Abstract

Perilaku self injury di tinkat SLTP tepatnya di MTsN 7 Agam ditemukan individu yang melukai diri dengan mengiris lengan mereka dengan pisau lipat atau pecahan kaca membentuknya hanya seperti sayatan-sayatan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk melihat Penerapan Konseliong Individual Menggunakan Pendekatan CBT dalam Penanganan Tindakan Self injury Pada Siswa SLTP. Penrlitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif, Bentuk penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, yaitu berusaha meneliti secara mendalam dengan menggunakan berbagai metode tentang faktor-faktor penyebab kurang bersosialisasi dan cara mengatasinya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu masalah siswa yang melakukan self injury ini dapat di tindak lanjuti dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) yang berpusat pada ide bahwa seorang individu mampu mengubah kognitif dan karenanya mengubah dampak pemikiran pada kesejahteraan koginitif intividu dengan cara memahami individu di dasarkan pada rekonstruksi kognitif yang menyimpang, keyakinan konseli untuk membawa perubahan emosi dan strategi perilaku ke arah yang lebih baik. Kemudian pendekatan CBT ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk layanan konseling individual yaitu layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang memungkinkan peserta didik atau konseli mendapatkan layanan secara langsung tatap muka (perorangan) dengan guru pembimbing atau konselor dalam rangka pembahasan pengentasan masalah pribadi yang dialami oleh konseli.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pendekatan behavior menggunakan teknik modeling simbolik sebagai strategi dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying. Menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana teknik ini diterapkan dan efektivitasnya dalam konteks pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modeling simbolik dapat berperan signifikan dalam merubah perilaku siswa dengan cara memperkenalkan model perilaku positif yang dapat ditiru. Artikel ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk implementasi lebih lanjut di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan Konseling merupakan usaha proaktif dan sistematis dalam memberikan fasilitas bagi individu untuk meningkatkan pengembangan diri. Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 210 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas X Fase E dan kelas XI MIA dan IIS di SMAN 6 Solok Selatan Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian persyaratan analisis dan dengan uji korelasi antar variabel dengan menggunakan pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa: (1) Tingkat ekspektasi siswa terhadap guru BK berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase (67,62%), (2) Tingkat pada minat layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase (98,10%), (3) Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara ekspektasi siswa terhadap guru BK dengan minat layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMAN 6 Solok Selatan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar (0,667). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa jika ekspektasi siswa terhadap guru BK baik, maka cenderung minat terhadap layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling akan meningkat. Sebaliknya, jika ekspektasi siswa terhadap guru BK buruk, maka cenderung minat terhadap layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling juga menurun.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara konflik pekerjaan-keluarga (work-family conflict) dan kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan dual-earner di Indonesia. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, fenomena keluarga dengan dua pencari nafkah semakin umum di Indonesia. Banyak pasangan suami istri yang saling berkontribusi dalam hal pendapatan, sehingga menciptakan dinamika baru dalam rumah tangga. Namun, dengan meningkatnya tanggung jawab pekerjaan, seringkali muncul konflik antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kebutuhan keluarga. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hubungan pernikahan dan kepuasan pasangan. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, artikel ini mengkaji berbagai penelitian yang relevan untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai isu ini.

Abstract

Students with positive learning attitudes have an effect on better learning outcomes than students with negative learning attitudes. The formation of negative learning attitudes in students due to digital transformation and shifts in the role of teachers, causing moral and personality degradation of students, lazy to learn and do assignments, passive or inactive in learning, unable to use technology wisely and there is an imbalance or disconnection of the process. learn how to teach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning attitudes of students due to digital transformation and shifts in the role of teachers, by focusing on three main components of attitudes, namely cognitive, affective and conative.The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study research model that examines students' learning attitudes. The data collection technique used is by observing students, interviewing three students, homeroom teacher, BK teacher and school principal, as well as analyzing documents obtained from schools. The data were analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification.The results of this study indicate that digital transformation and shifting the role of teachers have an impact on students' learning attitudes, namely the formation of positive learning attitudes and negative learning attitudes. Positive learning attitudes are formed from understanding, feelings and tendencies to behave positively towards digital transformation and shifts in the teacher's role, while negative learning attitudes are formed from understanding, feelings and tendencies to behave negatively towards digital transformation and shifting teacher roles. So, it can be concluded that the learning attitude of students is a collection of cognitions that connect with knowledge, affection that connects with feelings or emotions so that it gives rise to a tendency, and connotations that show a behavior or learning habits of students.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which was marked by technological changes and demands for rapid change, education faced major challenges in developing student creativity. Learning motivation and parental support play a very important role in stimulating students' creativity in this era. This study aims to describe learning motivation and parental support with student creativity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study uses a quantitative method with descriptive correlation. The population of this study was 479 students of class XI and XII at SMKN 3 Padang, and the sample was 218 students who were selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument is a Likert scale. The results of the validity test of the learning motivation instrument were 0.441, parental support was 0.442, and student creativity is 0.672. The results of the reliability test of the learning motivation instrument were o.886, parental support was 0.801, and student creativity was 0.846. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) on average the description of learning motivation was at a high level, (2) the description of parental support was at a high level, (3) and the description of student creativity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 was in the high category, (4) ) there is 7.5% (R=0.275, at significance 0.000) in the relationship between learning motivation and student creativity, (5) there is 7.2% (R=0.268, significance 0.000) in the relationship between parental support and student creativity, (6) there was 11% (R=0.332, at a significance of 0, 000) in the relationship between learning motivation and parental support with student creativity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The implications of this research can be used as a need assessment to create a guidance and counseling service program at SMKN 3 Padang.

