Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis yang semakin dinamis dan penuh ketidakpastian menuntut perusahaan untuk tidak hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian keuntungan finansial, tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek etika bisnis sebagai dasar keberlanjutan usaha. Berbagai kegagalan perusahaan besar menunjukkan bahwa pengabaian nilai-nilai etika dapat memicu krisis kepercayaan, konflik dengan pemangku kepentingan, serta penurunan reputasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran etika bisnis sebagai fondasi kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan perusahaan dengan menelaah hubungan antara penerapan prinsip etika dan kinerja jangka panjang perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan mengkaji jurnal ilmiah dan publikasi akademik lima tahun terakhir yang membahas etika bisnis, tata kelola perusahaan, dan keberlanjutan, serta dilengkapi dengan analisis studi kasus PT. Sejahtera Nusantara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip etika bisnis seperti kejujuran, keadilan, transparansi, dan tanggung jawab sosial berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen, loyalitas karyawan, dan citra positif perusahaan. Sebaliknya, pelanggaran etika terbukti memberikan dampak negatif berupa penurunan reputasi dan melemahnya hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa etika bisnis memiliki peran strategis sebagai elemen utama dalam membangun keberlanjutan dan ketahanan perusahaan jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of community-based legal education and advocacy in enhancing legal awareness and expanding access to justice for marginalized communities. These groups often face structural and cultural barriers in exercising their legal rights due to limited knowledge, restricted access to information, and insufficient legal resources. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research was conducted in three urban areas with low-income populations. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation from legal aid institutions (LBH), and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that community-based legal education has improved public legal understanding by up to 68%, encompassing awareness of legal rights and obligations, reporting mechanisms, and the principle of equality before the law. The participatory and contextual approach proved effective by providing learning experiences relevant to the participants’ social realities. Local paralegals played a crucial role as intermediaries between communities and formal legal institutions, strengthening both advocacy independence and program sustainability. The study highlights the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration among legal aid organizations, academia, and local governments in developing an inclusive and sustainable model of community legal empowerment. Thus, legal education functions not only as a medium for enhancing legal literacy but also as an instrument of social transformation toward a legally conscious, empowered, and just society.

Abstract

The digital transformation, marked by the massive use of social media among students, presents new challenges in shaping civic ethics and behavior in the digital space. Various issues such as the spread of false information, hate speech, violations of communication ethics, and low awareness of digital law demonstrate the need to strengthen values education relevant to the digital context. Civics Education plays a strategic role in shaping students' digital ethics through the internalization of Pancasila values, social norms, and the principles of democratic citizenship that are adaptive to technological developments. This study aims to examine the role of Civics Education in improving students' digital ethics in using social media. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with literature review techniques. Data were analyzed through a process of reduction, thematic categorization, and concept synthesis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the contribution of PKn to the formation of digital ethics. The study results show that Civics learning, which contextually integrates digital literacy, digital citizenship, and Pancasila moral values, can increase students' ethical awareness, critical thinking, and responsibility in using social media. Thus, Civics Education plays a significant role in shaping the character of young citizens who are ethical, critical, and responsible in digital life.

Abstract

Harmonizing village procurement regulations with the national legal system is an important need to create professional, transparent, and accountable governance. Procurement of goods and services in villages is regulated through regulations that provide flexibility according to local needs, but are not yet fully integrated with the national system that emphasizes competency standards, supervision, and principles of professionalism. This mismatch creates risks of maladministration, violations of the law, and uncertainty in the implementation of goods and services procurement in the village. This research aims to analyze the regulatory gaps and formulate harmonization measures. This research uses statutory and conceptual approaches to examine relevant legal rules and concepts of professionalism. The results show the need for a master regulation that integrates the procurement of goods and services in the village with the national system. Minimum standards of implementation, such as competency requirements for procurement actors, clearer monitoring mechanisms, and training and certification for village procurement actors, should be implemented to improve professionalism. In addition, the use of procurement agents can be a temporary solution for villages that lack human resources. This harmonization is expected to create legal certainty and efficiency, while supporting equitable village development without losing local flexibility.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of instilling an environmentally conscious character from an early age through a local cultural approach relevant to children’s lives. At TKN Pembina Soromandi, the values of Bima’s traditional wisdom such as Karaso, Kantika, and Kataho (3K) serve as the foundation for shaping children’s environmentally conscious behavior. Before this program was implemented systematically, there was still a low level of awareness among children regarding personal hygiene and the environment, as well as a lack of practice in mutual cooperation at school. Therefore, this study aims to provide an in-depth description of the implementation of the Karaso Kantika ro Kataho (3K) program as an educational effort to foster an environmentally conscious character in children at TKN Pembina Soromandi. The research design employed was qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources for this study consisted of teachers, the school principal, and students at TKN Pembina Soromandi. Data collection methods included direct observation of learning activities, in-depth interviews with teachers and the school principal, and documentation of 3K activities. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the implementation of the 3K program encompasses several key activities: fostering personal hygiene (Karaso), collaborative efforts to maintain the school environment’s cleanliness (Kantika), planting and caring for plants (Kataho), and reflecting on values through thematic songs and stories. Through these activities, children demonstrated increased awareness of maintaining cleanliness, a love for natural beauty, and a sense of social responsibility toward the environment. Thus, the Karaso Kantika ro Kataho (3K) program is effective in internalizing environmental values rooted in local wisdom.

Abstract

This study departs from the need to highlight the living and hidden dimension of Sufism behind the simplicity of the editorial of Tafs?r an-Nasaf? by 'Abdull?h ibn A?mad an-Nasaf?, a great scholar of M?tur?diyyah of the 7th century AH. So far, Tafs?r an-Nasaf? has often been positioned as a concise commentary that is on the rational-moderate path, but if examined more deeply, it will be found that the current of Sufism is prominent and significant in interpretation. Through a thematic and descriptive-qualitative analysis approach, this study found that the orientation of isy?r? Sufism in Tafs?r an-Nasaf? appeared prominent and significant. These elements are seen in: (1) the emphasis on moral-spiritual meaning after the presentation of zahir verses; (2) the use of Sufism terms such as ma'rifah, muj?hadah, tazkiyah al-nafs, and ?aq?qah; (3) the integration between the M?tur?diyyah theological framework and the Sufi inner consciousness; and (4) the association of the verses of the Qur'an with the process of the soul's journey to spiritual maturity. Thus, this study shows that Tafs?r an-Nasaf? is an important example of moderate Sufism—a Sufism that does not deny the text, does not ignore zahir, but instead makes spiritual experience a layer of meaning that deepens the understanding of shari'i. These findings provide an academic basis for expanding the study of the position of moderate isy?r? Sufism in the study of contemporary interpretation and its relevance to the development of a balanced modern Islamic spirituality rooted in the classical scientific tradition.
