Abstract

This research investigates the influence of psychological factors on teacher performance and job satisfaction at Pesantren Persatuan Islam 40 Sarongge. It emphasizes the critical role teachers play in education and how their effectiveness is affected by both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. The study identifies challenges such as lack of support and rapid technological changes that hinder teachers' ability to adapt to new teaching methods. By employing a quantitative approach through surveys, the research aims to establish correlations between psychological factors and various aspects of teacher performance, including task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behavior. Ultimately, it seeks to provide insights that can enhance educational practices and policies aimed at improving teacher satisfaction and effectiveness.

Abstract

This article was written to examine the influence of psychological factors on ethical decision-making in Islamic educational institutions. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through: first, in-depth interviews; second, participant observation and third, documentation. Meanwhile, the data collected through the three techniques above were then checked for validity by checking credibility. Research results The influence of psychological factors on ethical decision-making at SMA Plus Assalaam The module project "The Influence of Psychological Factors in Ethical Decision-Making" provides an important contribution to understanding problems in institutions. By increasing awareness of psychological factors and biases, building emotional management skills, and encouraging collaboration, this module helps educational institutions make more ethical, rational, and sustainable decisions. It also plays a role in creating a healthier organizational culture and improving the quality of well-being of all members of the institution.

Abstract

Pengembangan strategi dan pendekatan dalam proses pembelajaran fiqih di madrasah aliyah melalui pendekatan kontekstual diharapkan dapat menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang aktif hingga menumbuhkan semangat dan minat belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengelolaan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran fiqih oleh Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual di MA Persis 68 Warudoyong Kota Sukabumi. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara kepada guru fiqh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan pembelajaran telah ditempuh dengan persiapan yang telah baik, di antaranya dengan merumuskan dengan lengkap komponen: tujuan, materi, strategi, metode, teknik, taktik, pengembangan silabus dan persiapan pembelajaran; Pengelolaan pembelajaran telah sesuai dengan penerapan/implementasi pendekatan kontekstual yaitu melalui tahapan constructivism (konstruksivisme), inquiry (menemukan), questioning (bertanya), learning community (masyarakat belajar), modeling (permodelan), reflection (refleksi), dan authentic assessment (penilaian sebenarnya); Evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan penilaian berbasis kelas. Hal ini sesuai dengan tuntutan pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of transformational, transactional, and prophetic leadership styles in improving organizational effectiveness at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Garut. Using a qualitative case study approach conducted from September 25-29, 2025, data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals, vice principals, senior and junior teachers, administrative staff, and students, complemented by observation and document analysis. The findings reveal that the principal predominantly applies transformational leadership through idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, supported by transactional elements (contingent reward and management by exception) and prophetic values (shiddiq, amanah, and shura). The strengths lie in inspirational leadership oriented toward Islamic educational vision, moral exemplary, innovation encouragement, empathy, and integration of religious and professional values. However, weaknesses persist in uneven participation in deliberation, inconsistent reward systems, leadership centralization, and administrative-focused transactional approaches. Five priority interventions are recommended: transformation toward distributed leadership, development of innovation culture, strengthening communication and participation systems, organizational justice management, and generational bridging programs. The implementation strategy is designed in three phases over twelve months with comprehensive evaluation and monitoring systems to ensure sustainable organizational transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure planning to enhance service effectiveness at MI Matlaul Atfal. The research was driven by a gap between the ideal concept of needs-based facility planning and field practices that remain largely administrative. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved 6 participants, observations of 23 facility units, and an analysis of 12 documents related to procurement and inventory management. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by source triangulation. The findings indicate that structured planning, teacher involvement, and support from the school committee positively contribute to the availability of learning media, classroom comfort, and the smooth delivery of educational services. However, limited budgets, insufficient routine maintenance, and unequal distribution of facilities across classes remain major challenges. Theoretically, this study reinforces the significance of facilities planning in Islamic educational management, while practically it offers recommendations for optimizing procurement, maintenance, and continuous monitoring based on prioritized needs. Keywords: Educational Facilities Planning; Islamic Education Management; School Facilities Management; Service Effectiveness Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi manajemen perencanaan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan efektivitas layanan pendidikan di MI Matlaul Atfal. Studi ini berangkat dari adanya kesenjangan antara konsep ideal perencanaan sarpras berbasis kebutuhan dan praktik lapangan yang masih bersifat administratif. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian melibatkan 6 partisipan, observasi terhadap 23 unit sarpras, serta analisis 12 dokumen terkait pengadaan dan inventarisasi. Data dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sarpras yang terstruktur, pelibatan guru, dan dukungan komite sekolah berkontribusi positif terhadap ketersediaan media pembelajaran, kenyamanan ruang kelas, dan kelancaran layanan pendidikan. Namun, keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya perawatan berkala, dan ketimpangan distribusi sarpras masih menjadi hambatan utama. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperkuat pentingnya perencanaan sarpras dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, sementara secara praktis memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi pengadaan, perawatan, dan monitoring berbasis prioritas. Abstract

