Abstract

This study examines the existence and effectiveness of the Sharia Court of Lhokseumawe’s rulings on post-divorce child support obligations through a normative-empirical legal research approach. Normatively, the analysis draws on Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), and Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, while empirically it relies on case studies of court decisions and interviews with judges. The findings reveal that the court consistently upholds the father’s responsibility to provide child support after divorce, reflecting alignment with statutory provisions, Islamic principles, and the doctrine of the best interests of the child. However, variations in the determination of support amounts and weak enforcement mechanisms demonstrate a gap between “law in the books” and “law in action.” Sociological analysis further shows that ineffective enforcement disproportionately burdens women and children, exacerbating economic vulnerability and the feminization of poverty. The study concludes that while the normative foundation of child support rulings is strong, their practical effectiveness requires improvements in drafting quality, standardized guidelines, and enforcement mechanisms, alongside greater collaboration between the judiciary, government, and society to ensure substantive justice and child welfare.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang penilaian pembelajaran berbasis blended learning menggunakan aplikasi Blooket di SD Negeri 35 Kota Pagaralam. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan digitalisasi pendidikan serta rendahnya pemanfaatan media evaluasi digital interaktif oleh guru sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan kolaborasi aktif antara dosen, mahasiswa KKN, dan guru mitra. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung selama 24 hari yang mencakup lima tahap, yaitu identifikasi masalah, perencanaan bersama, aksi pelatihan, observasi-evaluasi, dan refleksi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya antusiasme guru dalam mengikuti Pelatihan yang berlangsung, guru juga memahami cara  menyusun soal interaktif berbasis permainan menggunakan aplikasi Blooket. Guru tidak hanya mampu membuat media evaluasi yang menarik, tetapi juga dapat mengimplementasikannya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring dan luring. Selain itu, penggunaan Blooket terbukti dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam proses evaluasi serta mempercepat proses analisis hasil belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gamifikasi melalui quizizz terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan pancasila kelas V SDN 175820 Batu Nabolon T.A 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre experimental design dengan bentuk penelitian one group pretest posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 20 siswa SDN 175820 Batu Nabolon. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam aktivitas belajar siswa sebelumnya diujicobakan untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas tes. Instrumen diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian media pembelajaran quizizz. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji prasyarat, pada data pte-test diperoleh hasil 0,51 , post-test diperoleh hasil 0,74 yang berarti nilai keduanya > 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kedua data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya hasil uji homogenitas variabel penelitian diketahui nilai signifikan 0,113 lebih besar dari 0,05 (sig > 0,05 ) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini memiliki varians yang homogen. Kemudian, uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji Paired Sample t Test dengan program SPSS 22 dan diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah sebesar 0,000 yang berarti bahwa < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa ada Pengaruh Gamifikasi Melalui Quizizz Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kelas V SDN 175820 Batu Nabolon T.A 2024/2025.

Abstract

Daun Afrika (Vernonia amygdalina) merupakan tanaman obat yang dikenal memiliki berbagai kandungan senyawa bioaktif seperti alkaloid dan flavanoid, yang berperan sebagai antioksidan, antimikroba, antibakteri dan antimalaria. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi golongan metabolit sekunder serta mengevaluasi aktivitas antibakteri dari ekstrak etil asetat daun Afrika yang tumbuh di wilayah Manokwari, Papua Barat. Penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan kemungkinan adanya perbedaan profil fitokimia akibat pengaruh unsur hara dan karakteristik tanah lokal. Ekstraksi dilakukan melalui metode maserasi dengan pelarut etil asetat, dilanjutkan dengan uji fitokimia kualitatif terhadap alkaloid (Positif pada pereaksi Dragendorff) dan flavanoid (positif pada uji Shinoda). Selanjutnya, uji antibakteri dilakukan terhadap dua bakteri uji, yaitu Escherichia coli (Gram negatif) dan Staphylococcus aureus (Gram positif) menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat daun Afrika memiliki aktivitas antibakteri lebih kuat terhadap S. Aureus, dengan zona hambat tertinggi sebesar 9,1 cm pada konsentrasi 1000 µg/mL, sedangkan terhadap E. Coli, zona hambat maksimum sebesar 1,21 cm. Temuan ini mendukung potensi pemanfaatan daun Afrika sebagai agen antibakteri alami sekaligus sumber senyawa bioaktif untuk pengembangan obat herbal.

