Abstract

Hadits memberikan penjelasan yang lebih eksplisit untuk pelaksanaannya, menjadikannya sebagai inti dan dasar dari konsep, kerangka kerja, dan desain pendidikan agama Islam. Umat Islam harus memperluas gaya hidup dan kerangka kerja mereka untuk mencakup berbagai aktivitas baru. Studi tentang tradisi pendidikan mencakup diskusi tentang dasar-dasar pendidikan Islam, kewajiban, tujuan, lembaga, sumber daya, pedagogi, pendidik, siswa, guru, pelatihan pedagogi, dan evaluasi pendidikan perempuan. Kesepuluh prinsip ini membentuk fondasi di mana pendidikan agama Islam berdasarkan tradisi Nabi dapat dibangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif berbasis tinjauan literatur. Sebagai hasilnya, penulis menggunakan pendekatan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data, yang mengharuskan membaca dan meneliti berbagai sumber seperti catatan, dokumen, transkrip, buku, majalah, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai implementasi pengelolaan guru dan tenagaikependidikan untuk melihat adanya peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan berdasarkan IASP 2020 di MAN 1 Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif yang mana pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, dokumentasi observasi langsung di lokasi penelitian. Guru dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan dua hal pokok dalam berjalannya suatu proses pembelajaran Pendidikan, namun dalam hal ini kedua hal tersebut harus sesuai dengan standar mutu Pendidikan sehingga dapat di katakan layak dan sesuai standar IASP yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan adanya pengelolaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan di suatu Lembaga Pendidikan merupakan suatu keharusan yang mana dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di MAN 1 Kota Cimahi ini pengelolaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan berjalan lancar dan berdampak positif dengan adanya peningkatan pada kualitas Pendidikan, peningkatan pada kedisiplinan dan kehadiran, adanya peningkatan kinerja pada guru dan tenaga kependidikan sehingga dapat meninggkatkan mutu dan mencapai tujuan Pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

This study is inspired by the potency of positive school culture in enhancing education quality, especially within the madrasah environment. A strong school culture has been considered crucial, but efforts toward strong strategic management to support the school culture still face many challenges. Among the most urgent issues are adjustments to the constantly evolving standards for accreditation, such as the 2020 Accreditation Certification Tool. The present study analyzes how strategic management influences the school culture to achieve standards in MIN Bandung. This case study, using a qualitative approach, has collected data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using thematic techniques in identifying management patterns that support school culture. It is observed that MIN Bandung can instill into the culture the values of honesty, cooperation, and compassion, so that student motivation positively influences performance. On the contrary, what needs to be faced in the current era is the sustainability of value implementation and resource limitation. The conclusion suggests that the strategy should become more adaptive and holistic to be compatible with the 2020 accreditation standards.Keywords: Strategic management, school culture, accreditation.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the Programe for International Student Assessment (PISA) in 2022 regarding the decline in the quality of education in Indonesia, which is reviewed from literacy, numeracy, and science competencies. In line with that, MI Manba'ul Huda has a goal in improving the quality of education through student management. Challenges and risks in making it happen are always there. Therefore, it is important for him to implement risk management in the institution. To conduct a risk management analysis on student management at MI Manba'ul Huda, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. Furthermore, the data obtained was through interviews with school principals, several educators, and education staff, in addition to which the researcher made direct observations at the school. The result of this study is that MI Manba'ul Huda has a strategy and mitigation in its efforts to overcome risks. As for other situations, these schools can accept the risks that occur to avoid greater risks.Keywords: Risk Management, Students, Quality of Education.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi pendidikan Islam dalam konteks modern. Pendidikan Islam saat ini berada di persimpangan antara tradisi dan modernitas, yang mengharuskan adanya adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi, globalisasi, dan dinamika sosial yang semakin kompleks. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana mempertahankan nilai-nilai inti agama dalam lingkungan yang semakin sekuler, serba cepat, dan dipengaruhi oleh arus informasi global yang tak terbendung. Selain itu, terdapat pula tantangan dalam memastikan kurikulum pendidikan Islam tetap relevan, inklusif, dan mampu merespons kebutuhan peserta didik di era digital. Namun, di balik tantangan tersebut, terbuka peluang yang signifikan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai alat dalam penyebaran ajaran Islam serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik keagamaan. Platform digital, media sosial, dan aplikasi pembelajaran daring dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperluas akses pendidikan Islam ke berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Selain itu, pendidikan Islam memiliki kesempatan untuk mengembangkan pendekatan yang lebih holistik dan integratif dengan memasukkan konsep sains dan teknologi ke dalam kurikulum tanpa mengurangi esensi nilai-nilai agama. Artikel ini juga mengeksplorasi berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam agar lebih inklusif, adaptif, dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman. Melalui pendekatan yang tepat, pendidikan Islam memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi fondasi yang kokoh dalam membentuk generasi yang berakhlak mulia, berpikiran terbuka, dan mampu berkontribusi secara positif dalam masyarakat global yang terus berubah.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah modal atau aset suatu perusahaan atau lembaga yang sangat penting untuk dikelola sebagai upaya pencapaian tujuan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam telah dilaksanakan oleh Rasulullah SAW. ketika ia menerima mandat kerasulan sampai Islam tegak dan berkembang hingga mencapai 3/4 bagian dunia setelah ia wafat. Hal itu dapat dilihat melalui hadis-hadits otentik yang berkaitan dengan perjalanan kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Hadis adalah sumber hukum kedua setelah Al-Qur'an dalam sumber-sumber hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam ditinjau dari hadits. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka. Data diperoleh melalui pencarian buku sumber primer dan artikel yang telah dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam perspektif Islam adalah kegiatan merencanakan, mengatur, mengarahkan, mengembangkan, memberikan kompensasi, dan mengawasi sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya untuk mencapai tujuan dan dalam rangka beribadah kepada Allah SWT. Hasil kajian hadits terkait pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, yang dilakukan oleh Rasulullah SAW. meliputi perencanaan kebutuhan, analisis jabatan, rekrutmen karyawan berdasarkan kualifikasi, kemampuan, integritas, dan loyalitas. Pengembangan karyawan melalui peningkatan iman (aqidah), pengetahuan, dan keterampilan, serta moral (karakter). Rasulullah juga memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan, kompensasi atas layanan karyawan secara tepat waktu.

