Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis penerapan berbagai asas hukum perjanjian dalam berbagai perjanjian jasa konstruksi yang dikemas dalam bentuk perjanjian baku (standad contract). Metode penelitian yang adalah tipe penelitian hukum normative (doctrinal) Hasil penelitian, (1). Asas-asas yang harus terealisasi atau terjabarkan pada perjanjian atau kontrak pada sektor jasa konstruksi yakni: Asas konsensualisme, kebebasan berkontrak, asas kekuatan mengikat perjanjian (pacta sun servanda), asas itikat baik, asas kepercayaan, asas personalia, asas persamaan hukum, asas keseimbangan, asas kepastian hukum, asas kepatutan, asas kebiasaan, asas perlindungan, asas keadilan, asas kepatutan, asas kemanfaatan, dan asas moral. (2). Bahwa beberapa asas-asas perjanjian belum terealisasi atau terjabarkan secara optimal pada berbagai perjanjian atau kontrak pada sektor jasa konstruksi yakni asas kebebasan berkontrak, asas persamaan hukum, asas kepatutan, asas moral dan asas keseimbangan. The research objective is to analyze the application of various legal principles of agreement in various construction service agreements which are packaged in the form of standard contracts. The research method is a type of normative (doctrinal) legal research. Research results, (1). The principles that must be realized or described in agreements or contracts in the construction services sector are the principle of consensual, freedom of contract, the principle of the power of binding agreements (pacta sun servanda), the principle of good faith, the principle of trust, the principle of personnel, the principle of legal equality, the principle of balance, the principle of legal certainty, the principle of propriety, the principle of custom, the principle of protection, the principle of justice, the principle of propriety, the principle of expediency, and the principle of morals. (2). That several principles of agreement have not been realized or explained optimally in various agreements or contracts in the construction services sector, namely the principle of freedom of contract, the principle of legal equality, the principle of propriety, the moral principle and the principle of balance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi tiga hukum adat di Kajang Ammatoa Kabupaten Bulukumba, Sulawesi Selatan. 2) Untuk mengetahui makna dari tiga hukum adat di Kajang Ammatoa Kabupaten Bulukumba, Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Ammatoa (ketua adat), pemangku adat dan masyarakat Desa Tanah Towa. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Tanah Towa, Kecamatan Kajang, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan  Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa  Dalam implementasi tiga hukum adat terdapat tiga sanksi hukum yang diberlakukan diantaranya cappa babbala, tangnga babbla dan poko babbala. Cappa babbala merupakan pemberian sanksi yang bersifat ringan dengan denda sebesar empat sampai enam juta rupiah, tangnga babbla merupakan pemberian sanksi yang sifatnya sedang dengan denda sebesar enam sampai delapan juta rupiah dan poko babbala merupakan peberian sanksi yang paling berat dengan denda sebesar delapan sampai dua belas juta rupiah. Dalam hukum adat di Kajang Ammatoa segala sesuatu memiliki makna simbolis mulai dari aturan ketaatan kepada Ammatoa, aturan melestarikan lingkungan dan berpakaian sederhana yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai kesederhanaan, spiritual dan hubungan dengan alam. Makna hukum adat tidak bersifat monoton tapi terus dipahami dan ditaksirkan ulang dalam proses interaksi sehari-hari antar anggota masyarakat adat sehingga menciptakan hubungan sosial yang kuat dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan motorik halus pada Anak Usia Dini di TK Negeri Sangia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini termaksud penelitian lapangan (field research) yakni penelitian berlangsung dilapangan dalam hal ini dilakukan di TK Negeri Sangia Kec. Sape. Sumber Data dan Teknik Pengumpulan Data. Sumber data dapat ditinjau dari dua macam yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data Primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari tempat penelitian, yaitu di sekolah TK Negeri Sangia Kec. Sape melakukan wawancara dengan, guru-guru, dan Data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari bahan dokumentasi berupa laporan-laporan kegiatan yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik yaitu sebagai berikut: Observasi, Wawancara (interview), dan Dokumentasi. Instrument Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Pedoman observasi, Pedoman wawancara, dan Pedoman dokumentasi. Pengujian Kredibilitas Data untuk memperoleh keabsahan data yang sudah diperoleh, maka penelitian menggunakan pengujian kredibilitas data menggukanan Member Check (Cek Berulang-Ulang), Cross Check dan Triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi perbaikan spesifik dalam keterampilan motorik halus pada anak dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengintegrasikan metode pembelajaran berbasis puzzle ke dalam pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Penggunaan Puzzle akan berdampak positif pada perkembangan motorik halus anak. Permainan Puzzle juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Negeri Sangia. Temuan ini akan memberikan dasar untuk merekomendasikan penggunaan permainan Puzzle sebagai bagian dari metode pembelajaran di pendidikan Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