Abstract

Indonesia, as the world's largest nickel producer, has vast ultramafic areas that have the potential to become habitats for nickel hyperaccumulator plants (Ni). This study aimed to explore and analyze nickel hyperaccumulator plants in the mining area of CV. Unaaha Bakti Persada, North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The research was conducted from June to November 2023 using the exploration method at three observation stations, each consisting of three plots. The research stages carried out include exploration, plant collection and identification, and analysis of Ni content in soil as well as plant tissue using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). A total of 32 plant species were found, which was dominated by Pteridium aquilinum ferns at Stations I and III and Scleria lithosperma grasses at Station II. The Ni content of the soil was very high (5,458.32–5,938.41 mg/kg) and far above the normal threshold. Several species showed high Ni accumulation capacity, with the most of six were Sarcotheca celebica, Knema metanensis, Pluchea carolinensis, Gymnostoma sumatrana, and Justicia gendarussa. The post mining sites were categorized as marginal due to heavy metal toxicity (Ni, Co, Cr), and therefore, only tolerant plants can survive. Sarcotheca celebica had the highest BCF value (0.1421) and was classified as a moderate accumulator. All the six species has the potential to be used for phytoremediation, phytomining and reclamation of post mining areas in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

Program pengenalan istilah perikanan dan budaya maritim Indonesia kepada wisatawan Australia di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi budaya sekaligus memperkuat pemahaman lintas budaya dalam konteks pariwisata edukatif. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi langsung proses pelelangan, penjelasan istilah teknis perikanan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan padanannya dalam bahasa Inggris, serta dialog interaktif antara pemandu lokal dan wisatawan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan wisatawan memahami makna sosial-ekonomi kegiatan perikanan, nilai budaya maritim, serta kearifan lokal yang tercermin dalam praktik nelayan Indonesia. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman terhadap istilah perikanan seperti lelang, juragan, alat tangkap, dan grading ikan, sekaligus mampu mengapresiasi tradisi, etos kerja, dan dinamika komunitas pesisir. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model integratif bagi pengembangan materi interpretasi wisata bahari yang berorientasi pada edukasi budaya dan penguatan citra maritim Indonesia di mata internasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas sinergitas antara kelurahan dan masyarakat dalam mendukung pendidikan di Kota Cilegon berdasarkan nilai-nilai QS. Al-Ma’un. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur terhadap tafsir Al-Azhar, Al-Misbah, Jalalain, dan Ibnu Katsir, serta analisis implementasi program pendidikan di tingkat lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QS. Al-Ma’un menekankan pentingnya kepedulian sosial sebagai wujud 1 keimanan yang sejati. Nilai tersebut tercermin dalam kerja sama kelurahan, masyarakat, dan pemerintah daerah melalui program beasiswa pendidikan dan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang membantu pemerataan akses belajar bagi anak dari keluarga kurang mampu. Sinergi ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan bukan hanya tanggung jawab sekolah, tetapi juga kewajiban sosial bersama sesuai ajaran Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The word "character" originates from the Greek language meaning "to mark," which refers to the process of implanting good values into a person's behavior. Character education aims to improve the quality of the learning process by emphasizing the comprehensive and balanced strengthening of character and noble morals. This research aims to describe various efforts that can be made to realize students' noble moral character based on a literature review. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data was collected from various written sources, such as journals and articles related to the research topic. The results show that various efforts can be made to realize a noble moral character, such as the exemplary behavior of parents and teachers, strengthening religious activities, habitual worship, effective student management, and optimizing the role of Islamic boarding schools or religious-based schools. Teachers hold a central position as educators and role models who influence moral development through their pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies. Overall, the formation of noble morals can only be realized through a holistic approach that consistently involves all parties. With effective synergy and a positive environment, students can grow into a generation of character, refinement, and noble morals, in accordance with Islamic values. Abstrak Kata "karakter" berasal dari bahasa Yunani yang berarti "to mark" atau "menandai", yang merujuk pada proses menanamkan nilai-nilai baik dalam perilaku seseorang. Pendidikan karakter bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dengan menekankan penguatan karakter dan akhlak mulia secara komprehensif dan seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan berbagai upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mewujudkan karakter peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber tertulis, seperti jurnal dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan untuk mewujudkan karakter yang berakhlak mulia, seperti keteladanan orang tua dan guru, penguatan kegiatan keagamaan, pembiasaan ibadah, pengelolaan kesiswaan yang baik, serta optimalisasi peran lembaga pesantren atau sekolah bercorak keagamaan. Guru memiliki posisi sentral sebagai pendidik dan teladan yang memengaruhi perkembangan akhlak melalui kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, maupun profesional.  Secara keseluruhan, pembentukan akhlak mulia hanya dapat terwujud melalui pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan seluruh pihak secara konsisten. Dengan sinergi yang efektif dan dukungan lingkungan yang positif, peserta didik dapat tumbuh menjadi generasi berkarakter, beradab, dan berakhlak mulia sesuai nilai-nilai Islam. Abstract