Abstract

This research is based on low emotional intelligence which is a problem for students in everyday life. Parental support and the school environment can affect students' emotional intelligence. The purpose of this research is to describe; (1) parental support, (2) school environment, (3) emotional intelligence, (4) the relationship between parental support and the emotional intelligence of students, (5) the relationship between the school environment and the emotional intelligence of students, and (6) the relationship between parental support and school environment with the emotional intelligence of students. This study used quantitative research with descriptive methods and the population was students of class VIII and class IX MTsN 3 Pasaman. The sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with a total sample of 254 respondents. The instrument model is the Likert scale. The reliability instrument for parental support was 0.880, the school environment was 0.861 and emotional intelligence was 0.911. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) parental support is in the moderate category. (2) the school environment is in the medium category, (3) emotional intelligence is in the medium category, (4) there is a significant positive relationship between parental support and emotional intelligence, (5) there is a significant positive relationship between the school environment and emotional intelligence ( 6) there is a significant positive relationship between parental support and the school environment with emotional intelligence. The reliability instrument for parental support was 0.880, the school environment was 0.861 and emotional intelligence was 0.911. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) parental support is in the moderate category. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara kritis tentang pemanfaatan majalah dinding (mading) sekolah dalam bimbingan konseling: edukasi pelecehan seksual untuk siswa SMP. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis kajian pustaka (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah dengan menelusuri dan mengumpulkan berbagai buku, jurnal, dokumen serta yang relevan terkait dengan konsep pembahasan. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, yaitu metode penelitian yang berusaha mengungkap fakta kejadian yang ditulis. Hasil Penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pemanfaatan mading sekolah dalam bimbingan konseling, khususnya dalam edukasi mengenai pelecehan seksual untuk siswa SMP, merupakan suatu pendekatan yang inovatif dan strategis. Mading sekolah dapat berfungsi sebagai media informasi yang efektif untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan penting terkait isu-isu sensitif seperti pelecehan seksual. Dalam konteks edukasi pelecehan seksual, mading dapat digunakan untuk menampilkan artikel, infografis, dan cerita yang relevan, sehingga siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami dan mendiskusikan isu tersebut. Ini penting mengingat bahwa pemahaman yang baik tentang pelecehan seksual dapat membantu siswa mengenali dan melindungi diri mereka dari potensi bahaya. Selain itu, pemanfaatan mading sekolah dalam bimbingan konseling untuk edukasi pelecehan seksual di SMP juga memerlukan pendekatan yang terintegrasi, melibatkan perencanaan yang baik, dukungan dari kepala sekolah, kolaborasi antar guru, serta evaluasi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that many students who are administrators of organizations are lazy to do their assignments so they procrastinate and are not able to manage their time well. This study aims to describe time management and academic procrastination in students who join organizations, and to find out more about the relationship between time management and academic procrastination in students who join organizations. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational type. The sample determination method uses the Total Sampling technique with 117 DPH UKM respondents. Data collection in this study uses a time management and academic procrastination scale. Data are processed using descriptive analysis techniques with percentage formulas and correlational analysis techniques with Pearson Product Moment. The results of the study show that: (1) academic procrastination of students who join organizations is in the moderate category (59.83%), (2) time management of students who join organizations is in the moderate category (50.43%), (3) there is a negative and significant relationship between time management and academic procrastination in students who join organizations. The implications of BK services are that they can provide information services on the theme of the importance of self-confidence in learning, individual counseling services, and group guidance services on the topic of assignments regarding self-confidence in learning.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is becoming an essential part of everyday life today. But the social problems of society, especially cases of hunger, have also become an essential issue to date. Digital entrepreneurship has become a trend recently, with many digital business platforms and emerging applications. However, combining digital entrepreneurship with social activities becomes more attractive, which we know as Digital Social Entrepreneurship. This study describes and explains the stages in designing NasiQu, a mobile social entrepreneurship application, to see how agile can make digital social entrepreneurship interesting by involving people's sense of concern for people in need, in this case, hungry people. The Agile method, one of many used in software development, is the one that is being used. The Agile method is a short-term system development approach that calls for quick adaptation and developers who can work with any change. The results of this product from NasiQu can facilitate donations in the form of packaged rice to those who need food; in the case of this implementation, it is still specifically for orphans. In this application, there are three users, namely donors, admins, and partners. All these users have different roles and application usage flows. In addition, this application makes food donation activities more effective and can be done anywhere and anytime. It is hoped that the ongoing implementation of this activity will help many people who need food and impact opening new job opportunities.
