan aspek yang palingberperan dalam mewujudkan kerukunan ummat beragama padamasyarakat di dusun Nggeru Kopa desa Palama KabupatenBima.

Abstract

The existence of Indonesia as a state based on law (rechtsstaat) places the Constitutional Court in a central position in guaranteeing constitutional supremacy and protecting citizens’ rights through a judicial review mechanism that is final and binding. However, the application of the conditionally unconstitutional decision model in the formal review of the Job Creation Law has given rise to debate regarding the stability of the national legal system because, on the one hand, it seeks to uphold democratic procedures, but on the other hand, it has the potential to create legal uncertainty with systemic impacts on society. This study aims to analyze the problems in the application of conditionally unconstitutional decisions in the formal review of laws and to formulate solution-oriented measures to strengthen legal certainty. This study employed a normative legal research method with statutory and conceptual approaches, which were analyzed descriptively-prescriptively based on various secondary legal materials. The results show that the practice of conditional unconstitutionality has transformed the role of the Constitutional Court from a negative legislator into a positive legislator that actively forms new norms. However, this practice has also created executorial obstacles and juridical ambiguity due to the absence of clear indicators and limitations in organic regulations. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of redefining decision indicators that include deadlines for annulment, proportional room for institutional compromise, and original authority in reformulating execution in order to realize legal objectives that harmonize justice, expediency, and legal certainty for justice seekers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Hadis termasuk rangkaian sejarah kehidupan Nabi Muhammad SAW, sahabat, dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Fakta historis ini pun harus dipahami, karena kedudukan hadis dalam doktrin skriptual Islam merupakan pedoman yang kedua dari Al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan masyarakat, sahabat sekitarnya maupun masyarakat yang hidup sampai hari ini. Meskipun hasus diketahui bahwa dalam sejarah perkembangan hadis di antara para ulama masih terjadi perbedaan dalam menyusun periodesasi perkembangan hadis. Tetapi banyak yang menguraikannya menjadi periodesasi, seperti masa Rasulullah, sahabat, tabi’in, masa pentadwinan atau pembukaan, masa seleksi atau penyaringan hadis serta masa sesudahnya. Dari beberapa periodesasi itu menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan hadis tidak terlepas dari peranan masyarakat sekitar Nabi, khususnya para sahabat. Peran para sahabat dalam membentuk hadis sangat vital dikerenakan mereka adalah subyek sekaligus objek sejarah secara langsung yang mempengaruhi pembentukan dan keberadaan hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW.