The Healthy Madrasah Program is a national initiative by Indonesia’s Ministry of Religious Affairs aimed at integrating Islamic values with school health promotion. However, limited research explores how Islamic leadership operationalizes such values into routine governance and student culture. This qualitative case study investigates the implementation of the program at MAN 1 Sukabumi, a 2024 district-level award recipient. Eighteen participants were purposively selected, including school leaders, teachers, students, parents, UKS staff, and a canteen vendor. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations (12 sessions), and document analysis (RKT, SOPs, memos, and social media posts). Data were analyzed using reflexive thematic analysis, supported by a PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) framework. Three themes emerged. First, value-anchored modelling: leadership exemplified Islamic values—ihsan, ta’dib, tazkiyah—through visible acts (e.g., picking up litter, value-based assemblies), normalizing clean and orderly behavior. Second, governance routines: the PDCA cycle operationalized values into measurable practices, such as handwashing click counts, class tidiness rubrics, and vendor compliance checks, enabling micro-adjustments like bin relocation and schedule tweaks. Third, distributed participation: student leaders (OSIS/MPK, PHBS ambassadors) coordinated health routines, improving lesson readiness and peer accountability. Leadership practices rooted in Islamic values, structured through PDCA, helped embed a health-supportive school culture. Key implications include codifying value-based routines in SOPs, adopting lightweight monitoring dashboards, and formalizing home–school coordination. Findings suggest value-integrated governance can enhance sustainability in school health programs.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the growing urgency to improve the quality and accreditation of Islamic schools as key indicators of educational excellence in the modern era. The main objective of this research is to analyze the accreditation readiness of MTs Assuruur Pameungpeuk, Bandung Regency, based on the fundamental principles of Islamic Educational Management (MPI), which include four managerial functions: takhthith (planning), tanzhim (organizing), tanfidz (implementation), and taqwim (evaluation). Using a descriptive qualitative approach and a case study method through interviews, observations, and document analysis, the findings reveal that the integration of Islamic values within managerial functions significantly enhances accreditation readiness. These values foster a culture of quality, accountability, and professionalism grounded in spirituality (itqan and amanah). The study concludes that successful accreditation depends not only on administrative completeness but also on the internalization of MPI’s spiritual values in school management. The findings contribute to the theoretical development of Islamic educational quality management and offer practical insights for creating accreditation models rooted in Islamic. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesiapan akreditasi MTs Assuruur Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Bandung berdasarkan prinsip dasar Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) yang mencakup empat fungsi utama: takhthith (perencanaan), tanzhim (pengorganisasian), tanfidz (pelaksanaan), dan taqwim (evaluasi). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam fungsi manajerial madrasah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesiapan akreditasi, terutama dalam membangun budaya mutu, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalisme berbasis spiritual (itqan dan amanah). Analisis juga mengungkap bahwa keberhasilan akreditasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kelengkapan dokumen administratif, tetapi juga oleh integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual MPI dalam setiap aspek manajemen madrasah. Temuan ini memperkaya kajian manajemen mutu pendidikan Islam serta memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan model akreditasi berbasis nilai Islami. Abstract

This paper examines the implications of implementing the Hannafin and Pack learning model on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning at SDN Sukamantri, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The learning model is one of the key factors for teacher success in improving student learning outcomes. Therefore, every teacher is required to be able to develop the Hannafin and Pack learning model in Islamic Religious Education learning so that students' level of development, knowledge, and learning outcomes increase. This research uses descriptive methods and a quantitative approach. The technique and collection of the data sources refer to the results of empirical observations, interviews with respondents, and relevant book reviews. The results of this research show that the application of the Hannafin and Pack learning model has proven to have positive implications for increasing student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SDN Sukamantri, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency with a learning outcome level of 87% (good category). The implication of this research is every teacher needs to use various models, strategies, methods, approaches and learning techniques in Islamic Religious Education subjects so that student learning outcomes increase.