The primary aim of this study was to examine the impact of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of Social Studies (IPS) among fifth-grade students at SDN 148 Bonto Bulaeng, Kabupaten Bulukumba. This research adopted a pre-experimental design, specifically a quasi-experimental design, and utilized a quantitative approach. A sample of 12 students was selected for the study. Data collection was conducted through learning outcome tests and observation sheets, while data analysis employed descriptive analysis and T-Test statistical methods. The findings revealed a significant improvement in the students' Social Studies learning outcomes post-implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. Initially, the average pretest score was 59, which increased to an average posttest score of 83. The T-Test analysis further confirmed the positive effect of the Jigsaw model on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.010, which is below the alpha value of 0.05 (0.010 < 0.05). Thus, the study concluded that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model significantly enhances learning outcomes in Social Studies for fifth-grade students, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1).

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Irfani epistemology in the practice of Sholat 40 (forty consecutive days of ritual prayer) within the Syattariyah Tariqah in West Sumatra, focusing on its role as a medium for attaining intuitive knowledge (ma‘rifah). While previous studies on Sufi orders in Indonesia often emphasize ritual practices or social functions, few have analyzed their epistemological dimensions. Adopting a phenomenological approach, supported by literature review and in-depth interviews with followers and the murshid, this research identifies three key elements within Sholat 40: soul purification (tazkiyah al-nafs), mystical experience, and the attainment of intuitive knowledge of the Divine essence. The findings indicate that in Irfani epistemology, knowledge transcends rational cognition and emerges through inner experience, enabling practitioners to perceive the presence of God directly. This study argues that Sholat 40 functions not only as ritual worship but also as a structured epistemic practice that facilitates spiritual transformation, moral refinement, and personal growth. By situating this practice within Irfani epistemology, the article contributes to broader discourses on Islamic mysticism, experiential knowledge, and the living tradition of Sufi epistemologies in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic values-based classroom management to improve learning effectiveness. In the context of modern education, teachers are required to understand the relationship between learning management and achieving the institution's vision and mission. Effective classroom management is a crucial factor in developing intellectually superior and morally upright students. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, this study examines the integration of Islamic values ​​such as honesty, justice, compassion, and responsibility into classroom management. The results of the study indicate that the application of Islamic values ​​through the arrangement of the learning environment, educational interactions, character-based discipline, and the use of educational technology can create a conducive and spiritual learning atmosphere. Therefore, Islamic values-based classroom management is a strategic alternative in developing students with high moral and spiritual integrity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keberagaman masyarakat dan peran FKUB dalam memelihara harmonisasi trilogi kerukunan beragama masyarakat Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang mengarahkan penelitiannya pada gejala-gejala yang terjadi pada masyarakat yang berbeda agama. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB).  Pengurus FKUB Kab. Luwu Timur, Tokoh agama dari masing-masing agama yang ada di Kab. Luwu Timur, Kementerian Agama Kab. Luwu Timur dan Masyarakat Biasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Luwu Timur masyarakatnya sangat majemuk karena terdiri dari berbagai suku, ras, budaya dan agama. Tetapi kemajemukan itu juga masyarakat Luwu Timur sangat toleran. Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) Luwu Timur sangat strategis dalam membina dan memelihara harmonisasi kerukunan hidup bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara, terutama dalam memelihara harmonisasi kerukunan hidup beragama,  antar umat beragama, dan antar hidup beragama dengan Pemerintah.

Abstract

Analysis of factors that influence employee performance at the Sahabat Bunda Makassar Foundation. The research objective is to find out the most dominant factor affecting employee performance in the data collection method used in the study is the questionnaire method, while the analysis method uses factor analysis. The factor analysis used is exploratory factor analysis. Exploratory factor analysis or principal component analysis is a factor analysis technique in which several factors will be formed in the form of latent or determinant variables that cannot be determined before the analysis is carried out. The results show that of the twenty seven measured variables, it can be concluded that up to five dominant factors can affect employee performance at the Makassar Sahabat Bunda Foundation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language students in class V at SD Negeri Caturtunggal I Depok, Yogyakarta Special Region in the competency of listening to children's stories by utilizing YouTube media. This study used the CAR class action research method. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri Caturtunggal I Depok, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected by observation, tests, and interviews. Data were analyzed with an interactive analysis model including reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results prove that; 1) there is a change in lesson planning, from conventional learning to modified learning designed by researchers by applying YouTube media in learning. This can be seen from the learning in pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. 2) There is a change in the implementation aspect of the learning action. All forms of learning problems faced by teachers have been corrected so that the learning process can run well. In other words, the application of YouTube media in learning Indonesian for the material "Listen to Children's Stories" can improve the quality of the learning process. 3) The application of YouTube media in Indonesian language learning material "Listen to Children's Stories" can improve student learning outcomes. The increase in learning outcomes was marked by an increase in the number of students who reached the limits of completeness from pre-action, cycle I, to cycle II.