This study examines the role of university-led Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in enhancing community-based renewable energy literacy through a comparative analysis of Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (UNPAB), Indonesia, and Polytechnic Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin (PTSS), Malaysia. As the global transition toward sustainable energy accelerates, universities are increasingly expected to contribute to environmental education and community empowerment. Using a qualitative comparative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, documentation, and field observations of CSR activities conducted by both institutions. The findings reveal that CSR programs integrating renewable energy education significantly improve community knowledge, awareness, and practical skills related to solar energy, waste-to-energy systems, and energy conservation practices. The study also highlights differences in program design, stakeholder engagement, and implementation strategies between UNPAB and PTSS, shaped by institutional capacity and national energy policies. Furthermore, the research underscores the importance of cross-border academic collaboration in strengthening sustainable development initiatives. This study contributes to the discourse on CSR in higher education by offering a model for integrating renewable energy literacy into community-focused programs and providing strategic recommendations to enhance future CSR-based sustainability efforts.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the need to improve the pedagogical competence of prospective biology teachers so that they are professionally prepared to meet the demands of teaching in schools. The main objective of this activity was to develop the pedagogical competence of prospective biology teachers through education internships based on lesson study integrated with teaching practice at partner schools. The activity was carried out using a participatory approach involving students, supervising lecturers, and Biology teachers from partner schools. The activity was carried out through stages of collaborative lesson planning, classroom teaching, systematic lesson observation, and joint lesson reflection. The subjects of the activity were 20 prospective Biology Education teachers who were divided into several small groups, with each group carrying out at least one complete lesson study cycle. The results of the activities showed a quantitative increase in students' pedagogical competence, with the average questionnaire score increasing from 2.60 at the beginning to 4.21 at the end. Each group of students showed an improvement in their ability to develop Biology learning tools with a rating of very good, as well as an improvement in their observation and reflection skills with a rating of good to very good. Biology teachers from partner schools were actively involved in all stages of learning reflection and provided pedagogical feedback that contributed to improving the quality of learning. The benefits of the activity were felt by students through an improvement in their reflective pedagogical skills, and by partner schools through the strengthening of a culture of collaborative learning reflection. The conclusion of the activity shows that lesson study-based educational internships make a new and important contribution to increasing the involvement of students and teachers in the development of reflective and sustainable Biology learning.