Abstract

Organizational culture is the foundation that shapes the way work is conducted, interactions, and the values upheld by an organization. In this regard, the organizational culture in Islamic educational institutions must reflect these religious values. A strong organizational culture aligned with Islamic principles is believed to create an environment that supports the intellectual and spiritual growth of students, as well as fosters character development based on Islamic teachings. This research is a qualitative study conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 in Bandung in September 2024. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation using Miles and Huberman's model of analysis through data reduction, data display, and drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture at MAN 2 Bandung plays a crucial role in internalizing Islamic values among students, providing a strong foundation for the development of Islamic character. Teaching and learning activities, as well as routine religious activities such as a 15-minute recitation of the Qur'an before classes, congregational prayers, and Qur'an comprehension activities, serve as examples of organizational culture artifacts that not only reflect the institution's commitment to shaping Islamic behavior in students.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the influence of psychological factors on ethical decision-making in Islamic educational institutions. The research method used in this article is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include: first, in-depth interviews; second, participant observation; and third, documentation. The data collected through these three techniques were then validated through credibility checks. The research findings on the influence of psychological factors on ethical decision-making at SMA Plus Assalaam. The module project "The Influence of Psychological Factors on Ethical Decision-Making" provides an important contribution to understanding issues within institutions. By raising awareness of psychological factors and biases, building emotion management skills, and encouraging collaboration, this module helps educational institutions make more ethical, rational, and sustainable decisions. It also plays a role in creating a healthier organizational culture and improving the well-being of all members of the institution.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions have a great responsibility in building the ethics and personality of their students The challenge of Islamic education today is the emergence of a shift in ethical values and personality in society due to the influence of globalization, technological advances, social problems and disparities in different economic capabilities which indirectly lead to social conflicts, disharmonization of relationships between parents and children, teachers and students and so on. This research aims to develop ethics in the decision-making process in the field of organizational psychology, especially in the Islamic Education Institution SDIT Insan Cermat. This study examines the psychological factors that influence ethical decision-making by leaders and educators, including morality, intrinsic motivation, and perceptions of justice in the organization. Data were collected through interviews and observations. The findings show that the application of ethics in decision-making can strengthen organizational integrity, create a more conducive work atmosphere, and improve the overall performance of the institution.

Abstract

Motivation is a strong desire that arises within a person. In Herzberg's motivation theory, there are two factors: motivational factors and maintenance factors (hygiene factors). Motivation factors consist of job satisfaction, appreciation, responsibility, achievement, and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, maintenance factors include policies and administration, supervision, relationships with coworkers, working conditions, and salary or benefits. Motivation factors play a role in fostering work enthusiasm among educators. In addition, good relationships with coworkers and good working conditions also affect work performance. This study aims to identify the extent to which motivation can influence the work performance of educators at MIN 2 Bandung City when reviewed using Herzberg's motivation theory. The method used in this study was qualitative, with observations at the target madrasah or school, interviews with educators, and documentation in the form of images as additional data. The results revealed that the educators' motivation was built from within each individual. While some of Herzberg's maintenance factors are considered influential, many educators at MIN 2 Bandung City have their own unique motivations to become educators for the younger generation.
